Well, I finally had an opportunity to stop and eat inside the restaurant, which had a decent crowd of people. My wait was approximately 15 minutes, and I had an appetite. My omelet was warm, and the pancakes were undercooked. I sent the pancakes back and received well-done cold pancakes. The butter did not melt (See pictures). I can't guess how long that I waited for water. My expectations are still the same as before. I look forward to the day that I can go back inside to enjoy a hot meal. When? If ever? I stopped eating at the restaurant because the service was limited and slow. This order was placed online and ready when I arrived. I look forward to the day that I can go back inside for a hot meal.

Has the vibe of a McDonald’s Playhouse. Very sticky, moist air, unkept. LOTS of kids in just about every single booth they have.

The wait staff was really welcoming. It appears that they were short -staffed so I can understand the wait. Overall the restaurant needed a bit of cleaning up but the service was good.

Dirty. Ceiling vents have years of dust buildup. Our table wasn't wiped down before we were sat. The staff was arguing loudly in the kitchen over someone's order. The food was ok not great. Our waiter was good.

December 31 around 7 pm there was only one server and I guess one cook. Wait time was long. Overheard comment the manager called but couldn’t get staff to come in. The bright spot was John, the only server who worked as hard as he could, taking abuse from a dissatisfied rude customer. He kept his smile and pleasant attitude. He has been serving for only two weeks and this was his day off. John is an iHop hero. Thanks John.

food wasn't bad but it costs $2.89 extra to get blueberry pancakes instead of regular pancakes, so I got the blueberry syrup to compromise, and the blueberry syrup tastes terrible. they had too few servers or something because I never even got a refill on my drink and the server was actually really nice but I think she just had too many people.

I visited IHOP recently for a casual brunch, and the experience was pretty middle of the road. The menu was exactly what you would expect, full of breakfast staples like pancakes, omelets, and French toast, along with a few lunch options. I ordered the classic pancake combo, and while everything was fine, it was not particularly memorable. The pancakes were warm and fluffy, but the eggs came out slightly overcooked, and the bacon lacked the crispness I was hoping for. It was a decent meal overall, but nothing really stood out. The service was friendly but a bit slow, even though the restaurant was not very busy at the time. It seemed like the staff was stretched thin, which led to longer waits for coffee refills and the check. The atmosphere was comfortable enough but could definitely use some updating. IHOP is a solid choice when you are craving a familiar breakfast, but it does not deliver anything beyond the basics. It is reliable, just not remarkable.

Thus store is a wreck ! Absolutely dirty and I’ve attempted to go here three times in the last 6 months to no workers here to greet or seat us. Had to project my voice and walk in kitchen to see if anyone was even in the store. Lady walked out and said give her a minute to have us seated and said no one was there to help her then she completely forgot about us . After waiting an additional 15 minutes to no one coming out to acknowledge we were even there for the third time in a row we left. Especially after my girl pointed out how dirty the place was twice ina row smh Update May 2024. Place was clean and service way better. Still took a while to be noticed at front desk but got hit fresh food and good service this time

I'm not sure how you have a full staff, 19 empty tables, but a full waiting area (30+ minutes). Plan on another 35 minutes for your food to come after you order. The sticky menus and music blaring from the kitchen were a "nice" compliment to the experience.

When we first arrived the place had a weird smell and took forever for us to be helped even though the place was practically empty I’m not sure if it was due to lack of servers or they just didn’t care but it also took forever for them to ask for food and drinks. When I got my hot chocolate it was cold and even though the menu says free refills I got charged for the refill, the food was pretty good but my pancakes were also cold. My sister asked for mayo for her food and ended up getting sour cream instead. The server V looked as if she didn’t even want to look at us but rakya was pretty nice. Overall just a very bad experience and definitely will not be going back.

My 2 waitresses I had Terra and Rakya were very good they came to seat me n continued to check on me after getting my order n until I was done. Service here is always slow. The food is usually fine, but this time, we waited almost 40 minutes for our food in a half empty restaurant just to receive burnt hard bacon and burnt hash browns. I only come here because my niece and nephew love this place (I don't know why), and they always pick it when I'm treating them out for breakfast. But after yesterday, I told them that was the last time, and for once, they finally agreed because even as kids, they realized how long we waited for food and how horrible the food was that was served to me. Sat down and ordered food but did not stay because we spotted mushrooms growing out of the wall beneath our table and the one next to us. Also saw ants crawling down the wall which looked visibly dirty and peeling. Unfortunately lost our appetites! The manager did not make us pay for our drinks which we appreciate but we will not be returning.

This place is garbage. Not a single server or host is worth a damn. I have been three times. Every single it’s always something. The first time- I waited over 45 minutes to be sat. The second time I left without being sat. This morning I thought ordering through the app would find better results. I waited for 5 minutes AFTER they said my food was ready. I still sat in the foyer for over 20 minutes. With nobody in sight. I should have walked out of there with your podium.

Ended up leaving before even being seated because after standing around waiting for several minutes for an employee to acknowledge there were 4 seperate customers waiting to be helped was a huge red flag for me. It's very obvious customer service is not high on their priority list. They also have a B rating posted in their window as well.

Went at 6:30pm on Friday night. Had poor experience years ago but wanted to stop for a quick bite on the way home. Waited almost 10 minutes in front to be seated. There were 3 or 4 tables of people in the restaurant. The wall covering is pealing off the walls. The bathroom smelled. Staff was laughing loudly in the kitchen the entire time we waited. After 15 minutes of being ignored we left. That’s why no one is there? Maybe the food is bad too. We never found out.

We went there for breakfast. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. That was about the only good thing that happened. We waited 15 minutes before our Server arrived at our table and it took 45 minutes to get our food. My wife ordered the crepes and they were awful! They were not crepes at all. It was one thin slice of a pancake like substance with no filling. On top was a couple of pieces of fruit and lemon 🍋 slices. Seriously? How does lemon slices go with crepes? I ordered the pancakes. They were good, but were really small and didn’t even cover 1/2 my plate. We very seldom saw our waitress. It was really sad to see because this place wasn’t like this before. It has really gone downhill. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

The last time I went in there, we waited an hour for a table and then an additional 50 minutes after we ordered for our food to come. The last two times I was there waiting on it to go order I walked out both times because the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. The staff couldn’t even tell people an estimated wait time because apparently there was only one person in the kitchen cooking for the restaurant and to go orders. This place has gone way downhill. They don’t have any business doing to go orders. They can’t handle it. This is the absolute worst run restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life.

When arriving, we were seated pretty much right away. After we were seated, the waitress brought us our drinks. She then seated another customer and took their order before us. After our order was submitted, we had to wait 35 mins to get our food that has been done under a hot lamp for 15 mins. The waitress was laughing and cutting up with the customers in the booth ahead of us. We had to get the attention of another server to get our food. The original waitress tried to lie and tell me that everytime the cook works he is always slow making the food. I may have believed her had I not been seated at the kitchen and physically watched him place our order under the lamp where it sat for 15 or so mins. I definitely would NOT recommend IHOP to anyone. They're not that busy for the service to be this slow.

Let’s be Honest

They were on a wait with less than half of the restaurant staffed. They said they were short staffed. I get that. No problem. DoorDash drivers complaining about the wait they have incurred should’ve been a sign. We waited the “45 minutes” which was more like 20. Great! This is going to be a great experience! WRONG! Waited 1:45 minutes for the food. This is not an exaggeration. No one had came by to tell us anything or update us. They did take care of a big portion of the bill. Just avoid for now. The food was good.

Came in for lunch around 12:30, service was beyond terrible. After waiting 15 minutes I went back to hosted station and requested a different section, she tried to place me back at same table, I refused and was placed in a different area that had very good service. Lots of employees walking around, just very few doing anything.
