Customer service needs to improve. Food was barely warm but we could deal with that if employees were friendly

Ordered online. Got my large Dr Pepper and it tasted off. Like diet. No big deal. Go back inside and let the counter lady know. Well she doesn’t understand because she doesn’t speak English or understand what I’m saying. So they keep trying to give me the diet DP. When dealing with customers it has to be an English speaking person.

The woman who took my order was very short and rude, as a manager for a restaurant Im a strong believer in customer service and if you simply don't like your job please find another. My fries were super old, I would have rather waited for fresh ones no matter the wait. And half way through my fries I found the hair shown in the picture, I understand things happen but it's been overall a terrible experience. Being McDonald's I don't expect much but at least have good customer service, the people in the morning time are freaking amazing!! Night crew needs to do better.

I frequent this location weekly and everytime I want to order in the lobby I’m ignored for 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I’ll order from the kiosk but I have to pay cash and I wait 20-30 minutes to be noticed just to pay. And then they will forget sauces/drinks etc and when I go back to get the forgotten items I again have to wait 20-30 minutes to get noticed. If I try to get someone’s attention they just ignore anyone in the lobby. I would recommend having someone at the register to assist IN STORE customers

They’re very rude. Tried to order multiple times and they acted as if they couldn’t hear us in the drive thru.. We tried to walk through because we didn’t realize the dine in was closed ten minutes earlier than the time it was actually supposed to close. Nobody answered, even when a man tried to order for us. They heard us because they acknowledged that we had tried to order after we walked away.

I ordered food from Uber Eats from this McDonald’s. My order was missing food that I paid for and they will not give me a refund or store credit. They pretty much raised their hat, reporting it to the business bureau on McDonald’s and Uber eats

absolutely DISGUSTING service first of all got my order COMPLETELY wrong and then waited 30 minutes for 2 Mc chickens and as i waited workers were literally talking shit about me in spanish the thinking i didn't know spanish i understood it all, they made fun of me and made me wait WILL NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO TALK SMACK ABOUT YOU, don’t get me started on the hispanic cook in the back called me a liar and REFUSED to make my order

2nd time in a row that I've had bad service here. Employees still need training on how to read the order, use the codes or the app. I went in for a coffee using the reward. Decided to talk to the lady at the counter for some human interaction. She couldn't get the order right. The code was for a $0.99 coffee and she was giving me a $3 total. So I believe it was an honest mistake and she didnt put the code right. Anyways, there was a line building up behind me, so I told her to cancel and I'll use the kiosk to not hold up the line further. Well, I used the Kiosk and I couldn't use the code or any other deal, cause it was supposedly already used and expired. So I couldn't get my coffee or any other deal. I did tell the person at the counter about the issue, but she didnt care and just acknowledged that when a code is ised, you cant use it anymore and too bad. Guess nice guys finish last, but it did mess up my day. Went out without my coffee. The McDonalds up the street on Sherman and 288 loop have never given me any ussues and the service is way better. Would recommend ordering through mobile app to make sure everything is the way you like it and double check your order. My order was incorrect the last time and the employee had the nerve to say I was wrong instead of checking in case she made a mistake. I politely had to show her that my order number is 1302 when she gave me order 1203. I didn't make a big deal cause I have friends that have dislexia, so I know that its a struggle for some, but instead of apologizing, they get mad at me. Oh well.

Haven't been to Denton in a minute. My work no longer requires me to do so..today was an exception. Ordered basket of fries no salt and a coke..love me some McDonald's coke. I was asked to pull up since my order was "special". I did so. Young lady with glasses brought my order out. She did not look happy at all. Asked if there was ketchup bc I had asked for some I had a ways of a drive and could not turn around to get any. She said she thought so, I looked there was none. Asked for the ketchup again, she gave me a look thar was like..ugh..lol. can't h3lp but laugh she's young. She brought m3 a whole handful. Ok. Kool. Got 9n th3 road reached in to get a frie..it was slumpy..pulled them out and I be dog if they were not completely cooked. Still had a whitish look to them. Sooooo disappointed. Next time I will just stop next door at Braums.

I am writing to file a complaint about a manager named Cody at your location. During my recent visit she was extremely unprofessional and rude. When the McDonalds app was not working correctly she blamed us and told us that we do not listen even though the issue was clearly with the app and not with us. Her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I am requesting that this matter be addressed so future customers do not have to deal with this kind of treatment.

Waited for five minutes for someone to help while staff darted all around me. The manager was stocking condiments right by the counter so I was trying to be polite and let her finish because SURELY she’ll come greet me when she finished that. She did not. She finished and promptly turned her back on me and walked off. I left without ordering.

Pulled up to the drive through at 11:10PM, and the worker just said ”mobile, Uber, and door dash pull up to the second window”. I said I’d like to place an order. She repeated what she said, and I said I’m not a mobile order, I’d like to order here. She then said she’s working by herself (a lie since I saw another male worker in working the window) and will only take mobile and 3rd party orders. Completely ridiculous. I would understand if this was at 3AM, but being a 24 hour location they should be accepting orders the whole time. And if they are that understaffed, perhaps put a sign up at the drive through so I don’t waste my time.

Whoever was working the window today at about 9:50 pm was absolutely awful. She was incredibly rude and said “That’s it.” with so much attitude when she hadn’t given me everything. She repeated herself and I informed her I had a water and she rolled her eyes and whipped around and handed it to me very rudely. Awful customer service and the food was cold when I got it. I would suggest going to either of the locations on the loop over this one.

a disgusting number of flies everywhere 🤢 pictures only include SOME of the flies. also, i get being short of people, but then table service shouldn’t be an option if no one wants to step out for 20 seconds. i saw people walking outside to take orders. i was inside and that should be easier. and they could clearly see that someone was seated at the table on my order. my back was turned and there’s a glass wall behind me. i couldn’t see nor hear from the kitchen. this was my conversation: me: hi, i was wondering about my order employee: we were calling out but no one came to pick it up so we put it back me: well, i put table service and was expecting for it to be served at my table employee: yeah, but we don’t have anyone to take orders to do that
