Such a great experience! I've been a few times and it's been fun whether in a large or small group. Staff is very friendly and explains safety rules well. 🌟 Make sure to wear close toe shoes!

They have a great selection of whiskey and bourbon, and they know how to make a good old fashioned. As a bonus, you can do a 70 minute axe throwing session. Win win.

We came here for a friend's birthday and had a great time! Our attendant was fantastic. She coached us on our throws and kept everyone engaged with different games and even kept score for us. This is a perfect group activity. The drinks were excellent too!

Such a fun atmosphere! The staff is super friendly and a great drink selection. My nieces name is Penelope and we saw an awesome piece at the bar with her name on it. The GM Jeff was so gracious and found a brand new one in the back and gave it to us after seeing how excited we were about it. Will return without a doubt!

Definitely dive bar vibes. I wasn't putting too much expectations into the food, but it was great! The Big Nate burger was so good. It was cooked perfectly and dressed just right with the stack of toppings. My wife got the pork chop and it was one of the juiciest pork chops I have tried at a restaurant. The waiter was attentive and pleasant and quick with our beers. Will definitely return on another trip into Deep Ellum!

Very good restaurant hidden by the construction on nearby roads! Their service is quick, kind, and helpful, some of the best I've ever had. I had their chicken tenders and fries which were pretty good. Great environment, not terribly busy, and they had sports on. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again!

Celebrated my nephews 18th birthday here with family & friends. Service was quick and easy especially being an hour before closing! 🫠 Appetizers were hot and yummy!😝 Plenty of seating as well parking will be iffy 🤣 Drinks always on point wished I would've gotten a hotdogs. Always next time!

We started our celebratory bar hop evening at Angry Dog for dinner; upon arrival we were asked how many people were in our party and the staff immediately set up a table for 14 in a little sectioned off area, an awesome surprise. Our server Vincent took fantastic care of us, making sure our drinks were always full and offering pro menu recommendations. The staff also seemed to work as a team which was great to see. Highly recommend Angry Dog for a casual night out in Deep Ellum!

When we stopped in around 6pm on a Tuesday in our RV we lucked out and found on street parking right out front. As we went inside, we were greeted right away. The staff was friendly and struck up conversation which made us feel welcomed. The atmosphere was easy going, laid back and it wasn't too loud so you could have a conversation without raising your voice. The food was great, fries especially crunchy on the outside and the beers were cold! My Guinness was poured well every time. Service was prompt. We would absolutely return if in Dallas again!

The kitchen is open and you can see and smell the creative work of the cooking. The menu is comprehensive focusing on food that compliments your favorite bar drinks. Best wings in Dallas! Quick! Service is outstanding. Went between doctor appts for lunch. We arrived at 7 minutes till 1pm and left at 1:17. Food was great! They had a "under $10" lunch menu we ate from. I want to go back and order off the regular menu. This place had it together.

Stopped in for a bite and it was amazing. I haven’t been in town in years and the food hasn’t changed. Great atmosphere with really friendly staff. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection and so were the fries. The family had a chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and they loved it. Plenty of choices and a great beer selection to chose from. Again the staff was great. Thank you and we will be back.

We stumbled upon this place while in deep ellum. We hadn't originally planned to go axe throwing, so unfortunately half of our group couldn't participate because we didn't have proper shoes (closed-toed). The male staff member who was checking our group in wasn't the friendliest or most inviting, but luckily he wasn't a good representation of the rest of the staff. The cocktails were full on bougie craft cocktails. 😄 I love that my El Cubano old fashioned candied orange was candied right before my eyes with a crème brûlée torch. They were a little expensive, but I guess that's the name of the game for "craft" these days... The staff member (I can't remember her name, super sweet girl dressed as little red riding hood...p.s. LOVED that she chose that for her costume while working at an axe throwing bar 😆) who got our group situated in our area was awesome! She was clear and patient with directions, super encouraging, and kept our group engaged for our hour. She set up challenges and games for our group to play against each other, which made it more fun than just throwing alone.

Axe throwing is for sure lots of fun ... the drinks and atmosphere are even better. Chris , David,Jaren,Spencer are amazing as are the other bar tenders. Good music great vibes and amazing drinks!!!

Cute bar restaurant. Friendly service. I had the Angry Tuna with pasta salad. Tuna was a tich dry. The onion mayo was good as well as the pasta salad. My husband had the wings with regular spice level. They were good but he said the spice level was hot for him. I felt that it was a mild spice level.
