So this review holds true both for pick up through the drive thru and walk in. Staff is always friendly, smiling, and completely polite while keeping a hustle on. My food hasn't ever looked off or been skimped out of a portion. Deff recommend this location .
It's a good new Chipotle. The food was fresh. In terms of Chipotle's food quality I believe the meats can be fatty sometimes. Everything could be a tad bit hot before even adding sauces. They could use some new salsa's. For atmosphere they need to have better tables. The high tops are too much. The Coca-Cola is always great at Chipotle.

Probably the most quality fast food franchise Mostly fresh real ingredients with some health added like beans, peppers, tomato, corn. I don't know these days if there are any fast food establiments with same.

I've read some rather bad reviews of this location on here, but I disagree with their assessment. My husband and I went there yesterday for lunch before going to a movie across the street. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean. No complaints from us. Plus, 2 officers from the local police department were there getting their lunch. One thing I have learned over the years--if cops eat there, it must be good.
Just had the best experience ever at chipotle in Deer Park. I had never tasted the chipotle, honey chicken before the person that helped me was extremely patient gave me a sample and even sold me on it. And I couldn’t have been happier. Best chipotle on Long Island!! 🙌🏼 down.
I hit up this chipotle a couple times a month, I've never had a problem with the food. I've done the drive thru pick up and ordered in store. The people that work there are nice, and fast, and don't skimp too much on the bowls. I'm honestly really surprised people have an issue with this location.
Nice chipotle with a lane drive thru to pick up things as well, and they put your food up nice. Don't know how others complain when I've gotten good portion sizes here and the people here are chill and nice
I see so many people complaining about the food they get. First of all the burritos are clearly much bigger than your hand. They load them up. Those are bigger than if you were to get a Taco Bell.some things may be a mess but know that you get what you pay for. The food here tastes great. Sometimes the staff is unfriendly but not always. They are constantly dealing with people complaining about small things all day long since everyone has something to complain about on top of working their job. You would be mad too if you had to deal with that nonsense all day long. If you want a burrito or some fancy food go to an actual restaurant. But if you’re going to go to chipotle then deal with it since it is your choice to go there in the first place. You want perfect food then go pay more money elsewhere for perfect food. I think this place is alright for an inexpensive meal.

Food could have been a little better (fresher?) but was still tasty. The service was fast and they were polite. Restaurant was very clean.

I’m writing this review because I received the best service from Quinn. Doesn’t matter the day, every time I see her I’m met with a smile and she always accommodates me. Some other employees may make it a little difficult when you request something but she never has a problem and is always so pleasant. Her customer service is definitely a part of why I keep coming back ♥️
I'm amazed that so many people have given this chipotle bad reviews. I've been here a couple times now and every time they got my food done quickly and the employees were nice. The food quality is pretty good. There chicken has good flavor and the sauces/salsas are great. The only negative is that the rice is really dry, but that's how every chipotle is. Overall I think they are an above average chipotle.
I usually come to this chipotle, and it’s usually done correctly and everything, but this time I ordered, they forgot my corn, and as well as my sour cream, I think this was due to the amount of bowls that was done at once which led to confusion. The counters were also messy, and there was rice falling into the beans, and I often get chunks in my rice.

Not a fan of this location. Was expecting more since it's a new location. My gauc literally was super oxidized. I mean brown and clumpy. I even asked for a different one and they literally brought me the same thing. I got a quesadilla and the edges were burnt and dry.
The guy with the black fluffy hair and he looks young around 18-19. If he makes your bowls, just know you’re about to eat the best meals ever. Me and my friend went and he plugged us up so much. He put so so much in our bowls that it overflowed. Yes there were solid rice balls but it wasn’t his fault so that explains why I didn’t fully give it 5 stars. Also because the counters are really concerning that it’s so messy. I love chipotle though.

I’m going to be honest the food at this location always tastes off or funky I don’t know why and when you ask for lettuce or anything they give literally a pinch no exaggeration have to ask for more and then they get mad like 3 pieces of lettuce was enough lol some workers are very nice tho I cannot deny that.
The music is too loud, the chicken is dry, the brown rice is undercooked. The staff is friendly. The worst is they don't have guest wifi or cellular service. I have my work laptop I can't get on. I won't be back.
I love Chipotle I go there all the time but today I went there and there was an avocado sticker in my food and it just grossed me out I am not happy

I’m only giving 2 stars because this place is relatively new & because it’s Chipotle and who doesn’t love Chipotle. Thank being said, large majority of the employees are incompetent, act like they could care less about you or your order and seem to have never been trained on how the HOSPITALITY business works. They are extremely rude, to the point that one of them actually yelled at me when I asked “do you grill burritos here?” They also never have vinaigrette. Which is terrible on its own, because that’s the best part about chipotle lol But when you ask if they are “out out” or need to make more and I can wait, they give you a nasty response back like you just asked them for their life savings. TLDR: drive 2 minutes to the Chipotle at Tanger Outlets and avoid this freak show at all costs.
i am a local chipotle customer who goes to chipotles around town. This chipotle lacks food quality. The red sauce (spicy sauce) isn’t made correctly, as well as the guac with huge chunks of avocado in it (this has happened multiple times with the red sauce and guac). The staff there is not qualified to serve customers to chipotle standards. I ordered hard shell tacos the same day of the occurrence that looked like a bowl and had them remake them. The staff member also agreed with me that it looked like a bowl, and tried to brief me on how there isn’t much space to make tacos (when he made them correctly the second time around).
This is my third bad experience here & this location is fairly new! As I am standing online there's a big guy (employee) speaking loudly & rudely to the guy in front of me who seemed to be picking up a delivery. Saying Hey you're back for another pickup man.. you can just go through the drive through, you know that right we have a drive through. The customer seemed embarrassed & didn't get a chance to respond, before the employee said oh you don't understand huh.. you don't speak English. Than yells rudely to the back for the order to be brought up to the front. Now it's my turn which I'm getting a kids meal for my child. 1 side was chicken which he dumped just a very little of. I asked for just alil more & was told I can't this is what a kids meal is. Still speaking very loud & rude. I continued to move on than asked for a side of sour cream. This same employee stopped helping the next customer to speak to me again letting me know anything else I ask for will be extra. I ask him to stop speaking to me bc he was very loud & rude. He still stopped helping the next customer to make sure I was charged for the side of sour cream. Lol smh which it didn't matter. Just let me know yes that's fine it will be an extra charge give me the Option. That's it!!! All the extra rudeness & telling me you can't give me more chicken bc it's a kids meal is unnecessary. The first complaint I let the employee slide with her rudeness twice before I had to speak to the manager.
First time ordering and I went through door dash. I received a completely different order with multiple toppings I didn’t want. I’m not sure if they placed the wrong label on the bag or what not but I was kinda disappointed
I know it's new, but this is probably the worst chipotle I've been too. Love that it's close but very slow service, gives less than normal portions and are always out of food before the store even closes. Thank God for guac time.
I came here around 8pm on Wednesday July 10th. The atmosphere was good, music wasn’t too loud and staff were easy going. The reason I’m giving 3 stars was because the food was not up to par. My chicken was half hot, half cold. The rice was okay. I had a reward for free chips and guacamole. The chips were so stale you couldn’t even bite them. They would bend when you try to break them. I asked for another bag and that bag was stale too! I asked for a supervisor and a black lady came out to assist me. I forgot her name but every bag of chips she gave me was stale. I threw away at least 5 bags of chips. Even the supervisor wouldn’t eat them. She was trying to break them with her hands instead of tasting what her customers are getting. She apologized and said the chips are made fresh daily she’s not sure why they’re like this. She offered me a free large drink. The lady at the register made a comment that my chips and guacamole were free. I asked her if she would eat stale chips and not be upset about it. It’s my rewards that were redeemed and you can’t put it back on my account. She did not answer. I thanked the supervisor for trying to resolve my issue. The pomegranate drink with a splash of lemonade was really good. I just know to either come when they first open or go to a different location.
The manager is upset because I complain about the portion it's been a long time since I try I'm definitely not coming back.
I will say that majority of times I have been to this location. They are very rude. Majority of the girls always have an attitude with customers. I will say food is okay and the proportions are fine.

The protein portions were reasonable, and the ingredients were fresh enough, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The steak was a bit chewy, while the chicken was adequately seasoned but unremarkable. No digestion issues. Service 2/5 - The understaffing situation created a genuinely chaotic environment. The mobile order system was particularly problematic - orders piled up while the designated pickup shelf remained empty. Staff members juggled between in-person and mobile orders, creating confusion and delays. Despite setting a specific pickup time for our mobile order, it hadn't been started when we arrived, and getting any staff attention proved challenging. Ambiance 3/5 - The space offers a standard fast-casual setup with basic seating and minimal decor. The constant bustle and disorganization detracted from what could have been a pleasant dining environment. Cleanliness 2/5 - The rushed service had clearly impacted cleanliness. counters weren't being cleared regularly, with food debris piled up and smeared on the counter area. The overall appearance suggested maintenance was taking a backseat to managing the crowd. Parking/Accessibility 2/5 - The unlit parking lot on an icy evening created unnecessary risk. The dark conditions made navigation treacherous, and better lighting is desperately needed for customer safety. Value 2/5 - Considering the portion sizes and quality relative to the price point, the value proposition falls short. The meal was adequate but didn't justify the cost, especially given the service issues. Overall 2/5 - This location is struggling with fundamental operational issues. The combination of severe understaffing, disorganized mobile order system, and cleanliness concerns overshadowed the average food quality. There’s always food smeared on the counter tops to the point where I have to ask them to clean it up so that I don’t have food stuck to the bottom of my bowl. Not to mention the drink and utensil area was disgusting this visit. I’m tired of complaining. I do not plan to go back to this location.

The gentleman (who was sagging his pants to the point of almost seeing his whole underwear) came back with 4 pieces of steak. What a joke. Then I was up, everything was fine until I was about to check out. The lady that was helping me said give me 5 min and then I can check you out. 5 MINUTES…if I told a customer they have to wait 5 MINUTES at my job I would be fired. That is not how you treat people. Almost 5 minutes passes and she finally rung us out. Meanwhile I couldn’t hear the person in front of me cause they were playing some rap music soo loudly. Overall a poor experience. Hopefully they were just having a bad day cause this is how you should not be treating customers.

Just opened on DPA. Until they settle their growing pains, don't waste your time, just head to the one in Tanger. Slow service as one women was making food (not her fault), while the cashier stood at the register. They were out of sour cream and out of chicken al pastor.
They got a bunch of kids working there and they never got fresh chicken or fresh Anything they’re slacking. Tbh It’s a hit or miss though cause I went there one time and it was good (there was also all adults working there at that time too) lol

I was very disappointed with the service. Food was subpar, staff was slow, side, tracked, and unhelpful. Portion sizes were small, staff didn't wear hair nets, didn't change their gloves. World Station was a disaster. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Ordered double protein and got less then normal protein at other locations
Order was 20 minutes late for a pick up store was empty all employees were standing around .I think they were not getting online orders and they had to bring in the food from a diff location got all cold by the time it got home cant reheat food with dressing mixed had to throw in garbage they could've easily made the food while.i was waiting totally messed up what a waste
really rude customer service and poor amount scoops put in the food, some middle eastern employee got really rude with my mother just because she asked if maybe she could get more steak on her bowl (the woman only placed three little chunks of steak) and after my mom asking she started being really rude with my mom.
Employees are rude and lazy , they don’t feel the need to work their full shift. Now we did come in 7 min prior to closing, but all food is cooked and they’re just serving. Rice was not prepared to chipotle standards , refused to give out condiments like sour cream and guacamole . It was a very dissatisfying visit to say the least
Very dissatisfied. I ordered catering and the food was not that good. Everything was dried out. They lied and said they never knew my pickup time was changed to a later time and said they were about to throw out my food. No one called me. The order form that they put with my food had the correct time so they obviously knew what time I was coming. Terrible! I won't be going back.and will be contacting corporate.
I ordered for online pick up , 3 soft tacos. The tacos were inedible, extremely soggy and missing ingredients. I asked for a side of sour cream and it had mixed corn sala In it. The food is contaminated with order sides. The rice is also undercooked. This is the 2nd time I order and it’s the same experience! Will never order from this location again!
This place is a ticking timebomb once Qdoba is built across the street their business is over, place is dirty and all the trays with burnt scraps they call meat are always empty at dinner time, been there 2 times and i cannot believe how nasty the food area looks, i say for a busy location thats unacceptable and bad for a corporation that big.
Place is a joke. Constantly messing up orders. Leaving things out. I mean come on already. Who's in charge of this place. Ever since this place came to Deer Park they have managed to mess up every single time I ordered. It's a shame because I like chipotle. Unfortunately when you hire a bunch of children. As your workers who don't want to be there and can't seem to get the order correct ever. You destroy a brand name you work so hard to achieve. The one at Tanger is the best. Might as well close this one down. Because after they messed up my order the 10 time I will not be returning. I'll stick with the first one of Deer Park. Because I've never had a problem once. Maybe it now makes sense why they have such a low rating.... very disappointed ☹️
Staff started shutting down the store 30 minutes early. They had large puddles of water on the floor for cleaning and no protein was available. It was unsafe conditions for guests.

Hard undercooked rice being serviced at this location. Tried this location a few times hoping they would have improved after a few months and nothing. Picked up dinner tonight and the white rice was hard again.
I did not like the portion size and they charged extra for queso. And yes we did indeed ask for more and baby scoops was what we received. I went to Chipotle at the tanger outlets [10/10] and they take Into consideration that I selected fewer options and asked if I would like more of the stuff I selected. But this was my experience here ana i definitely wouldn't be going back
Have been to many chipotles and know what to expect. This one i’ve tried a few times in hopes they were working out some growing pains. this chipotle is still the skimpiest with the meat, the rice tastes off, the portions of everything is significantly smaller. it just isn’t what i expect compared to others. the location is so convenient but i’ll still go out of my way to the other ones as to not waste my $ here anymore for disappointment.
They are so stingy with how much stuff they put in. Literally got like half a spoon of rice, maybe 5 pieces of chicken and when I asked for lettuce she gave me a pinch of it. This is the worst location I have been to. The food preparation counter is filthy, the servers are not friendly or helpful and the chicken in both burritos we ordered was undercooked and there was a lot of fat.

Walked in at about 330pm on Sunday 3/30/25 ready to make an order and was the only person in line, there was about 5 or 6 employees just standing around talking/on their phones. No one was cooking, no one at the register. Nothing. Waited for a good 5 minutes and not a single one made even made eye contact with me and when I asked if anyone was working they proceeded to ignore me and a few walked into the back. I waited another minute before I decided to walk out. Management should talk to every person in shift at that date and time. They are causing you to lose good business.
Worst service ever!! There were 6 people They acted like we were not there and the only person who serve are food was the color guy who was cleaning the floors The worst thing was that he didn’t even clean his hands properly Worst service Don’t ever waste your money here!!!
I sat at the drive-thru for 10 mins. There were three girls who walked by the window, looked straight at me multiple times and no one acknowledged me for 10 whole minutes. At one point they even looked at me and laughed. When one of them finally came to the window, she did not greet me or speak. I told her my name, my food was sitting at the counter, ready, the whole time. Everyone has bad days, but you guys gotta do better.
if you run out of sour cream put a sign up at the front door. that way the customer doesn't have to wait online to find out you don't have sour cream.
I go to chipotle about 4-5 times a week right after school. Usually i would say the portions and everything is good but not this time. I ordered 6 bowls for my family. All basic chicken cheese rice bowls. It was so busy which I understand why they are rushing but that shouldn’t change the fact that every single bowl had not even 1 full scoop of rice or chicken. It was very busy so I didn’t say anything but for someone who comes 4-5 times a week ( they know who I am ) & spending $75 for that is unbelievable
Literally one of the worst chipotle’s in new york. The employees are so incompetent and lazy that when you point their mistakes out they get very defensive. Everything at this restaurant was also cross contaminated which is very unprofessional. I told the manager there that he put half a scoop of chicken since most of it fell out and if we could please get a little bit more… he states, “No I didn’t, if you’d like more you have to pay extra” which I understand, double chicken is always extra but he didn’t even care to look at the bowl. Awful customer service by this team, if you are okay with driving a little bit more definitely go to the one in the outlets or commack.
I ordered delivery. My tacos and bowl were good but the $7 guac and chips were terrible. The chips were stale and the gauc was turning completely BROWN! Couldn’t eat them!
Did not receive correct order. Tried calling to only be annoyed with automated system. Finally a person after 15 minutes and was in another country….. Mexico I hope! Had to go to the establishment and only greeted by the onsite manager who was rude and questioning why I was returning order. After explaining it 3 TIMES she realized I was sent wrong order and provided the proof. Order was still wrong! And said I had ordered extra side of guacamole she said I ate it!!! I said YOU JUST THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE! Next is my call to corporate!
I walked in an hour and a half before close and all the employees started grunting super loud and stared at me rudely. When I went to order I politely asked for brown rice, the employee rudely snatched the bowl and went to the back with it. I walked out right away, I will never return. Rude and unwelcoming employees.
placed on online order for a steak bowl. went through the drive through. went home. went to eat it, and there is no steak. how could you make the bowl and forget the steak. it’s like the first thing you do. it’s the most important part
There is absolutely no reason why we are worried about pre closing 2 hours before the “restaurant” actually closes. 1 person literally on the line making food 1 person at the register playing around in the back 1 person mainly focused on cleaning everything to were the other employees have to keep going in the back to get every piece of food item and about 6 workers all hiding in the back doing nothing at all as you watch them through the windows, barley any sauce the Togo cup that you get charged for, not properly making sure anything is closed before being put in a terrible paper bag, attitudes are disgusting because I guess they are clearly ready to go home 2 hours early!! Service at deer park chipotle needs to get better on a whole new level, will be taking my money to other locations! Hope you guys eventually get shut down!❤️
Worst Chipotle Location on Long Island Constant Long Waits & Poor Operations Every time I come to this Chipotle location it’s always a hit or miss, but lately it’s mostly a miss. Honestly, I think this is the worst Chipotle location on Long Island right now. Every visit turns into a 10–15 minute wait just to place an order. Nothing is ever prepped or ready. Sometimes you literally have to watch them cook the chicken or make the rice while you’re standing in line, because the serving line is messy and empty. Terrible Food Quality The food quality is extremely inconsistent. The rice is always hard and sticking together, and there have been times where the chicken in my bowl was chewy and almost raw, like it wasn’t fully cooked. On my most recent visit, as you can see in the photo, there was a hard, whole avocado piece in my bowl. That should never happen if the food is being prepared properly. Cleanliness Problems The dining area is rarely clean, and the utensil and condiment station is almost always empty, which you can see in the photos. The line area itself constantly looks messy and unorganized. Major Food Safety Concern The most shocking thing I witnessed was a delivery truck driver using Chipotle ingredients to hold the door open. In the photo you can clearly see it was a bag of onions sitting on the floor acting as a doorstop. That is honestly disgusting and raises serious concerns about how ingredients are being handled. Better Options Across the Street Honestly, for crappy fake Mexican food this is BS. You can go to Guac Time or the newly opened Qdoba across the street. They give you more protein, bigger portions, and often for half the price, and the staff is much nicer. One positive thing about Guac Time is that they’re cheaper than both of them, constantly fresh, and they load your bowl with protein and toppings at no extra cost. Staff & Management Issues The staff here are mostly teenagers and college kids, and honestly I feel bad for them. They look overworked, tired, and miserable, like they don’t have enough support. It seems like this location needs serious help and training from Chipotle corporate, because right now it feels like a dumpster fire with annoyed customers waiting in line. Final Thoughts Between the long waits, poor food quality, messy prep line, cleanliness issues, and serious food safety concerns, this location is clearly poorly managed.

Place is run like an absolute joke. I'm all for employees enjoying themselves on shift, but they go too far and just don't care about anything. I went in there to pick up my food that I ordered on the app and instead of getting my food or at least looking for it they decided to make Jake from State farm jokes for fifteen minutes straight, then after more customers started coming thru then decided to look for my meal, proceeded to not have it, not apologize or anything and the manager on shift at the time only had to say "yeah the app has been acting up, deal with the chat not to get your refund and then I'll serve you" at that point I just said screw it and left. If we hit that point before I wasted 15 minutes for them to joke around? It wouldn't have been a problem, things happen but I'm not going to waste more time and money for a business that can't even give a half assed apology at minimum after all that.
This place is normal chipotle flavor. With bad customer service and extremely small portions. Got two protein bowls today. They weighed 3.4oz and 3.8oz including the container and lid so you know they skimped. I just stopped by because it is the closer chipotle but I’ll be taking the extra drive to Tanger outlets from now on. I always have this problem there.

I ordered my food far ahead of time and got on the drive thru lane right when my food was ready. Tell me why I waited 20 minutes on the line with only one car in front of me, before I parked my car while in the drive thru lane, went inside, and had to ask someone inside to give my order that was already ready? There were three people working in the drive thru lane, how difficult could it possibly be to get 2 people through when they've already ordered ahead of time? Even when I walked inside, they looked like they couldn't care less about people waiting for their food, not to mention it wasn't busy at all - maybe 2 customers on line inside. If you don't want to work then leave your job!!!! but don't keep people waiting for what they paid for, for 20-30 minutes after it's already ready. Ridiculous. I'd rather go to Qdoba across the street
This Chipotle is a complete joke. I ordered almost an hour ahead, showed up exactly when I was supposed to, and they had already given my food to someone else. On top of that, they didn’t even have the ingredients I ordered. Their response? A shrug and “this is what we have left.” No apology, no effort; just trash service. Honestly, this location never has what you want and never gets it right. Save your money and go anywhere else - McDonald’s, Taco Bell, your own kitchen, literally all of them will treat you better than this place.
we just left this chipotle location and we are the least to say DISGUSTED by the behavior of the girl with the blue hair. Apparently she’s a manager according to the other reviews about her. Her attitude is so beyond unbelievable, being sarcastic and rolling her eyes like we’re below her or something. If yall don’t know how to treat customers or yall not having a good day then stay home. It’s not our fault you’re mad, like are we serious? The only reason we didn’t say anything was because there was no reason for additional conflict. Safe to say we will never come to this location again. Besides to say that every other time we went there it’s always something. Like that other time we went, they had us wait 10 minutes (with NO ONE in front of us) because they were changing shifts and they just done looked at us stand there, they went in the back put the music loud, started laughing and singing etc. and then they cane out to help us with attitude cause we broke they’re little party. DISGUSTING DISGUSTING behavior by a bunch of KIDS.
There’s four cars stuck in the middle of the driveway in the snow. They can’t get out of chipotle it’s probably the only business parking lot that hasn’t been shoveled at all but yet they open to try to take everybody’s money and not have an employee or a service do anything about making a pathway those poor people outside this place should be shut down.
Ordered here at 8 in person ( they close at 11) half of the stuff wasn’t available no idea why a pre close would start 3 hours prior to such an extent but okay. Ordered a week later on uber at around 3pm they gave me two bowls both without steak just rice beans and slathered with sour cream what happen to all the stuff I added? Especially the steak???? No idea why they thought it was a good idea to send the order out that way. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else as they clearly do not care at this location
I ordered food online, I recommend nobody to do this. I went to the location, when it's said it's time for pick up. They didn't have my order ready. The young man asked me if I can give them 10 more minutes, I gave them 10 more minutes, the young lady told me they just started my order 🤬 I canceled it but they still charged me. I'm disputing, this isn't right? Don't go to this location. One more thing, I getting my money. Chipotle is will never eat here.
I visited this Chipotle during dinner on a Friday, and the experience was very disappointing. The line was out the door, but the food stations were not restocked — black beans, chicken, and carne asada all looked old and were being served in small scraps. When I politely asked if they could bring out fresh food, I was told it was “in the back,” but nothing was restocked. My order was also messed up, and overall the staff seemed dismissive rather than helpful. Dinner time should mean fresh, well-prepared food and attentive service, but this location fell far short. I left after they messed up my order without even confirming what I wanted. Staff does not seem to care at all.
I visited the store 2 weeks ago and purchased nachos and salsa along with my meal. Got home and the bag of nachos were all stale. Upon my next visit I asked for a replacement bag of nachos and the manager Juan refused to replace them because I couldn't produce the receipt. Ironically, he never gave me a receipt for the purchase I made today so how can can he expect a customer to provide a receipt for food issues when he doesn't even give you a receipt after your purchase? Poor management and customer service here. P.S. don't but the nachos!

Food was okay but I’m pretty sure the manager made my food I got a burrito double wrapped and she gave me less the. What a normal burrito would get , what’s the point of paying for a bigger item to get far less food super embarrassing coming from a huge company like chipotle would not recommend this location to anyone
