PLEASE READ FOR NIGHT TIME ONLINE ORDERS! The overall experience could’ve been better, my wife and I stopped by around 8pm on the 13th of November, we ordered online and then shortly proceeded to the drive through; once there the staff directed us to a holding parking spot (lane A to be specific) then totally forgot about us. They didn’t bring the meal out or communicated, after 10-15 minutes I decided to check on my order inside the restaurant and saw 1.that the employees were talking a little 2. My order was just waiting there in a holding area. I believe my experience could’ve been better however the staff needs better communication amongst themselves and put themselves in the customers shoes. My food’s temperature could’ve been more enjoyable

Was given wrong chicken sandwich and went back. There the manager, I think her name was Paula, came over and started being rude about it. Only to find out what the issue was thanks to another employee (who she snapped at as well for helping me). I was then parked for another few minutes and another employee came out. He apologized but I didn’t like how she had snapped at him. Food was good still, just please try to prevent future occurrences like this if plausible

I ordered two chocolate sundaes when I got off work and was happy to go home and watch a movie while I eat them but when I began to eat them I didn’t even notice that all the chocolate was all on the top so I decided to mix it and it was all chunky!!! And tasted not well so I scooped the top chocolate off and well to say I was not happy about it. I want to go back and ask for it to be done right but I thought to leave a review. also I’ve notice the workers there always talking and I would be waiting at the window for a good minute and seeing them laugh and all while I watch really unprofessional if you ask me ❌

Ordered online . Gave me the wrong sandwiches I called and they hung up & when I called again I told them on my way to work and said the only solution was to go back like seriously. WORST SERVICE !!!!!

My food is either ready getting cold on the counter and my drink melting or it’s not ready and I have to click on the app I’m already here it makes no sense. They’ll ignore you as well if you need help, the works are joking and talking the whole time as well and still mess up an order…

Cashier refused to give me BBQ sauce because she said it wasn't part of my order. What a miserable store that cannot even give a bbq sauce to a paying customer. This is by far the worst McDonald's I been to. The worst.

This McDonald's location is not providing free refills. They apologize for the inconvenience. It's probably one of the biggest inconveniences a fast food restaurant can have. There are still locations in Dinuba where this is not an issue like Burger King, Wimpy's, Habit, Carl's, Jack's, Capitol Grill.

I ordered big Mac combo,go pick up and it's not ready. Lady told me to go park and wait for order. Order never is brought to me wait a long time and almost finish drink waiting in hot weather,so i go inside and ask for it. Finally get it and get home. My big Mac is MISSING BEEF PATTY! Food is expensive,and not worth going back and forth wasting gas and time. Please get it right McDonald's!
