I ate here with my family and the service was great, the food was incredible (we got mini tacos, burgers, and egg rolls) and the price is cheaper than eating at other fast food businesses, AND YUMMIER! Served hot and delicious! Freestyle soda machine too!!! 10/10

They move pretty fast. Food is mildly warm when you receive your bag of food. Have not messed up on a order so far. Will update if necessary.

The food is good and even then it’s still not good enough! The service could be way better but it’s usually lazy teens who work there so can’t fix that but the atmosphere needs to be fixed asap!

We pretty much stopped going to JITB when we move to Twxas, as that Texas based burger chain that starts with a W has filled that role. But we went again. Food was okay, no better or worse than it used to be. But we really loved the service and the staff. And it was so much cleaner than the other joint, at least partly because it was not nearly as busy.

They do a great job! Sometimes it takes a little long to get your food but this is the only location we will eat at.

C'mon, people! It's Jack in the Box. What else do you need for a solution to hungry but not for.......This place is always seemingly a bit understaffed but intent on getting you your food fast and right. Our thanks to them for being there to feed us. Ate 4 tacos, could have done a dozen but prefer my appearance to be that of a teenager with anxious food syndrome trying to fit the stereotype of body image.

Like the food and usually they aren't very slow. The people are usually friendly. Bacon on a burger is hard to find in the burger. But everything else is good. And they have a really nice drinking fountain with a very wide variety of flavors. And their desserts are really good. Especially the Hot churros. :-)

First time visiting jack in the box. Everything tasted good.i tried the number 8 (spicy sriracha) my opinion, it could have been a little hotter. The burger Patty wasn't very big either. I'm rateing them a three on size and spice since having the word spicy but not really spicy.

I don't usually eat here much but hubby and I dropped by on our way home from a long road trip for dinner. A girl was outside taking orders for the drive through. We couldn't see the menu yet so I asked if they had any chicken salads. She said they didn't so we both ordered grilled chicken club sandwiches, I asked for pickles on mine. When we drove forward enough to see the menu board, they do have several salads, some with chicken, no biggie, maybe she thought we meant chicken salad, like the chopped up with mayo type? Anyway, we get our sandwiches which each have a note on top to substitute american cheese(the menu board said cheddar or Swiss or some other "real" cheese), and one says add pickles, so pretty sure it was ours. We drive off, disappointed about the American cheese but too hungry and tired to fuss over it. While they did get the pickles right, there was no mayo or sauce of any type on them(menu board said mayo). What a huge disappointment. 3 strikes in one visit with only 2 items ordered. What are the odds they gave us the wrong order when it was 2 chicken clubs, one with pickles?

Most inconsistent location, they either mess up your order or just flat out don’t give you something you ordered. I went and ordered a spicy chicken with two tacos and halfsies fries I only got one taco and no curly fries

Half the time, they forget something or give me the wrong order. Food is never hot and none of the staff look or act like they want to be there.

I live in FtW work in Decatur. Also enjoyed tacos from Jack, however my experience with the Decatur Jack is not very good. I usually order 3 tacos from drive thru. When at the window I watched the lady put 3 packeta of sauce in the bag and I use 2 packets per taco. I asked if I could have extra for the tacos and she replied they put sauce themselves on the tacos, I said I still would like a little extra sauce. She have me 2 extra packets. A couple of weeks later I went again, some waiter watched her put maybe 4 packets in the bag with the 8 tacos and I requested additional sauce and she said she put about 10 pkts in the bag which she did not, I said again please give me additional sauce and she through it I'm the bag. I counted them on 8 pots. Gave it another try yesterday and time a different waiter. She told me at the speaker the small tacos were thawing out would I like the monster taco and I replied yes please 2. The bill was 3.66 and I gave her 4 dollars. She gave me the bag did not offer me my change and I sat there and looked at her. Finally I said keep the change, she just smiled. I'm assuming she was new and drove away. Pulled in front the tacos were old, cold and very tough and not any hot sauce. I paid for something that was not edible and bad customer service. Went on my way did not have time to go inside. Will not be back to the Decatur Jack again.

Food was good and i do feel like its worth the cost. They were a little busy but they got our order quickly. I had to go back in to fix one of our orders and get the sauce we asked for which was missing. I would have given four stars if the person who took our order had not been so rude with me and the person who fixed my order had not rolled his eyes at the manager when the manager asked him to fix it.

The people are friendly. Over all the food was good and iced Carmel coffee tasty. The only problem was the grilled chicken salad had way to much of the middle of iceberg lettuce, which caused bitter taste. $5.00 for a club salad crispy is way to much to pay for with that much garbage lettuce in it. I took picture of it. Also a fly stocked me the whole time I was there. Plus women's bathroom needs serious attention!! The heat in the restroom was unbearable! This is Texas and it's summer! I must say it needs a overhaul as far as cleaning. I can say the location isn't very good because of the traffic from Walmart and feeder road is very dangerous!! You can't see past the bushes by the dumpster to get out without being hit by another vehicle, or unless they STOP to let you out.

Food tasted fine,but I'm pretty positive theyre serving the smaller patties as the larger ones ,and I also paid to have bacon and received a small 4in piece that looked to be pre cooked, nothing like the picture showed ...staff was very friendly

We received the wrong order! Food was okay would of liked what I ordered. Drive thru is hard to understand when they read order back. My receipt showed correct order just received kids meal food. Next time I'll go inside to dine.

I absolutely love the tiny tacos. I usually go thur the drive thur, but this day it was unusually busy, so I went inside. WORST MISTAKE EVER!! It was so dirty inside. It appears like the cleaning is at a barest of minimum if at all. Trash & Crickets were EVERY WHERE!! I understand country living brings insects, but its like no one cares to sweep the lobby. The bathroom was super nasty. So it made me wonder how does the back where the food is made look like? If it had some cleaning done, I'm sure it'd be great. But it just came across as no one takes pride in a clean store..

JitB has low standards to start either and I go in with low expectations. Food came out cold, dry, no flavor, and all after a long wait. Tables and drink station need more attention frequently. It works for food in a pinch, but it wouldn't be my first choice in the area.

The employees will stare at you and finish their drive thru orders before speaking to you. If you have a request for anything to not be added to your menu choice, they will ignore it. Employees are very unfriendly and if this is brought to the attention of the manager, he will not care or apologize.

Burger patties are extremely over cooked and dry. Not sure how long the leak in the ceiling has been there but that is absolutely disgusting. It continuously drips. Takes way to long to get your order. Very disappointed in Jack in the Box's quality.

This location is never consistent. Every time I order, there is a problem, it seems. The soda fountain inside is always empty, so even though there are supposed to be all kinds of choices, there aren't any. The food is hit or miss. The loaded tiny tacos are different every time. One time, they have lots of sauce the next time they are full of lettuce and hardly any sauce. I can say this place is kept very clean.

This may be the slowest Jack in the box I've ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of day morning noon night late at night, you'll be sitting in the drive-thru forever.

Sat at the drive the box for a good while before anyone said anything actually had to yell hello. Food stale and some items not received. Ordered the gremlin munchies box but nothing told me they were out of the salt freshener I wouldn’t have spent that much on it if a sign was posted or something. Asked for forks didn’t get curly fries were inedible coffee drinks had so much ice it was literally two sips and it was empty felt cheated. Not to mention family members getting out of cars to help the workers with boxes and trash using a stolen Walmart cart. Spent 50$ and all I got was 20$ worth of items try calling the number nope goes to a full voicemail.. then you get a text from someone else that takes ten minutes to respond. Worst costumer service and worst food quality I’ve ever had.

I was really craving Jack in the Box and was feeling chicken tenders. After I received my food and left the drive through I got home to eat and let’s just say when I opened this box of tenders it shocked me… I seen the most atrocious chicken tender of my life. There was 4 good tenders and 1 horrible one it was so bad I had to take the others out just to show this. Let’s just say I won’t be visiting here again after this incident!

I was literally the only customer and you would expect they would have plenty of time to make a decent meal but the tacos were sloppy and the soda machine flavors were all empty. Stop hiring millennials until they learn how to work.

To be completely honest I wish there was a way that I can rate them less than one star . My wife went through the drive-thru and brought home the most disgusting food I have ever put in my mouth. I went back up to talk to them about the cold lifeless burger and fries that was served to my family. After showing them the disgusting slop that was served to my family I asked if they would eat any of the food that was in this bag they all shook their head no, they then proceeded to tell me that they do not cook lunch until after 12. My food was purchased at 11:20 .The question I asked the manager on duty when was my burger actually cooked and when was this food cooked that I served to my daughter and my family there was no answer for that. This will be the first and last time I purchased food from this location.

This is America and when the employee can't understand me to take my order nor when I can't understand them, theres something wrong. I see why they need people to work and why there wasn't any business during lunch hours. Flies everywhere, tables and floor dirty and facilities were nasty. All my food was over cooked, burnt and crunchy. I love Jack in the box but I will never be going back to that place again.

first off I love Jack in the box my fav place but the one in Decatur rd is the worst place I've ever been. first the guy taking my order spoke no English and couldn't understand him. the place was filthy,took over 20 min to get my order and I was the only one there. the food was cold and seemed like it's been sitting for a hr,the fries were yucky and cold and the manager was just down right disrespectful when I complained about my food I will always love Jack in the box but I will never come to this one and to top it off by the condamints there was a dirty band aid there gross!!!!

Food was wrong and cold. The man working the drive thru seemed aggravated that they put a broken lid on a drink and it built in my vehicle. So I asked for napkins and a moment to clean it up.

I just ordered a big popcorn chicken box, drove home...opened it..STARTED EATING IT....AND THEN RUN INTO A BLACK LOOONG STRAND OF HAIR IN THE BOTTOM. There are three ppl in my household. My husband, very short salt and pepper hair, my two year old son, who has EXTREMELY curly brown hair and me who has mid length light brown hair. I tried to call after physically getting sick, no answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Apparently when you spend $50 on food the amount of sauce you get is zero because they want to charge you the "extra sauce charge" of 25 cents per sauce. $50 worth of food is not entitled to any sauce apparently. No drinks available except tea but they didn't tell me that until the hassle of her trying to get $50 worth orders correct. I would have gone elsewhere. Subpar service. Subpar food. Subpar experience. Won't ever be back.

Ok first off rude rude rude!!!! our drive through team member Daphne was hateful and rolled her eyes. Then when we told her the order was wrong the manager was yelling at us saying there wasn't anything wrong with the order when they were missing half of our food. 2nd not only did they get almost every bit of our order wrong they put jalapenos on my buger that doesn't come with jalapenos on it. And I'm allergic so when i bite into it I couldn't breath because my throat closed up so thank you for that ER VISIT!!! Horrible horrible horrible I will never order from there again. Can't believe that place hasn't run to the ground.

Go to a sit down restaurant. You can get your food faster than going through this drive through. After more than a ten minute wait the order was for a plain burger and of course they put everything on it. Go to Wendy's it is fast food.

The rudest people out there, the lady literally closed the window in my face while I was asking for condiments. Then I get home 20 miles away, and the order is not even what we ordered. If I could have rated them below a 1 I would have.

The whole restaurant was extremely gross inside, and the girl at the register had no customer service experience. Was not given all food paid for, so when asked for the remaining food there was an obvious annoyance across her face. Additionally, no napkins or ketchup out for customers to grab. Therefore, that was one more thing requested of the girl at the register. She handed my husband several ketchup packets covered in ketchup that got all over his hand. He had no choice but to throw them in the trash, clean his hand and still need to get ketchup again. Overall, terrible experience and it's sad that this post alone and this location not getting our business again will do nothing to help improve it.

Doors locked at 10pm. Hours of operation say 6am to 2am on Sunday. Would use drive thru. Except for 20 ft pull camper not clearing. Reason for dine in visit.

Dining area was dirty. Restroom nasty. Condiment area in need of attention. Empty and cluttered. Fries were burnt, cold and stale. Front counter could not speak English. Sign advertising free cheesecake with large combo not given with the order. Had to ask for it. Then had to get manager to receive it. Coming from someone that paid for his first car working at Jack in the Box this is the worst store I've ever been in. It's no wonder that at 1200 noon there was NO lunch rush. Wish someone had warned me.

I would leave 0 stars if it let me! Tonight i ordered dinner for me and my family and 2 out of my 5 orders were made wrong, and they left my other meal out. I called 8 times and no one answered the phone. My husband had to drive back up there and wait in line, with 7 cars in front of him, only to be questioned like he wasn’t telling the truth about our order. Seems like y’all need new management.

The chick working the drive through was rude. I asked for a junior burger for my 4 year old, when i got to the window i asked why it was so expensive and she said it was a jumbo jack. I told her i wanted a junior, literally for my child she said "how about i just give you the hig burger and charge you for the small one." I said okay i guess. She rolled her eyes, laughed and said "works every time huh?" As if i was purposely trying to play the system. She should learn about customer service and how to blend her contour.

I would usually give this a good rating but today I hated it here. First of all, there were about 4 people BEHIND us and they got their orders first. That is so unfair and on top of that the lady was very rude. I was sure I ordered a something and she yelled at me telling me to go to the back of line. She just had an attitude over everything and she was VERY disrespectful. I also forgot to mention this but there was this white lady who was waiting NO WHERE NEAR as long as we were yet she was treated nicer because she was white?!

Went through the drive thru got a grilled chicken salad. The salad was great. Got a large Coke Zero Took a drink. It wasn't drinkable. Tried to call the restaurant to tell them they won't answer the phone. No more at this place.

I spent almost $30 getting food for the entire family, I only asked for 4 sauce packets of ranch. They charged me 25 cents each and the ranch was warm and tasted sour. Other Jack in the Boxes refrigerate their sauce to keep it fresh and give a reasonable amount out without charging. Plus the tacos were soaked in oil. Disgusting. Couldn't eat it. The sausage grande burrito was missing the hash brown inside and the sausage was chewy. Couldn't eat that either. Won't be returning. Worst Jack ever!

It was just ok. Very dirty inside. The drink machine had ketchup all in the area you place your cup. (Hopefully it was ketchup). Needless to say I did not get a drink. Tables were not wiped down. Got a burrito and it was good but half way through grease poured out the end of it. I will not go back.

There was a short line and after 5 hours on the road. I was tired and hungry. My 4 year wanted fries so I stopped here thinking it'll be fast. It took 10 minutes for a car to move. It was finally my turn at the speaker and it read CASH ONLY. Seriously? I couldn't even back out because there was a vehicle behind me and it's one of those drive thru places that doesn't let you out. I waited 3 more minutes and the guy behind me got tired and left so I had to reverse out. The line still hadn't moved up so it was easy enough.

My family and I used to look forward to stopping at Jack in the Box on the way to DFW but now the food is mediocre at best, and the service is too slow for a quick stop on the way through. It's not just this Jack in the Box, the food has been lacking at almost every one I've tried over the past 6 months or so. I think I've finally given up on them.

We just went through the drive thru. I asked a direct question and they lied. The food is cold, taste old, and just wasn’t worth it. I tried to call and just see about getting a refund ir get the the food remade but no one answered the 1st time and the 2nd time, someone answered and then hung up. My disabled Son and I came in for a late lunch. I gave the woman in the red shirt our order and I saw a sign advertising mozzarella cheese sticks and tried to order some for my son and the woman said we don't sell mozzarella cheese sticks anymore. Not sure WTH is going on i pass by every day religiously for a breakfast burrito but this week seems like everyone walked out. only one person at the register,cooking, taking orders, and cleaning. I passed by again today in the afternoon and same thing only 2 people cooking.desperate customers who waited literally 45 mins for food forming a line and walking out. Some even said they waited an hour and its true even the drive thru waits about 20/30 mins. Someone fix this.!

Bacon Ultimate Chs Burger was garbage, all it had was literally bacon (not the extra bacon that I ordered), cheese, and meat...THAT WAS IT, fries were OLD and freezing cold, the ONLY thing that was correct or even work ingesting was the drink. Placed order an hour and a half before closing, NOT minutes before, should have had better quality food for the price.

This was honestly the worst place I have been in a long time. Every table was dirty. The coke machine was so nasty. The floors were full of food and trash. The kitchen floor had food all over. Trash was overflowing. Absolutely nothing was wiped down. I used to love jack in the box. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Hopefully I can find one that is in better shape. We do not have jack in the box where we live so I look forward to going but now I will second guess myself.

On my travels from Texas to NM I stopped here for some tacos, 2 for 1, I took a bite of 1 and it tasted a little off but I thought was the oil texture. I ate just the 1 taco and drove for awhile. I took a bite of taco #2 and it tasted worse than the 1st so I spat it out and did away with it and just didn't eat the rest of my trip. I started feeling nauseous and ill some short time after. I got to my destination at 8pm, and went to bed. I woke up in 2 hours puking, I kept puking for 12 hours as I tried to continuously keep fluids down. Went to the hospital and was in the hospital for almost a week due to food poisoning and bacterial infection in my gut caused by these tacos. Ecoli is nothing to mess with! Here I am 2 weeks later just now starting to feel better after days in hospital and countless hours on medications to fight through it! I have tried calling this establishment for over a week which no one answers it just rings and rings. Would not eat here again nor would I recommend this place!

Claudia was the person who took our order and we specifically asked for number #29 with only bread and egg and the first time it came out it came out with cheese and egg and bread, so I took it back and asked if they could remake it without cheese and Claudia gave me an attitude saying to check the other sandwich but the other sandwich we asked for everything on it and I told her that one has everything and it’s supposed to come like that and her attitude was just so nasty and so I told her if they could remake it and she said okay but we noticed that the sandwich was taking awhile and so we went to check on it and the other cooks told us that they were not told to make another sandwich so that meant that Claudia wasn’t planning on giving us our sandwich we asked to be remade. And the place was disgusting and dirty it seemed like no one has cleaned it in days it was nasty in there. When I read previous comments about that the restaurant needs to be tip top, well it was and that comment came from an owner and it was five months ago I would’ve thought it would still be tip top but I guess they forgot about it or they didn’t care anymore. This is one of the worst jack in the boxes I have ever been to.

They don't make it your way. I asked for NO KATCHUP. So clearly they don't care or don't understand English. Either way ill never stop here again.

I am writing about my most recent online order from the Jack in the Box, as well as an ongoing issue I continue to experience at this store. I ordered three (3) 12-taco boxes online. When I arrived home and checked my order, it was incorrect: • Two boxes contained only 6 tacos each • The third box contained only 8 tacos What makes this especially frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. Almost every time I order from this location, something is missing from my order. At this point, it feels less like an accident and more like a pattern of carelessness. Additionally, the two employees working the front of the store during my visit appeared disengaged and careless, which likely explains the repeated mistakes. Accuracy and basic attention to customer orders should be the bare minimum, especially for online orders where everything is clearly listed.

They charge for dipping sauce with chicken nuggets and strips. Why are they not included in the meal? On top of that they didn’t even give them to us.. The staff doesn’t care about doing their job had to look and see what they had and what they carried. On top of that they don’t have any diet soda’s at all. Really? I will never be back to this location again!

The place is very dirty. The tables were full of crumbs and condiments, and the floor was wet. However, the workers didn’t seemed to care. We asked for lid and napkins, and the staff said they were out. We had to use paper towels from the restroom instead. The burgers were dried. To be honest, this is my last time coming to this Jack in the box.

I went in with my family. First thing I noticed was the trash outside was full and overflowing. Employees never attend customers indoors until they want to. They just stare at us and keep talking in the back.Soda machine is was dirty. Broken wobbly tables very unsafe! Walls are dirty. And not to mention the women's bathroom is dirty and when I flush there is a puddle of water behind it. Ordered curly fries and they felt stale. Please do better.

It’s disgusting the floor had food all over. Tables were not wiped and the drink station was not wiped. There were straws all over. There was a something dripping from the wall that leads to the outside. The dinning are was also way to cold. They need to get things cleaned in that restaurant. First the lady in the drive thru doesn't speak English. Which is totally fine except you can't actually order because she doesn't understand. Then I was told that what I wanted to order that was on the menu is no longer on the menu. That I could order it on the app and then get it which makes no sense at all. As of July 2018 I have try this location 3 times since the original review ... once they got the order wrong and the other two time I left because no one ackowleged I was wait ing in line for 5+ min on one location and 3+ min on another... This location. Either needa to close or neeeds to have a complete bottom to top customer service revival....
