Manager Lisa you can tell who she is because of her pretty eyes is very caring and makes sure everyone is good. The service is very quick and good and the food is great. Highly recommend.

The Habit Burger in Dublin had great food but even better was the service. Very friendly. They went over and above what is expected in a restaurant like this. They even came and asked how our food was and if we needed anything

This place was busy! I didn't have to wait too long though before my order was ready. I ordered a burger with cheese and mushrooms. It was delicious. The smell told me even before the first bite... this is a quality burger.

The food and service were awesome! I ordered online which made it easy and quick. I can't wait until I'm in the area again to eat there.

They have a very versatile and relatively cheap menu. The burgers are able to be customized and there is a broad selection on drinks, sides and the main. Even a few pescitarian and vegetarian friends and family could eat here.

I absolutely love The Habit on Amador Plaza in Dublin. Only bad thing is that I moved out of state and can’t eat there every week! Their general manager is always so cheerful and makes it a point to get to know her customers and makes sure they are happy. I loved eating there because she always made my family feel welcome, plus the food is always AMAZING and FRESH!! Definitely 5/5 ⭐️

Yummy! I utilized a coupon for a free burger & really enjoyed it! The service was relatively quick and the food was delicious. I especially love that they have a few condiments "on the side" in a separate spot that you can add yourself if you so desire. I will be back!

Pros: Very clean exterior and interior, haven't had the chance to visit restrooms thought. Condiments area is constantly cleaned. Cons: Tried to use their selfservice and all machine locked up on me. Not sure if I entered a phone no. that is not registered. To get extra ranch make sure you request after you order. They ignore any request you make during order, I have this experience twice to find no ran with my takeout.

Long overdue post. Longtime Dublin resident. My family and I absolutely love, The Habit burger in Dublin on Amador Plaza Rd. I have quite a busy life and so do my kids. So there is always not enough time for me to eat/ For this reason, Habit Burger Rocks. Especially, during our nations crisis with Covid 19 , shelter in place. I knew we could depend on the Habit Burger to provide us with excellent service and yummy food. The waiting area, the bathrooms and the entire dining area Very clean. The cashiers are efficient and friendly. The cooks are You are greeted with a welcome smile. The restaurant manager, Lisa is fantastic. The atmosphere she has created is absolutely amazing. The most important element is customer service. I am a picky eater, every time I order my regular. When Lisa is working, she knows that I always want extra pickles.. Wooowww. Talk about Awesome..

Came in with my family there were 6 of us food was ready pretty fast and as the habit usually is, it's always great food. The people serving us there were also really nice, if your a burger fan (or just hungry) I definitely recommend this joint

The best hamburger and onion rings I have gotten there by far. The onion rings were perfect and plentiful. Customer Service was great. I actually heard an employee encouraging the cooks, saying excellent onion rings. Great job.

Habit burgers are super tasty with fresh ingredients. Tastes kinda like something you'd make at home, plus the fries are great but the tempura green beans are incredible! There's usually a wait, but it's worth it. They use a pager system to help

I went by habit burger just to get a chocolate milkshake and I ended up getting the chicken bites and onion rings. The customer service at the habit Burger Grill has always been wonderful. And their shakes are pretty darn good too.

This is my Go To spot. This one in particular. Though I do visit others of course. But as I was saying, this one in particular has Very Good Service. As I have witnessed on many different occasions. If you have Experienced something different maybe it was an Off Day or Night. And Any and Everyone is Entitled to one of those Every now and then ;-) But food is always Excellent even if slightly altered . Like for me I like to get the Santa Barbara Cobb I believe it's called. And instead of the Chicken I get added Egg in its place. And it's made to Perfection. My first time it got made was a little shaky to my liking. Even though it was still Well Prepared. Not to my liking. And Now my last few of this particular Salad has been Exactly to my liking . Without me even saying this is how I like it. Prepares in the Kitchen just started putting it together to my liking. I know it's just a salad but it is exquisitely prepared now. I also get the Veggie Burger in house. Not the Beyond one that they have. THE ACTUAL VEGGIE BURGER ! Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings etc.. I actually eat more Vegan/Vegetarian so this place is Decently Wonderful. Super friendly staff. Every time I enter the store, they always greet you with a smile. Once I was late to pick up my order, they offered to remake my meal.

It taste like a home made version of my mamas famous slider. The shakes are thick and tasty. The fries are crispier than a albino with no shade on a hot summer day. This location was so convenient off the freeway easy gas at Safeway and a quick $200 at the Wells Fargo bank next door. Out of there as fast as I came in and off to the casino in no time! I definitely recommend you stop here if you are looking for a tasty surprise.

Delicious burgers, better than In-N-Out. Might be too much mayo for some people like me, but ask for it easy on the mayo and it's just right. Service is great too. The wait is always short and after at least 20 visits I haven't gotten a bad order yet. Great lunch spot.

I walked in not really knowing what I wanted to order, and instead of rushing me. They were both incredibly patient and helpful while I explored the menu. They took the time to walk me through different options and even helped me discover some of the healthier choices, like the sweet potato fries and the green beans, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was their positive attitudes and bubbly personalities. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed while also helping me choose something that fit what I wanted without spending a lot of money. Customer service like that is rare these days. This location is truly blessed to have Randy and Morgan leading the team. I will definitely be returning to this Habit Burger location again.

Update: 05.16.24 Came in during the dinner rush. Employees were working hard, evening served to be going smoothly. Our food was prepared just as ordered - even our fries were very well cooked as requested. Staff was very polite. Place was surprisingly clean despite the high traffic. This is why we come back! Update 11-17-23 Chili peppers are back! Food was quickly prepared, served to our family right away. Tables, counters, floor were clean, and women's bathroom was also very clean. We like the automated paper towel dispenser, and motion activated faucet. Less contact means less contamination! Love this place! Food was made quickly, served right up - fries were super hot in our take out bag! Pepperocinis, jalapeños, banana peppers available at self-serve counter along with some condiments. Always get the seasonal lemonade or strawberry lemonade, we feel like it's a little better for us than soft drinks as it has some fruit juice in it! Ample toppings on burgers. Place was very clean, plenty of seats available at 4pm. Staff was very polite, friendly, efficient. Everyone was working hard. Good location on the corner of 2 busy streets, easy to find.

I ordered the teriyaki char burger, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, making it evident why it's a favorite for many. The dine-in experience was smooth, and the staff was friendly and efficient. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's a delightful spot for a delicious bite!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a grilled chicken sandwich. Also ordered a garden salad with steak and the steak was left out. I should have checked the receipt but I didn't. It was half as much my fault.

Much, much better than in-and-out. These burgers taste like real burgers. Good service at this spot in Dublin. Not enough outdoor seating.

They usely on point about making my order. The reasons for the 4 stars are first I put my order as curbside but had to go inside to get it second part which I should of check before I left was one burger with cheese and one with out because I am lactose intolerant but my wife is not. But when I got home which is about 15 min away both burgers had cheese. So was unable to eat my burger. Next please watch what you are doing when making the orders. But thank you for working threw this difficult time of a pandemic.

Stopped in for an Impossible Burger and fries. The burger was on point but they fries are only average. It would be great if they offered plant based cheese for the burger too.

When my burger isn't rare I love it . The condiments are great and fresh. Love the sweet potato fries, now if those came with the option of "garlic" , I would eat there a couple times a week.

The service is friendly and the burgers are tasty and fresh. It's just nothing special. It's a burger and fries and drink. It's not overly expensive so it's a good deal for what you get. I'd go again if I were craving a burger. It's a step above typical fast food.

Good food! I would have to say The Habit by far the easiest online ordering takeout process. You get a text when your order is received and then you get another text when your order is ready for pickup. Walk right in and your order is waiting for you on the shelf. Always have a friendly staff!

Hamburger Habit, overall, is my favorite fast food burger joint. Staff at this location are always very good and the Hamburger quality is consistent. However, the french fries are often over salted and sometimes not cooked thoroughly. This is the only restaurant that I've ever had partially cooked french fries and on multiple occasions.

My kids love this place. I'll have an occasional burger but I make them better at home so I usually just let the kids enjoy it as an indulgence. Service has been very good on each visit. Tables are clean and the shakes are worth having as a quick dessert.

It's a pretty nice location, the interiors are good quality, modern, well designed. It was my first time eating at this chain and I have to say the burger I got was pretty tasty, maybe a little too messy, but that goes with the territory. The fries a little underwhelming, not bad, but I believe they can be improved. The selection at the soda fountain could also see an upgrade. It's nice that you can get extra pickles, jalapenos and peppers at a self-service bar. Unfortunately I had to remove a star because the bathroom was dirty and the urinal was not flushing. Once they fix that, it's a very good location to have a quick tasty bite.

Ok. I love habit. Scoring 3, because they were extremely slow at this location and we not coordinated. Many wrong orders, confusion, etc.. they were very apologetic and nice, but still frustrating

Our hamburger was way under cooked and raw meat was showing after a bite was taken. Returned to counter with zero management involvement, no apology and I had to ask for a refund. WTH. Looking for a corporate # to complain about this location. Update: Habit corporate apologized and sent complimentary burger tickets. Also, notified district manager for follow-up at this location. Looks to be on the right track to correct my family's experience.

Disappointed in delay of final prep of order. One hard working crew member. Others appeared more interested in their personal conversations.

I placed an order online which was a nice option to have I live 7 mins away didn't think it's a big deal. Got my food as I ordered how ever I decided to customize my burger and the way they slapped the toppings inside and how almost black that avacado was and how little of it there was I was shocked ( thank god there wasn't more it was pretty black and not so tasty) I liked the idea of the sides being done at the time of pick up to ensure freshness that was nice. And my husbands ice cream shake nasty!! Ugh! Not the best choice:-/ Maybe next time I have to walk in and watch them put my food together... Can't trust online-- never know what I'll get! Food was good! I just might come back to dine in! :)

They have a new jalepeno burger that I tried. Unfortunately when I got home the bottom bun was soaking wet. That goodness I had Dave's Killer buns I could use. This is the main reason it scored only a three. Unless customers are eating inside (there is plenty of room), the onions and jalepenos should be served on the side. Their sides are always good, especially the green beans, but you have to ask for blue cheese, they no longer just give it out.

They might be busy, but having ordered online to only find out “my order is not there” when a simple check to the waiting rack would have confirmed that my order was waiting for me. Waited about 7 mins before supervision stepped up. Habit is good even if cold but damn. I prefer a nice warm meal and service that doesn’t require me having to figure out what went wrong. I’d recommend going but don’t order online.

Charred burgers are good but it would had been better if it was juicy. I really loved the sweet potato fries and strawberry lemonade beverage. There's outdoor seating, so, you can bring your fur baby with you. Prices seem reasonable.

Good burgers! Extremely inexpensive for the quality, but...... Could do with out the dressing on the burger that taste like italian dressing, why the hell was this on my burger any way? It wasn't listed as an ingredient on the menu. The fries were ok, but so lack luster I just ended up throwing them away cause I was so full from the burger, but for a $5 burger it's really hard to beat and the service was great!

Well the fries were good and the mocha malt was very tasty but the teriyaki burger didn't really taste like teriyaki at all to me. It seemed to taste more like mayonnaise. The place itself is nice and clean and a pretty new building still. We will probably be back at some point but I won't order the teriyaki burger again.

Great food at good prices. The one thing that consistently irks me is that there's no men's restroom. There is a separate women's restroom and a unisex restroom. They really should make both of them unisex or men/women restroom. (In the pic, the door on the right is the unisex bathroom)

They mess up so many orders. Not in top of things. I go back every once and while because they are so close to my home. I always regret it. I end up standing outside in the cold while they fix my order and my food gets cold. So done with this place.

If you order from this place, don't bother to customize. They WILL screw it up. And not one or two times. EVERY TIME. I go here often because they're close and because they do make a good burger, salad, etc. But if you ever ask for "hold the tomato" or "add onion" or "no mayo", it just goes in one ear and out the other. They can replace the workers with robots. In fact.. THEY SHOULD replace the worker with robots.

Upon entering the place we saw three kiosks and were thrilled to be able to order without having to ask for paper and pen to write our order down. Unfortunately we found out it was for take out orders ONLY! That sucked big time! Taco Bell has theirs for whatever you want. Inside? Take out? Sure! Not this place. The cashier who took our order tried her best to sign though she was not fluent. Maybe change to allowing dine in orders too!

I only ordered 2 milkshakes and waited 40 mins, the employees in the front move with no senses of urgency, they stand there and talk to the cooks. You Don’t get Paid To Stand And Talk!.

I give this place 5 stars for being clean, very clean. However the food 2 stars. The burgers weren't hot (themeat) and fries weren't either. It was edible because we were hungry. I should have returned it for the money we spent. Not to mention after we ate we both felt nauseous....wont be back here.

I can't give a honest review of the habit. The last time I went to one was for friends, had to pick up some food for them. Honestly I haven't eaten at habit for like five years. There are WAY better burgers to order then what I've had at the habit. Five guys, in n out, the Counter (best garlic fries, near me) ,if you're in Pleasanton Bob's giant hamburgers. Drive a little further at hit up Five Guy's.

The food is great, but I had the drop my rating. When i make an online order 7 times out of 10 something gets messed up. They forget my sides, or the mess up the hamburger order It has happened again, where this store continues to screw up and leave off items from my order.

Ordered a double burger and was given a single. Asked for sauce on the side for chicken sandwich and sauce was all over it. Simply didn't read the ticket when the order was made.

The char burger isn't even close to charred. The outside was mostly cooked and the inside had pink. It was gelatinous and I couldn't finish. Had okay experiences in the past, but quality control isn't there. May try again months from now. Fries were good.

its been many years since I've been to the Habit however I sorely disappointed with what you receive from what you pay. Patty is about a third of how it was before and paying 30 bucks for two burgers, an order of fries and soda is simply not worth it and you can go somewhere with more quality food for the same price.

Upon visiting this establishment on a Wednesday evening, I observed a notably low level of patronage, which raised concerns. I proceeded to order from the kiosk, only to discover that the order was incorrect. While the foundation of the dish was present, the flavor profile was severely lacking, particularly the absence of any discernible cheese. Given these issues, I would strongly advise against revisiting this establishment.

Their Charred burger is a worst burger that I've ever had. Breads were soggy, steak had no taste, and cheese was like I was eating all purpose flour mix with grease and yellow food coloring. Soon I opened the wrap, cheese spread all over the wrap paper. Added some salt and pepper on the steak that I wished just to eat it alone and not wanted to waste it, but I couldn't finish it.

Was here on 6/7 and ordered an albacore sandwich.. A black curly hair was discovered in the albacore. They offered remaking another albacore sandwich and I accepted it. Will stay away from this location for now. Check your food before you eat.

The tall, long hair and beard guy, gave me a missing items. Pls double check before you hand it to a doordash driver. We are not allowed to touch the customers food. You should know that.

Be careful ordering at the kiosk. If you make a mistake on your order you are told that you’re the one who made the order. Obviously I ordered it at the kiosk. I needed to cancel an item… I was stuck with an extra grilled cheese.

Went in with my uncle on a Sunday at around 6 pm, and there was nobody in line. The girls who were supposed to take our order were ignoring us and socializing. I stood there ready to order while my uncle went to see if there were any tables, meanwhile the blonde girl about 5 feet tall asked me what I need and I said I'm ready to order, she then turned around and started socializing with her friend. My uncle quickly got back and when we were about to ask for our burgers someone else got in line and she took the other customer. While she was taking his order she asked us what we need and we said we want to order. She then asked us if we stood in line, and we told her we've been in front of her this whole time, and she responded saying she only saw the other customer. The other person even said we were there before him but she did not seem to care. She had an attitude and we felt disrespected, so we left. We're not coming back here.

The manager is so arrogant and no respect with the customers. They should replace that kind of manager. Not good for customer. Sorry for the ownership of this fast food. I won't recommend to argue with this manager.

Went in there yesterday ordered two burgers two fries today I’m puking my guts out For $33 I should’ve went to In-N-Out absolutely terrible and overpriced. I’ll never eat there again. Should’ve trusted my gut when I took that second bite and it tasted weird

I am not sure how my review going to make any difference but here I am thinking hoping it will, I ordered 4 French fries, onion ring and burger. Asked them specifically to put in separate bugs since my daughter is highly allergic. First of all the buzzer went off even when my food wasn’t ready that’s fine I don’t care while I was standing waiting for my food, one of staff name SAL he started putting everything together I was calling him from behind excuse me sir sir? He didn’t listen to bother me and I had to say out loud don’t put everything together? He turned to me and said don’t scream, I was a little taken a back with response. I was trying to grab your attention so that you don’t mix my food I have a daughter with allergies instead of him saying sorry to me or telling me how can I fix it? He started telling me that I should not scream. I am pretty sure they deal with all kinds of customers it would not be a big deal if my daughter doesn’t have allergies but she does. It infuriates me thinking he had no empathy even after I informed him. I did tell the cashier who takes the order if he didn’t put note inside the system it’s not my fault but instead of blaming on him I was right behind him if he only tried to listen to me. No wonder they always have new staff every time you go in there. Didn’t ask too much just to get the order they way we asked for.

My child was just here today. Apparently the prices have changed/increased by over $5. But they have not changed the listed prices. When trying to speak to someone about it, they were rude. The price for one of the burgers, not the meal, is now over $15. JUST THE BURGER. Nothing else. So due to the unwillingness to do the right thing and charge the price listed, and the rudeness of the employee, we will no longer go here. Beware

I ordered a Harvest Salad - the menu states pecans cranberries and sunflower seed- Non were on my salad. New salad on the menu it is YUCKY !

Showed up at the pickup time -1:05, was told to wait another 5-10 min for my order to be ready. Stood right by the counter waiting and waiting for my name to get called for 30 additional minutes and finally had to go up and ask, only to be told they gave my order away already, and that it was "sitting out for a long time and we called the name" My name was not called and i checked the pickup area. Instead of offering to quickly remake the order, we were asked to get in line and pay for another order and then wait another 15 minutes. I ordered through your website, but was told to "contact the third party for a refund" Still waiting on the refund. Unreasonable and unacceptable to waste that much of our time, even during the holidays.

Update: Don’t go here! Overall quality bad and expensive. There are better burger places. Someone ate my fries or this is correct amount….? I’ve never seen this left over look fries. You guys should not charge for this kind of quantity and quality.

Preface with habit is usually really good. Got the 8 dollar habit meal and a regular char burger meal. They forgot one of our drinks and also no avocados on my chicken club. Not only that the chicken given to me on the chicken club was shriveled and didn't cover half of the bread. The place was not busy at the time of ordering and it's a shame. Hope they do better next time

I always ask habits to toss the salad and every other Habit has obliged my request happily but the manager here told me firmly they do not toss the salads for us, I prefer not to bring a giant bowl and spoons with me to a restaurant to toss my own salad.
