Poor quality and flavor. I ordered a carnitas torta and they only put meat and lettuce on it—more lettuce than meat, no tomato, no onion, nothing. Just the bread and the meat. And when you ask them if that's how it's supposed to be, they get annoyed.

I ordered the 10 piece taquitos. I was so disappointed. They served them burnt at all the ends. I was sharing with my dad. It had fake guacamole and lots of cheese that wasn't even melted. We only ate 3 and I threw the rest in the trash. Albert's food use to be good but for now I will never return. This location was on Imperial next to hospital in Downey. ( Old River school Rd).

I ordered the carne asada nachos everything looked good till I tasted the nachos they were super super salty something told me something is wrong here .. well, it wasn’t till the next day I ate a little bit more n I started eating the beans they were sour… no kidding oh my god.. I puke n had cramps n the rest u shall know.. I learned something quick if the food tastes tooo salty to eat don’t eat it just returned it back to the kitchen.. quickly

They low-key suck here. I can come here anytime and it's so convenient being near my neighborhood but I chose not to because of the quality of food and service. Mainly a bunch of dudes who don't know what they're doing, can't make good food if their lives depended on it and idk how their job depends on it. They need to fire the whole crew and train some competent employees. Even the lady in the front looks over it, wonder what she has to deal with.

He Needs Some Milk.

It took 5 men to realize my food was in a bag right in front of their face… horrible experience honestly. I came Friday the 21st around 10:30 and didn’t get my food till 11pm even tho I had ordered it ahead of time. This guy gave me two orders that weren’t mine. I repeated my name to him 3 times and all 3 times he walks away midway of me talking. Now I can’t eat my tacos because they’re falling apart and he didn’t even apologize for his multiple screw ups. That’s $17 down the drain smh don’t come here. Especially if it’s all men working

Take too long to be able to order. Order took too long to be ready. Food is not worth the price, burrito is nothing but tortilla, and burly had filling .

asked for a torta and got the blandest thing. im pregnant so imagine my dissappointment when there was no tomatoe, no beans, no crema on my torta de asada. just lettuce and asada. i only get 30 minutes of lunch and if i had more time i would of gone back and asked for the rest of the ingredients. i have yet to have my torta craving fulfilled because this aint it.

Won't come here again, the meat was raw and super-sized berly had cheese. the guy was too in a hurry and got my taco order wrong. They don't offer cilantro and cebolla only picadio. Higher prices than other Albert's locations. I usually pat about 35$ the same order here was 12$ more. To top it off bad customer service with an extreme wait time.

This will be the last time I come to Alberts.. my favorite plate every time i come here is asada fries. And this last time I went they raised the price from $10 to $12.75 and my plate had a bunch of nerves and bones. I was disgusted and sad because I new it would be my last time coming here.. I never understood ones the government gives us a raise. Most places raises the price in there food... and then to top it off they use not quality products you guys lost my businesses...
