My husband and I are both on a fitness journey, so our protein intake is very important to us. We picked up from curbside on Valentine's Day and we received a 3 oz steak and a 6 oz steak when we ordered a 6 oz steak and an 8 oz steak. I called the managing partner, Julia, and she was phenomenal at making this right. Thank you for taking the time to make sure we have a great experience next time! Make sure you guys bring up any issues before you slam the restaurant so they can make it right first!

Ordered prime rib, chopped salad, baked potato and burger meal with fries. The prime rib had a decent amount of fat on it but was the perfect texture, temperature and seasoning was spot on. The baked potato was perfect, love how salted the skin is! We got all of the extra topping we asked for! It was a very good take out experience, one of the best I've had. Thank you!

Last night we had a great experience at Outback for dinner from when we walked in and were greeted and seated until we left with our leftovers and desert.. intionally after being greeted from Chris the bar tender letting us know he would be with us soon, he was helpful with our selection, checked back after delivering our dinner getting me an additional salad dressing. It was most impressive at a request for cocktail sauce they did not have the server made it from scratch exceeding expectations..I always felt we were being taken care of, the food was very good and we will definitely be back.

Had an amazing meal at Outback Steakhouse with my brother. I enjoyed the Queensland Shrimp and Chicken Pasta with the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad, while he had the Bone-In Ribeye, also with the salad. Both dishes were top-notch. Our server, Elie, provided exceptional service, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Went in with my wife on a random Wednesday and we were greeted by the kindes server I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. LaRiece was extremely helpful in letting us know any specials, getting our order out in a timely fashion, knowing when we needed drinks (but also delivering them at a time when it didn't disrupt the flow of conversation) and when to offer the check without seeming pushy. She was so kind and great at her job. Can not say enough good things about her. We will be back and will specifically request her going forward! Food was fine, but the service was phenomenal and will keep us coming back when we have a hankering for a blooming onion!

I had my first visit here, and let me tell you it was amazing. Alexis the host was amazing she greeted us with a warming smile and we had great small talk. Our server Garret was incredible he explained the menu to us and was very patient his recommendations were so amazing....the bartender killed it with our drinks and Mandy the manager was so friendly. Management acted based on just walking by and overhearing conversations. This caliber of service and management should be industry standard.

Service and food was amazing!! Matthew and Nicki both were awesome. Everything Matt recommended was delicious. The seared Ahi (app) was really good. I got the 8oz steak with chicken, loaded mashed and brussels. This was a great choice.

A visit to the bar consistently offers a unique experience, largely due to the exceptional service provided by top-tier bartenders, Dalton and Trenton. Furthermore, the proprietor, Julie, is dedicated to ensuring that every visit provides a compelling reason for guests to return.

I live two hours away from this establishment. When I come into the metropolitan area of Denton/Dallas, I stopped every time to get food from the outback. The service as well as the taste brings me back every time. I have dined in as well as done takeout. Both things have been great. And I even got the sticker tips to Explain how to warm up the blooming onion. It is amazing.

Went for Valentines Day lunch. Everything was absolutely awesome. The blooming onion was very tasty, and the ribeye steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The service from everyone including our server Chris was also top notch! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming which paired with the food made the experience 5 stars. I think Outback is so much better than Texas Roadhouse, which typically has bland food and a chaotic atmosphere. I can't wait wait to return to Outback for another great meal.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young redhead femme who was very kind and courteous. And then when it came to having a waiter, Sergio was an absolute peach. He was on top of every need I had and was very fun all the while. The food was perfectly cooked as per my order, and overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

Rachel our waitress gave us such a personal dining experience. She got our bread and meals out promptly and answered any and all questions we had. My filet mignon had less pink than I wanted, but was still tasty. The broccoli was steamed perfect. The chicken and steak my partner got was also tasty(I was jealous his steak had a bit more flavor than mine). Rachel gave my partner extra strawberries in his strawberry lemonade and recommended the Berry Martini which was delicious. Overall a great dinner. I don’t know the managers name, all i know is she’s female lol, she takes AMAZING care of us every-time we’re there!

Haven’t had a Bloomin Onion in so long, we had to go get one. Absolutely delicious! I ordered the Queensland Chicken & Shrimp Pasta. I substituted the chicken for extra shrimp, I would definitely recommend this dish. Next time we go I will be ordering it again!

We read lots of the recent negative reviews and were a little worried to stop but Outback is one of the few chain restaurants that we still enjoy and we don’t live near one so we gave it a try. We are glad we did. There were not many people there considering it was dinner service and we were sat quickly. The hostess was nice and held open the door for us all. The waiter, may have been new, and was a bit slow on the machine thing but did great with drinks and requests. We were checked on multiple times by other waitresses/waiters and the manager. Food was good, well cooked, and seasoned. Glad we caught them on a good night! The restaurant was clean and bathrooms too!

I still love the Outback after going there for 15+ years. The quality and consistency keeps me coming back. If you're a crouton or ranch lover, their house made croutons and dressings are perfect. Steak, shrimp, lobster tail, pasta or chicken sandwich - you cannot go wrong. For dessert, it's Chocolate Thunder from Down Under every time.

Excellent service. You can get a 3 course 6 oz or 8 oz sirloin steak meal for under $21 plus tax and tip. That's a steal. The steak comes well seasoned. I can't promise that the steak will be completely fresh. A corner bite of the 8 oz I had didn't taste fresh (it was that one bite out of the entire steak that didn't taste right). Minus one star. I sat outside and got a serene view of 35E.

Have been here many times, but first review. Not 5 star this time. We had a steak and the salmon, baked potato, dinner salad, spinach dip and chip plus the carrot cake. Good quality and cooked as requested, the only complaint is the heavy hand on seasoning. Both steak and salmon were crusted in pepper and salt, a little too much. Hard to taste the meat for the layer of salt and pepper. Spinach and cheese dip is really 90% spinach and 10% cheese, out of balance. Carrot cake was good, but had another spice beyond cinnamon that was a little distracting. Being our 40th anniversary they did comp the cake. Nathan, our server, did an excellent job. So, unless you like a total covering of spices, suggest you ask they go lighter on the seasoning, you can add more at the table if you wish.

Other then that it was good. My steak was perfect. Very juicy and cooked wonderfully. My husbands steak was super overdone and a tad dry so there are some small inconsistent cooking. The people are great and very kind. but the steaks have been so tough my steak knives aren’t getting though it. And the broccoli is as hard as a rock. I always need to take my food home to fix it there. When y’all have offered to fix it. It still comes out wrong. Perphaps my family and I simply just don’t eat meat the same but we will just go somewhere else instead of stressing you guys out every time i have to send it back. You’ll work hard enough just had to express my concernes because I’ve havd the same problem from months now.

The hostess was slow (especially considering that it was low traffic Sat @ 1:30pm). Bartender was ok. The best service was from the gentleman delivering food. Restaurant appeared clean and kept up.

I had a burger and fries. My wife had a little sirloin steak (she's tiny and doesn't eat much). We both had water to drink. It was lunch, so we ordered from the lunch menu. We expected smaller portions, and that's what we received. Everything was acceptable. Nothing spectacular any of it, but nothing bad either. At $40, it seemed a bit overpriced, especially for the smaller portions on the lunch menu. It was just a convenient place to stop. We wouldn't NOT stop there again, but we wouldn't go out of our way to eat here either.

Outback is not what it use to be. Texas Roadhouse has taken over. My wife and went to Roadhouse in Denton, after church but, it was packed and we didn't want to wait. We then decided to go to Outback. The place was pretty empty. When you go to Roadhouse you see the difference in the caliber of their employees, cleanliness and quality of food. It's a well oiled machine. We sar in the bar and I noticed trash under several tables while wait staff just walked by it. I mentioned it to the manager that was on today and he said he knew about and was working on it (speaking to the front desk girl that seats everyone). I guess it's her responsibility. Prior to that I noticed the manager and 5 employees, including the girl from the front desk, standing around joking with each other. I would be willing to bet money that had I gone yesterday or if I go tomorrow, I'll see the same thing, trash on the floor that hasn't been cleaned up. Also, the music was too loud. I overhead the seating in the booth next to us complain about it as well. From what I've read online about excuses why Outback is failing, I believe its management issues. Outlook needs to send a team to Texas Roadhouse to see how it's done and why they are thriving in the same market as Outback under the same conditions. I was thoroughly disappointed. In the future I would rather wait at Roadhouse than go to Outback.

Blossom chicken was reported great, pasta combo chicken and shrimp OK BUT SHRIMP WAS TASTELESS. I was served mystery meat with lots of fat and grissle in a store bun. Me and my daughter went on Saturday and it took them 2 hours to bring out our food. After waiting 45 minutes we ask the server about our food and she said it was 10 orders in front of us! It took so long we just took everything to go! Was definitely disappointing

We hadn't been here in a very long time, because of mediocre food last time, but my husband wanted to give it another try. First, the restaurant was not very busy for dinnertime on a Sunday. Then, at the hostess station, no one was there. Several employees looked at us, but did not greet us, or seat us for several minutes. After finally getting seated and served, again, the food was mediocre, at best. The shrimp was undercooked, our steak was very tough, and the chocolate sauce on the cheesecake was flavorless. We won't be dining there again for a very long time, if ever.

4 of us for dinner, my wife ordered grilled chicken well done, when it came out it was lightly done.....asked the server to get it cooked a little more, they took the chicken and left her with baked potato. We all finished our meals, and the chicken never came back. I asked the waitress to just take it off the ticket, she asked the manager, and instead of taking it off, she came to the table with chicken in a go bag, and left it on the bill????? Now I understand when every restaurant had an hour wait, and this one had 1/2 the tables closed off.

Came here with my family for my sons birthday. We made reservations for 6 at 5:30, had to wait till 6 to get a table. Waited 30 minutes to order and another 30 minutes to be told they were all out of the prime rib. They are open till 11pm and ran out at 7 on a Saturday??? We ended up ordering the filet and when it came it was burnt and tasted awful. Sides were terrible and the service was worse. Our server couldn’t even be bothered to fill drinks and take away empty glasses and empty plates and they passed by our table about every 5 minutes but didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. I’m very disappointed. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere.

Took10 minutes to even be greeted. Our waitress took her time coming to ask for our drinks. She had a friend in a booth that she seemed more interested in than us, not sure who she was but moved to other tables. I felt like she was hiding. The blooming onion was good but super greasy. All of the food we got was bad shrimp under cooked the steaks were like eating a tough dirty sock. And dessert felt like it sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. It wasn't even busy. The manager came by to see if everything was ok. I lied said it was ok didn't want to make a big deal. But after I left I was so disappointed.i should have spoke up. I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble. I learned my lesson. I will just stop going there, so many better places to eat with better service and price around Denton. I had two bites of the steak and couldn't do more. Took it home and gave it to the dog. She loved it

Waited over an hour for a blooming onion and burger with like 4 other tables there…. The server told me they were eating the blooming onion in the back as well while we were waiting for over an hour for our food. Really embarrassing to witness, please never come here if you value your time.

“Worst service ever”, I’m not going back. I asked for the wait time for two people, and the host told me 25 minutes. Instead of waiting for 25 minutes, we waited almost an hour and half, then the food was bad. I ordered a New York strip well-done, but it came out rare. On top of that, the waitress didn’t even bother to give us refills or extra bread—she just passed by us like nothing. I won’t be returning because of the poor service

Very Prejudice staff. If you are African American 🇺🇸 please don’t eat here. Me and my family went here to eat, first of all after we were seated, they changed waitresses out and gave us a black lady. We had to wait 45 minutes for our cocktails while we watched other people of another color who came in much later than we did, get their drinks instantly, they were also served dinner before us. Food was horrible and was cold when it got to our table. The drinks we watery from sitting too long. And as a result, we had to send them back. As for dessert, they took our cheesecake and sliced it into 2 pieces and each slice was given to 2 people instead of one while of course, people of another race were given their full slice. Onion blossoms was cold 🥶 I had to go outside and throw up while people of another race got fresh blossoms. So fresh, you could smell they were freshly cooked when the waitress walked y us with their food. I will never ever eat here again. Shame on you Racist people

Last 4x we have eaten here, have had bad service, the wrong food or food that made us sick for days after. One time we were in the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours just trying to get our correct order after multiple failed attempts and were charged for food that was made wrong or didn't come out at all. When our food finally came we had no drinks. Eventually, after sending the bill itself back multiple times to be corrected, we just finally gave up and paid for food we didn't receive because we just wanted to go home. The managers are always really nice about the screw-ups but it just keeps happening EVERY SINGLE TIME we go back. Currently, we still have food poisoning from the prime rib we ate 2 days ago.

Hosts are very polite but I got sat down and my waiter proceeded to ignore us for 15 min or more never asked us for drinks , apps nothing. But was checking in on tables around us. Nobody cared until we got up to leave.

We hadn't been to this Outback for 8 years due to a couple bad food experiences. Decided to try it again after a positive recommendation. We were seated immediately bit nobody came to give us water or wait on us at all for 15 minutes. I then asked the hostess about it. After waiting another 7 minutes, we left. Safe to say we won't try it again. This was Sunday afternoon at 3:00. Hardly anyone in the place.

My uncle went into the outback today because he is a veteran. He had to wait for over and hour while five other people came in and was seated but he was still waiting. He feels that they catered to the white people over him because he is Mexican. When I called to complain no one would take my call and they put me on hold twice. I will be telling everyone to no longer go there because they are racist. My uncle was very distraught about the whole thing.

I would not order from this restaurant! FOOD WAS RAW !! Extremely Raw . I ordered to go on Saturday night and I ordered 3 steaks . I was shocked to see that all three steaks were very undercooked. NOT SAFE TO EAT . I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food I received from this restaurant and everyone please be aware . These steaks were supposed to be medium not raw !

Ordered 2 steaks and sides for curbside pick up. They did not give us the bread, although it said the entrees did come with bread.

Overpriced for no reason. In fact, worse quality than anywhere else in the area - for $20, I got a very tiny, bland, and sad looking sandwich that paired for a very disappointing time. Did I mention it took them an hour to make this abomination? Macaroni was straight up RAW, these guys can’t even cook pasta right. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I wouldn’t come to this specific Outback location, I’ve been to many and I had a horrible food experience here with the quality late December last month and I tried to reach out through forms on the bjs website and I got no response from this location! The manger will reply and say fill out a form “so we can make it right” but won’t actually help or make anything right.

We were celebrating my wife’s 76 birthday. A special day that ended with a sorry dinner experience! First of all The Bloomin Onion was over fried! We both ordered Victoria Filet medium well but was served a steak that i would call a cheap sirloin not filet! It was also over cooked! The flavor of both our steaks was so salty they were impossible to eat. I drank three glasses of water to overcome the salty taste!The server, the house salad, and the bread all were great! But the main focus of the meal was tragically well below par for the money spent! Her birthday was not even recognized even though we told the server. Outback used to be high quality but not anymore! We won’t be back. We have already spread the word! We will return to our favorite, Texas Roadhouse. ,
