I had a meal at the Osteria a week ago whilst on holiday. I am unfortunately allergic to tomatoes, so naturally being in Italy though I was going to have a really hard time when it came to ordering something enjoyable on the menu! Staff recommended a Pizza with pesto and Italian ham which was absolutely delicious! I was able to relax and take my time and the owners took time to have a conversation which made all the difference! Thank you and I will look forward to returning next year!

This is such a nice place to go, you can stay as you like, the menucard is at least in english and i found out perfect seafood dinner, this is italian cucina in 2019.

Bravo! A gem with unpretentious cooking and an excellent selection of dishes ready to eat or to be taken home. Every dish was lush and well-seasoned, ripe with the flavours of a land with bountiful produce guided by an experienced chef. I had a wonderful lentil soup, and slow-cooked beef in vegetable sauce with such shocking depth of flavour. The house wine I had the good fortune to taste is of the Sardinian Cannonau grape. So thorough was my enjoyment that I did not take photos of the food at my table. Davide was the most charming host one could ask for. You will eat and drink out of picnic plates and cups on the premises but feel remarkably like royalty.

A restaurant with outdoor seating, beneath the church of Diano Castello. We were there on August 16th and watched the fireworks display in Diano Marina from there. There were six of us. We ordered two plates of frisceu (fried pasta), two trofie (pasta) with pesto, one plate of borage ravioli, one small plate of grilled vegetables, four desserts, four medium beers, one small beers, and two bottles of water, and we spent €131. I enjoyed what I ate, but I still think the prices are a bit high. €3 for 0.75 of microfiltered water seems a bit high. The frisceu (fried pasta) is good, but even there, €16 per plate (which contains one large square frisceu with cheese, two medium ones with cheese, three or four small ones with herbs, and two or three strips of chickpeas) seems a bit high. It's a casual place, with standard service. Be careful with the photos on the menu showing the pizza: they're old. We asked for pizzas and they told us "we haven't made them for at least 4 years" (actually, I think only 2, because a photo of the old menu is from 2 years ago). We had made a reservation.

This is one of the few restaurants in the village. It's located just to the right of the village entrance, not far from the parking lot. There's a large, very pleasant garden. The staff is welcoming, the service is very good. The dishes are well presented, the portions are perfect, and above all, it's good, it's well prepared, well presented, the pace of service is well-oiled, so you should stop there, however, it's better to make a reservation.

We ordered grilled swordfish which was delicious, grilled shrimps were also fine. As a dessert we had tiramisu and tartufo nero which were both great. Along with two glasses of wine and a bottle of water we paid 61 euro
