Food is always great. We had an issue with our to-go order; it was handled after having to drive all the way back.
Recently went a few days ago and had to give this place a review. I normally don’t write reviews, but the service and staff were incredible! Super sweet to my girls, fast food delivery, and very clean environment. This will be our new go to!
I love their soups. Their people are very friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of salads and sandwiches that are good eating. I could eat there everyday.
I had the tomato soup this time. Very good. Staff is very polite and helpful. I ordered my food to eat there but realized I needed to leave to be at a Dr's appointment next door. The server got me fixed up to go very quickly.
Tomato Soup is on point for my taste. So is the bbq chicken sandwich.
I work walking distance from this location and frequently come here for lunch. I’ve always found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and service is very quick. If I order ahead before I walk over, the food is waiting for me by the time I get there. Food is consistently fresh and the unlimited sip club is a great deal. There are less expensive food options in my building but I prefer coming here as I know the quality of food will be good, and staff is quick to fix any issues I may have with my food.
So the amazing thing was I was in the stop here by a friend she wanted the Philly steak sandwich I told her yes and this is what I met the personality of Panera Bread so Panera Bread what you need to do is definitely have his face advertising your meals and more people will come in. I meant none other than Mr Tony what can I say amazing presents great customer service knowledgeable of the menu and other items was able to suggest what we would like my drink was delicious I had to hibiscus tea I insured him I didn't want anything sweet and he nailed it flavor with no sugar I took a picture of the person that asked me to stop see devoured both sandwiches she got a whole and came on two little pieces of bread it was so adorable it was like twins and she literally devoured it that piece you see is the very last piece the other part is a napkin that I had to give her to not get her a little grubby hands on my couch all in all it was a great experience I was so happy to have met Tony great personality great smile like I stated knowledgeable the atmosphere was beautiful people were doing their work and eating soup and eating sandwiches and it wasn't scary it was so relaxing the parking lot has plenty of space with the exception of some parking at is reserved but great parking and then it's right across the street from NorthPark mall so after you have a quick bite you're able to go shopping and prices are reasonable my mail was only $20 because of the extra things that I purchased but it's such a reasonable meal the person that I bought the sandwich for stated she doesn't have to eat again until tomorrow so let's say fill you up without additives okay Panera Bread was awesome thank you Tony and as his name says Y not🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Always a pleasant experience. I have been looking for a friend, I haven't seen in months. I knew he frequent this location, and they reassure he's been around recently. That sure took some of my worries away.
I came in today and was served at the front counter. I think her name was Tabatha. She was very kind and patient with my mother who is elderly and has a hard time with ordering. My mother isn’t always happy but she was smiling after taking with her. The food was delicious and the store was amazing and clean. We sat and talked for almost 1 hour because the atmosphere was so nice. We will be back again and again! Highly recommend this location!!!
I went there to pick up 2 Greek Salads with Chicken and Extra Feta cheese. Strawberry Salad, 3 bowl of Cream Chicken and wild rice, and a Flat Bread Peperroni pizza. It was all so delicious, we were All happy with our meal. Our Cashier/Attendant was so nice and got everything right. I will order to go from them again.
The staff was super friendly, me and my bf came here for dinner and were greeted as soon as we walked in. The soup was hot and fresh. The frozen cold brew was divine. The manager even came around to see how the food was. 10/10.
I ordered from the app, and the sandwich I ordered (scrambled egg and cheese on ciabatta) was exceptional and made just as I ordered. I also ordered an iced mocha; although it ultimately did not hit the right notes, it was my first time ordering such an item, so I won't factor that in this review out of fairness. In addition, I didn't have to wait very long, and the staff was courteous, which helped immensely. I do see myself ordering again.
A personal favorite! Great food, great tasting coffee, whats not to love! I come here almost everyday for coffee and hv saved so much money with the 8.99 unlimited coffee subscription. The atmosphere is very chill and laid back. I can eat here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The selection is wholesome and the flavors will make ur taste buds dance! I love this place!
This Panera was pretty quiet, very clean and has friendly staff. I only ordered a drink, it was good (green tea). Restroom was very clean. Not recommended, but left my laptop twice and nobody stole it (had to use the restroom bad). Would go there again, very ideal for studying... so quiet!
Love my church always great service
As expected, the food was delicious. I haven't visited a Panera Bread in years and could still remember how good their broccoli cheddar soup is, so that was my obvious first choice and it didn't disappoint! Same delicious flavor served at the perfect temperature! I also tried the cheddar ranch and it was delicious as well! The roll had the perfect texture and consistency and the sandwich was exactly what I was hoping for in every way! A manager was ensuring food didn't wait more than a minute before searching out the person waiting for it, ensuring that everything came out as fresh and hot as possible! Great food, great service! Well done!
I just have to give a shout out to the workers at this location. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my order. Best customer service I have ever received. You guys deserve to be employees of the month and best store #doordasherstolemyorder
Panera bread has some nice fresh Foods. They have a breakfast selection, lunch and dinner selections that include salads and sandwiches. I usually go for breakfast. Since I've stopped eating meat, I have a hard time finding places that have options suitable for me. Panera has a really nice avocado toast.
My daughter saw a commercial for their bread bowls and requested that we try them. Ordered dine in from the app before we arrived, which was very convenient. Bread bowls of tomato soup, French onion and broccoli cheese were extremely good and very filling. Dinning area was clean and organized, staff were friendly. The kitchen sink cookie was phenomenal and free thanks to app rewards! Yay!
Cold inside so we took out food to the picnic area outside.
A bit pricey for what you get, but very healthy and tasty!
Tony the Manager absolutely made our night. My wife and I stopped by for dinner and we had an issue with our gift card. Tony was empathetic, kind and generous. It really was the personal care that made our food not only great tasting but memorable. Thank you Tony!
I love Panera the food is amazing my favorite is the broccoli soup
Baby I'm going back right now. I had the lettuce tomatoes and cheese on i forgot what bread but it was good. So if that's good can you imagine what it's like with meat baby bye on my way back.
Had a great experience with a recent lunch. Food was great and service was perfect. Staff came to check on us and offered a dessert sample and a to go container. Great experience.
We ordered on the entry computer. Noel has wonderful customer service skills. He provided assistance with a smile for us & everyone. Best Panera experience! Thank you!
Although Panera is a chain, and there are quite a few in the DFW area, this one stands out above the rest and I'll always go out of my way to come to this one. Big shoutout to the team lead, Noel, who is always present with a smile on his face and ensuring everyone is helped. What a gem of a being! You don't see service like this these days, let alone at a chain like Panera. Great place to work with free wifi if that's something you're looking for besides a quick bite to eat. Noel deserves more recognition!
The sandwich I had was very good and the ciabatta bread it was made with was just crusty enough to be tasty. I wish the side, a bag of chips, has more chips in it than it had. Service was good and accurate, though the line ahead moved slowly.
Panera Bread in Dallas is a nice spot for a quick meal or to sit with your laptop. The staff is friendly, and the soups, salads, and sandwiches are usually fresh and tasty. Prices are fair for what you get, though sometimes the food can come out a little cold or not as fresh. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place for a casual bite
Go for the low calorie soups and some select sandwiches or not. I tried their pick two and got a sandwich paired with a bowl of soup. The cream of chicken and wild rice is so far the best to me but may have to try the other flavors. The mac and cheese has the highest calorie count which is no surprise, but in the pictures it look delicious.
Food was great, but the young lady that checked us out wasn't the most pleasant. I noticed her paitence was incredibly thin and she seemed bothered we were ordering. I hope she is being treated well and feels ok as it was very different from the experience I normally have at Paneras.
Your generic spot to eat. Friendly staff at this site. Food was good, baguette was a bit hard but it was ok. Good place to eat soups, salads, sandwiches.
Panera is still somewhat reliable, but over the past few years, the food quality and service have really dipped. Whether this is a response to increasing prices on certain items or allocation of financial resources on other areas, it's hard to say, but wherever it went, it was NOT strategically smart. The restaurant is still a more expensive option than others, so at a minimum, they should prioritize the things that made them a strong brand to begin with. Consistently strong food quality is a long overdue start.
Bead was harder than usual was a little disappointed in the sandwich and the soup was colder then usual but it was tasty good food great experience
Sip Club post - Panera has a customer loyalty program called Sip Club. For a small monthly charge (various discounts on price offered during the year for new subscribers or renewals) you get UNLIMITED “sips” - ie, beverages - for the month. I’ve been here three times in one day. Limited to open access beverages only - see pics. Not on handcrafted beverages. Sips include hot and iced coffee, sweet and unsweetened tea, hot teas and sodas. All free with Sip Club! Coffee creamers include 2%, Half and Half and Almond milk. You can order ahead or at the kiosk as you walk in. Busy times are traditional meal times. Plenty of open, surface parking immediately outside the restaurant.
Food was pretty good, I felt it was healthy enough, good portions, but I miss being able to order for delivery to the table because it gets very crowded and it's hard to keep eyes on your stuff when you're off checking the screen to see if your order is ready.
Not sure if the young lady was new at the counter or not? But I walked in at 1:09 for just a drink because I love their Sip Club there 3 ahead of me placing orders. I finally got to place my order and waited at window finally leaving about 1:30. They didn’t carry the strawberry mint drink not sure why? So I ordered the blueberry lavender for a friend to introduce her to their new line of drinks. Friendly team
The team members were very friendly. The greeting was received when I entered the restaurant. The lead or manager was helping the customers waiting at the pick-up area. The restaurant interior was clean in general. But the table was a bit sticky; the team members did not wipe the table after the customers finished their food. The beverage station had the stain of the beverage. The restroom looked clean.
Thos restaurant is not very clean. Everything i visit it appears as though I arrived late for a young children's party. There's trash on the floor on the dining area. The self-serve supplies are always bare. I'm afraid to look onto the microwave. This is not the standard that Panera exemplifies. Look forward to seeing this restaurant, which is in a great location, step up their cleanliness habits.
I love Panera - as I've written in at least three other reviews of various locations. Current faves are the turkey chili & the green goddess cobb salad. I've sampled their entire menu over the course of the past few years, & they never disappoint in that regard. This location, though, is pretty hit or miss in every other capacity. The management team seems to be pretty stellar! I've had interactions with members of management a few times, & each time they've been helpful & quick to resolve my issues. My to-go orders are usually right, although I've had a handful of mishaps. But the customer service from regular staff members - ESPECIALLY in the morning - docks at least two stars from this location. I'm a pretty easy-going person, & my orders are typically uncomplicated, so it surprises & bothers me when I'm treated rudely or coldly by a cashier in an exchange that takes (usually) less than two minutes. Unfortunately, this has happened so many times, I've resolved to only use the self-serve kiosks in the morning. Which is kinda sad, I'll admit; I'd prefer interacting with a person & not a machine, but the machine is a lot less likely to ruin my morning with its attitude.
Went to Panera craving the broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl. I ordered in person, and I saw the sourdough bread in the clear encase as I walked in where they have the breads and bagels As I ordered the cashier responded "we don't have any bread bowls." I politely asked and pointed at the encase, and she said oo and said something to the girls in the kitchen and took them out and brought them to the back. They didn't even try to look prior to even responding, it was an immediate no to the request. I was just happy I looked first and was able to get my breadbowl.
I love Panera but this location needs improvements. I often come here right as they open and the place is filthy. They don’t clean overnight so you come in and the tables, floors, restrooms are so dirty. Expect cold coffee as well.
The food was pretty good, but the service from one of the employees was pitiful, and they seen to be understaffed. The strawberry summer salad (can't remember the name--1st one on the salad menu) was incredibly delicious. The poppyseed dressing was light, sweet, and tasty. The amount of fruits in this salad was amazing! The top listed sandwiches on the hot and cold sandwich columns were both quite good. On to food preparation: the salad greens and chicken for the salads were cut pretty large--not bite-sized friendly. Instead of sliced apples that came with the kids' meal, they gave us a whole apple. I sent my son back to get it sliced, since that's what the lady at the cash register had communicated. It took about 5 min to get to cut and that was after checking back on it several times and standing there waiting. Even then, it just cut it into quarters and they didn't even take the core out. The cut edges were rough, and it didn't look appetizing, so we asked if it could be switched to the fruit cup. A female employee obliged, but it was never brought to us. My husband checked, and a male employee said they don't cut out the core, and it would be an upcharge for a fruit cup. I was not going to write a review until this point. The employee clearly lied, as a fruit cup was one of the stated side options when we were ordering. Lastly, they had placed my sandwich on a napkin--which completely defeated the purpose of the napkin, as it got soiled by the sandwich's avocado. Care and common sense wasn't put into the food preparation, and lies were told in order not to need to give quality service.
I’ve been coming to this location for 10+ years and have always had wonderful, prompt, friendly service throughout all the staffing and management changes. Unfortunately, over the last few months, that has not been my experience. Staff are inattentive, and act as though my presence is an inconvenience, if I’m acknowledged at all. No smiling faces, no friendly rapport, and very poor communication skills, specifically from the manager, which is really unfortunate since the manager sets the tone for the rest of the staff. I hope the manager can learn that in the food service industry, over-communication is the best communication. Also, I’ve noticed lots of inconsistency with the pastries. The bagels are often overcooked and oddly shaped.
I stopped by tonight around 7:30 PM, well within posted business hours, but the place felt like it was already closed. Most of the food was bagged up for the night, making it feel more like a cleanup operation than a functioning restaurant. Selecting a bagel from what looked like a trash bag? Not exactly appetizing. They were out of bread bowls—not a huge deal given the time—but things went downhill from there. I ordered a soup and a sandwich on a croissant. The sandwich arrived without the croissant, and when I pointed it out, the staff seemed genuinely confused. Turns out, they had already sealed the croissants away in their end-of-day trash bag. After some hesitation, they reopened the bag and pulled one out to remake my sandwich. Unfortunately, what I got tasted more like a dinner roll than a croissant—dense, bland, and nothing like what you'd expect. If the team is mentally clocking out by 7:30, maybe the hours should reflect that. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer experience point to a bigger issue: weak leadership. This location needs better management—someone who understands that closing time isn’t just a suggestion, and that customers deserve quality service right up until the end.
Great corn chowder this afternoon at 3 pm. I belong to tge SIP club so get regular drinks for about $10 monthly. I like their bagels in the morning and unlimited cups of coffee. Their sandwiches are usually dry, so make sure to add dressing to your orders. This store has never been my fave., except for Noel. He works weekday mornings. I find the staff grumpy and not quick to clean tables or stacks at the dish returns. No one circulates. Have to have a code for bathroom because of homeless in the area. Try the one at Campbell and Greenville. Great manager!! They all work hard for their entire shift and are friendly!
I swear. If you even remotely want timely service, don't go here. This place is right next to my work, but I dont think I'll be coming back unless it's a literal emergency. Even when there's seemingly no customers, the staff in the kitchen take an astonishingly long time to prepare the simplest of items. In my experience, they consistently record orders as filled prematurely on their timekeeping system, which probably makes the staff look better to management. I just can't. Apologies for the rant but they've burned me too many times. The only saving grace is Nell, who is awesome up front.
Was there for 45 minutes cause apparently somebody left with our order.
Placed an online order for a Caesar salad, went inside picked it up, got all the way home before opening the bag to find that they had not included any Caesar salad dressing or any dressing. So I had to go all the way back to restaurant to get the dressing because I don’t want to eat a salad I paid $14 for completely dry. An irritating oversight that cost me 30 min of driving.
Waited 10 minutes for a bagel and got it unsliced and cold waiting longer
Unfortunately this Panera is the only one very close to my house, so if I want Panera it is where I have to go. It feels like most times I visit there is an issue, from being out of certain food items (last time I visited they were out of bread..... at Panera BREAD), to forgetting items in my to go order. I always have to double check to ensure everything is right and can't trust them to get it right without my supervision. I hate writing poor reviews, but I have had so many poor experiences at this location that I felt I had no choice but to do so.
The food was good but my order was wrong. I ordered delivery to my office. I ordered a Green Goddess salad. The food arrived on time, but my salad didn't have chicken on it. Unfortunately I didn't check everything until after the delivery guy left. Everything tasted fine, but I'm bummed that I just paid 15 dollars for a bowl of lettuce.
Haven't been to Panera in a long time but never have I seen a full size entree portion this small anywhere...the two stars are solely due to the fact that the soup tasted good. Got the pasta and for something that costs close to $10, this was no where close to being satisfactory. Note: I only realized this when I got home since it was a to-go order
Panera really needs to address some issues. Our order taker at the counter spoke very quickly and my MIL (and I) had a hard time understanding her. MIL was offered three options for sides but was not told there was an up charge for fruit. You Pick Two used to be smaller portions with a smaller price to match. MIL’s food was almost $20 and no drink. For a place with counter service, you pick up the food, and are expected to buss your table, it’s too much. The food is good, no question there, but the value is not. Bathroom code is a pain. How about listing it on the receipt and having the order taker mention it? Even with the code, two of the three women’s stalls were unusable. It used to be a cozy spot for breakfast or lunch but all of that is gone. Two stars for yummy bagels and the green salad with chicken options.
Definitely should have been better. The touch screen to order was a bit crusty and had clearly not been cleaned. The croque monsieur was not bad, but the fruit cup was poor quality. I’m not sure if the fruit was stored poorly or just old but it was completely mush. Panera must do better.
This store is freezing and interior is old. Too cold to stay in there so I don’t dine in. They also have very slow worker and they mess up the order very often, better check what you get after picking up orders. I ordered two sandwiches last time and the guy separates one of my sandwich into two wrappings and then thinks he made two sandwiches already. And end up giving me one sandwich. Half of the order is missing. Also they hide their cups now so now it takes a long time to just get a drink.cause they’re slow.
It was my first time trying Panera. The lady was nice but didn’t give me a receipt and I had said to go. They ended up giving my food for dine in. Panera is overpriced and overrated.
I recently stopped at the Panera Bread location at 7839 Park Lane for the first time, and it was an extremely disappointing experience that does not reflect the usual brand standard. Despite being located in a nice area, the cleanliness inside was shocking. The trash cans were overflowing, and the area for dirty dishes was stacked high with trays and plates. Service was minimal and inattentive. The only employee I saw was distracted, watching a video, and directed me to use the self-order kiosk rather than taking my order at the counter. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm, and the sandwich was skimpy—it barely had any meat. To top off the unwelcoming atmosphere, the restroom required a special code to unlock. I visit Panera every couple of months, but I will never stop at this location again. It needs significant attention to meet the basic expectations of cleanliness, quality, and service.
this is one of the only places i can stop before work and because my order is always wrong i need someone to check me out which i have to flag down someone to do so and my order will still be wrong and i have to wait even more time to get it redone. i love the food and the people are nice. clean place. just takes forever for unnecessary amount of time. don’t come here unless you have an extra 20 minutes to spare
Horrible. Last Thursday was my first time eating there, my order was wrong and when I told the cook he was rude. Went back to the register because I wasn't given a receipt, he checked the receipt and tossed it. I asked for the receipt again. At this time I was already bothered and he replaced with correct soup but not sandwich. There were dirty tables and just rude employees.
We hadn't been to this Panera location in several years, but met a family member here for dinner this evening. So much has changed with their menu and ingredients thar weren't an improvement to me, my but the bigger issue was cleanliness. There were large fruit flies on the bagels in the bagel cases, soda fountains, and around food in the order pickup area. Overall cleanliness wasn't great, and if these are things you can see in the seating area, I really don't want to think about what I couldn't see behind the counter in the food prep area. I think this was the last visit for me.
Every time I order they always missing an item like my sandwich from a pick 2 i mean how do you for a sandwich and today it was the drink. Lets see whats tomorrow….
We have ordered delivery at 6:30pm and it is now 9:15pm the manager, Dallas, he said it was delivered already but was never delivered. He then said it would take about an hour to get delivered again after being re made. We still have not received any food. This is probably the worst service I have received. They most likely won’t be getting any additional orders from myself or colleagues. I’m hoping a manager will reach out regarding this issue so I can express my concerns.
Everyone working there seems like they are miserable. The lady handing out to-go orders looked at me like I was crazy when I told her my name. The two take-out spots were taken by dine-in customers, so I had to park way down the street to grab my order. Food was cold and tasted way worse than it did last time I had Panera (2-3 years). Sad to see a once decent restaurant turn terrible. Won’t be back.
With no one in line or behind me, I waited five minutes for them to put six bagels, unsliced, into a bag and hand it to me. They didn’t have any of the bagels I wanted and the bagels they did have seemed to be a day old. Full price for day old bagels, and poor service. Very disappointing I won’t give up on Panera, but I will give up on this location.
Ordered delivery for a lunch office meeting. After an hour passed the estimated delivery time, decided to investigate where the food was. Tried to call the restaurant. No answer. Decided to drive to restaurant to inquire. Asked employee who disappeared into kitchen and returned with order that clearly was labelled 'delivery' on the receipt. Two hours later we are able to eat lunch, long after the lunch meeting. Will not be ordering delivery from this restaurant again.
Super slow super rude poor customer service where u pick up the to go orders and no one had a hair net on
We saw a swarm of flies crawling all over their pastries. When we notified them, they did nothing. They continued selling the pastries to other customers. Disgusting.
So this was the most awkward an awful experience I have ever dealt with , when going out to eat . It was a bit late an most restaurant was already closed. To our surprise Panera disrespectful bread on park ln was still open . My partner an I decided to stop in for a visit. We was not greeted when entering the location. So a few minutes after Being there I’m guessing he was the manager came out the closet and said the kiosk is where we would need to order because in the process of closing.. keep in mind it was just a little before 9:30 pm . Restaurant closed at 10 pm give or take . So we ordered out dinner with the help of the young man behind the counter.. the whole time The weird manager in all black was bulking at my partner an my self ,like there was an issues. We had planned on dinning in . Yet the staff more so the manager told the young man to put it Togo. I went to the restroom, which smelled very terrible an was infect dirty an very unclean . Although Panera thing is “ EVERYTHING CLEAN “ lol that’s a joke . There was poop ring on both the toilet seats . I come out an my partner go in an come out . An ask me how did I use the restroom in shush a filthy and disgusting place . As we are eating the weird manager “ Kareem “ came around an act as if he was cleaning an pushing the same chairs in to the table . By this time it was just on 10pm . The manager Kareem and came around an started to clean off our table as if we wasn’t there… my partner told him “Please don’t touch our things we made need that to leave out with you us . Another guy in the restaurant who had on a green north face jacket spoke up for us an told the manager that “his actions was rude uncalled for an out of the way , an that’s not Panera standard, “ “ then stated he also has worked for this in the past for 7/8+ years an there is a 30 minute window at closing and at open , that he was rushing up to hurry an leave . The manager responded an said ,” That’s none of your business, because you’re homeless, an I’m th AGM so what I say goes, an you don’t know what the guy was talking abou. An kept repeating. We both was very taken aback an felt bad for the young guy … as we left a … FYI WE WILL NEVER EVER be back to this company …as I write this post . We sure do hole this gets in the correct hangs an that weird guy managed kreeam be let go from this comp.m
My husband and I just stopped at this location for dinner and we should have trusted our gut when we walked in and the place wasn’t very clean. We decided to order anyways and were disgusted by the entire experience. Floors were sticky and covered in crumbs, trash cans and bathrooms smelled putrid, food was sub par with wilted salad greens and to top it off, as we tried to eat what we could, along comes a roach heading right towards my neck on the back side of the booth. We immediately lost our appetite and left and will never return again.
I have ordered sandwiches from them 3 times with a certain set of at least 15 ingredients, but each time I was terribly disappointed, because inside the sandwich I found maximum 3 ingredients, no greens, no arugula, no basil. no sauce or fresh vegetables. If I had not tried sandwiches in other parts of Dallas and in other states, I would think that Panera Bread's food is terrible. But no, everywhere except this location you can order great sandwiches. Broccoli soup and mac and cheese. Do not judge the whole Panera Bread by this place. The staff here just does not care what they cook. Try Panera Bread somewhere else.
Waited for service and no one came to the counter. Waited ten minutes and left. No line up and no service. Not coming back. Terrible customer service.
Don't come here hungry, they take too long to prepare your order, the guys are too slow.
11/19/2025 CNBC headline: "Panera lost diners by cutting portions and staff. It’s reversing course to win them back." No.
I had a disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location on January 8, 2025. I stood at the cash register waiting to place my order while an employee, leaning against the wall behind the register, was completely absorbed in texting on his phone and ignoring me. After an extended wait, he finally looked up and offered assistance. It's shocking that a company with such resources seems to have little regard for customer service, allowing an employee to waste time on his phone rather than helping customers. In the end, I chose to leave without making a purchase and went to another coffee shop instead.
They just leave your online order on the counter with the paper bag just wide open for flying insects to fly into. They don't have the decency to close & staple the bags like other restaurants do. We won't order from here again.
All around very disappointing experience at this Panera. Ordered two half salads and cashier rang it up as full size. The salad had a lot of fruit on it but the salad dressing it came with was almost tasteless so ended up very bland. However, what I was most disappointed with was how messy and uninviting the dining room was. Right when walking in you can see multiple tables with dirty dishes sitting on them and the floor was filthy with large amount of crumbs, etc around almost all tables and booths. Chairs were in disarray and dirty dishes were stacked by trash bins. Really should have turned around and walked out but since it was a weekday at 2:30 (so not busy at all) I assumed someone would be out to straighten up the dining area. I assumed wrong. Was there about 30 min and nothing was touched. So we got to eat our lackluster lunch while looking at dirty floors and dishes throughout the restaurant. Just out of curiosity I looked at the cashier and other staff behind the counter and saw two on phones and heard two having a personal conversation when went up to get a to-go box. The past few years I have noticed a considerable decline in many restaurants' food quality, service and cleanliness and looks like Panera Bread is no exception.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! This happened to me two weeks in a row. Ordered delivery including a smoothie - no smoothie was delivered. Called location multiple times - they just let it ring and ring and then hung up on me each time. Went online and reported missing item - they supposedly credited my Panera account for the smoothie. Tonight placed order to use credit - no credit was there. Ordered anyway, including a smoothie - no smoothie was delivered. Called cafe multiple times - they let it ring and ring and then hung up on me every time. Ridiculous!
Extremely inefficient. All employees on phones and wont address customer in line. Won't acknowledge your presence. 20+ minute wait for a sandwich. Rude. Furthermore, zero white employees. Odd? Left without getting my food. Sip club member, bad location, disgrace.
The food is great! Unfortunately customer service lacks and that is disappointing. I’ve have placed 3 different orders and continue to receive the incorrect order - 3 different employees/ managers just say okay- never try to fix their mistakes. Helpful tip if you order chicken noodle you may receive cheddar 😅
