Food was ready for take out. Didn’t take too much time. Really like sourdough pizza crust. Artisan bread pizza was also amazing. Few vegetarian options available. Love the Wednesday pizza BOGO and also sandwiches. Quality food and ingredients. And love the location and proximity.

I had placed an online catering order. Somehow, it didn't make it to this local Schlotzsky's store. The manager, Angie, double checked for the order then dropped everything to make me 20 small sandwiches really quickly. She was very helpful, and even though rushed, the sandwiches were as good as always.

Always really good food. The original is still one of the best sandwiches you can buy and they have the best sour cream and onion chips anywhere. The service at this location is hit or miss but good more often than it's bad. I've never had any serious complaints. They got my order wrong once but fixed it right away no big deal. Will most definitely return probably a little too often.

Thank goodness they were open today, snowing and frozen ice/snow roads accumulated since Sunday (today is Thursday). I'm down to 2 eggs, 1 banana, 4 tomatoes and some blueberries. When I called about 10:30 they said they were open but not sure how long. I had to get ice/snow off my truck that's been sitting since Sunday. Three in ice over the windshield. It took a while. I called to make sure they were open and told them how close I was, please, don't close, I'm out of food and will be placing a big order. She was incredibly gracious, and offered to start my order. Once I got there I ordered more to complete my order. Super nice people and very helpful. Local grocery stores are depleted of stocks and on short hours. I only needed a couple of days, as this is a house I was caretaking. Thank you Schlotzsky's!

This location was fast and friendly. Being fast seems very important at this location. The quality is somewhat different. For example, the avocado was very hard and the sandwich was wrapped loosely so the meat fell out.

Food is good. However, this is the second time we’ve had to wait in their drive thru line to get our order for pick-up. We’re not talking a quick 5 minute inconvenience. Order was ready and we were instructed to just wait in the regular drive thru line while other orders were processed. Going on 15 minutes now. Horrible customer service. Allow folks to walk up to the window to get our pick up orders.

I go to Schlotzsky’s next door all the time since I work nearby and spend money there regularly. Today I had a really disappointing experience. I forgot a fork for my lunch and stopped in to ask for one, and the manager, Maria, was very rude and told me I couldn’t have one. I was surprised by the attitude, especially as a frequent customer. Customer service and kindness go a long way. I hope they work on their customer service, especially from management.

My bill total was $11.03….I said I’ve got 3 pennies and then dived into my purse and found three Pennie’s. Server came back with $.97 change…… she needs to acquire far better listening and reacting skills. Very disappointed.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a medium veggie. The mayonnaise on my sandwich seemed rotten, it didn’t taste right at all. I ended up having to throw the whole sandwich away and wasted money on something that really should meet basic quality standards.

So I ordered the "beef Bacon smokecheesy" sandwich. I've never gotten this sandwich with so little bacon before. It's supposed to be 3 pieces. I guess it technically has 3 pieces but it's not 3 whole pieces by any means. Worst part is when I spoke to the cashier (who was wonderful and nice!) He informed me that the manager is in the back making the sandwiches. I would think a manager would want to make sure quality food was sent out not skimpy barely passable food.

Ordered beef and cheese plain and dry and got everything on it. A month ago I ordered a beef and cheese plain and they messed it up that time too. Absolute fail. So that’s 0/2 my last two visits.

Horrible customer service! My family dined inside and while I was ordering, my 6 year old son was asking me if he can get chips with his kids meal. The guy taking our order looked at my son and very sternly said, “Be quiet!”. Although my son should not have been talking while adults were talking (he did get punished for it), the guy had no right to talk to a customer’s child that way! My husband informed another employee of the situation. The customer behind me was so appalled that she also complained. The manager didn’t come out until after we had received our food. She apologized and said that his explanation was that he was “overwhelmed”. She said she told him to go to the back and take a 5 minute time out. If he gets overwhelmed that easily, then he should not be in the service industry! I called corporate and complain. The lady said she would let the area manager know. That was around three weeks ago and I still have not had a response. Schlotzsky’s has for sure lost my family of six as a customer!
