The people who work at the counter seem like you're doing them a favor. When they hand you the pizza, they don't offer sauces or something as basic as a napkin. They seem to act like zombies, showing no expression and acting on autopilot. If they don't like their job, they shouldn't offer service. I think they forget that they are the face of the brand.

I placed a home delivery order through Didi Food, and after the estimated delivery time, it was checked twice. The first response was that it had already left, and the second was that it would be out in a few minutes. They clearly didn't want to deliver the order. I shouldn't give it zero stars.

Terrible service. They make excuses about not having enough delivery drivers. I waited two hours for my pizza, and they still wanted me to wait another hour and a half. They offered no solution and didn't even care that the pizza arrived cold. Bad service and poor customer service.

Disappointment and a waste of money. I ordered a pizza with extra toppings and they gave me extra bread. The receipt is right there, and since they didn't add Philadelphia cream cheese, I cut a slice to show you, but none of them had it. Avoid this branch; they must be keeping the extra toppings.

More than Domino pizzas, they looked like wafers, haha, I guess, and I want to think they were running out of ingredients, dough, or whatever! But it shouldn't have been that way. They were really thin and super tough. I would have definitely sent them back if it weren't already nighttime when we got home with them, and the distance wasn't so short that we could have returned them, but it was terrible 👎🏻! The quality is supposed to always be the same. I even suppose they should have measurements regarding ingredients, but it seems that wasn't the case here!
