So good. So so so so good, especially when you’re thirsty and have absolutely nothing but tap water at home. I preferred the strawberry 🍓 ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream the most along with my 3 other orders (yes I ordered 4 drinks!). One mistake I made: I drank it so fast without enjoying the flavors. Next time I will. Thank you, ShareTea, for a solution to my thirst.

My bf recently discovered boba thanks to me, so I've been getting boba a lot more lately, and this location has consistently been great. Great tasting drinks, perfectly cooked boba and friendly staff

I love their milk teas. My favorite is oolong tea with boba. If I really want something different I'll get the oreo blend. The staff is really friendly and they have a reward system here which helps because I come here frequently.

Employees are super friendly, music is great, drinks are carefully made, and I love all the crafts the staff are selling.

The two people working day shift today were really nice and accommodating! Pearls are a bit hard, but the drinks taste good.

I went during the lunch hour 12:00 -1:00 PM. You can imagine it was busy. Like 10 persons deep in line busy. Only one guy behind the counter (ANDY) who took orders, made the drinks and was the cashier at the same time. HE DID GREAT considering that he was alone! This is the reason I am giving this a 5 Star Rating. This 5-Star rating is for ANDY. If there was a wait - everyone in line understands it is not his fault - someone else for sure, but not Andy's. Everyone can see how he was hustling behind the register and the counter. It would have been better if there are 2 workers at least. Maybe hire another person? Starbucks have 4-5 workers at this hour. But, I love my Boba and at the same time I'd like to support these students working in ShareTea Denton, also. So I will be back.

Tried this place for the first time. Employee were patient while we try to look thru the various flavors and choices on how to tailor your drink. Interesting part was that one can control the sweetness level. But this also opens one to mess up their drink which I did. I wish employees provide suggestions. I choose 50% sweetness since my drink had icecream in coffee drink but drink come out very bitter.

The boba tea here is the best in Denton, and the staff is friendly, warm, and professional. I would have given five stars but the bathrooms are very creepy and dark, and one or the other always seems to be out of order. Bathrooms are important in a tea house, this should be fixed!

The service was a little slow here, but there are plenty of options to choose from. I got the matcha milk tea with boba and I wasn't disappointed! I took mine to go, but it seems like a nice little place a few friends could hang out in as well!

First visit. Spotless interior, which immediately give you an impression of quality. Service was quick, if not particularly friendly. Their menu of drinks is a little limited, but I found something I'd like. Quality is generally good (not quite as good as the flavors from Bubble Well in Denton, as Bubble Well makes all their teas, and doesn't use powders. That being said, the order (6 drinks) was made quickly. I'll keep this place as my back up, but Bubble Well is still my vendor of choice for bubble tea, as their product rivals that which we have had in Taiwan (the best, and if in Taipei find a Comebuy!) Still and all, the tea was refreshing, the Aloe was fresh, and the pearls were reasonably good. The only reason for 4 as opposed to 5 stars, is the use of powder.

I love their milktea and creama!!! It’s just so good and I instantly became a regular customer. I come here once a week! The staff are great too! Friendly and nice! I would have given it 5 stars if they fix the lighting in their bathroom. I already let them know that they need to change the light bulb but it’s still the same every time I come in. I really hope they will consider fixing it. It’s always dark!

i love sharetea so much!! they have so many favor options! if their hokkaido wasn’t so good, i’d be able to try them all! every time i go, i just can’t help but get the same thing. the strawberry tea is SO good as well. depending on who is working, the sweetness level of the drinks can change. sometimes 100% sweet will taste more like 50%, and other times 75% tastes like 150%. i really hope they get the mini pearls back soon, they’ve been out for months and i miss them so much!

The customer service NEEDS improvement, especially from the brunette who wears purple shorts. 3 out of 4 drinks were wrong. Attitude was directed towards me when I brought it to there attention. An excuse of training was given, when I have been in multiple times seeing the same faces (when I walk in) . I watched the brunette make my beverages while she was furiously slamming things after informing me she would take her time while making my beverages. Besides her, the staff is friendly.

Love this place and how cute it is and the drinks. Only thing is they need more employees working during a fundraiser night. I’ve worked at a boba place before and there is no reason to not be on double time especially on a fundraising night and other people come in to get drinks and go.

Walked in waited in line ready to order and get to adding two toppings met with a response with attitude that they only allow one topping??? (As if I wasn’t paying for the toppings in the first place) I’ve been to various locations and have asked for more than two in one and was told maybe there wouldn’t be much room but never only one topping. Apparently the attitude was enough for my 6 year old to mention that she sounded a little mean. And then when picking up our drinks more attitude by the person making the drinks. I accidentally came to this one and now that I’ve been here I would probably stay clear of it for a while.

Ordered the Hokkaido milk tea. It was terrible and burnt tasting. I love Hokkaido and that was awful. I’m not sure if it was too much powder in there or what. I went in for a refund and I was told that it ISNT possible and that the system isn’t equipped for it. If you’re using square online it is possible. I didn’t fight it. I was told to get a different drink and that “ this apparently isn’t done often.” I left with a Thai tea. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was pressured into getting a drink I didn’t want. I don’t know if she was a manager or shift lead, but her performance was not up to par in customer service.

I waited 45 minutes for two drinks. I get that UberEats customers aren’t physically in the store, but disregarding and delaying online orders for half an hour is absolutely unacceptable. I’m saying this as the delivery driver who had to sit in the lobby for nearly an hour.

I have been a regular customer at Sharetea, often enjoying a particular drink made to my specifications. However, during my most recent visit, I was informed that my usual customization was no longer possible. This inconsistency in service has unfortunately led me to decide not to patronize Sharetea anymore. I will be recommending other nearby boba establishments to my friends and acquaintances.

Sent out my order without any boba straws, this is BOBA DRINKS, not a coke, you don’t sip at it. Sending orders out without boba straws just doesn’t make any sense. Yes mistakes happen but if you work at a boba shop then putting straws in the bag should become muscle memory by day 2. Come on people!

Walked in at 9:30pm tonight (August 6th), 30 mins before close and the workers had already poured out all their tea and were telling people they were closed. It’s insane how the workers get to decide when to close shop themselves instead of following the hours listed by management. Definitely disappointing and disrespectful to people who drive from the other side of town for Sharetea specifically. Highly recommend changing your online hours to whenever the employees want to close so I don’t waste another 20 mins driving.

customer service was poor no greeting at all very robotic service. we watched them make our drinks and go right in the back to get on their phones. i was in the front waiting because they had some worker selling her handmade crochet animals but they just ran to the back we tried to get their attention but just left since they didnt seem to care. kung fu tea is 100x better

I asked for a taro pearl milk tea and a matcha milk tea. I’m not sure if the appliances used were washed properly or if something else was added into the drinks, but my drinks both tasted like soap. I’ve never experienced this before, especially at this location. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s new staff that are still in training, but I would suggest making sure that appliances are cleaned properly before usage.

Great products, but extremely disappointing service.
