My husband and I went to Cooper’s Hawk for the first time yesterday, and overall, it was a great experience! We did run into a hiccup at the start, unfortunately, the host, Jesus, was quite rude and didn’t acknowledge us for about 4 minutes. Thankfully, the manager Sam, was extremely kind and understanding when we brought it up, which really turned things around. Our server, Anthony O. was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience, and his attention to detail truly made a difference. Thanks to Sam and Anthony, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect Date Night, We've been here many times, and always had a great experience, yes sometimes you have to wait, mostly because it's full, but the wine tasting, and the food totally makes it worth. I couldn't recommend to join the CH Wine Club,, as a 10 years member, the benefits absolutely exceeds the price. As I walked in I was greeted by Kyra the Hostess, she was adamant on making sure I get my table even when they seem to be full house. She somehow made magic and gave me a table god speed. So amazing hostess for one! 2. I was served by Katrina the Server and her level of detail amd attentiveness with the balance of space and having me enjoy my company was professional and charming! Apps and entrees came in perfect timing with plates and utensils that followed and dessert was spectacular! Crème brûlée was heavenly! Thank you. And the Restaurant manager George was touching tables through the restaurant including mine! I will definitely come back!

Had a really good experience at Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant near the Miami airport. I ordered the Trio of Medallions - horseradish, bleu cheese, and parmesan-crusted filet medallions - with Mary’s potatoes and broccolini. The beef was tender and perfectly cooked, and each crust added its own flavor without overpowering the meat. Really well done. The staff were friendly, and the interior has a clean, modern feel - comfortable without being overly fancy. They’re known for their wine program, and the menu even lists suggested pairings for each dish, but I stuck with a Coke Zero. Honestly, even if I had picked a wine, I wouldn’t have known what I was tasting or how to appreciate it. All in all, a solid meal in a convenient location. I’d definitely go back.

You might not notice how immaculate the space is until you realize that’s because of him — every detail, from the floors to the restrooms, is pristine. Then there’s William the Magician — yes, an actual magician! He brought so much personality and fun to the evening, performing close-up magic that had the whole bar laughing and amazed. It’s those unexpected touches that make a night memorable. And finally, Kris the Bottle Girl deserves a special shoutout. Her energy, charm, and professionalism elevated the entire vibe — she brings that spark of joy that makes every table around her light up. The food was beyond outstanding. The short rib risotto was rich and comforting, the pretzel bread perfectly warm and buttery — but the star of the show was the Sticky Honey Lemon Cake. Overall, Cooper’s Hawk delivers excellence at every level — service, food, drinks, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. Last Friday night I invited some friends to this place I really like, where I'm a member of the wine club. The food was excellent, and I always make friends there. I have to say the service was slow; the waitress brought the food and there weren't any utensils on the table. She also brought the bottle of wine after a 20-minute wait and forgot to bring glasses for everyone. But I have to say that despite this, it's always a good place to hang out.

I Visit this place probably twice a week, you can enjoy wine testing in the bar at the entrance with a lot of options, and they have so many different options that you will fall in love with the place. I recommend you visit here and experience the testing and their delicious food. And if you want to enjoy more the perks that they offer you can join the wine member it will give you back so much.

Great place and good service! Had a little situation with the food, but the staff remedied the situation immediately. The manager (Alejandro) even came out to check on us and make it right. This was my first time at Cooper Hawks, and it was a bit loud and busy. The waiter had too many tables to attend to and he didn't explain how they have a Wine Club you can enroll in, and all the things you can purchase was you leave. I said it was our 1st time, but the other couple was also and they didn't get taste wine sample, the wine we order took for ever to be brought to us, the appetizer was cold, we order plate with Scallop and Shrimp Risotto and it was undercooked, the waiter brought new plate ans still undercooked and then it was changed another risotto plate. The manager never came to our table to apologize. He looked from far away, I made eye contact but he never came to our table, but apparently table next to us he went to see them. Now table next to us was a family with children and I think they were sitting in an area that was crowded and they should have been given a better area especially with a stroller a baby and a toddler. They had 3 children and 4 adults. But apparently everyone complained about the risotto that was undercooked and apparently was still expecting the customers to pay for something undercooked, not sure if we will go back. And the parking was very difficult to find and you had no choice but to use valet parking, which if the person doesn't want to pay, well there's no choice.

My first experience eating here was last year with my wife a couple days after Valentines. In few words the experience was so bad we didn’t go back to eat there for over a year. Fast forward to Cindy on Wednesday night. With only 2 tables she was unable to manicure the table. Never picked up the spare place settings. During dinner service I had to stack the plates on the edge of the vastly overcrowded table just for her to get the message. Then I ordered the churrasco Medium rare with tuna and it comes out well done, unfortunately my server was no where to be found and luckily the food-runner was able to help me out. The manager brings me out a new steak after that had been seared on either side and was so raw it was still mooing saying eat more chicken. The only saving factor and reason I continue to keep my membership is Ally from the wine tasting bar. She saved our night all by herself with her incredible service and extremely vast wine knowledge.
