Santa Barbara was great. Very filling but without the heaviness from a typical fast food restaurant. Charburger was surprisingly smaller than normal in my opinion. I would definitely get a double if sticking to the original Charburger. The single is good for kids

A good place to stop on your way to Sacramento from SF, it after shopping at yhenoitket mall. The Green Bean Fries are a must and so are the Onion Rings. The Tri-tip sandwich tastes so good, the Tuna sandwich is kind of dry. The nice thing about this place is it's not too crowded, more relaxing place to enjoy your snacks. Free parking is available, accepts major credit cards.

If you order from the drive thru expect to wait 20-30 min once you get to windows and have paid. I think they have to kill the cow and ground the beef in house with how long it takes. Expect to pay close to 20if you order a soft drink.

Meh, was not impressed with the burger or fries.. would not order here again unless it was the only option. All I tasted was the grease from the grill on the sourdough.

Fried chicken sandwich was a bit dry. Fried green beans with Sriracha sauce was very good, not too spicy.

For only 1 car ahead of me at the dri e through and they only ordered a small bag, the wait was crazy! Especially since their was literally nobody inside eating, no cars parked in the restaurant area.

Used to have a delicious cobb salad. The price is the same but the portions are way way smaller and they changed the recipe it’s not good I’m so disappointed. There’s 3 cherry tomato’s, there’s a weird small ranch, weird pickled onions ???? , and a cut up SLICE of cheese ??????

They need to hire/schedule more employees. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes waiting to order with no one in line (couldn't use a self-serve kiosk because I had a coupon). The employees weren't lazy - far from it. They were super busy and all hustling. In total I waited 30 minutes for my food. It was what I expected for fast food, but I expect fast food to be fast.

This place is dirty. I stopped here to use the restroom, and the sink was broken. They didn't bother fixing the sink. All they had were questionable wipes with the label removed. Hopefully, I don't develop cancer from these wipes. The wipes were made for use on hard surfaces, so I rinsed my hands with the water from the drink fountain. They were also out of soap. How hard is it to provide hand sanitizer?

2 out of 3 times my order has been messed up. The cashiers are not listening and not reading the orders back and are constantly making petty mistakes. Idk who runs this place but please for the love of the food industry. Teach them some customer skills or listening skills
