Wow- the pizza was absolutely delicious! The drink selection and pizza selection were great. The bathrooms were very, very nice. The staff was so kind and helpful. We needed a phone charger after exploring the city all day and the staff didn’t even hesitate to help us. The food was top notch and the vibes were warm and cozy. Highly recommend!
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food tasted refreshing and light. We loved 😍 the margherita pizza! 🍕 The salads 🥗 were scrumptious! We highly enjoyed our meal here and would definitely return for more! 🤩
I recently dined at 3 Blind Mice and was thoroughly impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious. It is definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while, especially the three cheese pizza😋 What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff. A special shout-out to Hamish and Oscar for their excellent service! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a wonderful atmosphere! ✨
Our first day in Edinburgh and after consulting my consultant Google we simply couldn't miss visiting 3BM. I have to agree with other diners , this restaurant / pizzeria is a bit special. From the warm welcome to the design touches , it really does make a excellent first impression. But all that been said , we are here to eat & eat well so let's do it. We usually share and that was the case here, so for starters we chose the potatas bravas and spicy prawns ...both well presented and great flavours = 2 empty plates , yum. Then as we like pizza with a punch we chose the Pepperoni with extra Nduja, right level of heat , the sweetest tomatoes, flavoursome cheese , thin Neopolitan base and tasted sooooooo good. So now we are pretty full but the question is do we have capacity for desert ? Based on the starters & mains then deserts must be a bit special and they were and I hope my pictures do them justice. Overall if I could rate higher that 5 🌟 then 3BM would be a 6 🌟 Can't wait to return and highly recommend to you.
I thought the restaurant was very nicely decorated and provided a quaint and cozy space. We were sat directly next to the bar, and the bartender was extremely accommodating. I ordered the eggplant pizza and really enjoyed it. The crust was super thin, which I always prefer. I would definitely recommend.
The pizza here is incredible!! We really enjoyed our time here! The food was great! We had the fried meatballs, an odd concept to us, but they were ridiculously tasty and soft! We also had a pizza each, the Aubergine, again, odd concept, but was a perfect topping to my pizza, and the chicken with peppers, also a perfect addition to a pizza. The vibe in here was also very enjoyable, there was good music, and great staff.
I walked in solo and was sat without wait. The decor is great, ambiance is well done. The avocado salad was excellent. Small cocktail list, ok amount of wines offered, good beer selection. Pizza was good, not the best I’ve had but not bad by any means. It’s worth checking out.
Such a great place! We were able to sit at the counter without a reservation. (Recommended) luckily. Loved the pizza! Vegan cheese do not disappoint!! Extensive drink menu.
We wanted to have a pizza and didn’t want to travel too far from our hotel in Edinburgh old town - we saw some great Google reviews of 3 Blind Mice and so booked an early evening table. We weren’t disappointed - superb pizzas and great local beers and excellent service from Niamh!! Highly recommended!!
3 Blind Mice is an absolute standout in Edinburgh. The pizzas are excellent — thin, flavorful, and made with real care — but the real star for me was their Kalamata Negroni. It’s hands-down one of the best Negronis I’ve ever had, if not the best. The balance of flavors, the depth from the olives, and the way it complements the food is just perfect. A place that knows how to do both incredible pizza and world-class cocktails deserves all the praise. The service and atmosphere are amazing too! 5 star and definitely worth a visit if you’re in town.
We visited 3 Blind Mice in Edinburgh and had a fantastic experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious — thin, perfectly baked, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a flavorful, handmade dough. The menu also offers a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, all prepared with care. The atmosphere is lively and stylish, making it a great spot for a casual meal or a night out. Highly recommended for anyone craving tasty artisan pizza in the heart of Edinburgh.
Went on a quiet Thursday afternoon, great tasty pizza and nice garlic dip. Nice interior and ambience didnt need to book
A fantastic meal here. We pre-booked and we are glad we did as it was very busy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered pizza which was freshly cooked and extremely tasty. We would highly recommend this restaurant and we will return if we visit Edinburgh again.
Super nice place. Really close to the main streets. The food was really good, specially the pizza mushroom porchetta, amazing! I'd recommend to book in advance as it's not very big.
⸻ We’re back in Edinburgh, and of course, we couldn’t miss the chance to visit Three Blind Mice again. We absolutely loved it last time, and this visit was just as amazing. The service, the prices, and the taste of the food are all top-notch. Everything is fresh, clean, and full of flavour. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The pizza is simply outstanding – some of the best we’ve ever had! We’ve truly fallen in love with this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
Amazing food just off the beaten track of the royal mile. The staff were great and even recommended so other places to eat and visit for the rest of our stay in Edinburgh, which was very helpful and they were also nice!
Mmm! What a lovely little spot. Such friendly staff, delicious pizza, and appetizers. Glass bottled drinks, pizza served quickly and with your own cutter. Comfortable seating.
Pleasant surprise. We were just walking around finding a nice quiet place to dine when we stumbled upon 3 blind mice. Pizza was really good, loved the cocktails, very nice ambience, service was great - staff are nice & attentive. Had a really nice experience. Also, they have the cleanest restrooms in town. Really love the interiors too. Great spot to just dine & drink
We happened to walk by here randomly and are very glad we stopped in. Pizza and everything else we had was delicious. The chocolate dessert we had was incredible!
This has to be one of the best pizza places in the UK. Had the foccacia and courgette fritters which were nice, then the nduja and gorgonzilla pizza along with the special pizza of the day that had fennel salami. Both pizza's were just perfect, thin cewey and crispy crust, quality ingredients that made it melt. I rarely give 5 🌟 but this place deserves it. Also had a nice mangi and rum cocktail, the atmosphere was nice and relaxed, good service along with a nice bathroom. Would come back to Edinburgh just for this place.
It’s a full 5 star review for this place! Was in Edinburgh on business last night and when I saw all the great reviews for this place I said I’d have to give it a go! They deserve everything 5 star review! We had prawns to start, then a pizza that was out of this world, thin and crispy with really fresh toppings, tomatoes salad which was fresh and tasty and the potatoes bravas which while I’ve had better were still very good. Cocktails were another level fab! All in all you cannot go wrong with this place!
This place was amazing! I would recommend this place for anyone in the mood for Italian. The atmosphere was great and there were super nice servers. The pizza is cooked fresh in a wood oven and for dessert I would recommend the chocolate mousse. I can’t wait to come back!
Popped in for Sunday Lunch. What a great place! Serviced by good people creating fantastic tasting food. The menu design is exceptional! Cocktails are made with fresh ingredients! A great deal of love goes in to what arrives on your plate!
Everything was incredible. Food was divine and our server David was exceptional. 100% recommend coming here for a pizza, also dog friendly food which is always a plus. Pizza dough is something out of this world, had pizza all around the world including Italy and this is extremely impressive.
Brilliant meal out, great staff - Manila the waitress was super lovely! Excellent food and lovely atmosphere. They even brought out a slice of cake for my fiancés birthday with a candle. Would recommend!
We visited this wonderful place with friends for cocktails, the atmosphere is incredible! We had a fabulous time! I was lucky enough to try the pistachio tiramisu, which was amazing! The cocktails were also very tasty at a nice price! I want to say a special thank you to the staff, the waitress who served us was very friendly and caring! I will definitely come back again and again!
Amazing pizza! One of the best in Edinburgh. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and very easy to find. There are not many seats, which I think is a good thing because it makes the place feel more exclusive/special. I would totally go again. I had the pepperoni which had nduja and a honey drizzle.
The most amazing pizza restaurant!! I never really review restaurants but this one impressed me so much. The pizzas were incredible, and the service and atmosphere were also excellent. The restaurant is quite small but in a charming way, and you can see the whole kitchen and watch the chefs using the pizza oven. The Haggis pizza special was absolutely incredible. Lovely beer on draught too. Even the toilets were amazing! I highly recommend stopping here whilst in Edinburgh. Location is brilliant too.
Located in just off the Royal Mile, this pizzeria comes with a Capital P where the ‘P’ stands for posh! It’s nothing like a pizza joint, this place exudes an air of sophistication and refinement. As soon as you step from the cobble streets through the double doors, you are greeted by an elegant interior adorned with bright splashes of colour, large window booths, and warm ambient lighting. You can also choose to sit at the bar where you’ll have a view of the pizza oven. The aroma of freshly baked crust wafts through the air, enticing your senses. From the moment you are seated, the attentive and knowledgeable staff guide you through the simple but perfectly cured menu of small plates, 11 pizzas, some salads and desserts. The staff are fantastic - friendly, always on hand to steer you right and very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. The small plates are £8 each or 3 for £20. They are substantial - one would be a perfect starter or 3 would be a decent dinner. STONE FLASHED SPICED PRAWNS [GF] - served on homemade bread and courgette puree. CAULIFLOWER [V/VE/GF] - lightly battered, served with soy and sriracha sauce. AUBERGINE AND GOATS CHEESE [V/GF] - medallions of grilled aubergine and lightly fried goats cheese. Set on a sweet pepper sauce. CHIMICHURRI CAPRESE [V] SALAD (£8.00) - sliced tomato and mozzarella tossed with chimichurri. Every single one of these dishes was scoffed. No crumbs remained. So good! The Aubergine and Goats Cheese was particularly good - soft, gooey, slightly smokey! Their handmade dough is a special mix of bran and germ toasted flour and single zero flour making the pizza crust thin with a good bubbled edge. You feel full afterwards but not bloated which I translate to meaning you can fit more pizza in your belly! hehe. Their pizzas have creative toppings Calabrian Spices Sausage with mixed sweet peppers and a wild broccoli drizzle OR the Carbonara with pork cheek, padron peppers, pecorino base, with parmesan and egg yolk. The pizzas are on the expensive side, most are £17, but the quality of the ingredients is very obvious! We tried the GORGONZOLA AND ARTICHOKES [V] (£17)- finished with sun dried tomatoes and basil oil. PULLED GAMMON (£17)- spiced pineapple and sweet chilli drizzle Loved the ratio of sauce versus toppings versus cheese. The sauce isn’t over powering and you can see and taste the ingredients with a decent amount of cheese. 3 Blind Mice also serve some decent cocktails, beers, spirits and wines. It was much has cocktail bar vibes! To finish our meal we tried the Bomboloni. Sugary dough balls to dip in hot chocolate sauce - what’s not to love! There's a new pizzeria in town! I’m not sure if you’ll visit for cocktails and stay for the pizza, or go for pizza and stay for the cocktails. Either way it doesn’t really matter, as long as you go! Great Pizza at 3 Blind Mice (Dog-Friendly) 3 Blind Mice in Edinburgh is an absolute gem! We recently visited this cosy spot and left thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual evening out. The staff were nice and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable. The menu mainly features pizzas with thin bases, Roman style, but also offers good starters, some salads, and delicious desserts. The Bresaola is fantastic – especially when paired with the nduja dip. The Margarita pizza is delightful. The mocktails are also worth trying, adding a refreshing touch to the meal. And the desserts are to die for – the blue cheese dessert was my personal favourite. If you're looking for a charming spot in Edinburgh to enjoy a delicious meal with great service, 3 Blind Mice is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Fairly new to town and such a hidden gem! The pizza is to die for, seriously. Don‘t know how we‘ll survive without this restaurant in Germany. The staff is attentive, great to chat to and easy going. We had the best time here. Don‘t miss out on this extraordinary experience!
10 out 5. This place is amazing. I had a starter, a pizza (ask to add burrata to a nduja pizza!) and a dessert and I’m about to explode but it was all so worth it. Also great for solo diners/travelers as you can sit at the bar and watch your pizza being made. Everyone is very friendly, too. Special shoutout to David who was absolutely lovely ❤️
Great food! The pizza was amazing. It was crisp, tasty and fresh. They used fire burning oven for the pizza. I had smoked salmon pizza and my kid had the Margarita pizza. We had to leave quickly and they served us and sent us along our way, so thank you! If you are in Edinburgh, I would 100% recommend them. I also took a picture which I will add. Aesthetically this pizza was great, but as you will see, I only got to the picture after eating 3/4th :). That is how good it was!
Slightly off the Royal Mile, and well worth it. Service was outstanding, the pizza very good, and their cocktail game is on point! Special shout-out to my server (didn't get their name), who was incredibly cordial and attentive. Especially good if you're a solo traveler - sidle up to the bar and enjoy the pie making!
Absolutely wonderful restaurant. The interiors and branding are stunning. The atmosphere here is wonderful and I could have spent all night here. The staff were absolutely wonderful. So lovely and professional. Always coming over to check on us and having a sweet chat! It feels like a homey place where every single server cares about you and your experience. We were cared for by every single person in such a seamless way. 5 stars for the team! They are amazing. The food is absolutely stunning. We got a bottle of red wine which was amazing and we made sure to take a photo of it cause we loved it so much. We then had the chorizo and spiced prawns to start. oh my gosh! Were they delicious, they are small in portion but the taste is so powerful. We could have ate so much more of them. Then we got a carbonara and the Parma ham pizza. Both were fantastic and the base was the best base we have had in Edinburgh. Lastly for dessert we had the sorbet and my partner got 2 affogatos. The sorbet was stunning but my partner decided to try the affogato which comes with rum! He LOVED it. He said it was the best dessert he’s ever had. He finished it and wanted more so we said “why not” and ordered another one! All in all! 5 stars for everything! Such a wonderful experience and we had the best date night ever here. As locals this has to be one of the best restaurants in Edinburgh now so I would suggest all locals try! If you are a tourist I would recommend booking a table during your visit as it’s a MUST to eat while visiting.
Exceptional pizza, truly outstanding. Cocktails are great, cheesecake is light and creamy, sides are very moreish, but the pizzas are truly a different class. Plus the service is first class and the decor top notch. A true gem in the capital.
I’m going to be dreaming about this pizza! It was delicious. Thin crust and chewy: perfect Neapolitan style. The restaurant is perfectly decorated and has a lovely vibe. You won’t want to miss this!
Pizza was amazing. Staff friendly. Cocktails 10/10. We left 3 blind mice as 2 full and content wee mice!! Will definitely be back again soon xo
A hidden gem! The decor of this place is amazing, I was in awe of the toilets! Myself and my partner had lunch, a caesar salad, chicken pizza & a side of broccoli. Food was delicious and the service provided was great! We were greeted with a smile upon entering and fully taken care of until we left. Definitely recommend, would like to come back for dinner and also to try the cocktails. Thank you
Likely one of the best Pizza spots in Scotland... went there twice in the week that I visited Edinburgh. Looking forward to going back when I stood through next week!
My partner and I wanted a last minute cosy and authentic spot which can be very hard to find in Edinburgh. We gave this a try on a whim and loved it. It was quiet, delicious and the atmosphere was clean and beautiful. Anita was our server and she did a great job. I recommend going for the blue cheese dip. Went for the mushroom pizza and the spicy prawns.
Pwoah! Food very well priced, beautifully presented, and delicious. Staff all super lovely, and general atmosphere great too. Pizza's great, but also highly recommend the entrees!
Headed up to Edinburgh for a couple of days away and this place was recommended. The place is beautiful inside and out. It was quiet but still had a lovely atmosphere. The food was very nice. Very delicious. The service wasn't as good as what we expected. I appreciate there are busy times and our table was only allocated for a set period of time. However, one of the waitresses just made us feel uncomfortable when we didn't know what drinks we wanted. She was quite agitated with us which I found a little off-putting. It didn't spoil the experience. We still had a lovely time but I do think it's worth mentioning.
Had a hankering for pizza so thought we'd try this place. Pizza was quite good. Atmosphere is awesome. Music is good. Service is great and friendly. Our server spilled a bit of wine when pouring and made sure to come back and top up.our glasses (generously). Try this place out. Sorry, no pics. Dug in before we thought of it.
We stumbled on this pizza restaurant and couldn’t have been happier. Whilst it was fully booked on the night we popped in, we managed to grab a takeaway which was ready in 15 minutes and delicious! Definitely dining in next time, as the place was lovely, staff very friendly and a nice ambiance.
We shared the pepperoni and the 3 cheese pizza which were all delicious. The 3 cheeses crust was stuffed with pesto and it was also so good. Such a cute little restaurant. Prices are reasonable!
A bar/restaurant that's built for date nights. Moody, buzzy atmosphere, insanely good cocktails (particularly the spicy marg) and really top notch pizza. Plus it somehow pulls off not feeling like a tourist trap despite being right off the Royal Mile. The service is also excellent - warm welcome, really chatty team and attentive throughout. Perhaps controversially given how exceptional all the reviews are, there was one fly in the ointment for us... in every course, for every sensational dish there was one that was pulling its punches in terms of flavour. To start we had the caponata, nduja and cauliflower. Caponata and nduja were truly amazing... but the cauliflower a little bland, and crying out to be crispened up a bit for texture. For main the pepperoni pizza was honestly a "best of genre" experience, with the pepperoni itself subtle and warmed by the hot honey. But the chicken pizza, despite being listed as including sriracha, lacked any bite. And for dessert, the mint chocolate cheesecake was a really lovely chocolate cheesecake... but the mint was absent save for the garnish. That said, we'd absolutely recommend 3 Blind Mice - it's a wonderful place and the menu highs more than make up for the misses.
Delicious food & drinks. The menu isnt extensive but it doesnt have to be if the food is good, and the food here is. Open kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking. Would be nice to have a bit more varierty with the starters... its basically just bread, but thats just personal opinion. For taste its 5☆ but for choice it looses some points. The music choice was questiinable... wr heard two abba songs whilst dining. Personal choice but would have preffered better nothing instead of that.
The atmosphere had a great vibe, the servers were nice, the pizza was just okay. The flavors were a bit underwhelming and the crust was quite flat. Good pizza, just expected a bit more for the price.
The atmosphere was great and staff very friendly. We had a drink downstairs which was very pleasant, very nice cosy vibe. However, although the menu says gluten free, this is misleading for ceoliacs as the waitress informed us the kitchen is small so is very likely to have cross contamination. This was very disappointing. This should be clearly stated in the website!
