Excellent servers good management food delicious and fast
Great Americana food and an amazing atmosphere. Seriously, check in every few months at least for new specials, and get some buscuits! The staff is extremely friendly, but they can be a bit slow at times, particularly during busy times. They're great, but be ready to wait a bit and don't try to get a quick lunch (but the good food is totally worth it!).
My husband and I stopped in while traveling through the area and we had breakfast. It was on a Saturday morning and luckily we were seated really quickly. Our service was good and the food was the great quality that we would expect. We were a little shocked though that they no longer have the Uncle Herschel's breakfast. That was our favorite. But we were able to get one that was fairly close. Would recommend and we will be back when in the area.
It was my first time trying Cracker Barrel, the food was okay but the staff was wonderful. My waitress Whitley was very knowledgeable about the menu and kept our refills coming without having to ask. Her great service is most definitely the reason I’ll be returning.
Very good food and excellent service. Kirstin was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. She left the check with my entree, but said she'd be back to see if I needed anything. Some people are pressed for time, so it's good to have the option of leaving quickly. I did have an ice cream sundae after my haddock; both were good. I especially. liked the salad, because it was so fresh and had a variety of lettuce plus cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumbers. Very good dinner. Thumbs up, Cracker Barrel!
We were there a few days ago The chicken was amazing. And that waitress of ours Whitley was absolutely wonderful. They had that poor girl on her feet by herself but she took care of all of us !! That was great service and amazing food.
Easter they were very busy, but we're staffed for it. Wasn't a wait to get seated or get our food. Very good wait staff! Food was hot and great! Bathrooms were clean. Big parking lot, where we were able to park overnight feeling safe.
Really great food! I had the shepherds pie, and it was delicious. The pot roast meat in it was juicy and tender, and the gravy was rich and exquisite. The rest of it was especially good, with the crispy hashbrowns standing out from the rest. All of that was topped with a perfectly cooked crust. I enjoyed it immensely. The waitress was attentive and kind, and the ambiance was very pleasant.
Great food and great service. I got the Friday fish fry and my wife got the Louisiana style shrimp skillet. Our waitress, Leah, provided excellent customer service and took extra special care of us. We will be coming back.
Went on a breakfast date with my husband yesterday and even though the place was packed we were seated quickly. Everyone from Zy, our waitress, to Jimmy the manager were kind and polite. The food came out quickly and Zy was attentive and helpful. The gift shop area was clean and well stocked and if you're gnome obsessed, like I am, they have some fantastic options.
It has been a long time since we visited a Cracker Barrel and it was nice having some comfort food favorites and super friendly service. My apologies to the manager. I was taking a photo of my daughter to send to her grandmother and didn’t realize you were even behind her. Didn’t mean to offend! Sorry!
Wether you are traveling or meeting family for a meal, Cracker Barrel has that home town taste that even grandma would approve of. Have your meal with buttered biscuits, ice tea and top it off with apple pie ala mode! Once you've enjoyed your meal spend time in their store shopping for items you won't find in other stores. I found thisvrestarunt to be good value for money spent and very confidently located just off the highway.
Great food cooked just like you'd do it at home without the hassle and clean-up afterwards!
Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner your choice anytime of the day. Always welcomed in by associates working in the shop when you come in the front door. Service with a smile at the table and a big thank you when you check out at the register. Make sure sign up for Cracker Barrel Rewards you earn pegs with all purchases, food or retail. You can earn, free food, discounts for the retail shop.
It was a wonderful experience, delicious food and great service.
It’s always reliable. Food a reasonable price. Service usually pretty quick. And I love their Country Store. I shop it often. I do take out food orders too.
Outstanding experience at this Cracker Barrel location! Was driving back to Wichita, KS, after attending a dear friend's memorial service in the DFW area. Decided to stop for brunch. From the moment I was greeted by Grant, the host, I knew this meal was going to be awesome! No wait time. Grant immediately seated me and in no time, Hannah, the consummate professional, inquired what type of drink I preferred. I told her specifics like sugar-free syrup to go with the side order of French toast, and even a cup to go. I did NOT have to repeat myself at all. Hannah was attentive without being disruptive. Truly a blessing amidst the hustle and bustle of the holidays. At the register, Sherilyn, was helpful, polite, and kind. Overall, this visit more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Cracker Barrel. You have a stellar crew! Kudos, Grant, Hannah, and Sherilyn. God bless you all!
I love eating here. The food is always good, the service is always fast and friendly. They have the best peach iced tea in town! And the chicken and dumplings remind me of my grandmother's. Love the atmosphere! The lemon pepper grilled rainbow trout is one of my favorites
Love coming here even though there is a wait. Lots to look at and the staff is kind. My son and I always play a game of checkers outside and my daughter loves to look at the plushy toys. If you like old coutry stores its just fine. As far as the food... It is always top notch. Wait staff are quick and attentive. Just keep in mind the waits can be 30 minutes or so. Enjoy!
Great place to meet up! Our server Nicholas was awesome! Very attentive & helpful. Food is great!
One of my best visits. I had the French toast and it was perfect. I can't remember when I have had better. The server was very pleasant and she was a big part on the overall experience. This visit makes me l9ok forward to returning again soon. Nicely done Cracker Barrel+
I came here the other day for the first time. I was supposed to pick up my curbside order, but they did not have any curbside spots available. It took quite some time to get my order. It was supposed to be ready by 10:18am and by the time I left it was 10:48am. I had called to voice my concerns and I was mostly worried about the food being cold already. The manager came to the rescue and had already told me that my food was being remade and she brought out my vanilla latte.Everything was absolutely delicious and they could not have handled the situation better. Thank you to the staff and the manager that have helped me!
We love Denton’s Cracker Barrel. And there is something special about this location. We have tried a few others in the surrounding location but never had the same experience. The staff is always so friendly and the food is so good. We love that we don’t even have to order a kid’s meal because you get THREE sides with your meal, that can easily be shared with our daughter. And you can’t beat the fun store you get to walk through before and after!
We love to go to Cracker Barrel. The food is always fresh and service is very courteous..
My husband and I visit to Cracker Barrel on last evening. It was a Thursday night their specialty was the turkey and dressing. It was simply delicious everything was savory and flavorful. They came in a timely manner and the Waitress name was Tish and she was simply wonderful. Warm personable and professional.A touch of Thanksgiving in September. The only thing that I would add is the plating could be more inviting.
The food came to the table hot and fresh. The server was very attentive and made sure that we had our drinks in a timely manner and plenty of bread on the table. The chicken and dumplings are like the one's you grandmother made when you were a kid. Overall, the food was great and the service was exceptional.
We had a party of 5 and 2 were vets. The first pot of coffee was not strong enough and we asked Efrain for stronger coffee. He was not only on point with everything we asked for but bring us the best coffee we had at cracker barrel. He listened when we asked for lemons, creamer napkins and sugar in excess. Our order was perfect and the staff here rocks. Great service. Great attitude.
I was greeted with kindness even when I arrived at 930 and they close at 10. I hate being that person, but it was storming and I was starving. I stopped in Denton Texas. The staff was very attentive even as they were all getting things cleaned up and ready for closing time. There were a few customers still dining, and even a couple that came in after I did. I already knew what I was going to order before I ever sat down, especially since it was so late in the evening. My waitress was wonderful and my food came out quickly and piping hot, all as I had ordered. Upon checkout, I was able to visit with the young lady at the counter. She thanked me for being so kind and patient, and I responded with, “it’s basic human decency, the entitlement people think they have is insane. She informed me that they were short staffed and had lost 6 employees. She told me that ICE had come through last week and detained 6 of their staff members. 2 cooks, 1 waitresses, 2 hosts, and 1 busser if I remember correctly. I was still very impressed and satisfied by my dining experience with all the hardship they have encountered at that location.
I hadn't been to a Cracker Barrel in a LONG time so when I found out there was one in Denton, I had to go. First, our waitress was amazing. I wish I remembered her name, but she truly was wonderful. The biscuits were perfection and I honestly could have eaten the entire basket. I got the pancake latte which was exactly what you'd expect it to taste like! I'm a coffee and espresso snob so I wasn't sure what to expect but their espresso is legit. I ordered the Meatloaf and hashbrown cassarole and they both were fresh and tasted how I remembered them. My fiance ordered the chicken tenders and they were just okay, but the new country comeback sauce was really good! I stopped going to the Cracker Barrel in the previous town I lived in because it was almost always dirty, but this one was clean. I'm really excited to add this back into the restaurant rotation. :)
Good food and great service. Love the decor. Note- this is not the place to go if you prefer/need quiet. (Gets rather loud when busy bc of open seating) We need to eat here more often.
Had a great breakfast experience here other than my over easy eggs were on my friend's son's plate and his scrambled eggs with some egg shells added were on my plate. Overall it was good.
Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Had the soup (chicken and dumplings) and salad special for $5. Good place to meet up with friends. Old country store had beautiful, unique boutique items, clothing and gifts.
My wife, daughter and I love Cracker Barrel and this one in particular. The food is reliably delicious with plenty of comfort food options. The triangle pegs game at every table is now a family tradition to attempt. The atmosphere is family friendly and welcoming. The staff are kind and accommodating. They are not afraid to talk like humans.
My husband and I love the food and atmosphere at Cracker Barrel. That is our Saturday morning breakfast spot and I’ve also picked up dinner on my way home from work. We are both retired now and recently moved but the Cracker Barrel is not that close so we don’t go that often. Hopefully they will build one closer.
We had Sunday lunch there my husband and I. Everything was great except the noise level so loud it was hard to hear our name called for our table and just talking together at our table. The BEST part of our dining experience was our server “NICK”’!! He was excellent! Very pleasant and friendly, requests were very fast, checked on our potential needs just the right amount. Took great care of us. I did tell one of the managers how much we appreciated Nick!! Give him a raise!! Or at least great recognition!!
I always love Cracker Barrel. I have NEVER had a bad experience at one of their restaurants. Now they have take home meals for just $5.00! My husband got meatloaf with mac & cheese and grilled chicken with mashed potatoes. I got the meatloaf & fried chicken with mac & cheese and ALL OF IT was delicious! I would definitely order them again. Especially at that price. We both loved our take home meals.
I went here for Thanksgiving as I could not afford to cook a meal at home in 2024. The customer service was splendid. I had arrived early so that we would be attended to immediately. Plan ahead and get here early is strongly recommended for the holidays. My favorite part of this dish was the stuffing! The price is a deal when it comes to their version of Thanksgiving.
CB is my favorite restaurant chain. I ve been OTR driver for 6 years and always found CB around most US highways. I adore the interior and hearty meals. Servers are polite and well teained. I only wish for better decaf tea selection, like herbal teas. Overall is a great place to eat and visit.
This CB is a bit above other CB’s we’ve been to. The friendly staff made a very pleasant memory for us. Food, as usual at CB, have plenty of choices including breakfast items available all day. Portion sizes are adequate for our appetite. Their country store has so many interesting merchandise. We barely could walk out empty handed besides fully satisfied tummies.
They now serve alcohol! Always have plenty in the gift shops. I got lots of drinks.from coffee to soda, juice and wines. Oh they also have beers. Food is always good. Love this ace, used to come all the time when. I was younger. Service is good, everyone is very friendly. I ordered the good morning which is a health meal and not grits yet the casserole.
If I could give 10 stars, I would because Bryson earned every one of them!\n\nSince COVID, restaurant service has really gone downhill in so many places, but Bryson at the Cracker Barrel in Denton …
Never a bad meal at the trusty Cracker Barrel. breakfast lunch or dinner, they have it covered!
I love this place. Great service, old fashion charm, and a wonderful gift shop with great quality merchandise. I love their pancakes !!
pancakes it's lovely and delicious. Restaurant is nice and quite beautiful. I like it.

Solid comfort food. Our waitress was great, engaging, and helpful. Biscuts & cornbread are fantastic. Lots of stuff to look at if you have to wait for a table, or after you eat. Casual dining. They even have a large wood burning fireplace to enjoy.
I love Cracker Barrel and they have the most unique stuff but it is kind of pricey. My meal was good but the amount of sides were very small. And I got the baked sweet potato as an extra side for dessert and it did not have pecans as it was described. Over all it was pretty good just a little disappointed. Also I always get the fried apples in a jar to cook at home and they stopped selling them in a jar, they are now in a can that seems less for the same price of $5.99 for one can.
Cracker Barrel is always a good spot to go for some good home country food. I liked shopping in the gift shop before getting out table. Most of the food was amazing and this might just be personal taste but the country fried steak tasted different to me. Might have been a different spice blend in the flour or something but little changes like that can change how my brain enjoys the food. Everything else was great.
Meat loaf warm not hot. Fried okra maybe size of 2 tablespoons and cold. For grandma's breakfast overeasy eggs whites were not done and bacon not crispy as requested. First time to have a bad experience here. Normally excellent.
My husband and I like this Cracker Barrel location because of the consistency of the food and the service is always good. Even when there is a wait list to get a table the staff work hard to get you seated promptly without making you or others feel rushed.
I had an Old Timers Breakfast with whole grain bread and both sausage and bacon. The portion size was so small I left the restaurant still hungry. Love the shop though.
Food is not as good as it once was but it's better than a couple of years ago.
I’ve been to this location for Cracker Barrel many times and they have yet to disappoint. The food is good and the staff is helpful and kind. If too much noise bothers you while you eat, consider going during slow hours. The main dining area can get a bit noisy.
Stopped by for dinner and the place was not that busy. Tried country fried Turkey and homestyle chicken. But disappointed with the strawberry mimosa, not up to the mark. Fried chicken came with no gravy and we were never asked if we wanted any. The service was but slow even though the restaurant was empty.
We went on a Sunday morning .it was very crowded and therefore we were crammed into the restaurant extremely close to other tables without much space to move in my opinion. The breakfast menu has been reduced so no blueberry pancakes, only buttermilk. Service wasn't the best in my opinion but it was overcrowded in there. I ordered the same entree as my husband however it was quite noticeable that the portion size I got was vastly different, smaller, than his. We had to ask for our breadbasket of biscuits, but they didn't disappoint as they were soft, warm, and melted in your mouth yummy. Overall, it was an ok visit.
I have never been to a Cracker Barrel before. I kept hearing about it from folks and from shows like The Ranch. So I went in for some breakfast this morning. I ordered a Grandma's Sampler, I ordered it with Scrambled Eggs, Country Ham and Hashbrown Casserole. The Pancakes were nice and fluffy, the little sample of Maple Syrup was divine. I tried the Baked Apples they were caramelized sweetness. Overall I had a good meal, I really enjoyed wandering the gift shop and taking pictures of the decorations and curiosities.

I waited a while after being seated for my waitress to come and ask what I wanted. Then my potatoes were cool, I had ordered the new onion petals, which were really good, but they came with my meal. Biscuits were cool. Waited a while for a refill on my ice tea, and then again to ask for a box which took a while to get. There was only 2 other tables with people so not sure why it took so long.
My favorite place to eat... Not this time, my French was burnt and it was obvious. I tried eating a few bites just because I was so hungry. All I could taste was burnt food. When I told the waitress she acted surprised, I wanted to say are you kidding me can't you see all of the French toast is black!? anyways, she took the French toast off the order. So disappointing.
It was busy! Right at lunch time. Our server was evidently new, since his name wasn’t on his apron. He was polite, took our order, finally came back and asked if I’d like my salad ahead of my meal. Yes, please. Within 3 minutes he was back with our entire meal. By the time I finished my salad (very good, very fresh!), my main dish was cold. I tried the chicken and rice. The rice & the chicken were ok cold, the sauce was not. The only flavor that carried through was salt…way too salty! As always, the turnip greens and corn muffin were delicious! This visit was a fail, though I will continue to stop at Cracker Barrel. I won’t try the ‘daily special’ again. A la carte would have been better, I think.
The wait staff was great. The time it took to get our food was not good at all. We ordered binets for signing up with the app. They arrived 5 minutes before our meals. The waitress was very apologetic and could not understand why it took so long since the place was not that busy. In addition to that the portions seemed very small. I know everything costs more these days and when your cost goes up so does the consumer's cost. Just really disappointed in the size of the servings. And my sister ordered cheese in her scrambled eggs and the cost was $1.49. Really for less than not even a pinch of shredded cheese. That's crazy. I understand why my coffee was 3.49 I enjoy free refills. But the orange juice was 3.49 as well a glass. Wow! I sure wish we would have went to IHOP, I think the $35.00 we spent here would have went better there.
I was seated. The restaurant was not real busy. There were several servers moving about but I sat there for about 15 minutes before a young lady asked what I wanted to drink. I gave her my drink and food order at the same time. She didn’t ask me what I wanted as an additional side so she just brought a second helping of one of my sides. I would have preferred something else. But from the time she waited on me until the time I received my drink was another 7 minutes. She brought the food and drink but no biscuits as I had requested. When I was finished eating she brought me my bill and no biscuits saying she could get them for me to take them to go. I declined. Food was good, the country store staff were very friendly and helpful but the food server seemed untrained.
Went to Cracker Barrel in Denton for breakfast @ 9am on Sat (5/17). Restaurant was only about 65% full & service was actually good. But I have issues w/ the food. Ordered eggs over medium-well, but we're very well done, bacon was barely cooked through, & the grits were barely warm enough to semi-melt the butter & was also basically just a bowl full of lumps!! Not good... I was also told that they no longer carry the sugar-free or reduced calorie jellies. So my waitress suggested the apple butter instead. I've eaten @ a lot of Cracker Barrels all over the state & this was probly 1 of the top 3 worst meals that I've had @ any of them! However, I can recommend the Cracker Barrel in Arlington & also the 1 in Burleson though.
Admittedly, we went to Cracker Barrel on New Year's day. It was an, "Everybody was off from work day." The restaurant was busy and they didn't have a lot of servers. Our server tried really hard but it took 45 minutes to get any food and then it wasn't very warm. Will try again.
Probably the wife's favorite place for breakfast. We both enjoy the country boy breakfast @ $10 and change which comes with country ham, two pork chops or a sirloin and 3 eggs, fried apples, hash brown casserole, grits and biscuits with country gravy. You must admit that's a more than ample meal for the money. I could go on and on about the menu selection but will highlight the trout, roast beef and chicken fried chicken as some of our other favorites. The country store has nice items of interest for holidays and personal gifts if you have a hard to please friend or relative and children will certainly be able to find the special treat. Service is typically good, usually not great due to obvious turnover, (we go often enough to notice the new faces), and you may have to gently remind servers if you need something missing or a to go container. They typically forget about you when they drop off your check, so remind them early on to come back if you're not through with them. Above not withstanding, good bunch of folks there and always courteous. Great place for work lunches and family meals. Took a star 6/20/21 due to performance of online experience: It seems desserts aren't exactly the best to order for take out. I received three peach slices between crusts and no ice cream. Dumped into my plate for a picture. Oh. Not uncommon to wait 15 minutes or more for a curbside pickup order. Still deserves an average rating since food item selection is overall good. 9/18/22 We ordered lunch for pickup today. The lengthy wait upon arrival for food was as usual. When I got our food home, I discovered that my wife received macaroni and cheese in lieu of the loaded mashed potatoes that she ordered. Needless to say, she did not eat the macaroni and cheese. I called to let them know about the issue, and that the receipt did reflect loaded mashed potatoes rather than macaroni and cheese. Their representative who answered the phone said they would keep an eye on that. They offered to do nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing, and I suppose we will just have to spread our business around to other restaurants who have the sort of menu we are looking for.
I heard about how good the chicken & dumplings are so I ordered them today. Big mistake. The dumplings were stuck together and doughy and there were 3 (THREE) tiny pieces of chicken. So little chicken I had a hard time finding it. I asked the server if there was sugar in the carrots before ordering and she said no. There was. Ick.. like eating orange chewy candy. She obviously doesnt know the food and needs to spend time in the kitchen (or at least ask the cook). Think I will stick with breakfast from now on. What a waste of $$.
I am not a big fan of Cracker Barrel. My family met other family members from out of town. The food is just ok. I had chicken and dumplings. There were more dumplings than chicken. The chicken was shredded and tasted like it came from a large Sysco can of chicken. The best tasting dish was the turnip greens with bits of brisket and grits were great.

Ordered online and waited an hour and 15 minutes before they gave it to me. Food came out cold so I asked the manager to remake it and I'm pretty sure they just reheated it. Fried chicken wasn't crispy like it shouldve been fresh. Last time we came, the server was new so we had bad service. Going to be a while before we come back. Service was good until recently.
Went here on mother's day, took 20min for them to come take or drink order and we noticed one of the waitresses looked to refuse to serve us. This was after we noticed she served everyone around us but us. Once our food was brought out the order was completely messed up the lady that looked to refuse to serve is comment was I'm not your waitress. We went around 4r5. Worst experience I've had in years.
We paid almost $200 for the Prime Rib Easter Dinner take out and, even though I ordered weeks before Easter, our order was NOT correct. We ordered the hash brown casserole (and green beans) and instead got mashed potatoes & gravy and mac & cheese. The pick up service at the Denton store was horrible. The email check-in did not work, I tried the check-in on the Cracker Barrel app and it did not work, then I finally got to the part on the app where you enter the number of the Pick Up spot you are parked in....and the app said, "Oops, this dosn't work. Please call this number." I called and it took forever for someone to answer and it was very difficult to get her to understand I was there to pick up a take-out order. Then, when I finally got it, the order was wrong. The Prime Rib was very good, but the incorrect order and the difficulty of getting my order was not worth the almost $200 we paid (which included the delicious peach cobbler). I will try ordering from the Alliance Cracker Barrel next time and hope for a better experience. If not, I'm done withe Cracker Barrel.
Fried pickles are great however when the appetizer is the best part of your meal, it is disappointing. I do not recommend the meatloaf, chicken breast, or steak! The meatloaf was dry and lacked flavor, the chicken breasts were rubbery, and the steak also lacked flavor. My son also questioned how do you mess up broccoli? Maybe it was a really bad day for the cook!
My husband love to eat here because he like the pancakes. Me I think they could do much better. Every breakfast meat I have tried is dry. It would be nice if they had something on the breakfast menu that was a little healthy. The staff is always very friendly. It's always crowded and very loud. Try if your not picky.
When you don't get what you ordered, that to me is a huge problem, especially when the restaurant doesn't own up to the mistake. We ordered the Country Boy breakfast. I have had this before and I know exactly what it is and how it should look like. What I ended up getting was a New York Strip Steak. I was in no mood for a huge steak. I checked with the waitress who said this is the Country Boy breakfast! I knew she was trying to cover up the mistake but guess what, when she brought the check, there it was... New York Strip Steak. So service gets zero points. The ambience is good and clean. A really bad experience!

Been visiting CB for 40+ years; always tasty and dependable...until now. We couldn't understand why there were only 8-10 other people in the restaurant at 8 am as CB has always been at 85% or more c…
I ordered to pickup. When i opened the bag I found that 2 orders of biscuit and gravy were not there. The grits were like water and i could not eat them, and further more the bacon was not completed cooked. It safe to say that I will not be visiting Cracker Barrel anymore. I have dined in and got fair service, and sometimes the food was terrible, especially the country fried chicken. Who messes up chicken? They did! I am done and i warn all of you to pay attention to the service and the food.
This experience was not a good reflection on what is normally a pleasant place to dine. First we were there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Then we waited for what seemed to be an unusually long time for our food. When we got our food parts of it was so cold that we couldn’t eat it and my wife’s chicken tenders were what tasted like they reheated them too long in the microwave. The waitress couldn’t be bothered to check back on us until she brought the check. I mentioned it to her I told her I needed a to go box so I could take the meatloaf home and try cooking it myself. She said oh I bet it will reheat well. No manger was seen and no one offered to get one. It will be a long time before we try this restaurant out again.
Our waitress was very, very rude. We asked for extra cornbread and biscuits, and another waitress eventually brought them. She came right to our table, and said "these aren't for you"! I said that we were going to eat them. At which point, she said, "no, I am taking them, and picked them up, and placed them on the table behind us. She told those customers, "here is you some extra biscuits." I told her that we wanted more biscuits and cornbread, again. She brought a little bag, with two biscuits in it, and held it between her index finger and thumb nails, about ten inches from my face, like feeding a dog, and huh. I took them and laid them on the table, and we took the check and left. We were never anything but polite to her.
Our food was burnt, there was a hair in the food, gravy clunky and not enough. Didn't even send gravy for chicken fried steak. Hash browns were horrible and okra cold and soggy! We waited over an hour to get our order. An wasnt even to busy! The waitress was very nice about it and we asked to speak to manager and she was not nice! Asked her for a Lil discount and they gave us $5 off of order that was $125. Will never go back here again.
Not busy. Waited for a while and finally the manager who was just walking around we flagged him down about the situation. Absolutely ridiculous. This one used to have great service. The last 2 times we’ve been here have been disappointing at best on service.
If for some unfortunate circumstance you choose to eat here, say some prayers in the car before going in that you get staff under 50yo. Seems like anybody older there is upset they still have to be working which is okay, but taking it out on customers isn’t a good look. Especially the older woman at the front counter. Such bad attitudes it could almost make the food taste worst than it already is
My family just wanted to try something we hadn’t before. So we ordered from here and our first order was stolen but a delivery driver. I ordered through Cracker Barrel’s website for delivery. They refunded us and we ordered again but for carry out this time. We drove all the way there and all the way back about 30 minutes. When we got the order home and ready to eat, everything inside was majorly undercooked. The chicken could have killed me and it’s unacceptable that this even made past so many workers. It should’ve have never made it out of that kitchen. They should be checking the temperature on the food to ensure it is cooked thoroughly. I’m really disappointed with this and can’t imagine myself eating there again. So we had to drive all the way back again and I decided I didn’t want to continue the effort land asked for a refund and receipt and the manager gave me someone else receipt with their personal information, including name address, email and card info. I’m starting to realize the issue could reside also in the poor management. I wasn’t offered compensation for any of my troubles either but I’ll do what I can to report this experience.
