I ordered two Original Chicken Sandwich combos. After sitting at the window for a few minutes, I was asked to pull ahead as they were going to cook my chicken fresh. After about 14 minutes, I received my order. I didn't make any changes to what should have been on the sandwiches, but one of them came loaded down with pickles, which is not a default ingredient for this sandwich. I also question how hygienic it is to allow someone to push their own wheelchair around on those floors and then fill up fry boxes or bag food after touching the wheels. Maybe that person should run the register or drive through; the person at window #1 was sitting down, so it should be possible. The drive though smelled really bad due to old food on the ground, and the windows looked really dirty.

Went with friends. Chicken fries had too much pepper in the coating and seemed a little over cooked. My friend's fish sandwich was bearing warm, and the taste wasn't great. It will be awhile before I go back.

Thanks to Shanda, my order was correct and not old. I appreciate her for making my last visit better by fixing the mistakes in my order. 7/14/2023 Our visit to Burger King has been good so far. The girl taking our money has amazing customer skills. So surprising because she's so young. Gotta give her kudos 5:13pm Sitting at the window, for an exceptional amount of time, for our food. Hopefully our drinks aren't ready and the ice melting into them. Who likes watered down soda?? So after about 7 mins waiting for food we are off.

Ordered my 2 for 6 big king and quarter pound king and onion ring my food taste like it's been under the heat lamp for 30 minutes to 45 min slightly warm if that and not good at all very disappointed with this BK they also were not busy at all no one inside 😑

We walked in to nobody to greet us. Stood at the front counter for a few mins before anyone even noticed us. The person that took our order made it seem like it was an inconvenience to take our order. Keep in mind there were no other customers in the store at the time and no customers in the drive thru. Then when we received our orders we noticed the table we needed was filthy along with other tables. So before we could even sit down we had to ask someone to clean the table which took a few minutes for them to get to. We also told the cashier our order was for dine in and the person still put our food in a bag. Did you stop using trays? We were never asked if we needed any sauces and yet again it seemed as though it was an inconvenience to get one sauce when asked. While there we noticed them resetting the time on the warmers without replacing or throwing out the expired food inside. The tables were filthy, floors sticky, just a bad experience all around.

The manager Jason should not even have a job there. No one with an attitude like Kim should ever work there. They messed up the order instead of him fixing it they told us just to leave the lady taking order had dog hair all over her sweater.

Customer service was nice and service was quick. The only problem and complain. I have is the fact that I bought a double whopper with cheese and did not receive it. Money wasted

Well.... This is the reminder of why we stopped eating at fast food and only go to quality cafes when we do choose to eat out. I'd like to know how half of a sandwich can get cooked and the other half not... It was served cold. This was intended to be the new classic melt... What exactly is melted? The cheese was definitely not. And the sauce that was provided on the sandwich actually one bite of it made me ill for the remainder of the day. I'm not sure anyone is actually paying attention to the way that they are preparing food these days in fast food restaurants. I've also reported that there was an entire item missing from the our order. We don't go here often, but wanted to be sure to make anyone aware, I do not recommend.

Spent $40.98 today and I get home the 24 piece nuggets I got were well over done then. I noticed that their was a piece of hair in my pop. They have lost me as a customer.
