Layne's Chicken Fingers

Tenders were kind of small but very tasty and had a good crunch, they were hot and fresh , I got the spicy, the filters were hot and well salted and the toast was so good wished I gotten and extra piece.

This Laynes was clean, had great service, and honestly still had the small town feel like the original location in College Station does. The food was great, the sauce was fantastic; as always! I hadn’t ever been to any Laynes except the original one in College Station, but I love how they have executed the franchises!

Came up from the RGV and our son recommended this place to us. Very good college atmosphere. Food was excellent and delicious. Will try again next time

This is my first time at a Lane's, I came up from FW - I really love the atmosphere :] My fries arrived a little cold lol but everything else was fresh. I love the Layne's sauce!

The size of the chicken tenders have recently shrunk, and based on other recent reviews this seems like it was a specific choice by management. They were also a bit dry. $10 for a three tender meal, which includes fries, toast, and a sauce. Ketchup packet for reference.

I had a very disappointing experience at Layne’s. I ordered a family meal, and the employee specifically told me there were multiple options for the family pack, which included fries and toast. When I picked it up, I was told it was actually a party pack (which doesn’t come with fries or toast). The staff then tried to cover it up by saying I misunderstood, even though I was clear about ordering the family meal. To make things worse, the manager tried to charge extra for fries and toast, even though we had already paid more than the price of the family pack. Instead of fixing the mistake, they made excuses. It felt dishonest, and I left feeling frustrated and cheated. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to double-check what they’re being charged for.

I’m a frequent customer and the customer service has gone completely downhill this year, somehow the employees that work in the kitchen always manages to mess up my order. It’s so frustrating and they need more competent people working here.It’s ridiculous and sad honestly.

Person taking order asked for a tip with the machine which i declined, i wasnt expecting to leave a tip not have i ever been asked at any other Laynes. We decided to try this place out last night for dinner and our entire household is suffering from the worst case of food poisoning I've ever seen. It was so bad we had to take our little one to the hospital. One of the nurses said she had the exact same experience from this location. It seems like Layne's chicken fingers does not have it together. Our family and church will never be eating here again.

I suggest never ever getting their food. They charge you $12 for a 4 piece meal with fries but give you the amount for a kid. Im a small person and dont eat much and that plate wouldn't even fill me.

Terrible customer service.

Walked through the door, not one person greeted my aunt or myself. Customer service was absolutely terrible! Not one employee said “one minute” no one smiled. Not ONE employee acknowledged us. I don’t spend my hard earned money where I am not appreciated. I will call corporate as well. Absolutely NOT!!!
