Casper's Hot Dogs

You don't go for the atmosphere, you go for the dogs. I'm not saying it was the best hot dog in the world (though it was definitely tasty) but service gave them that 5th star because they heard me talking about the possibility of chili on my dog and asked if I wanted to try it. The extra mile of service.

Old school diner feel good hot dogs not skimpy on the chili or the cheese food was delicious Just wish the hot dogs were fatter.

Decent hotdogs 🌭, but a little on the expensive side. I would try it again though. And for chili cheese dog the chili does have beans. The other dog I have is the original casper w/ pickle spears. They did chop onions and tomatoes fresh right there which was awesome.

Caspers is my go to place when I want to grab a hot dog. The staff has been the same for years. Nice guys! If you haven't been, go! So much better than the awful stadium dogs at Ball games.

I have not gone to this Casper since the early 2000. The hot dog is the same, that is, great. only changes are the employees. Come for the food and don't worry about the atmosphere.

I'm glad you asked. There were 3 people in front of me. Person one ordered 7 hotdogs. Person two ordered 12 hotdogs (for band practice teenagers). Person three ordered 5 hotdogs. Said he drove down from Livermore. I ordered a double cheese dog. It was delicious 😋 This 🌭 place is good and popular. I highly recommend it.

You just cannot beat that familiar snap of a Casper hotdog when you bite into it. This original recipe has been around for about 50 years. Although the bun was a little squished and there is a little much relish on it still the best hotdog in the world.

Well i love Caspers but their Chili is the WORST. Tastkess and hard beans, nasty. Stick with a normal hot dog and you will be okay.

We were served by a guy who had track marks on his arms, clearly intoxicated. Not a fan since I brought my son in.
