First time eating at chili's, I got the shrimp pasta. Food was good, food was brought out fast. Server initially took our drink order and brought drinks out swiftly; but then took about 10-15 minutes to return for our food order. Overall it was a good experience.

I was in Eagle Pass for business on Easter Sunday and Chili’s was o e of the few places open in the evening for dinner. I had not been to Chili’s in probably 30 years, it has definitely changed. I sat at the bar, had a couple Shiners, the ancho salmon and a house salad. Food seemed fresh and flavorful. The bartender was welcoming and attentive. Could not ask for much more.

Wanted a well done steak it came out red blood coming out I also asked one of the employees there if it looked right and he agreed , mash potatoes were yellow instead of white like if they reused them didn’t taste right waited a long time my behalf was more than half way done and me still waiting I do not recommend this place I rather drive to del Rio to get good steak at Texas road house I rate this place -3 star the sheik and my toast was first out by the time my second steak came out I knew they just put it in the microwave and it was all gooey

Food is always very good. Wife and I had different fajita plates. Very enjoyable atmosphere. Local Chili's has high turnover of help. Our waitress did not appear or act with experience but was courteous.

I am giving 4 stars because the food was alright. One night the waitress came to my car I asked for a menu she was rude and told me to look up what I wanted to eat in line. Then she pointed to so thing to scan I don't have an iPhone. She rudely walked away to say the least. I called and asked to speak with the Mgr Michael I believe he came out to my car apologized and took my order. Now that is customer service and I give Michael 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😁

Classic ribeye was good, but a little over done and gray colored. Ordered medium rare and was medium to medium well. Server brought chips and salsa two different days without ordering them and I want charged for them. Ancho Salmon was Fantastic!

Very friendly ambiance. Loved the smiles and attention. Though, the bar does need to take care of their draft beer issues and requires more hands on deck. Their were too many of us for the one bar tender.

Coming from California I didn't have a very high expectation for service here. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the serving crew here. Everything but the mashed potatoes were hot. Not the servers fault, but still wanted to correct it. Food was typical of this chain. Decent size and portion, although a much better cut of ribeye than than you can get west of AZ. All in all, very good experience.

Chili's has a 2 person dining special that can easily feed 3 people for a very affordable price. This location was pretty good overall. Update.....Brisket Burger is awesome. Couldn't find chicken fried chicken on the menu, but they still serve it.

We had a bit of a wait for a table, but once we were seated, our wait on the food was short. Our server, Viviana was very nice and informative. My country fried steak was delicious and the baby back ribs my husband ordered were also. I don't eat spicy foods, but I did try the 3 appetizer platter...eggrolls, boneless wings and fried pickles. I was very happy with everything. We were given 2 gift cards as gifts and we used them, leaving our out of pocket expense at a total of $12. Not bad for such a great dinner. Thank you!

Service was great, the food was deliscious and the employees were very helpful and catering to our needs. The only problem I had was the chicken crispers. The last time I went they were bigger and noe that I came back after a good while they are smaller. I wonder if they are downgrading on their products. I don't like going to places where they had good quality food. Then come back to have it less appetizing to where you only take a few bites an your done. But it wasn't bad just wished they do that every time, I do t go visit for a while. But overall it was good, just didn't like the tenders were smaller.

I had a Fiesta chicken salad and 1 16oz beer. The salad was very good. Its size was no larger than what I would call a medium; definitely not large. It might not be enough for a hungry man. Total bill was ~ $28.50 including tax and tip. 1 medium salad and 1 beer.

Nice place to enjoy a meal with the family, a date or solo. Sometimes it takes longer than average to get your food and occasionally they may not notice when you customize an item due to dietary restrictions. However, they are quick to fix any mistakes.

I get a kick out of all the servers who reply to any request with "of course". BTW , I tried a dessert that's chocolate on chocolate with what seems like more chocolate topped with vanilla ice cream. That delicacy just about put me into diabetic coma...but it was worth it. Try it!

Every time I've come here, it's been good. The staff are very nice and some of the staff are a lot of fun to interact with. Good is always good. Service never suffered during high volume attendance. Good spot in eagle pass.

Stopped here for lunch and had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes. Both were outstanding and cooked to perfection. Service was good. Came back for dinner and they appear to be understaffed for the amount of customers wanting to eat. Ended up leaving for another place and will give them a try it at a future date.

The food tasted better than ever after I was able to turn left into the business. Thanks to the City for rebuilding the bibb st. median with an opening into chili's and domino's.

Great food. Delicious selections from the brand you have known to love. Our dine in experience has been consistent every time we go here. The sirloin steak seemed to look a little smaller than I imagined, but overall, the dish was good. The portions were a perfect size as well. Will go again. I recommend the sampler platter where you get three items. I will return again in the near future.

The food was amazing, all four of us were pleased with our meals. Fast friendly service. The music got louder after a while, I asked them to turn it down and they accommodated us.

I went between 11-12p, the crowd was on the short end so I kind of expected my food to be really hot. Other than that the atmosphere was cool, plenty of tv’s, server was nice and attentive and the manager even showed his face and made sure I was good.

Food ok, drinks ok but our new waitress was worried about what is going on everywhere else she was such a social butterfly except on her tables!! Messed up our orders drink and food. Not impressed with her skills hopefully she finds out it’s not the job for her.

Normally I'm a forgiving person. I understand mistakes happen time to time. I ordered Texas cheese fries without Jalapeno's and when they came there was Jalapenos on them. I ask for a replacement and they came back with the exact same plate but just with the Jalapenos picked out! Had I been allergic I would've demanded another new plate. I decided to let it slide though and still left a tip. Please do not make this a habit. If food was served incorrectly then you must always make a new plate for health concerns. Thank you

We were sat fairly quick, and at the table of our choosing. However, their table tablet kept malfunctioning. This is where the kids play games, deserts are ordered, and where you pay. Since it wasn't working, it was a hassle to pay and waitress didn't want to take the card saying it HAD to be paid on the tablet. So we tried and tried until eventually I was late to my other obligations and I was hungry again.

The burger and fries were very good! Service was very friendly. However, the wait for a table and then to be served our meals took over an hour - all that wait just for lunch! Place seems understaffed and poorly managed.

Depending on when you go here you may or may not get good service. We have been her several times. Once we sat at the bar and the service was terrible. It took 25 minutes for them to take our order. Our food when it finally came out was cold, and not prepared as we ordered. We had to flag the bartender down several times for drinks and it took us forever to get our check. The second time we came we sat at a booth, had a good waiter, food was hot and service was good. Guess it is just a crap shoot here.

This place went back to it's old doing, food is not that good. Service is fine, we could barely hear our server, not because of the music or the atmosphere sound, the server talked too low. Food while came out fast, it was not that good, it needed more flavor in general. I know that a lot of the food is pre packaged here but, it still needed flavor.

It was allright they were out of draft beer and only had 3 kinds of bottled beer but the chipotle rack of ribs were fire 🔥😋👌

Steak was a little tough. Loaded mash was great but steamed broccoli was hard. Had to send back. It was microwaved, still not cooked. Rest of the food was decent. Everyone else seemed fine. Still I was disappointed with my own meal.

The waiters and runners were polite and did their job well but the food was horrible the grease was building up in me and my husband's plate it looked like I could fill a whole cup with the amount of grease falling off the burger and due to the grease the burger was falling apart horrible food and on top of that a coworker who I assume was on break was sitting behind my husband and giving us dirty looks the whole time

Very slow service. Took 20 minutes to get drinks 45 min to get food then was cool because server didn't pick up promptly. Whole experience took over 1 hr 25 minutes and poor response to request refill drinks

Our waiter was not too kind he never came and check up on if we needed anything after getting our food even though, we needed some refills of our drinks, also we waited for our food for the longest time. And top of that there was so much nasty flies flying around our table..Nasty!

The food here is fine, and the drinks are great, but the service is dreadful. It appeared to only have a few waitstaff working. We had to wait over twenty minutes for a table when the place was half empty. Two large party's exited while we waited, and by the time we had eaten and were leaving the place, those parties tables had still not been cleared, which is pretty gross. Many people I have talked to have had similar experiences with this Chili's. If I do go back, it will only be for drinks at the bar.

The service at this location is horrible... I'm staying at the hotel in the same parking lot so it close been there 5 times got good service twice.... I spent an hour there for soup and salad people!!! the next time I ordered take out I stood in the takeout lobby for ten minutes while my food was sitting on the shelf dying got the drink wrong and no dressing for the salad in the bag, I had to ask for it and send him back to get a Dr pepper he had a lemonade, just read the ticket people act like you care, tips aren't a requirement you gotta earn it with good service..... I understand the industry I was in it for ten years in a high end restaurant on the Las Vegas strip

My food was good but I didn’t eat it all because it was too cold for it being deep fried food. All of our drinks that had ice had a horrible taste to it. Like the cups had just been washed with cold dirty water. The chips and guacamole are delicious. The fried pickles were too salty and really oily. The place was packed and service was okay. Wheelchair access is available.

Waited an hour for my burger once placed. 15 minute wait for cool not cold beer. Watched it for 10 minutes on the bar counter. Even non-alcoholic drinks took forever to arrive.

Service was bad we were done with the meal before they came around to ask if we needed anything. I wanted another blackberry Margarita to wash down the cold fries and the crispy ribeye steak. The ribeye had great flavor but it was not just well done. It was crispy dry. Would have loved to have had dessert. But I was already disappointed in the service it was best to leave.

I used to go all the time, back when Mark García was manager, and I never failed to have a great time. Since Mark left it has never been the same, the service quality has declined, the servers are not as fun and friendly, the atmosphere isn’t as fun anymore and the quality of the food has declined. They always used to make me my exact same order (I must have ordered it a hundred times) and now they won’t do it. Sad. I’m not going back to another Chili’s. It’s almost like a divorce.

Very bad experience. serve didn't bring chips and salsa we ordered at all. Brought soups out same time as rest of meal. Silverware was dirty, we asked for clean Silverware but never got any. Asked to have the price of chips and salsa we never got as part of meal substituted for other items ordered and he rudely said No. He said he could get it to go for us and thats it.

Worst service ever. Waitress was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. No refills since we sat down. And we had to tell her what we all asked for drinks. She absolutely made this a very bad dining experience. Manager was very understanding.

I had a burger with fries n a side order of onion rings. The burger was less than okay . I ate the burger. The meat was ok. I order it with cheese, apparently, it was forgotten. The onion rings were unrecognizable (they were fried for a long time. The batter was so thick I thought they were potato wedges). I tried one n found it not edible.The fries were soggy n had a strong taste of oil (I tried one n spat out). I do not think I will ever go there again. Perhaps it was a bad day for burgers, fries n onion rings. I remember having better burgers there.

Another worst service in Ragle Pass. My server was a trans gender something and its service was the absolute worst ever. Like a zombie. I served for 27 yrs and Eagle pass has the worst service industry anywhere Ive ever been. Must pay them in prsos because Chilis there sucked! Food was ok but the service killed it! Ill stick to ranen noodles or stale bologne sandwiches.

Horrible service. There was hardly any people today that we visited and they had extremely poor service. Not once were my children nor I offered a refill or if we needed anything. I had stopped going because of horrible customer service, decided to give it a try after a year and nothing has changed. I will not set foot in that place again. Go spend your money elsewhere that is worth it. If you want to feel robbed, this is the place to go. New menu? It sucks!

Usually runs out of FOOD! Never go past 6pm they will have nothing on their menu. Service is not that good, you would have to wrangle you wait to get a cup of water. Food is always inconsistent. About 3 out of 10 you have to send your food back.

Unfortunate that our party had to wait 15minutes just to get our drinks ordered and and another 15minutes just to order our food. Food came out cold, except for the fries. So, if you like warm fries and cold food, this is your place.

It took over 35 mins of waiting for the food to be done and the floor is really dirty it’s dusty and trash on the floor they got to scrub the floor to remove those stains. The restroom was nasty toilet paper on the floor and mold on the corner of the restroom

20 minutes to get a table. 5 minutes to get my order taken 15 minutes to get my plate. Waitress never showed 10 minutes to pay. And when paying with my card. The lady asked: " you can click here to add a tip " A tip is for this service???

I wish there was an option to give no stars at all. This was the most awful restaurant experience I have ever had. First, we were seated at 9:18pm and the waiter did not come take our order until 9:40pm and that was after we went and spoke to the manager and told him we were still waiting for someone to come to our table. When they brought our appetizer (queso) they didn't bring any chips. We waited atleast 5 minutes before we finally had to ask another waitress if she could bring us chips. After that we had to ask two different people for napkins. When they finally brought our food they forgot my daughter's french fries. My son and I both waited and waited for a refill. My husband had to ask the manager for us to get refills. It didn't help matters that the waiter had a bad attitude. We have always done to go orders (which has honestly been mediocre at best), but tonight we decided to go into the restaurant and I can assure you, we will not ever be back.

We always order margaritas of the month , our visit of 9/23/23 the martarita didn't taste like it had tequila at all. We ordered chips and salsa and the salsa was so thin it was very water down. We decided to order soda instead of another margarita and it tested like carbonated water. Bad experience. It wasn't even crowded.

Ordered food, I wasn’t told an item wasn’t available and given the chance to order something in place of it. I ordered the chicken crispers and I didn’t get one of the sides I ordered and wasn’t give the opportunity to order something in place of it instead. We usually dine in but the wait is always so long. This chili’s is by far the worst I’ve been too. I wish I could give it negative stars. I don’t recommend ordering online. Dine in if you don’t mind waiting 45 minutes for an order.

We were placed at the table and forgotten, the waitress walked by us many times. Had to call the manager just to get service. The service help was to busy hanging and chatting with themselves to do their job. Food was good, but will never go there again.

I really like my community and enjoy dinning out with my family. My last trip to Chili's. Took 55 min to get seated when there were many open tables but greeter was with an attitude and taking his time. Once finally seated, our food ordered came wrong. Had to reorder again. To get a second drink, it took about 35 min. Bye bye Chili's Eagle Pass. Definitely new management is needed.

If I could rate with a negative I would. We drove from San Antonio to spend time with my husband 12/30/21 who is a service member, and decided that chili's would be a great place to dine. Let me add that I've also worked for chili's so im very aware of procedure and how one should greet a guest, deliver drinks, etc. I was very off put by service in general. First off when you deliver drinks to a family or anyone for that matter you are to pass out the drinks to each guest at the table. The server who brought our drinks simply sat all of them at the end of the table without so much as a bother to what each drink was. She seemed very smug like she didn't care to be there at all. At that point really I should've had my family leave, but since she wasn't our actual server I decided the kids were hungry and we were there so we'd give it a chance. When the food came out I was even more disappointed. Everything was flavorless, and to say it ruined future chili's visits for my family and I is an understatement. To top that all off in asking for a military discount we get .69 cents off, and the server explains its only applied to the meal the service member was eating... even if that were the case the discount would have been more. If it were up to me the tip would've reflected the same, but we are nice people so we weren't going to sink to that level even though I personally would have left nothing. This was the worst food and service experience I've ever had at a chili's, and I'd hope that the general manager really addressss his or her staff because at this rate no one will care to dine there.. even in a small town like eagle pass.

Really disappointed. We thought this time it was going to be different. We were a party of 2, ordered only burger and steak. Wait time 1 hour. Did not to come to check on us if we needed refills. Hopefully this review will help staff help give better customer service.

The manager was great, he needs better staff. They forgot my food and only delivered to two people at the table saying do you need anything else all I got was potato soup and salad. They had to make the soup because they were out and I was able to stick my finger all the way into the bowl it was that cold. The waitress forgot my ranch dressing and nobody at our table was ever offered refills or asked if we wanted dessert. Silverware was dirty not just water spots there's actually something black or brown on my knife. we were not giving any napkins until we requested them. When the manager found out my soup was cold he gave us 50% off the bill and took my food off of the bill as well I didn't even inform him about all of the other issues

Worst experience ever - not only is their customer service bad , but you almost need to beg to get the attention of any waiters. Extremely understaffed and management doesn’t seem to care. Laziness and lack of work ethic make this into the worst Chili’s I’ve been to in the nation.

Very slow service. Not busy when we showed up and not busy when we left. Getting soft drinks should not take so long. As for the bartender everyone seems to love here, he must have had the day off because it seemed like forever to get a beer. Each round was about a fifteen to twenty minute wait. The bathroom was a whole other story. It may be fine visually, but I think you need to refill your air fresheners man! Our waitress came in for the save though, she did a great job regardless.

Ordered coffee took long to bring it & when they did it was COLD. Asked for Hot coffee and they took for ever to bring it. When they were going to take our drinks. They took them to the table across from us. When we finally got our food. They took it to the table across from us that were Barely sitting down. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We asked for our bill and took for ever to get it. We ordered a whole other stuff that’s not mentioned on this survey. People kept complaining & the manager was practically charging and serving the customers.

Only a few customers in the restaurant and it took the waitress 15 minutes to bring us our teas. Than said,” I will take your orders but I just have to bill this next table.” Who says that to a customer? After a few minutes, she takes our orders and leaves. Doesn’t bring appetizers and our order is wrong. Waited to bring the salads with main course and I didn’t order a salad. I ordered a soup. Asked to speak to the manager and it didn’t get any better. After listening to our problem, she offered to box the food to go. Told her that we were not there for a free meal just a pleasant and good dinner. Which we weren’t going to get at this chili’s. We left there, very disappointed and angry. We went to What A Burger and got quick and friendly service.

Horrible service. Waiter could not handle a large group. We practically had to beg him to serve at least our drinks. He actually was able to succeed in 3 installments. It took about an hour to get our meals! Very frustrating experience. We were just trying to celebrate my niece's birthday and have a good time😕

Sat at the bar and ordered within a reasonable time. Bartender was courteous and took our order. Food came out and was not correct which the bartender noticed and sent it back. There were two of us and both had issues with our order. Food came back, undercooked. Bartender was super busy but does not excuse the poor service. Then after a long wait trying to pay our bills and order a chocolate molten cake to go he brings it out on a plate . Again have to wait for him to get a to go package and he doesn't even bring a separate container for the ice cream. Poor service and bad cooks. Don't waste your time or money here. Very disappointed with this Chili's....Not up to par with other Chilis locations.

Bad service. We were a party of 11 that arrived at 9:40pm. The lady said it would be 10-15 min, so I figured 20 min. After 25 min. I went to check and asked, "how much longer for the table for Erik?" and the lady asked, "How many people?".... 😑😒 She went to go ask the waiter to see if he wanted to serve us and he just makes this dumb face... after that I just told her we'd be leaving. Simply uncalled for and unprofessional.

Hadn’t come here in a while due too poor service. I realized once again their Service is really lacking. The poor waitress was running up & down with a large party, 10+. They were elderly so didn’t know how to pay on the mobile tablet and she was helping them one by one. There was no one to help her. The 2 supervisors were just hanging out by the kitchen entrances instead of helping her. I thought it was just me but the lady at the table next to us complained about it.

Never, ever has a clean usable women bathroom. Today was the last straw a line of women, mother, senior, high school women desprately lined up. None of the 3 tiolet clean or working! I walked out. All those poor women. It was bad enough not sure why the husbands were not doing something about it.

I ordered the mini lava cake and they gave me the smallest container of ice cream not even worth it. I also ordered 2 sides of fries and nothing compared to dining in, they barely wanted to put any in container it seems. Didn't want to go back since I live kind of far. Other than that the food was good

We get Chili's maybe once a year and for our anniversary this year we opted for take out from Chili's since whenever we have gone, the wait time for someone coming up to our table is 20min. Very disappointed! The fajita trio plate was ok, the brisket quesadillas were mediocre and the half size Texas fries were terrible. If you can see the texture in the picture it looks like they say it there for hours. We were there on time to pick up our order, so I know that wasn't the problem. These fries barely had anything of what it mentions on the menu I was pretty much left with a mound of stale and cold fries. There shouldn't be a lack of quality in the food just because it's take out.

Our food took forever to come out and was cold like it was sitting at the window for a while. Our waitress was nice but it looked like she had a lot on her hands. There were dirty tables all around us & lots of people waiting to fill those seats. I saw our waitress and another girl hustling but there was a group of servers standing around. No teamwork. Worst of all, our utensils came with grime and stuck on food. And the trays our food came on, had scraps food on them. My husband said the men’s room was filthy too. This location needs to get a check in with the higher ups bc it was really bad all around.
