Truly EXCELLENT pizzeria! We've been ordering pizza here for months, and I have to say it hasn't disappointed us once. Whether we picked it up at the pizzeria or took it home, they've always been available for everything. Their kebab is truly the best in the area, they're generous with the portions, and the prices are more than reasonable (especially compared to other nearby pizzerias). I've seen negative reviews regarding delivery delays. Unfortunately, their business is unpredictable, and the restaurant is often full, especially on weekends, especially during peak hours. If you want to avoid this problem, simply don't call on Saturdays or Sundays, or make it easier for them by picking it up at the pizzeria. ;)

Very good Capricciosa pizza, I had a great time.

Pizza discreta ma consegne sempre ma proprio sempre in grosso ritardo. Sconsiglio di prenotarla a domicilio il weekend conviene senz'altro ritirarla di persona. La pizza ha un impasto discreto e il forno è pulito abbastanza (non c'è troppa cenere sotto la pizza) la qualità degli ingredienti è nella media con qualche ingrediente un po' scadente perché in scatola

I've always had a relatively good experience with this pizzeria, as the quality of the products is very good considering the price (which has rightly increased slightly over the years, but that's normal). I have to say that lately, leaving aside the delivery times, which are always slightly late (though that's acceptable given the number of customers), lately there have been far too many mistakes and superficialities on the part of the workers. I hope this review can inspire them to improve and get back to the top of their game, as this pizzeria has always been. P.S.: I accept the delay, I accept that perhaps a pizza is missing by mistake, but I simply cannot accept something like the one in the photo.

I ate there for lunch, ordering the kebab sandwich menu. I have to say that the kebab and sandwich they make are good, and I'd give it four stars only because there isn't a lot of toppings to choose from. Unfortunately, the place is small and hasn't been renovated, which isn't particularly appealing. The gentlemen who served me were very friendly. I think the price is average. Overall, I'll be back for kebab, but probably takeout.

The pizza is very good, but the home delivery service is completely inefficient. Every weekend we've ordered pizza, it's always arrived at least 15 minutes late. Last night, however, our pizza was delivered an hour early. After being called by the delivery guy and reiterating that the order was for 7:30 PM and not 6:30 PM, we were told it would be remade and brought back again at 7:30 PM. Around 7:25 PM, we received a call telling us, "In 2 minutes, it'll start coming down." In our haste, we left our phone on, and after waiting 30 minutes outside our house, we went back up and picked up our phone, only to find a voicemail telling us that the delivery guy had been waiting outside for half an hour, and that our not being there was disrespectful because they were working. Moral of the story: the guy not only got the time wrong by an hour, but he also got the address wrong, confusing 18 with 38. First of all, it's not the first time we've ordered pizza from this place, and the address and name have always been the same. Secondly, I wonder if it was so difficult to try to ring the doorbell when we didn't answer (and realize we had the wrong address) instead of waiting in the car for 30 minutes. If you offer a home delivery service, you need someone who understands the information given over the phone, and above all, it's unacceptable for deliveries to be at least 15-20 minutes late every time. Furthermore, sending a voicemail complaining and accusing us of disrespecting them is truly disrespectful. That was definitely the last time we ordered from here.

A few months ago, a really good pizzeria: the kebab was well-grilled and flavorful, not almost boiled like other places. The tomatoes and lettuce were also really good. But above all, the cheese on the pizza was good. The last two orders in the last two months have been terrible. Greasy, poorly cooked kebab, sour vegetables, inedible cheese that tastes like rubber. I tried again a few days ago, same story. I haven't had the kebab pizza anymore and I tried a Margherita, which was very good a few months ago. TERRIBLE. The cheese was inedible, hard to chew, tastes like rubber. I'm sorry they changed the ingredients, I guess to save money, but that also means they're losing customers. From one of the best pizzerias in the area to the usual low-quality place, a shame.

There was a bone in the kebab, it broke my tooth and I had to go to the dentist. The kebab is also good, but not good enough to lose a tooth. I have been ordering pizza here for 4 years. I am not a competitor, but a disappointed customer who had to pay 100 euros to the dentist. Customers for 3 years, average at least 5 pizzas every Friday, never complained. Today I ordered 3 pizzas for 8:00 PM, and they arrived on time, but only 2. I reported the problem to the ordering lady, and they admitted the mistake. We waited another 45 minutes for the missing pizza to be delivered. When the delivery man arrived, I left with 8 euros, but the total he told me was 9... The delivery man, on the manager's orders, didn't give me the pizza until I gave him the euro... that seems like an exaggeration to me.
