Went into Taco Bell to order food because drive was full. It was at 6 cars. I walked in an an employee walked up to me and helped me order my food on the screen. Afterwards I watch them ladies handle that whole kitchen with no pressure. They knocked drive through out and I watched them make orders professionally and I'm a neatly manner. I was amazed how 4 young ladies handled Taco Bell like that. Drive through was empty because they served every car and I was getting ready to walk out. I never went into a fast food restaurant in the hood and saw 4 young ladies handle a kitchen then way the did today. And all them was smiling. That really shocked me. No attitude and no wait. I commended them before I left but I had to do a review. Great Job ladies. Should of hit their names but I was literally amazed. I definitely will eat there again.

This is by far the best Taco Bell ever the staff is amazing they go above and beyond. I have visited frequently on lunch and they are so patient explaining the kiosk to people including myself. You are always greeted with smiles and kindness they are outstanding. I would drive to get the amazing food from here always fresh and hot. You all are doing a great job keep it up

Charnyce has an attitude issue. we ordered the food but as we were about to drive off we saw the image on the screen show the new midnight baja drink. we figured we would order that at the window since we were already pulling forward. it's a drink, no big deal, right? it doesn't need to be cooked, the drink machine is right there and it should not hold up the line, and i am buying something additional. when we pull up and she says the price we ask as we are handing her the card "oh can we add a drink to that?" the sentence wasn't even fully out of my mouth before she says "NO." with an attitude. as if i have asked for the world. as if another girl wasn't just standing beside her doing nothing. either one of them could have quickly done it. hell i would have paid cash if it was an issue with the system. but the curt denial to my request is what I got. if an employee loathes their job and hates customers what about putting them in a non customer facing position. Just a thought. but no worries, I will not be back.

Was not very happy with this location. Did not have a good experience with the drive-through as it took way longer than expected to just place my order and get my food. I ordered 212 packs of tacos for my office and they did a horrible job packaging and making the tacos as it tasted like the food was old and crunchy tacos were stale. They didn’t have any of the sauces or condiments along with the tacos that most Taco Bell‘s typically have I was trying to do something nice for my guys at the office and feel like I did a part, I will not be back to this location

This taco bell is the worst in the area. The managers don’t have ANY CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS! We have been eating at taco bell for over ten years and we can’t eat fried food so we always get Gorditas instead of Chalupas ( literally the same bread they make the chalupa out of- the gordita is simply the same bread but before they fry it) today the MANAGER of this location argued with us that she couldn’t make it because there isn’t a button for it….. 🙄🤦‍♀️🤯🤯🤯. She adamantly refused to make it for us even when we explained it is the SAME thing as a chalupa but the bread isn’t fried that is it- literally saving them a step in the process! Then we drove back around and asked for the chalupa meal but don’t fry the bread- SAME THING WE LITERALLY JUST Explained and then they were magically able to make them because the word gordita was just so confusing to them I guess even though we kindly and patiently explained to the manager what we needed. I called because I suspected that the person claiming to be a manager wasn’t actually a manager- but they don’t know how to work their phone so when I called they went to put me on hold to wait for a manager- then hung up on me. I called back 4 times and they wouldn’t answer. Just go down the road to the other taco bell. This one is trash.

I ordered Uber eats from here tonight and the restaurant forgot my drink, the utensils i requested for the Pintos and Cheese, and all 12 sauce packets listed in the order. On top of that, it was not fresh at all. Do not order late night delivery from this location.
