We like this place over the conventional fast food establishments in the area. The burgers are pretty good and the loaded fries are awesome. There is the occasional error; my wife ordered the big surf slushee and there wasn't a gummy shark in it, therefore a little disappointment. Other than that, the staff is friendly, food is pretty decent, affordable, and we like to go here for a quick bite.

Find was soggy. They had sone kind of blm shirts on which I find to be unprofessional. The fatigue was strong here.

Somebody was not having a good day in the kitchen that day. Food wasn't up to Checkers' standards, overcooked. Slow service. Order taker could barely be heard through the drive through. Likely not his fault. Have previously had very good experience with them at that location

I love going to checkers, but this location needs a refresh. Understaffed daily, needs attention to detail on cleaning and more training on food preparation. Most recent meal was very disappointing.

The food was not good. Wasted more than half of my burger and fries. Soda had a really weird taste to it as well. Had a few sips and threw it away. I doubt I will return

Food is always great but you have a couple employees that are always so rude and nasty. The young lady working the intercom today 7/19 at 10:55am needs to be coached at the very least. After hearing my girlfriend get treated the way she was we will not be returning.

I ordered dinner for myself and a coworker today (9/13/2024). While I appreciate having to wait for freshly made wings (which, admittedly, were delicious), they failed to provide me a receipt, and also failed to give me one of my co-workers chili-dogs, both of my sandwiches, and gave me a sandwich that didn't even belong in my order. It will be a while before I'm willing to come back again, but will absolutely be checking over the order thoroughly from now on before leaving the window in the future.

This checkers is so unbelievably slow and careless. I waited 25 minutes for one bite box. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

First time trying Checkers since having a bad experience well over a decade ago and now my sandwich had a plastic bottle cap of some sort, maybe from a sauce bottle or something, I'm not sure but I can't help but think I could have accidentally swallowed it and choked. I bit down pretty hard and thankfully noticed something was off. I was very disgusted.

At 1830 hrs. -Dirty, unsanitary looking conditions. Food debris everywhere. Standing water on prep floor about 1/2 inch deep. Unprofessional looking staff. Food quality is worse than average Checkers. Highly suggest NOT coming here. 🤢🤮

Do NOT go here, they will STEAL your money! I accidentally handed over too much cash because I couldn't hear the amount and the cashier goes and only hands $1.35, when I was supposed to get $6.55 then proceeds to argue with me about what I handed her. I am not going to sit there and lie about how much I handed someone. They are trash here!!! Hope they needed the $5 more!

Nothing like ordering your food ahead of time. You see that it’s ready sitting there. And they ignore you at the drive-through window for 20 minutes.

Checkers is so slow anytime you go there they make you wait at 1 window, then wait at the next window, then pull to the parking lot and wait there. It's ridiculous. There's never any sense of urgency. Even when you order online, they will not begin to make your order until you show up. I thought the point of making an order online was so that when you got there it was ready. The store is dirty. The employees are overworked because there's only very limited staff. Literally, I should not be at the store for thirty minutes just to pick up an online order.

Employees definitely need some kind of management. Place a mobile order, and waited over 30 minutes for it when there was NO other people in the parking lot the whole time. Somehow, someway, the employee forgot about us whilst we were parked in the pick up lane. Don’t hire people just because they can put fog on a window. Won’t be coming here again.

Absolutely the worst fast food/ experience possible. Over 30 min for two meals while the workers just stand and literally do nothing.

Short young black woman with locs tampered with my sandwiches and admitted making one different than the other after I asked for two of the same sandwiches. A burst of liquid inside of one sandwich in one bite. That was not normal. 45 minutes wait for bad food. Had me sick as a dog that night Tuesday night. Manager didn’t want to replace the entire meal only the sandwiches. Tummy still sore a little.

If I could give 0 star I would. They are the WORST beware. Drive to HAVENDALE blvd before ever getting anything from them. Take 30 min in the parking lot waiting for them to bring you the wrong food. They got 4 people working at a FAST FOOD. I go to the other one and there 15 people in the building working hard and taking 2 minutes top. Never have I been told to park in HAVENDALE. Been there 5x all 5x asked to parked and food came out bad. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER EVER EVER.

Today wasn't a busy day. I ordered a simple $4 meal deal after about 20 minutes finally got my food and left check my account I got charged $21.28... then I went all the way back and the manager didn't want to talk to me didn't want to make things right I actually had to almost demand my money back and gave him the food back. No professionalism no accountability awful...

First and last visit! I waited 20 MINUTES in the online order line. I was the only car there, while the drive through and walk up orders kept moving. I FINALLY get my (apparently complicated) order of 3 tenders and a large fry. Got home and the fries were only half full and cold.

It's unfortunate that some restaurants just don't live up to the hype of their sister locations!! I LOVE a good checker burger with hot, fresh fries!! I love it even more when the burger actually has a burger patty on it!!! Fries were so cold, grease filled and soggy they had taken on the shape of the cup they were stuffed into. I filed a fry bomb claim and tried to reach the store with no answer to chat with them directly. Spend the time and go to Havendale Checkers.
