Very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Pho broth was very flavorful. Had the rare filet mignon as well as the beef rib with oxtail. Very delicious. Also got a lychee rose tea and Vietnamese iced coffee. Will definitely come back and try the sizzling dishes which is what most of the other patrons were eating.

I ordered #1 Phở Đặc Biệt and #S4 Bánh Mì Chảo Sườn Bò. The phở had a rich, flavorful broth with plenty of tender beef, while the sizzling beef rib was especially fragrant and juicy, served hot with eggs and bread. Both dishes were hearty and very satisfying.

This trip back to Dublin has been disappointing in terms of many restaurants, but today I had the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. It’s a shame I’m heading back to Texas tomorrow morning—otherwise, I would have eaten there again

I really like this place, but I still haven’t ordered their pho. What got my attention was the banh mi chao with roasted beef ribs. It’s served with pate, 2 sunny side up eggs with garlic butter soy sauce on a sizzling platter. Yeah, it’s got a little bowl of pho broth and you can choose baguette or steamed rice. I had to get the baguette to mop up that buttery, greasy sauce. It also had a little salad just to cut the greasiness a bit. It was such a delight. It was definitely not healthy for my arteries, but oh-so-good! This dish exceeded my expectations and already got a 5-star from me. Wifey liked my dish so much that she said she’s gonna order it next time. Wifey was considerate and ordered something different. She had the oxtail & beef ribs pho soup served with baguette. It really wasn’t bad by any means, but did not stand out compared to my dish. I’d give the dish 4 stars. Oh, my wife asked for butter so she can add to the baguette. Their butter is sweetened and made the baguette even more delightful. The second time I visited the place was 2 days later as my friends really wanted to try. A friend got the same S4 banh mi chao as I did before and loved it. I was not ready to tackle it again so I ordered a banh mi with Vietnamese caramelized pork. It was tasty, but I’ve gotten similar banh mi’s elsewhere. Along with the sandwich, I also had a sugarcane juice with passion fruit. It was a bit sweet for me and although I could see the passion fruit, I couldn’t really taste it with every sip. At $6 per drink, I’d skip and go for a milk tea next door afterwards. In fact, I did that the first time I was there. I would certainly come back for the banh mi chao with roasted beef ribs. Perhaps in the future, I would finally try their pho, but seriously, you can get pho anywhere. =)

10/10 experience! The service was kind, food came quick and was super delicious. We ordered the Pho #11 and Banh Mi Chao #S1. The pho was a good size with plenty of meat and the broth was very flavorful. The skillet had a great variety of flavors with the chicken, the eggs, the salad, a side of pho broth and the bread (which was hot and yummy). Overall a great place!!

The dishes are served on Vietnamese traditional bamboo tray. The noodle soup is tasty and beef ribs are tender and juicy. The breads are ok.

Best pho in the bay by a mile. Generous meat portions, amazing spiced broth, and excellent service. Edit 8/31/2025 - Came back again; food was still amazing. Owner came out to chat with us, and gave me some soup base to go. Excellent service as always!!

I'm happy to find this new establishment around the Dublin/Pleasanton area! Really good Pho that tasted more authentic than the choices around, and the Bo Ne has great flavor too. All food presentation was excellent, and they have nice interior in their small shop. It seems to be family owned, and the ladies were lovely. One small notice is that their bread for Bò Né is buttered roast, which was supposed to be a nice finish touch but not really necessary, since the dish itself is oily enough.

Excellent pho beef noodle soup and Banh Mi. Soup is rich in flavor and retained temperature well. The baguette is so fresh and delicious. Nothing crumbled after biting in the baguette with stuffing. It’s high quality fresh baked bread. Very legit Vietnamese homemade style dishes. Can taste good quality meat and pickles. Reasonable price. Love their citrus water that came with the meal. Mom wasn’t hungry sitting down but she ate everything enjoyably. Will be back to try more items on the menu. The sizzling plates next table ordered look great too. Restroom is spacious and clean. A great stop in the mall for a quick bite.

Check out Pho Lovers. It does not disappoint! The broth was incredibly rich and aromatic, clearly simmered to perfection. The balance of flavors and the fresh herbs added a vibrant kick. The bread for the Banh Mi was warm and soft, absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and the service was quick and friendly. If you’re looking for authentic, soul-warming pho, this place is definitely worth a visit!

This place was really good! We got the sizzling plate which came with 2 beef ribs, 2 eggs (one with 2 egg yolk!), a bowl of pho soup, a bowl of salad, and a French baguette to share among two, and it was the perfect portion size. The pho soup was good, and it was nice to dip the baguette in the egg yolk and pate. I also got the durian pennywort drink and it was refreshing and not too sweet.

I recently visited Pho Lovers and was blown away by their Beef Ribs Special Noodles Soup & The combo of sliced filet mignon steak and roasted ribs . They are absolutely amazing—each bite is tender and bursting with flavor. The broth is so authentic; it’s the kind of comforting meal that feels like a warm hug. Food decoration was also so beautiful. The homemade soybean milk with pandan leaves—it’s such a refreshing touch, it’s not too sweet which I love it compared to other places. The rau ma adds freshness that rounds everything out. If you’re looking for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, this place is a must-try! The service was really great, food came out fast and staffs were so friendly. It’s a nice area to go around after a family’s dinner. I can't wait to go back!

Top notch food! I ordered S4 (sizzling pan w/ 2 beef ribs and baguette). Some suggestions if the owner is reading: 1. It would be great if I can substitute the carbs (rice or baguette) with something lower carb (Brown rice? Some steamed veggies?) 2. There's no appetizer. It would be great if I can order something and share with others.

After a nail appointment I was looking for something amazing to eat. I stopped at Pho Lovers in Dublin! What a treat. The smells were like a warm embrace from my grandmother when I entered. I was seated quickly and the food was brought within minutes. They were so helpful and the broth! The food was amazing and definitely worth a weekly visit from Hayward!

I've been eating pho maybe over 30 years, this place is by far one of the best if not the best pho that I've eaten. The most important part of a good bowl of pho is the broth. You can taste the authentic ingredients from the broth. The meats are tender and delicious. The place is small but worth the wait if you had to wait. The service was courteous and quick. It is reasonable with the price and the quantity comparison. The only thing is that they serve limited items, but just go there eat pho and the sandwiches. You pay less with cash due to the CC fees.

First and foremost, I’ll start by saying, this area NEEDS this spot. I WANT this… just areas to improve upon before they are something absolutely special in this area. I was born and raised in San Jose for 39 years and moved to Pleasanton just last year. The Viet spots here are lacking and it’s such a sore topic of living in this area. The other spots are super basic and it’s just pho and basic rice plates. So for a spot to offer Bo Ne… you’ve got my attention. I love what they are bringing to the area and although my feedback might sound overly critical, I want to say, I want this place to win, I want them to do better and I will continue to come back and support the spot. Wife ordered the Pho w/ beef rib and ox tail. For being $20, the pho itself was fairly small. Some noodles, a beef rib and three knuckles of the ox tail. The broth was too heavy on cinnamon flavor. The noodles weren’t cooked through and hard still. We let it sit for a bit but this is a pretty basic mistake. The meats were kinda underwhelming. Would have loved it if they gave it some char prior to putting it in the broth. Would imagine they’re roasting the bones and stuff for the broth anyway? It’s a small kitchen I assume so maybe they’re limited with what they can do. Who knows… Just would have appreciated some more color and texture on the meats. The Bo Ne was supposed to be shaved filet mignon but meat was over cooked. Made it taste like a cheap cut of meat. So were the eggs. So overcooked they were rubbery. But the bread was nice and toasted. And I get it, maybe the area might not be ready for this yet but serve the meat rare, toss it on before serving it.. eggs too. It’s a sizzling plate, it’ll cook at the table.. That way it isn’t just cooked to death. Would also love to see some sui mai (like the meatball not the dimsum dumpling) or cha lua on there too. Spots are doing a wedge of laughing cow these days too. But really, it’s the ratio of “spreadable things” to “meat in the banh mi”. Ran out of pate pretty quick and it was just meat and bread after. Not as fun of an adventure if you know what I mean. I love that they had Rau Ma (pennyworth) on the menu and sugar cane. Only complaint. The drinks are filled to the brim with ice and you barely get any drink. It really felt like 90:10. I drank the drink pretty fast after it had been sitting for about 10-15 minutes. And it was about 80% full of ice. The staff is super friendly and they’re all moving quickly and taking care of the guests. They check in on you and smile. The restaurant itself is very small and more of a cafe type vibe. They really do deserve to make it big and offer something much larger (in terms of space). Hoping for their success and will definitely come back and support the shop.

Relatively clean and straight forward pho place. The beef ribs are a little disappointing though. Seems bland and nothing special. The two ribs were not very big. Was still not full afterwards. The price was reasonable. Probably should stick to the traditional mixed pho next time.

Having tried many different soups, I must say that the pho at this restaurant, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The reason is that the broth contains added sugar, which, in my opinion, is not the best way to enhance its flavor. The service was good but the restaurant is very small and needs more thorough cleaning.
