I’m throwing this McDonald’s under the bus for one reason only: prices. $1 for an ice water was quite a surprise after we already ordered and paid for 4. Also some items I order often another locations were fully $1 more each, specifically the Quarter Pounder meat patties a la carte. We will pass on this location in the future.

Very rushed and rude. I ordered 3 combos and an iced coffee. The shift manager REFUSED to give me my son’s sweet tea. I was literally holding the order in my hand and she argued with me that my iced coffee was the drink for that combo. I told her I paid for it separately and she said there was nothing to do because she couldn’t find it in the system. I held up the drive they line, showing her my receipt for a few minutes until I told her I wasn’t leaving without his drink, especially since I paid to upsize it. She finally gave it to me. I spend a lot of money at McDonald’s, mostly at this location. I buy frappes a lot and they aren’t cheap. Normally they are filled to the brim with frappe while the whip cream and drizzle fill the domed lid. Lately though it seems to be half an inch from the brim with extra whip to try and fill in what’s missing. As if you couldn’t tell due to the color difference. Today at 9:41am I get a large and splurged for the overpriced $0.40 extra caramel drizzle. So in total I paid $6.05. They had me at the 3rd window, despite them not being busy, and I waited at least 6-7 minutes before they finally brought it to me. I only ordered the one item. And today the frappe is almost 2 inches from the brim and some drizzle is spilled on the outside. I also just realized that I ordered a mocha frappe and got a caramel frappe. To say that I am annoyed, to have paid so much for what “might” be enough to fill a medium, is an understatement. For these prices I’ll just go to Dutch Bros where it’s always filled to the brim. Every. Single. Time.

Drove there on a heavy rainy night. Tried ordering apple turnovers. As I tried ordering the cashier wouldn't respond. It was raining inside the car because of how the order spot was built. Plus my needing the window down to order. Once I finished the 5th time ordering I drove to the PU window. He asked what I had ordered. There was only 1 car ahead of me. When I told him about the apple turnovers. He said we don't have them here. To bad he couldn't have told me that after the 4th time I ordered them at first.

Dear Management I am writing to share feedback regarding the operating hours at your location. As your restaurant is situated right off Highway 75, it is inconvenient that the main lobby does not open until 7:00 AM. Most McDonald's locations near major highways typically open their doors by 6:00 AM to accommodate commuters. I would appreciate it if you would consider opening the lobby earlier to better serve customers in this area.

We will not be back. Ever. Nor will my co-workers or my family. We absolutely hate it. If there's no help at the counter and I can not get my own drink or even use the ketchup dispenser. Even the seating has gone down. Then my mom had to argue with a manger over the temperature how it was too hot for kids in the playground area. McDonald's in Denison is now complete and total trash.

Carmen General Manager McDonald's 950am 11/8/25. Denison hwy 75. Placed a mobile order. We got to the drive thru and gave the code they said great pull up. We got to the window and gave my code they said they could not find my order and asked if my name was Wendy. We spoke with Carmen who refused to give us our food and said I would have to cancel my order in the mobile app. It does not give me the option to cancel. I showed her the app with a receipt and the pending charge on my bank account. She said that she cant do anything. I got no refund no food and no resolution to my problem. For the general manager to say that she couldn't do anything for a 26 dollar order is completely insane to me. Edited: It's now Monday morning and my charges are complete on my bank account. Still no food. Still no refund. Still no resolution.

Honestly if I could give it lower I would. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in 6 years for a number of reasons, since it's been so long I decided to give it another shot. And now I'm going to continue to not eat at McDonald's because I've looked up their hours online and couldn't find lobby hours so I called them and asked and they told me that they closed the lobby at 11:00 p.m. It's 10:17 p.m. right now and I just pulled up to the lobby went to open the doors and it's locked, their door says that they are closed at 10:00 p.m. on top of them constantly getting my orders wrong in the past, gaslighting me about coupons that I've handed in, and even outright rejecting service to me because they saw my sister give me money in the parking lot, now they're lying to me about their hours. In all of my 32 years of life I have never had a chain of restaurants treat me like crap this bad. The food is expensive for how bad it is, their value menu which claims one two and three dollar menu lies because there's nothing under $2 on it., and the employees are rude. I will never eat at this place again and I will continue attempt to prevent anyone I know from ever coming to this place again. I've already succeeded in convincing 12 people never to come back.

They pretended to take my 30% 20 piece code, but gave me no discount. I brushed it off, but then they gave me reheated nuggets!! To their credit, 3 of the 20 were fresh.. Otherwise, the nuggets were lukewarm with tough chewy breading and weird tasting meat. Worst McD experience ever!! It wouldn't have even been with it if she HAD given me the 30% off! 😡

THEY DO NOT WANT YOU INSIDE THEIR STORE. The drive-through is pretty good. However, walking into the store is totally horrible. If you wish to pay with cash, good luck. The one cash register will not be manned. Expect to wait for someone to eventually show up. The user unfriendly kiosks don't take cash. The order is wrong or incomplete about half time. Today, my order was "erased." I had to go ask about my food. Still took several (more) minutes to finally get my incomplete order. HEY OWNER/MANAGEMENT! IT'S TIME TO SHAPE UP. PAST TIME ACTUALLY. Disgruntled long time customer.

I ordered just a normal Deluxe McCrispy with 10 nuggets for my mom.. They end up giving me the chicken sandwich with, I kid you not, instead of mayo, they gave me some HOT sauce??? My mouth and stomach are extremely upset and unfortunately I didnt notice this until a few bites in.. I dont know what type of sauce this is but its Not Mayo and this is probably the worst way Mcdonalds as screwed me over. How do you even make this mistake??

I went through the drive through after picking up my kids. When I made it across town to the house, my oldest daughter opened her burger and got a surprise. Thank you McDonald's in Denison for the laugh! 😂 I see the Halloween pranks are starting early. Anyway, didn't have time to drive back across town. I guess I need to check the food thoroughly before leaving.

I don't know what happened to this McDonald's, but they have gone downhill. They can no longer get orders right, and some of the management apparently doesn't care. They don't listen to you when you try and explain what they did wrong. I have the proof called a receipt and pictures. When I go to a sit-down restaurant and they mess up my meal and want a refund, I get a refund for the entire meal, not just for the part they messed up. Why does McDonald's think they should be different? I didn't ask for the entire check to be replaced. I asked for my meal to be replaced. Just wanted extra onions and pickles on my burgers. The woman I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with should not be a part of any management or customer service. She would not give me her name after I asked for it. I will be contacting the general manager and will try and get ahold of the owner as well. And I'll take my money elsewhere.
