Best Taco Bell I've eaten in so far....as far as good quality. The restaurant was a bit messy and I sat next to a teeny, tiny, hungry, baby ant. The good food was well made, very fresh shells and tortillas and good tomatoes.

Listen, when I get T-Bell I go all out. It is NOT a small order. And this location always does it right! Modifications are always right, nothing is missing, always get the sauces in the bag, hot and delicious. Bless this T-Bell 🙏

Hi Family - stopped at the Taco Bell. I have not really been to Taco Bell in a long time. Last time I went to Taco Bell. You can get two tacos for 1 dollar but I was able to get two tacos for 4 dollars. The tacos are pretty decent size smells real good, nice snack and they are good. The customer service is really good

Service was great tonight (10/16/21) in particular Kevin was extremely great and is the reason I wanted to write a good review. He helped me sort out my confusing order as politely and efficiently as id imagine possible. He even helped me get my change rounded to the dollar which I was very appreciative of. I’ve been here many times and every time has been fine with nothing to complain about but this visit certainly stands out as my best visit yet. In conclusion, I truly appreciated Kevin’s positive and thoughtful approach to customer service which stood out from any other experience i’ve had at any fast food restaurant.

This place is generally open till 1 or 2am most nightz and 3am friday and saturday. Occasionally i will get hungry for their nachos bell grande with steak and also love the chalupas. Occasionally i try to come here late night to drive thru and it will be randomly closed early before 12am or 1am but lights and open sign still on. Late night they also tend to run out of certain ingredients or say one of their cooking appliances is broken.

Once you pull up at the drive thru to request your order, there's usually a wait before you proceed to the window to pay for your food. The drive thu guys are usually friendly and give a generous portion of sauce packets. Parking is limited, but overall, fantastic and quick service. Interior of Taco Bell on Mission Street in Daly City is cleaner than most Taco Bell restaurants that I've been to. Those at the register are friendly, just like the guys at the drive thru window, and they're helpful when you're undecided on what to order. The restrooms are also clean too!

My go-to spot for Taco Bell at home. Fairly quick service and very lenient, I mistakenly ordered right in their drive thru and they still got my food out quickly. They sometimes drop an item or two but this usually happens on weekends at peak hours anyways. Wish it was 24/7 but it’s a decent location.

Recently came here because I was craving some Taco Bell and I was in the area. I had come here once before but that was a long time ago. Went to the drive-thru because I didn't feel like getting out of my car. Ordering was super easy. My order was ready in about 3 minutes. I asked for hot sauce, and the employee at the window even asked me to check to see if that was enough sauce. He said if it wasn't enough let him know and he'd give me more. My food was hot even after my drive home. Definitely will come back to this location if I'm in the area.

2025 10 10 update: Taco Bell tastes better after midnight. This location is opened until 3am. While not the best tacos, they are open late. The indoor dining area was closed tonight after midnight. I was able to pick-up my order at the drive through. My order tonight was crunchy tacos ($2 each), loaded beef nachos ($3 each) and a crunchwrap supreme ($6.29.) The two things I don't like are, the drive through prices are different than the app. The drive-through menu uses size 10 font for the prices. 2025 update. When I order via their website, it is ready by the time I get there. Today's order was a classic stacker $2.29, a double stacked taco $2.29 and crunchy tacos $2 each. It is what it is. Nothing fantastic but I do like their crunchy tacos a lot. Food tasted fine. Original review: Huge fan of Taco Bell here. I do enjoy their food. Tonight's experience is less than what I'm used to. First of all, my taco supremes ($2.89 each) were both broken. I'm assuming my taco creator tried to fit too much stuff in the tacos and cracked the shells. The 2nd taco hardly had any meat in it. Next, over 1/2 of the chips ($1.50) were the bottom of bag type. Really small bits. The chicken chalupa ($4.79) was fine. One out of the four items were satisfactory. Come'on guys, you can do better than that.

The food here is made fresh to order. Inside is clean, I see some leaky areas from the rain. It looks like here they are more focused on having you order on the kiosk, and priority is given to customers that are at the drive thru. If you are standing just to wait for your drink cup, they definitely try to avoid you at all costs. That happened this morning, and the lady asked someone else to help me. The food was piping hot, and I got my beloved baja blast.

Mexican Pizza is back! Drive through service is a little slower than other fast food joints but you do get your food correctly.

The bathroom was out of service and so my girlfriend have to walk next door in the rain to try Jack in the Box. Last time I was here the dining room soda fountain wasn’t working.

Easy Drive thru, big parking space to be able to park and eat, we didn't receive all our food though and when attempting to walk in and correcr it they were way too busy. Seemed particularly understaffed

this Taco Bell in Daly City on Mission Street near the Wendy's it's curious because I use the coupon there and anyone who's used Taco Bell coupon knows that you can use the coupon for up to 4 orders. So I did this for orders of two chalupas for $4 which is 8 chalupas total should be $16 for whatever reason to have ever get up into separate or I do not know why they did this I've used these coupons before although the two chalupas one is new. I previously used a coupon off of this sheet a couple nights ago at the same exact Taco Bell and they did the same thing. Two separate orders! I don't know why this is the only Taco Bell that this is ever happened can anyone answer that question? Incidentally the food was of course good Taco Bell food and the people are friendly so I have no problem with the food or the service other than this curious practice of two separate orders

Good deals on party packs and more options with $5 boxes are all great it you have kids or have a group of people needing to stay on a budget. Place is clean staff is friendly. Recommend going 👍

No soap (or soap dispenser) in bathroom. Food is good and quick for the amount of staff (hire more people!), just wish there was soap in the bathroom... Here's to hoping staff was washing their hands at another sink with soap! It looks like it fell off and they yet to fix. (Took pictures but can't seem to post them.)

The taco bell in pacifica off highway one was ridiculously crowded. I have to wait so long and I preordered online. The taco bell in daly city on mission st has a drive thru and is always smooth when picking up my order.

It's a fast food place, so obviously not going to recieve 5 stars. But great spot for quick burritos, haven't tried their breakfast. I highly recommend a beefy 5 layer and add potatoes, or bean burrito with potato. They're cheap so you can grab like 5 and eat for the whole day if not not the next for under $10. You can also add rice. Great mix. Try it!

Food is ok, orders are correct, the thing i hate is when the drive thru agent ask me to park my car while they get my food ready. There was nobody behind me so i am not blocking anyone. Their agent said “just in case”.. crazy..

But even then I work my but off for my money I spend he wanted to lie and argue about prices, he thru out numbers then said oh (°o°:) don't have a button to sale that... Waited forever for my number to be called. Then I’m told they called the number twice!? Umm, maybe say it louder for people in the dining area to hear it? Maybe say it with some purpose? If no one is showing up, maybe you could speak up!?

Every time when I try to buy something in this place if is after 1:30 am they are already closed and in the web site says that is open until 2am. It’s just so annoying being wasting time. It’s always a Excuse that is something Broken. Once in a while it’s OK but like every time? I just think the customer don’t deserve that.

To start off, not good. I go here every time for the same thing. (Number seven with a skittles strawberry) But this one time I go, it wasn’t good. When I placed my order they called my name and gave me the food. Before we drove off I would normally check my food. The food was in a small bag with my nachos sideways, not even the quesadilla, and a broken taco. Let’s start with the quesadilla. When I went into the bag to grab the other little bag it wasn’t even a quesadilla. The nachos were all messed up and just a big mess. The taco was broken in half and only had meat and cheese inside. The new lady wasn’t good. Consider if you are going here because maybe somewhere else is better.

I was very disappointed with my order and the food at this location. The food was dry with hardly any sauce in it for taste. When we got home we realized that we were short (2) bean burritos and there was another burrito in our bag that had chile, beans and rice which was not tasty. My pinto and cheese was soooo thick that the cheese and some beans were stuck to the lid of the container and was a little hard to open lol lol. I've never seen anything like this before, especially at a Taco Bell. I used to frequent this Taco Bell when I lived here 5 yrs. ago and it was good. Now I live 4 1/2 hrs. away and thought to just stop by for ol times sake and what a disappointment!!

I understand that restaurants are trying to use technology and many are currently using kiosks to place on-site orders; however, employees at this location seem to be totally unconcerned when it comes to take care of customers face to face.

Slowest drive thru ever. There were only 3 cars ahead of me, at 510pm, saturday afternoon,and it took 15 minutes for me to get food. When I arrived at the window, worker took my money, counted it, and stopped a minute to text whoever on their phone. I'm pretty sure that was what took so long for everyone else. I did not get a receipt, and was told by a friend I could have gotten a free meal for that. They can keep it.

First of all the layout of this place is terrible. Not only is parking limited but the drive thru line can cut off some of the parking. It also took me almost ten minutes to get my food. I just ordered a crunchwrap. I don't know what was going on but it took way too long. I definitely won't be back nor will O ever recommend it.

We've been going here ever since we moved to our new house but the new drive through guy is rude. Bad enough that I'm here hoping they see this and have a talk with Mr Will and remind him that he's in customer service. And no, this is not the first time he's been like this. The food is usually made correctly and I don't have an issue with that but this guy is the only interaction I have with anyone there and would be nice if it was enjoyable. I’m here at 9:00 pm. It’s a mess. Urine on the toilet seat and no paper towels in the restroom that has to be unlocked by the cashier. Three out of eleven tables are occupied and every other table needs to be cleaned. I’ll eat in my car. Had to go back inside to get a drink cup- they neglected to give me one when I ordered.

I never leave reviews but man, this place has never been great but ever since NATHAN stopped working the night shift, it's gotten worse. We come here because of convenience but they've gotten sloppy and their service and food quality is incredibly poor. It's clear that the kitchen staff at night are trash.

This has got to be the dirtiest Taco Bell that I had ever gone to. My mom and I were both hungry and decided to grab a quick bite after attending a funeral. We were going to sit down there and eat, until we witnessed how filthy everything was. EVERY single table, the soda dispenser, by the hot sauces/straws/napkins, etc. The restaurant was far from busy, so there is no excuse for this. Seeing how dirty it was really makes you question how clean the meal prep areas are. Long story short, we didn't eat there. Will not be returning.

Service was very poor. It seems that they are always running short Staff. Supervisor and Staff don't seem to care of the time you wait to place your order, don't really care on how long it takes from the time you arrive to the time you get your food. I went there Feb 9 2023, it was Thursday around 10:30am for breakfast. Old lady was rude and didn’t know how to talk to customers. She didn’t even know how to make a coffee. I order from the computer and it was Crunchwrap breakfast box, I ordered with guacamole and Cinnabon hot coffee. The guy who was making it didn’t even put guacamole that I paid for. And the lady was supposed to make the coffee but she was just chilling at the dining table talking to someone. She finally goes in to make my coffee but gives me an iced coffee. I told her “ I ordered Cinnabon hot coffee” from the menu, she just looks surprised and mad like she doesn’t even know what that is. Then she brings the container with cream and cinnamon to the counter, points at them and yells at me, “This is it. What do you want? How much you want”? I’ve never felt humiliated that bad trying to order a food. They don’t know how to make anything from the menu, they don’t add what I paid for, but at least they could ask nicely or say sorry. The worst customer service ever. Never going again.

Their food is very skimpy compared with other taco bell locations. My cantina burrito was about half the size. I ask for and pay for extra cheese and notice no extra cheese and the flattest bean burrito of any taco bell.. Time before I asked for extra beans and cheese hoping for a bigger one only to find the size was still the same. I figured they would get better after they had been open awhile but still the food hasn't changed. I'm disappointed as this location is on my way home.

45 minutes in drive thru line tonight. Were they super busy?!? No, they were super high! They messed up our order and at least three other people who also had to park and walk back in. There was one poor lady trying to do everything in the back while the guys were so high they couldn't manage. 👎

Specifically asked for separate bags for the separate orders. The person on the mic said ok and understood. When I got to the window, everything was put In the bag smashing everything else. I understand it's a TacoBell but there's no excuse for the employees to not use common sense. They also forgot an entire order which was another reason I wanted separate bags so there are few to no mistakes.

Overcharged for cold food. Love taco bell normally, but this Taco Bell over charged the chalupa box and the food was ice cold. The cashier also charged me for a cheese burrito that we did not order and did not get. I had to go back into the store and get a refund. I might add we had no drink with our chalupa box. There was no difference in price and Taco Bell advertises $5 for a chalupa box which they were charging $ 5.99 and no drinks. Will never go to that Taco Bell in Daly City on Mission Again. I recommend Taco Bell on Skyline and Southgate in Daly City. They will give you great hot meal for five bucks

The very least experience that I've had. Well to make it short I was already set to get down to mission street, Daly City to pick up what I ordered but the troubled thing was they were already closing up and I couldn't pick up the order because they were already closing up after I had submitted the order so the guy in the drive through window said he will refund my money by cancelling the order and he did so luckily I got my refund. Nothing else to complain about but the fact that they were closing up early after they knew I made an order really ticks me. Don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Something is very wrong with their system because every time I decide to go here, they lose my order, and I need to remind them what I ordered. It's happened 3 times now, so most likely won't be going back.

I could never have imagined that there could be a Taco Bell in the whole world that was worse and more terrible in all senses of these two words than the one I visited a little over a year ago in Weed CA located on Highway 5. But I was hugely mistaken. This place here is not only much worse, it is more dangerous than any conceivable obstacle that can delay you for something important. In my case, to get to my workplace on time. On 06. 8.2025 at 8:12pm I decided to stop and get something to eat from this place. After I pulled into the driveway I looked at the time and decided not to drive true but to get out and eat inside because I had 1 hour and 18 minutes until I had to be at work. That's when my nightmare began. As soon as I entered, I felt that something was wrong with this place because there were only two working guys who were talking to each other in Mexican (because I lived in Madrid and the Spanish language is quite different from the one they spoke), but I understood that one of them was telling the other that the night before he had a lot of money and drank so many margaritas that he passed out and doesn't remember anything. But I thought that young people still don't have the habit of protecting themselves from bosses or customers because they can get into trouble with such conversations. I placed the order on the screen intended for orders, but I had to pay with cash at the cash register. I stood there for about 3 minutes and decided to use the time to wash my hands in the toilet. As I entered there, I bumped into another guy who was unzipping his jeans while we were passing by. The toilet inside was terrible, no, I don't want to share about it. I washed my hands and went to pay for my order and see if it was ready yet. Because there were two cars in the drive thru when I entered the establishment. There was no one at the cash register again. I waited a few minutes, but while I was waiting, two people who work as delivery drivers came in. After a while, two girls came in and ordered on the screen like me. The delivery guys started peeking over the counter and asking where their orders were. At that time, a boy from the toilet came out from somewhere inside, eating french fries dipped in some sauce. He took a cup and headed to the soda machine. After him, another young man appeared who said something to the guys working inside the whole time I was there, they smiled and continued making tacos, salads, etc. etc. I understood that this last one was some kind of boss from his gait and his very behavior, so I asked him politely if there was a way for me to pay for my order and know how long it would be ready. He replied yes of course sir and looked at the boy who had bumped into me first in the toilet and then on the way to the soda machine who had sat down and was doing something on his phone. Just by looking at his boss he put his phone in his pocket got up and stood at the cash register I told him that I wanted to pay for my order from screen #2 he looked at me incomprehensibly I pointed to which screen I had placed my order on he looked at me incomprehensibly and stood there as if frozen. The delivery guys started to get nervous. The place was full of people. 40 minutes had passed and I hadn't even paid for my order yet. The boss appeared and started scolding the boy, who in turn was only a body here and his brain somewhere else. I asked how long it would take for the food to be ready. They told me 5 minutes. I said OK but I don't want to eat it there anymore. They wanted it to be put in my bag to go. There were already about 20-25 people there. And it was getting noisy. I went out to make a phone call. It was 9:02 pm when I went inside and asked what was going on with my food, my boss answered me with something like "hmm" and his hand pointed to the drive thru window. I told him that there were only two cars there when I placed my order and 40 minutes had passed since then (and it was actually 50 minutes). I ordered a supreme burrito... Look what I got😳 I also thought I would try the cinnabon bites... I mean the grease ball bites... The order also included the nacho taco supreme... Which was my fav for years... I will never eat them again... I ate them... And my stomach aches really bad... I don't know if it was the grease ball I ate... As I took a bite and expected a mouth full of cream... But had a mouth full of grease... Which I spit out immediately!!! I just had to get the big order... The lettuce was soggy on everything... And everything was super greasy🤢🤢🤢 I hadn't ate so I was trying to put something on my stomach... Wrong thing to do!!! How does the meat have no flavor 🤷🏾 it was as if the put water in it to stretch it or something... The one star would be for the customer service from the lady who took my order... She was a sweetheart. Money and gas wasted🤢🤢🤢🤢😡😡😡🤢🤢🤢 my clothes are ruined because of the grease dripping all over them... And I'm sick😡😡😡

Employee refused to accept a coupon for chicken quesadillas, and when asked for a manager, he said the owner said "We are a Franchise, we don't have to take coupons!" Most fast food places are franchise, and this is the first time that was ever told to me. I guess they don't care about customer service, or their customers, because the guy was very rude, and a comment was made about not returning to this location again, the manger said "Ok." And waved me off. I never will purchase anything from this location again. By the way another customer was waiting a long time for his food, and he ordered through the kiosk. This place is employed by young naive employees who know nothing about customer service. Stay away from this location it's not worth it.
