One time, a sandwich artist accidentally put bacon on my sandwich, which is one of my biggest fear foods, so I didn't eat at Thundercloud for ages. I missed Thundercloud the whole time. You are otherwise very good at sandwhiches, and I've forgiven you, and I am glad to have you back in my life.

This is one of the older thundercloud subs and it feels like it. But with the 70s music playing it was a welcome change of atmosphere

Firts time here I always go to subway but I decided to try this ones well what can I say not bad but not great broccoli 🥦 soup for sure need a little bit more flavor salt 🧂 or something the one I tried was tasteless staff very friendly very professional very small subs compared to others 😞 like you know which ones

I love thundercloud subs and have been going to this location for over 25 years. Unfortunately, today this is the chicken salad sandwich I was prepared. Usually there is a layer of chicken salad that you can see amongst the other toppings from a side view. Today the tiniest amount was spread so thinly it cannot be seen by the side view. I questioned if they remembered to put it on .I called and asked if their serving size had changed. But they said it has not. Just very disappointing all around considering the meat of the sandwich was lacking. For 6 dollars plus a tip I am very unhappy with what I received.

The older lady with the bandana and short, purple hair really messed up my order. She was talking with her friend when I walked up and didn't seem to want to stop. I'm allergic to olives and asked for no olives or mushrooms on my turkey delight. We had a whole conversation about it and how she doesn't like olives or mushrooms on her sandwichs either so this is especially disappointing. This is the second time this has happened with the same lady. Everyone else in the shop was super helpful and kind, even though this is the closest location to me sadly I will be avoiding it from now on. I have to throw away my sandwich now, please do better.

I went to this location there is a lady her this pink hair that is very Rudy she look up and down at men3 time before take my order and was jut very rude from the beginning , I think if your in a place where different people and races come in you more open minded, she couldn’t make 3 sandwiches right or a salad , I’ll probably never go back to this location.

I have never encountered a server as rude as the guy with neck-length hair and glasses. He gave me attitude from the moment I walked in—impatient, grumpy, and rude. I ordered 21 cookies, and he handed them to me wrapped in plastic and stuffed in a terrible plastic bag. I asked if he had a box or container, and another employee handed me a cardboard box that was not only dirty but also moldy. I was shocked at how poorly they treated me. I do not recommend this location.

This location sucks!.. 🍅🍅🍅. The one on Burnet is a lot better!.. clean inside & most important friendly stuff. The old dude making my sandwich was rude, they need to have him in the back. This the second time i got Stuck with him making my sandwich 😤
