I order from this Denison location and the staff are amazing! The manager is super personal and accommodating! Always smiling. Taylor and Billy are the same way so when you have a great management team, you have great staff under you! Food is always fresh and made quickly. I look forward to my visits at this location!

My 4th or 5th time going in here and each time has been a great experience very professional and great chit chat.. restaurant looks very clean and there is always other customers inside which I think is a good sign for good food.. there were a few guys working there M. and S. seem to take pride in there store and I like that...I would very much recommend this location as a good one..

This place is phenomenal. Taylor and Landon were absolutely masters at their craft and service skills. Our sandwiches were perfect, service was excellent (again, shout out to those guys!! Give them raises and PTO!!) and the entire store was spotless. Felt very welcome to stay and eat. Will be going back!

I ordered my sandwich from the Subway app and asked for the FL to be cut a special way and when I got there it wasn’t correct. It turns out that the “special instructions “ didn’t come through to the restaurant but Taylor apologized anyway and quickly did what I had asked for. That’s customer service!

Today, we received the best service we've received at any Subway in the past 10 years. They were friendly and served us with a hospitable smile. We actually felt welcomed. The sandwiches were actually filled appropriately. I wish all Subways were like this again.

The service I was provided will leave an everlasting impression. I will continue choosing y'all even if out of the way for my carry out food needs. Bon appetit! It truly is such a shame what some people in the world do without care or concern for others and the effects of their actions being rippled out to good hard working people to then work even harder after being robbed and then also make some theifs wrongs right. Love this location and very excited it’s open 24 hours again! Didn’t know what I wanted and Taylor made me a sandwich that was perfect 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Atticus was ready to serve when I walked in, they both did everything from welcoming us inside to checking us out and talked to us the entire time. omg been on the road for 10 hours stopped to get my favorite sandwich and these guys are on point best place to stop before choctaw!! Come by let Taylor do his ninja sandwich making skills for you. Even told us about the spicy honey mustard🫶🏻 we need more kids in the world that take pride in what they do and love their customers. I'm super impressed and will definitely be back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taylor at Subway deserves more than 5 stars! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and positive energy that made the whole experience better. He made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it quick, fresh, and perfectly put together. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and how he treated every customer with kindness and respect, even during the busy rush. Taylor goes above and beyond, and it’s clear he truly cares about his job and the people he serves. If every Subway had a Taylor, the world would be a happier (and tastier) place! He is the definition of excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of him.

I will not return to this subway location staff are rude and hand you food you just seen another customer hand back to them! And when you want it re made the get an attitude! I thought in fast food you have to re make the food especially when an entirely different person has touched the food.
