Went to Whataburger with mom and dad in the evening and the manager was very well the service was great and food was amazing

The staff there was phenomenal. I've never seen so much attention being given to the customer. The staff came over to help a family that had issues with their Whataburger App. Another person came to give a baby, some baby cleaning wipes when they got dirty. Another staff member immediately responded to a kid who dropped his food and immediately replaced it at no cost. All this happened like within a span of 15 minutes. The staff members were on top of things. Will definitely be stopping by more often.

My niece Ary wanted whataburger for her bday. Cashier was patient and attentive with taking the girls orders. Service was excellent and food was brought with minimal wait. Highlight was the Manager Martie(Martha Molina) and the crew singing Happy Birthday to Ary, gifting her a cinnamon roll, gummy bracelets, and a pink flower bracelet that lights up. Awesome experience for the girls. Thank you whataburger. Definitely coming back.

And let's not mention the food is always hot and not cold unlike other locations, where they take more than 20 minutes and they claim the food is hot and when its not.

2 different cars each ordering food and bith got something wrong in order. Whole point of me going there is for the texas toast, when I got home regular buns. 😞. Live 30 min away aint going back for the bread this time.

We visited this place in Danna TX, the food was just like any other Whataburger in TX. The service in this place was excellent and people had a great attitude with everyone that came in.

One of my favorite Burgers, The Whataburger , It's Delicious melted cheese, and grilled meat are hard to ignore when ever I get hungry or drive by the fast food restaurant... I give it a 5 STARS , but the Staff either has Hearing problems or the have poor quality Communication equipment friends of mine, and me as well some times become a bit impatient when we have to repeat the order ... Whataburger You Should Consider Investing in some better high quality Microphones, and speakers, so that is your customers don't stop buying from you because of Audio communication related problems.

Food is always good. Generous portions! I came here twice while visiting my mom and the service was very disorganized. We were asked multiple times after ordering what we ordered and if we had paid yet. Both times we were given comped items, fries, Apple pies, etc for the inconvenience. I get it's the rush of working drive thru, but come on. Every time I go, my order is wrong or missing something. I get that kids are working back there, but dine in is never an issue.

I waited for my curbside for almost 10 minutes before getting my order. And even then I had to go inside and grab it. On top of that, the food was cold and just sitting there. I saw them grab it from the shelf on the bottom, it wasn’t even on the hot surface area to keep it warm. I know they’re just teens but come on, they could do a little better. It's been taking over 25 minutes to get our orders, and by the time you start eating the food isn't even hot just warm... The burger buns were all soggy! - That's a sign that our food was just sitting on the counter for a while!

I've always gone to this Whataburger because they always gave me my food hot. Lately it hasn't been this way. I got my food cold this time around. I took the food back so they can give me my food hot all they did was refry my fries or something because they were just warm. They weren't hot as if burning my mouth when taking a bite. I live in the weslaco area and I get out of work pretty late on a daily basis and almost every single time I go to this specific location, they always manage to mess up my order. I would strongly recommend anyone in this area to refrain from going to this location and making the trip to the weslaco chain. This is not worth the amount of inconvenience and incompetence that is there at this restaurant. It almost feels like they are doing it on purpose, solely because I have called on so many occasions for THEIR mistakes. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. But I can’t, unfortunately.

Been there a few times in the past weeks. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time the order has been wrong or missing. I ordered online and the order wasn't ready. We went through the drive thru and the asked us to pull forward into a space up front, still wrong and they forgot a whole #2, and then made us wait almost 45 min and it was all just wrong. Never had issues with this one until recently. So disappointed because we would go by there at least 3x/wk min.

I am giving this review to them because the last three times I have been to that restaurant, they have messed up my order. First time they gave me the wrong order. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. Second time I order thru curb side and I sat outside waiting for my order for 35 minutes and they never brought it out. I had to go inside to get it myself. I had called them a couple of times before going inside and they kept saying it was almost ready. This last time I went, they were giving me the wrong order again. Then they ask me to wait for my fries because they weren't ready and when I got home I noticed that they didn't put straws or napkins in my bag. Therefore I can't give them more than a one star rating.

Ordered our food at 8:31pm last night. Didn't get it until 9:15. When we did our fries were luke warm. Would have complained but didn't feel like waiting even longer. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be going here again.

I go to the location in Donna, the staff was extremely rude to me and my mom I order five times and they still couldn’t even get my order right and then untop of that we get our order right and they get our order wrong and only give us bread for one of the breakfast burgers and untop of that they don’t even give us creams or sugars even though me and my mom specifically asked for creams and sugars and the food tasted horrible our burgers were missing stuff in it and my coffee tasted like motor oil. This was utterly disappointing and I would advise anyone who wants to eat at Whataburger to go out of their way to find a different location instead of the one in Donna

Me and my boyfriend come to this location often and there is always something that is wrong with our order. But today takes the cake. We SPECIFICALLY asked the cashier if they charged us for a jalapeño cheddar biscuit but just the sandwich. And they give us this…. A biscuit with no sausage. No bacon. Just plain bread. And when we spoke to a manager, he tells us that it’s common for people to order the biscuit this way. But we were very clear that we wanted the SANDWICH. Not just a biscuit with nothing else. It is ridiculous how ignorant or oblivious the staff is at this restaurant. I would highly recommend making the trip to ANY other location besides this one.

Food is good but the service is terrible. Every time I try to be nice, professional for the people working late, but they always treat my family and I bad. We ask simple question; condiments or straws, and they say it should be there and walk away. More than often, it's not. I understand it's tedious work and long hours for the pay they get. But i pay for the food and service given to me, it isn't cheap. I hope the employees here get trained again in customer service.

The 3 Burger combos hardly had lettuce and super small tomato slices. Vegetable and burgers were made rushed without any consideration of the food portions plus fries were cold.

Night shift workers need to get their s***t together! Ordered a bacon AVOCADO burger and yet there was no avocado on my burger. As well as patty melt burgers with no cheese, no onions. If I have 1 more issue like this I will take it to corporate, unacceptable. They forgot sauces and no straws for the drinks.

Like a Las Vegas crap shoot ordering food here in Donna Tx. This is a poorly managed place. Food orders are frequently wrong giving hard breakfast biscuits, the wrong burger, no lettuce pickles onion's on hamburgers and no sauce on a patty melts. You will have to check your order before you drive off. Food is usually thrown in the bag squashed without thoughtfulness dumping the fries and no napkins ever. I still eat here being a Whataburger loyalist but it just sucks here in Donna Tx . So I recommend using the order online and pick up at the front door to check your stuff, NOT the drive through pressuring you to leave and returning home to get pissed off once again. Parking is awful at high times with fighting in the parking lot and police arriving.

We do curbside snd every single time our burgers are prepared wrong snd items are missing. It has gotten to the point where I have to open every single burger to inspect it and every single bag to see what is missing before driving away. I have to get off very single time. Parking and traffic is also very very congested and terrible.

This place is always horrible I go there because it's right next to my house. But I need to drive 30 minutes to get to a better location. I asked for a breakfast platter with toast & bacon. Instead I got pancakes. I told the lady I had ordered egg platter so she gave me another set of pancakes with eggs. Now I have six pancakes that I don't want to eat. And the eggs were dry and gross.
