I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is the closest Chipotle to me, and it would be great if this feedback could help improve the service. According to Google, this location closes at 11:00 p.m.; however, I went around 9:00 p.m. today, and although the staff was present, there were no fajitas, guacamole, or lettuce. The trays were empty, and the staff wasn't actively working. They didn't even offer to prepare the ingredients, something that has happened to me at other locations. Additionally, when I got home and started eating, I noticed that the chicken was undercooked. I'm leaving 3 stars so as not to affect the rating too much, hoping that this comment will be seen and that they will take action to improve. Thanks, guys!

I usually order food here in person, and they serve a decent amount of food. I ordered online, and they literally served me the bottom of the plate so you couldn't see the bottom, nothing more. How disrespectful is this? I hope the photo shows how far away the empty plate was, because they basically only served the bottom.

More often then not this Chiptotle always gets my pick up order wrong. The burrito is always9/10 wrapped wrong . Either overfilled spilling or missing something or wrapper with two tortillas. My order is nearly always wrong or done improperly. This is my most recent burrito when I opened it.

Went to chipotle and had a bad first impression. The guy serving the food made us wait since he was doing other stuff. With 4 employees working and 1 customer their shouldn’t have been a no wait. After waiting he gave my friend one scoop of rice in the bowl which barely filled the bowl half way. After asking for another scoop he gave another scoop and a dirty look. When it was my turn to go I had asked for a burrito. The man serving did something I had never seen done before at a chipotle. He took two burrito orders at the same time and constantly got mixed up on who’s rice and toppings go on what. He constantly forgot what was told to him. After having the slowest experience I’ve ever had a chipotle we left to sit outside. The outdoor seating is nice since you still can’t eat inside. The food was great like always and that’s why I’m not giving it a 1 star. I will be trying this restaurant again since it’s the closest chipotle to my house and I’m glad they opened one in Doral. I do believe this experience was due to a lack of training and supervision. With this store being new their should have been a supervisor watching.

I don’t know who’s running things at Chipotle these days, but it’s clear nobody gives a damn anymore. I’ve had multiple orders straight-up dropped off at the wrong house. Not just late—wrong house. These drivers will take a picture of my food on somebody else’s doorstep like “yep, job well done,” and bounce. I’m talking about this store in particular in Doral: 5875 NW 105th Ct, Doral, FL 33178 But let’s talk about the actual food, because somehow that’s even worse. I picked up the burrito and it immediately fell apart. No exaggeration. Rice everywhere. Tortilla split like tissue paper. THIS WAS THE WORST QUESO OF ANY CHIPOTLE. What the hell even is that? It tasted like someone melted expired Velveeta AND CALLED IT QUESO. It had the texture of crusty mac & cheese scraped from the bottom of a pan and rehydrated in hot tap water. Straight-up gross. This ain’t a one-time thing either. Every time I roll the dice with Chipotle, it’s the same trash service, same busted food. At this point, y’all are just playing in our faces. If you’re thinking of ordering Chipotle tonight… don’t. Eat cereal. Drink a protein shake. Lick the wall. Literally anything is better than whatever mess they’re serving now.

This is by far the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever tried to — the one on 58th in Doral. The rice was hard and undercooked, the chips were chewy (not crispy at all), and the guacamole was literally brown. Disgusting. I genuinely don’t understand how a place can get everything so wrong. It blows my mind how bad the quality is. Seriously — how is this even possible? I love Chipotle but this one is inedible.

I was trying to see if there is a contact to the manager because I like to give feedback directly but I couldn’t find it online. Anyways seems like this chipotle is poorly ran and managed. There was a mess. Ran out of steak, ran out of brisket. Area by the soda machines was pretty nasty. Plates everywhere, ice piled up, all the fresh juices ran out. The worst part is that an employee went and filled up his cup and saw the mess and did nothing about it. They need to retrain their employees to be proactive.

Coming into the chipotle the trash cans outside were full to the brim flys everywhere I walk in and it’s no better inside. My order is simple 3 steak tacos with pico, corn salsa sour cream and cheese. Literally had no portion experience did not drain the pico salsa or the corn salsa way to much sour cream and just threw them together. I live next to the location so a very fast commute the pictures show the clear carelessness that went into my food and staff should be remaking if the food is a mess like that.

I'm writing this review after what was undeniably my worst experience at a Chipotle location, and sadly, it will be my last. This particular visit was characterized by a deeply regrettable level of customer service that leaves much to be desired. The staff members, or at least a significant portion of them, displayed a level of arrogance and unfriendliness that was utterly unexpected and unprofessional. It's disheartening to see such a lack of basic courtesy in a restaurant that's part of a well-known national chain. It seems some employees at this location have forgotten the importance of respect in customer service. In addition, the portions served were notably smaller compared to other Chipotle restaurants I've visited across the country. This inconsistency is not only disappointing but also suggests a disregard for the value-for-money expectation that customers associate with the Chipotle brand. What's worse, the overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. I felt more like an intruder than a valued customer, which is unacceptable for any business that aims to provide a positive customer experience. I don't usually resort to writing reviews, but this situation warrants a call to action. It is my hope that by sharing this, potential customers will be forewarned and the restaurant management will take note. There is a clear and urgent need for improved staff training and quality control at this location. In conclusion, I would strongly advise other customers to reconsider before visiting this particular Chipotle until substantial improvements are made.

They said it’s going to take a long time though & when I asked how long they said 40 mins… they were out of BOTH types of rice. I love Chipotle, so when they opened one near home (Doral) I was excited. At first it was all good for a while but for the last 3 visits changed my opinion completely. I always ordered thru the app. The employees give you horrible service and they don’t bother to check the labels and gave you someone else's order. It’s absolutely disgusting the way they serve food. I place an online order, was supposed to be ready at 2:30, when I arrive my 4 plates was on the table of the preparing food, I ask how long for my food and the girl that supposed to finish and pack, give me a answer in a bad attitude, because I interrup the conversation that she was having with the other girl. Meanwhile my food was getting cold. 20 min later she put my bag on the designated area, I revised my bag to check if everything was inside, and I was missing one of the plates, I asked for it and she told me everything is there with and actitud, when she realized that wasn't she throws the burrito inside my bag. This is the worst service that I received in this location.
