I really enjoyed the food; everything was delicious. However, I'd like to suggest they consider extending their opening hours a little. I arrived a little before opening time and had to wait about 15 minutes, as they hadn't started serving yet. Other than that, excellent service!

The food is decent. We ordered the Japanese menu, with vegetable yakimeshi (which didn't have any vegetables, it was just rice), a soup (which came with a frozen egg from the fridge and no mushrooms), and sushi rolls, which were very good. I think the problem was that we arrived at 8, and they close at 9, and everyone wanted to leave. The schedules on maps are incorrect, according to the staff.

If you have the chance to go, avoid it. There were hardly any people there, and they didn't have most of the ingredients. I stayed because I was really hungry and didn't want to look for something else. The service was terrible, and they even get offended if you don't leave a tip, even when they don't have what you're craving and they serve you with their awful attitude. They'd be better off not opening if they don't have essential ingredients.

I wish they could fix the options they offer for Uber Eats because they don't allow you to add notes or specify which ingredients you do or don't want in your orders. I just placed an order through the app, and before doing so, when I saw that I couldn't add any notes, I called to make sure I could call them and remove the ingredients. They told me it was no problem. I placed my order and called, but it was busy for 20 minutes until they finally answered. Even though the delivery driver hadn't arrived yet, and I told them I was allergic to some ingredients, they delivered the order. If they're not going to offer the option to add notes or contact them through the app, it would be great if they had another phone number or WhatsApp, something, and offered solutions. Because all they did was keep saying no. Zero customer service and zero problem resolution, especially when it comes to something as delicate as the health of their customers.

I don't recommend going to this place. I ordered takeout, and to begin with, they wouldn't honor the 2-for-1 offer, even though it worked without a problem on other occasions. When I got home, I checked and they hadn't given me what I ordered, and to top it all off, they charged me more than I should have. Terrible place, not recommended at all.

Horrible!! I ordered a yakimeshi, the rice was sticky, the egg was in giant pieces, I asked for Tampico, they didn't have it, they didn't bring me service... I had to ask for soy sauce. And the icing on the cake was a mixed tempura (vegetables and shrimp) 🤦 ugly and poorly presented, they almost gave me the whole broccoli!! And they literally gave me an onion 🤢 They urgently need to take a Japanese food course!!! If you don't taste like that stuff, don't do it
