AGAIN, no receipt paper at the kiosk, so you better be quick to learn of your order number because it flashed on the. They were behind in getting customers their drinks...DRINKS. Ordered the fish for the first time in years. It had only a whisper of tartar sauce so it was relatively dry. Even the staff seemed to be outstanding, everything was extremely slow.

I love a good burger and the 1/4 pounder deluxe never disappoints. BUT... the service at this location is terrible. Slow is an understatement. This location cooks 1/4 pound deluxe to order, which is fine. Except that I waited and waited as I watched several 1/4 PD's go out to drive through while I waited inside for mine. After a while I informed the manager that the woman next to me And I have been waiting exceptionally long while they've been running burgers out to people that were bothered WAY after we ordered. I explained that the woman next to me was before me and that she gets the next QPD and then I get the next after that. The manager then went and gor my order, handed it to me and I again said that she was first and her order should've been handled before mine. The manager said that she hasn't complained and I did so she got my order first. I gave my order to the woman and told the manager to go get mine. She was not happy, but complied. All in all it took 50 minutes for me to get my order. I will not return to thia location and I suggest that if you so visit thia location, make sure you have a lot of extra time.

Ordered thru the app. A steak egg and chz bagel meal and a bacon egg and chz McGriddle meal both with caramel macchiatos (the whole point for going). We r at the 2nd window waiting for food when we r told they dont have macchiatos and we r offered frappes…. It’s winter in Michigan but fine. Normally the service is fast and the food is decent enough not to complain. This trip was different. I order two breakfast meals one being the steak meal with a caramel frappe(the machine was down), so I settled for an ice coffee. When I got to work to open my meal, there was no steak on the sandwich, just an egg and a sorry looking piece of cheese, and the ice coffee tasted like poison. I was extremely upset I called them a thousand times for two days never got an answer, so I felt robbed of my money. The only reason I gave them two stars and not one is because I witness the manager put her employee in her place for being rude to a customer through drive-through and she did it in the most professional way.

6-30-23 6:45 pm all lady's who took order and handled food were very rude. Order consistent Ed of burnt Pattie's and no fries. Customer service is awful. I will not go here again.

So rude, the worker giving us our food was nice and clearly fed up with the manager, they first told us none of their water was free which I needed some for my parched service dog. So we ordered a large, only to get to the window to be told the medium and small waters are free?? Then we also clearly asked for s'more's mcflurrys and they rang us up for oreo ones, then refused to remake it an added icecream and toppings on top. not going back. didnt even blend it..??

I ordered food on the app, but the McDonald’s that I arrived at which says it’s 24 hours and it should still be serving the food that I ordered had all its lights off when I showed up internal and external. They were shut down for switch over, but that shouldn’t have been for a little bit of time still. And they were unable to refund me because it was ordered through the app which again said that I could order this food and I did.

This actually has to be the most unprofessional, disgusting, pathetic McDonald’s in the United States of America. The people who work there doesn’t have please or thank you in their vocabulary seriously. 97% of the time your order will be incorrect, your going to wait 30 mins in a empty line with no response even telling you to wait a min. Obviously the person who owns this establishment if you want to even call it that could care less about how the customers perceive their business it’s all about the money. Just stop coming here

The lady at the window was extremely rude and told me to “relax” when I spoke into the microphone after sitting there for at least 5 minutes. No respect for their customers and obviously terrible management by the way they allow their employees to act

I'm confused on why when you pay for sweet & Sour sauce with your meal that doesn't contain nuggets they act like the sauce police. They don't put them in the bag and when you ask for them they act like you're not suppose to get what you paid for....witch if you don't hand over what I purchased! Its not that serious, if I wanna dunk my fries in sauce thats my bizness now do your damn job!

This has to be the slowest McDonald's in the chain. They do everything from the front windows. Expect long waits in the drive thru. Check your entire order carefully, they're not very good at getting that straight either. Update - just as I thought it couldn't get any worse. Wait time hitting 20 min. It is ridiculous go over to Woodward Ave you will save time. The coffee is disgustingly bitter. Enough that sugar doesn't make it drinkable. On another day they made a Frankenstein mucfuffin to replace a wrong order. Biscuit top, obviously left over sausage patty, folded egg from an apparently scavenger breakfast and an english muffin bottom. If I hadn't been so disgusted it may have been interesting. Last but not least. I pulled up to an empty speaker and sat for almost 5 minutes. Then greeted by someone in a low voice who I swear was sedated. I have never rated any establishment this harshly. I've been there 7 times only to have each experience get worse.

Ordered through the app. There were 2 cars in front of me. After waiting 10 mins I knocked on the cashiers window and asked why the slow service. Both cars in front of me were parked. I mentioned the car in front should park off to the side to keep the line moving. Finally got up to the front and was handed my order. It was wrong, cold and the iced coffee was missing. The attendant was flustered, didn't even double check my order then she asked me what my order was. I handed her my receipt. The iced coffee wasn't made, I was missing the cheeseburger and sauce for my nuggets. She asked me to pull off to the side. Minutes later I had to leave I was going to be late to work. Didn't think a quick run to McDonalds would be so frustrating.

This is the worst McDonald’s I think I have ever been to the employees are rude. One of them slammed the door in my face. I never ended up getting my food. I ended up just leaving. and then when I tried to call to complain, it just rings and rings and rings and you can’t get your money back or anything so I would suggest never going to this McDonald’s.

“Pull up ahead” they say in the drive thru. 15 mins goes by and nothing. I go in to get my food and it’s too busy to even speak to someone. Try and call, the numbers disconnected. Stay away from this place. The girl at the second window is ignorant and rude and needs to be fired.

The morning crew shift never disappoints. That evening shift with Ms Pat as the manager is sad. Ms Pat lacks the skills to be a manager. She needs to be told what to do. She’s ok with putting out cold food and will give you more old cold food. There’s a guy with tattoos drawn all over his face with the worse customer service. Says he’s not going to do his job right because Ms Pat isn’t doing hers. What kind of leader is she. The owners need to let her go. There are plenty of people who work there that are more qualified to lead and manage.

Undercooked fries, they put cheese & ONLY cheese on my mcchicken for some unknown reason - & that tasted gross... ordered a shake, no straw - no napkins - I'm at work & can't leave where I'm at so this is a total inconvenience. Tried calling the restaurant, nobody answers it just rings & rings... app has no option for complaints. Yayyy, thanks a lot mcdonalds

They charged me for extra bacon on both breakfast sandwiches even though I only ordered it on one, but I didn’t get that bacon on either one. I asked for no egg on the biscuit but got no egg on both, and no cheese on the biscuit even though I asked for cheese on both. They only got the drinks right because I had to tell them what drinks I got. Like, I know fast food is rough, but I paid 19 bucks and was missing more than half of the things I paid for. The drive through staff were really nice, but like I just want my food dude.
