I think this is same place as H&H Bagels, which isn’t showing up on Google Map. Fantastic service! Friendly and helpful. We interacted with 3 waitresses this morning and all 3 were exceptional. Although you order on your phone, they were happy to help and knowledgeable with app questions. They also fixed and recooked an egg sandwich that my wife had accidentally mis-ordered with cheese. Another was very accommodating for my mother in law in wheel chair. A third was just super friendly with her questions and cleaning up the tables super quickly. Very impressed.
Highly recommend as a local coffee option! Service was helpful and friendly and drink was ready very quickly! I recommend trying the cold brew with caramel syrup.
Thank you to Shirina the Manager for making us bagels and helping us when we were tired. A hot water in a cup was given too. Shirina went above and beyond and I'm so grateful for her generosity. We can't wait to fly again through LeGuardia and the airport is beautiful 😍❤️

I was fine with it, not sure why of the low rating. My made to order pizza was delicious. I love the self service kiosk, and the counters all had plug outlets. Great place to wait for your flight. I didn't think the prices were that bad, considering you're in NY and an airport, where prices are always inflated.

Had the egg and cheese bagel and a pastry. Both were quite decent and not the ridiculous prices of other restaurants in the area. Service was quick and efficient. Take out only.
Latte was really good, they had dairy free milk options. My husband really like the bagel sandwich. Quick and easy, while still getting a decent meal and good coffee.

Good coffee, but the H&H bagels were so stale… very disappointing since it is NYC of all places.

Got a 6oz cappuccino to go for $4.99. Espresso and milk texture surprisingly good. Machine was a La Marzocco. Service was relatively quick. A couple staff members, as well as fellow customers, were exceptionally rude to the point that it was entertaining. They sold coffee, bagels, pastries, snacks, and a couple convenience products. Cute branding and design. There are separate lines to order for dine-in and take-out. They don’t have milk carafes out so you have to ask. Overall, better option than Starbucks for espresso drinks, but you might get yelled at by staff members.

$5 for a croissant crammed into this case and squeezed all the life out of them. The people who work here, shouldn’t. They’re rude. Unexpectedly bad experience with otherwise low expectations. I will stay away from Delta and go to the American terminal to eat from now on. The food is good over there! Also, wish I knew when I ordered from the tablet that the ‘fresh bakery items’ I paid a premium for are really bodega garbage. Too hungry for a refund
There’s always 5 people here pointing you to the iPads, but they miss coffee orders every single time I come… They don’t even cut the bagels in half! It’s not worth the energy nor the wait.
Ordered a Latte. Did not taste like a latte, the milk was burnt and too many bubbles. If you’re not going to have trained baristas. Then just serve a good simple cold brew and americano where there’s a lower chance for a mistake.
It's an embarrassment to call this a bacon egg and cheese in Queens. $11.00 when I could easily just eat cardboard.

Bottom line, walk the extra steps and go to Starbucks. First, this place only has kiosks to pay, which don't work. Don't scan, aren't easy to use. All items aren't in their system so you have to go to another location to pay for a piece of fruit. Second , they don't understand espresso drinks, and so don't count on getting the coffee drink you ordered. Plus their drip coffee is awful, like brown water. This is the second time I've tried this place and hands down it's the worst. Go elsewhere.
Waited with my kids for our order. Got every part of my order wrong. Asked for bagel to be toasted, it was not. Tea order was also wrong (realized all of this after we walked away and too late to fix), never got my croissants. Waited a long time for my croissants but to no avail so asked someone about them. She put her hand up to me and told me to wait at which point I reminded her that I have been waiting and received half my order and thought the rest may have been misplaced. Made me wait longer as she fulfilled orders for people who came way after me. It was pretty rude and unnecessary.
Rude little brown man with the glasses! He seemed to be more helpful to people based on their appearance. He was bossing me around “don’t stand here, stand here” yet others were treated kindly. I am astonished someone like him has all this attitude.
Sat down to eat here, ordered two bagel breakfast sandwiches and two coffees for about $50. Tried to order a side of cream cheese with our bagel sandwiches, but the option was not available on the online menu. Asked the server if we could have a side of cream cheese with our sandwiches and he said you have to order it. I told him I tried but there was no option, and he said you have to order a plain bagel to get cream cheese. Definitely give this place a shot if you like expensive bad bagels with no cream cheese and terrible service.
Tried to order an everything bagel after hearing plain bagels were sold out at 520am. The employee working aggressively told me they don’t have everything bagels, only plain, I said I’m okay with either one. After the employee I made initial contact with exchanged words with the employee preparing the food she became frustrated and said “just give him a wheat bagel” without asking me. My flight was a few minutes from boarding so I decided not to argue. I just needed my food and needed to get on my way. In addition, the bagel was horrible and they completely forgot the croissant I ordered. I noticed when I opened the bag after taking my seat on the plane.
This location is absolutely horrible!! The employees are extremely rude and expect people, who are just trying to catch a flight, to know when they switch from breakfast to whatever they are serving, next. Each employee there (approximately 4 employees) yelled at the patrons. One woman waited for 3 uncooked bagels for 30 minutes. It was just a matter of putting them in a bag and handing them to her. They take your money and drag their feet causing you to nearly miss your flight while screaming "I'm from New York" because the customers were getting fed up with her bad attitude. If you look for good quality food and good customer service, my advice would be to skip this establishment. DONT pick Birch Coffee in terminal C at LaGuardia Airport. The employees will yell at you for trying to keep them employed. To the employees: You do realize customers are the reason you are employed. I understand jobs now a day can be trying but don't take your frustrations out on the patrons, spending their hard earn money at your establishment!
-1000000 aura. this place sucks! the woman policing the floor was a nightmare. after using their horrible self checkout system she berated us accusing us of not paying for an item we had clearly payed for, even with proof of receipt. The whole experience was incredibly sketchy and would not wish this on anyone traveling looking for a stress-free interaction
$30 for 3 items. Smallest piece of sausage on a sausage egg and cheese I've ever seen. Wouldn't warm up the croissant for my wife until I pushed them to do it (says served warm onscreen). Coffee was ok. Never go here.

This place is truly a hot mess, and not conducive to an airport. The iPad ordering system takes twice as long as just having someone take orders. And then the people fulfilling the orders have no clue. I assume they receive the orders, but they don’t seem to process them and instead just ask the people standing in front of them waiting what they ordered. You have to fight your way to the front to actually get your order regardless of when you placed it. Don’t bother - I hate Starbucks, but I assume it is better run.
