This place was great the donuts were decent had the sourdough sandwich for breakfast and a frozen mocha coffee it was great! The staff was very helpful also the service was very good we'll definitely be back next time we're looking for a coffee and a donut and in town.

This is a proper Dunkin in a convenient location staffed by friendly employees. Before this location opened, the only real Dunkin in the Lansing area was on Okemos Rd. and by "real" I mean true to the model in the Northeast U.S. Keep evolving the selection of bagels and craft beers and you'll see my mug here often. Dunkin done right!

I come here for Tailgaters. They always have the best barrel picks and selection in the area. Not much allocated ever here, unless I'm not aware of a secret club. I also come here for e85. Great gas station and convenient right off I-69.

This location is great, easy to get to and fast service. The drive through helps get you back on the road faster but it's really nice inside as well. Just make sure you check your order they are a super busy location as well and with multiple people handing your food out the window they can make mistakes and miss something.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! After getting a slightly messed up order, we came back to get our free coffee, and they also gave me a half dozen donuts for free on my birthday!! This place has heart and generosity like I've never experienced before. What a blessing. Thank you so much Dunkin!! 🥰

I love this place for many reasons! It is close to my house, so it's convenient enough for a late night ice cream run. You can also get gas, wine, beer, candy, cold meds, and donuts! Dunkin has so many great options on their menu. I like the wake-up wraps (egg and cheese on a flour tortilla with choice of meat), and their coffee drinks are excellent, too. The cashiers and drive-thru staff are typically young adults and are very friendly and quick.

This location is shared with Tailgaters. So you get good coffee, donuts and the impressive wall of alcohol. Just about any liquor choice located there. Nice seating area in the back. Lots of parking for cars, RVs and Trucks. Also a Sunoco station located here.

I had a horrible experience at the west Lansing location one morning, leading me to go out of my way to this location. Everything was worth the drive. Everyone was very friendly, the place was clean and organized, and my order was incredibly fast. Nothing bad to say at all!

1. I love that they have a "line share" at the drive through! This allows mobile order customers to take turns with the customers that order at the drive through. Many other locations don't have this. That makes it so mobile app customers have to wait at the end of the line even though they have already ordered and paid. 2. This morning I ordered and paid for a dozen donuts via the app to take to a customer out of town. I forgot to stop until I was well outside of town. I didn't have time to turn around and go back without being late for my appointment with my customer. So I picked up a dozen at another DD on the way. I figured I was just going to be out the $14.49 because I failed to pick them up. 7 hours later on my way back I decided to stop and at least ask if they'd fill my order I paid for and didn't get. I fully expected a "Too bad, so sad" response. Before I was even done explaining to the customer service person someone behind them exclaimed "Are you Larry?!?" I answered to the affirmative. The CS person said "I made a note and stuck it to the shelf in case you came in. Let me get your donuts ready" WOW! Conscientious customer service?!?!? Where do you get that anymore??!. The answer....HERE!!!

It's Dunkin' donuts you know what you're getting before you arrive. Play every once in a while I need to have a unhealthy sugary donut. Your body will regret it later but it does taste good. Been awhile since I've went to one I didn't realize how expensive donuts had become.

Found some splits of prosecco for making spritz. Marked $3.99, rang up at $5.99. Manager would not honor marked price! Never will buy there again after that service.

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. But mask and glove use is very lax. Even though this store is close to my house, I do go as often as I used to because the employees don't seem to be taking sanitation seriously.

Coffee and treats are amazing but there is one employee that I believe name was Alli, she was very rude when one of the other employees accidentally gave me the wrong cup. I do not appreciate the commentary and would not recommend people going through the drive thru for that reason.

Overall everyone is friendly there and of course the drinks and donuts are great. But at least 5x in the past month, we’ve noticed that the employees were not wearing their masks correctly, got the order wrong frequently and made you wait a long time to fix it.

Usually fast and friendly. I've never seen so many employees standing around looking at people waiting to check out in my life. Left my green tea on the counter because I didn't have another 5 minutes to wait for someone to decide to ring me up. I'll probably be back, but only due to convenient location.

This was my 2nd visit and I am still neutral on this place so far. Maybe they opened too early? First, there were NO DONUTS! They ran out and while the case was just sitting empty, it had not been cleaned out. I thought this was a donut store. Get a sign up and let customers know when you'll have more! Pricing signage is missing on many items. When you ask staff questions, they are unsure and have to ask mgmt. Mgmt does know the answers (pricing, what an item is, how a certain coffee is made, etc), but restin you'r staff. Site appears well-stocked, but without signs you don't know what you'll pay when you check out so we skipped buying items. Maybe the 3rd visit will be the "charm"?

The cashier was extremely rude. Did not say hi, no smile and I did not realize there were multiple wraps as I do not frequent Dunkin. She proceeded to treat me like I was stupid. I've been in customer service for over 20 years. If you're that miserable, go somewhere else.

I normally love Dunkin, it's my go to for breakfast food and coffee because it's usually very consistent, good value, and tastes great. Lately though the service at this location feels like it's going downhill, I constantly get items made wrong, have the wrong donuts given to me, or find that my coffee is always missing the extras such as the whip cream and drizzle. I honestly wouldn't recommend mobile pick up at this location anymore because the coffee was 3/4 full, they subsituted the cheese on my two breakfast sandwiches with no warning or heads up, and gave me the wrong donuts. It used to be easy to report the issues through the mobile app but it has said "under maintenance" for the live chat feature for over 2 months, it just feels like dunkin really doesn't care that they aren't even trying to offer decent service.

I stopped by this Dunkin' recently and used the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The individual on the intercom sounded quite short and unwelcoming, which made for an uncomfortable ordering experience. We also discovered after driving away that we didn't receive our entire order. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Seems like training may need to be enhanced. The workers behind the counter were nice but knowledge was lacking when questions were presented. I placed a large order, a man that I can only assume to be a manager/owner came out from the back to tell me he could not provide me what I needed. I understood the situation but the delivery of his message needed work. He did not convey his role or even offer his name. He was abrupt and off putting... Not sure if he was nervous or new to customer service but he never offered an apology either. I expect more from leadership in charge of people centric businesses.

Horrible quality food and coffee this morning. Lotta with no flavor other then a coffee flavor…. Grilled sour dough sandwich that looked to be toasted vs grilled. Asking a premium price poor quality items.

I am typically not the type to leave a bad review for any business being that I am a small business owner myself but the service at this location is so unprofessional, age has nothing to do with basic customer service and respect to customers. I use this location because I live right down the street and have brushed off many times the disrespect I have received in front of my kids. When I am traveling and about to hit the road or just need a coffee to hold me over for the day I always find myself at the Ernest way location in which I would rather travel farther to be respected. My kids, boyfriend and I came in this Saturday morning to get the whole family drinks and food and when we received our drinks I basically had paid for ice so I politely said can we please get more drink less ice and instead of educating me and letting me know that the standard iced matcha was 90% Ice and 10% matcha and to ask for less ice next time and then filling my cup a bit more so I knew how to ask next time they decided to tell me no they can not do so and next time I need to ask. So I’m now under the impression Dunkin’ is getting paid for ice. I really hope no one else gets this treatment especially loyal customers because not only I was in shock by the amount of ice and response I was given but so was the mother of the family in front of me. I really hope my daughter enjoyed the 2 sips she had.

Asked about free donut with rewards and they had no idea… asked a coworker and still didn’t give me the advertised donut. Also didn’t even scan my rewards for the new transaction once her original register froze… no other customer so it was that they were busy or stressed.

It's so sad that dunkin filled donuts are pretty much empty. My kids just bought a dozen donuts I paid for and the cream filled were pretty much hollow. Extremely disappointing. Especially For the cost.

Walking inside this place can either go good or really suck. And normally I get some good service. But it seems like when they get busy, the women are just decentish at their jobs because it's too much panic, and the gentlemen are the only ones to hold their composure. I had so many women not only blattenty ignore me, but I watched as they fumbled like chickens with their heads cut off, and the guys were chill and helping. Too bad it's predominantly women in there. 🤣😭 If yall read this, you should definitely call out your orders and treat your inside people like they're people in front of you, definitely not a car to rush away. Not only good luck to them. But good luck to you fellows who have to work and put up with them. 😭🤣

Very stale doughnuts. I would guess from day old to several days old. Got a plain one for my pup and when he bit it it was so stale and dry it turned to crums... Also I probably shouldn't have been able to hear him bite it..

This USED to be my favorite Dunkin in the Lansing area...but the last few times I've had horrible food. To the Managers credit she's been wonderful about taking care of bad food, but how many times are they going to keep sending less than desirable food out? My most recent visit (3/3/25). I posted some photos. But for almost $5, for loaded hash browns, the cup wasn't even half full. I counted, there were 4 tiny "hash browns", some barely cut up bacon, and light cheese sauce.
