My friend was impressed by his too. They have handicapped ♿️ parking and an easy entrance. I don't know about the restrooms because I didn't go into there. The prices are reasonable and in line with other chain Sub shops. I will be going back and I had a positive experience there.

The bread is stale sometimes (hard) I believe it's because they leave the bag open after they take a piece of bread out .... the crew is nice though

The roastbeef neba was bland with no juice but the mixed Italian subb was great.Tator tots were cold and over done unfortunately but I was hungry and ate em anyway.Driveway was all tore up also

Sometimes the service is amazing, sometimes it's horrible. Sometimes they serve still frozen bread and they act like it's a chore to make the sandwich the way you ask. Other times it's the best place to grab a sandwich. And don't even bother trying to voice a concern to corporate, they don't even acknowledge you.

Not at one smile for me. I had to repeat my order then he rushed me when I was choosing a sandwich dressing and then tried to pick a dressing for me after I already picked. No its my sandwich I’m allowed to pick a dressing. Finally at the end he tried to overcharge me. Very clean.

I think I've learned my lesson. Don't order potato nuggets here unless you have an extra 20- 30 minutes to hang out and wait for them.

Terrible subs, long waits

I have never been to this place so I don't know why I was asked to do a review.

The store was dirty. The staff, I believe someone called her the manager, was very rude to customers. She dropped food on the floor and picked it up and put it on the counter to be used. She walked out to leave one person working with a line of customers. I’m very disappointed with this restaurant and I would not recommend it.

Rude staff. Food was average. Potatoes over salted and the tomatoes were too ripe. Rest room was filthy.

There was 20 minutes till closing and I went in for a sandwich and the guy told me that I can’t get the sandwich because they have already cleaned up and cleaned the machines.

The young girl who was working was great! She was new but very nice! Her Manager, CARLA was the complete opposite, I'm shocked that she even has that position! The young girl whose name I unfortunately didn't catch was on her toes and you could tell she was scared to even ask any questions. Her manager was constantly huffing and puffing, getting annoyed any time anyone walked in the store and slamming that dishes that she was washing. She kept saying how she had to be out of there at 2:00 to get her kids and that the new person that called in today really screwed her! I will not be going back to this place and The new young girl working should go work somewhere else where she is treated with respect. And the GM or who ever is in charge of CARLA should get someone else to run their store because little carla is a terrible asset to your place!!!!!
