Everything I've ever ordered here has been amazing. The restaurant is right across the street from the beach so the ocean view is amazing. The pier is visible and you can watch people surfing.

Incredible views and great open air throughout the space. Service was quick and polite, food was very solid. Highly recommend stopping in after a morning on the beach.

The restaurant has a great location overlooking the beach. Food is also really tasty. The chicken strips are really good if you like coconut and the tuna tartare was delicious. They also have a nice beer selection and drink menu. Service left something to be desired, but overall I liked the restaurant and plan to be back again

Great seafood with a view. Many other options available. There is indoor, outside and dog seating (downstairs) available. We sat upstairs during the OB Farmers Market and the activity on the lawn was great. I ordered the tuna wrap, it was huge. My wife had the clam chowder bowl. Both were delicious and served timely. The waitress really knew the menu well when we asked for suggestions. As the temperature dropped they closed the windows to keep the cool breeze at bay.

Biscuits and gravy are good but better with the eggs and onions on top! Only knock is they are changing menus and a lot of the current drinks are not available. The location is top notch, with amazing views and scenery.

We had a tough time deciding between the three restaurants in this area but we are so happy we chose Wonderland. It was exceptional. The views were mesmerizing and the food and drink were perfect. Service was short staffed but they handled it well and we weren’t left waiting long. The Watermelon Cooler was amazing. It tasted like a jolly rancher. The apple Old fashioned was enjoyed by my partner. We started with fried calamari and pork riblets. The calamari was addicting mixed with the fried peppers. The riblets were outstanding. They were flavorful , fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. We also enjoyed some fried fish tacos which were excellent with the salsa verde. 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back.

The fish tacos here are the absolute best, but so was everything else. If you like clam chowder, I definitely recommend the in-house made chowder. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Came here for a birthday dinner and it was everything I wanted and more! Reserved us a spot about a week in advance requesting a window seat view and got just that! HIGHLY recommend going for sunset, they do a group cheers and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff is super friendly and attentive, delicious food, and tasty drinks! I got the ahi wrap and haven’t stopped thinking about it since lol will definitely be back soon!

One of my favorite places in one of my favorite locations in San Diego county. Food is amazing, service may be even better and the view from the wall to wall open window concept is just the amazing cherry on top! Since on the second floor you have views of the Pacific Ocean for miles…! *Pro Tip* been there a many times but first time I tried their “Wondy” (Alcoholic Frosty with Skrewball) and it was the best. Unique and will be a regular order for me when I’m back!

A great spot with amazing waterfront views and wonderful food. Nothing like enjoying a neat pour of Weller 12 Year while people watching at the beach. Might have the best chili I've ever had that I didn't make myself. Give it a try. Free 4 hour parking just around the corner to the South.

The beer was pretty good here, nothing special. The view… is amazing. You’ve got the ocean, you’ve got all these surfer bros walking by with their shirts off, dogs… tons of dogs! Dogs and CBP. Tons of CBP driving by too. Anyway, the service was a little shaky but to be fair they were busy. We had to flag them down to get water but they give it to you in this cool little vase looking thing. The fish tacos were excellent, the pretzel bites were perfect bar food, the desert wasn’t bad but I’m not too much of a sweets guy. If I’m in San Diego again, I’m coming here for sure.

So happy to find this place. After watching surfers surf at ocean beach, we came here to have a quick bite. Ribs were juicy and tasty. Fish taco was good. Calamari was plumb and well fried. Place had a great young vibe and fun. Ocean view was amazing at sunset. I heard from the hotel staff that this is a locals pub. My girls liked the place and definitely recommend this place when you visit Ocean beach in San Diego.

Great little spot almost on the beach. We came and enjoyed some cocktails with a view! It was kind of cold outside so the big windows made it feel like we could still be enjoying the beach while staying warm. We did not eat so I cannot comment on their food but definitely come here and enjoy a drink or two. I did knock off a star for service. Our hostess was great, very friendly but none of the servers were anything to write home about. Made us feel like a burden more than anything. Didn't check on us often until a younger guy bartender/server got there on shift change. He was a lot better. Didn't get his name but younger guy with a mustache, wore a hat.. I know that's so vague but it's all I've got. Thanks guy!

Great place to eat and watch the ocean!! The views are outstanding. Lots of people working on laptops in front of the window. I wish the food quality was on par. The burgers came out well done, and fish in fish tacos was on a drier side. However, great guacamole and coconut chicken strips! They also serve a decent variety of draft beer with Cali Creaming being one of them. It is pet friendly 🐕 🐕 🐕 and service was amazing!

The place itself is nice, lively, and has a beautiful view. If you’re coming for drinks (especially water), don’t worry, that will arrive quickly. But if you’re coming hungry… prepare to turn into a hangry monster. We waited about 55 minutes for fresh oysters, clam chowder, and two pieces of fish tacos. Maybe they really did go to the ocean and hunt the fish and clams for us. We also noticed that the table next to us ordered just slightly before we did, finished their entire meal, and left. while we were still waiting for our food. Then new guests came in after us and somehow received their meals before we did as well. Well sorry for them, ours is hunted straight from the ocean The food was fine, but is it worth almost one hour waiting ? No. The wait time and disorganization completely ruined the experience. Great vibe, beautiful setting, just not the place to go if you’re actually hungry. Well I guess it’s our fault for going to a “Pub” for a meal.

Used to have really great service here but have noticed a decline this year. The last few times I’ve been in, the servers are nowhere to be found, very slow and I’ve been seated twice during shift changes where the server has asked us quite aggressively to close out mid-meal. I work in service so totally understand liking to close out a table if it’s in a good spot for a transition. But both times after we closed out while still having food in front of us, we were never checked on again or introduced to a new server. Our server seemed to have a buzz on as well. The food is OK for bar food but often comes out cold. Have taken this place off the list of must-visits.

Dirty. Unattentive staff and expensive. Partner said her burger tasted like “old fish”. It did, meaning the grill likely went uncleaned all shift. I woke up in the middle of the night with explosive diarrhea. It’s two days later and I’m still having diarrhea and stomach upset. Avoid at all costs. Consider this fair warning. Edit: called the number a few times, no one answered. Left a message with the date and time and circumstances and never got a call back.
