This is my first time at this restaurant. Nice little place. Wasnt too busy. I was in and out in a flash. Friendly and quick service. Got my order to go. Combo fried rice. The combo mix was pretty good. It tasted great. The price was really good for what i got. Even came with a little egg roll.

My fried rice was really good but spicy. They should let you know that, but I like spicy so it's all good. Hot and sour soup was tasty and I'm picky about my soup. It kinda let's me know how the food is gonna be. I think the only asian there was the Chinese girl on the ad poster. All the staff was Hispanic which is a win for me because they make the best American Chinese food! 😁

Food is ok, I feel like both the service and the food have declined over the years. The owner is awesome, or at least I think he’s the owner but the other front register folks seem more and more rude. No “hello”, no “thank you”, no nothing. Really sad too because down the street there’s a lot of competition for Asian cuisine. I still will come here every now and then.

This was the 1st delivery food I ever received and it was hot and fresh like it was just brought out the kitchen. Delicious and plenty of food to have for a 2nd serving. Awesome job and delivery, A1 service, keep up the good work👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

Regular chinease food place! I ordered spicy beef and scallops with fried rice. The vegetables in the mix tasted nice and fresh and beef was soft! Not too spicy and not to bland. Waited about 5 to 10 minutes for them to bring out the order since it was to go. Will definitely go again!

Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch: After clocking out from chocolate strawberry duty, hunger hit and I rolled into Asian Star like a Trainer low on HP. First impression? The decor felt more “empty Route house” than themed Pokemon Gym, and no soda dispenser means plan your hydration like you would PP in a long Pokemon battle. The combination fried rice was serviceable with solid early-route energy but the orange chicken came through with a nice zing, landing like a super-effective Zap Cannon on a Flying-type Pokemon. Portions are generous, so if you’re starving after work, this place refills your HP fast. But if you’re chasing Elite Four flavor, this one might feel more mid-tier than championship run.

Visiting from Arkansas. The food looks good & was fresh but has no flavor. I didn’t think it was possible to dislike a crab Rangoon but I was proven wrong. We ordered sweet and sour chicken with noodles & chicken fried rice (that came with beef & shrimp as well..? Thankfully, I don’t have a shellfish allergy or alpha gal). My daughter loves noodles and couldn’t eat them because of the lack of flavor. I read the reviews and many people feel it’s good. I’ve had this experience before - where the reviews are good and I’m disappointed. We live by the saying “if you ain’t sneezing, you ain’t seasonin’” - so maybe it’s our tastebuds 🤷🏻‍♀️ do with that what you will.

Stopped for lunch since I was craving Chinese all week. Decided to get their Hunan Chicken. While it was cooked to order and was piping hot when it came out. My taste buds were met with disappointment. Zero flavor whatsoever, and there was nothing at the table for me to add to my food to make it better (normally, these restaurants have salt, pepper, sriracha, chili oil, etc). The staff was nice and the food came out fast, but I don’t think I’ll return even if I am desperate for Chinese.

I’m sure this place has some redeeming dishes, but the one I got was not it. I got the “happy family” dish, but it came covered in a thick, bland gravy with no depth of flavor. The texture was gluey and the dish lacked the aromatics or umami that usually make this an enjoyable meal. The service was acceptable.

I listened to my sister because she SAID it was good. My chicken was old and so was the fried rice. Walking in here there was NOTHING Asian about it!! The service was amazing. The lady that took my order and payment was super sweet. But the food BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

$29 dollars wasted!!! Wish I could take AWAY STARS!!! Third and Final trip. 1st try was good. Second trip they cheated us on an order of shrimp. This trip, the lo mein not only tasted like old grease it smelled like it too. The lump of pasta was smelly and tasted disgusting. I asked for mushrooms in my order or beef and broccoli and the majority of the plate was filled with them and only 4 pieces of broccoli. The extra broccoli and vegetables was given to me out of the order of broccoli and shrimp my friend didn't eat. Lastly, the food had no taste whatsoever. Wound up trashing it. And worst of all before I could finish this review I was in the bathroom!!
