Copper Blossom

Came in on a Sunday at 8pm after being turned away from another restaurant and were so glad we did! The kitchen was still open and we ordered the roast chicken for two share plate and the green bean fries. Everything was absolutely delicious. The share plate came with a generous serve of roast potatoes, carrots, beetroot, and parsnip – so many veggies that we didn’t need the extra green beans, but we loved the garlic dipping sauce it came with. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and gave us recommendations for our travels around Edinburgh. The music and relaxed atmosphere made for a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend dining here!

Copper Blossom and Saski - you are flippin’ brilliant! We had a delicious early lunch with you today. We haven’t been before but we will definitely be back! The food was delicious and the cocktails/mocktails were divine! Service was top notch and we can’t wait for our next visit! Quite a fancy place but it’s worth the price I think. Staff were nice and the place was very cute - perfect as a brunch spot. I really recommend the steak and cheese hash and garden punch drink!

Such a great menu! The empanadas and lamb are delicious! Cocktails are so fun and picture perfect and the Havana ambiance is so pretty. It is such a cute place to eat and drink.

This is such a cute restaurant! Our server was great, the food was yummy, and the drinks were delicious. We got the burger, whipped goat cheese and duck gyoza. Our friends got a few fish tacos and shrimp(?), I think and enjoyed those! Espresso martini is a must here!! We had a few other drinks that were also very good.

This is a lovely bar. The staff are polite and brought us a bottle of tap water without prompting. It has a lovely vibe, and I thought that the wine was delicious. The bar also has a lovely interior which I really liked. There’s even a concealed door behind a bookcase! I’d say that the prices are reasonable too.

I held my cousins 30th birthday party for food and drinks here on saturday the manager paul couldn’t off been more attentive and helpful we were shocked in the quality of the food as it was outstanding and the service all staff members were delightful even though the bar was very busy the service was very quick and top quality we will definitely come back here and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to host a party or even just a few drinks with friends

Scrummy delicious brunch worthy cocktails and decent pub-like dishes. Really love the colour palette of this venue. The ambience and decor here is bright, fresh, and alive. Super pleasant visit, enjoyed dining here.

Great cocktails...some of the best I've had. Even though busy and not booked still welcomed us. Will definitely returning. Popcorn nice touch. Coco-tini my new fave. 🍹

We went to Copper Blossom on Sunday for a little date night and it was honestly such a good choice. The food was so delicious, everything tasted fresh and super well done. The vibe was perfect for a chilled evening together, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We had a great time and we’ll definitely be back!

The food was beautiful… presented well, tasted great and was nice and hot. I won a competition so can’t comment on prices Al though I think the as menu is around £35 pp for 3 courses which I think is very good. We did purchase extra drinks which I thought were fairly priced given the location. They also were great. Staff were fantastic so we will definitely be back.

We I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The place itself is beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. All the staff were very nice, and Josh was attentive and friendly. But I especially want to highlight Paul. He was incredibly kind, approachable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One of my friends has allergies, and Paul offered the best solutions to ensure she could enjoy her meal safely and without any worries. His professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference. Overall, an excellent spot with great people, lovely vibe, and wonderful service — highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The cocktail I had was one of the best I have tasted. The food was very tasty. Would recommend and when we visit Edinburgh again, Copper Blossom will be definitely somewhere we will be going to.

Great wee hidden treasure. We booked the boozy brunch food was amazing and the cocktails were delicious. Service was fantastic also. Def value for money but also quality food and drinks.

We went for pre-dinner drinks. The service was good but it took a good amount of time before we had drinks, understandably for the craftiness of them. Drinks were delicious and the variety on the menu was good. The food going out to other tables looked really good. The decor was fantastic.

Visited today as part of a restaurant tour and was so impressed with new menu! The staff talked us through the tasting dish and carefully selected cocktails and mocktails. They really went above and beyond in terms of well designed food and matching drinks. Will definitely be back with a bigger group.

Copper Blossom kindly hosted our rugby university christmas dinner. They provided an amazing christmas menu that our girls enjoyed and a great atmosphere. Service was excellent and they were very attentive. Thanks to Paul, Kieran and all the staff.

Visited as part of a Restaurant Tour and sampled a delicious cocktail which goes through an intense process to get to its final pour. We had an absolutely delicious bao bun with the most moist pulled beef and the flavours were awesome

Its become part of our work Christmas tradition to finish off our night with some amazing cocktails in Copper Blossom. Great range of drinks and amazing attentive staff. You don't need to book a table but if you want a seat at this time of year, book a seat.

Fantastic evening- dropped in without a reservation on a Friday evening. The lovely staff found us a cosy table in the corner. First rate food and equally delightful service. Highly recommend.

The Christmas dinner was lovely I had the turkey and it was flavorful and well cooked. The staff was lovely and was very attentive. Kieran the bartender was very kind and chatted with our table. He was approachable and funny.

Delicious food and non alcohol cocktail option. On the pricey side normally, but booked through first table, so got 50% off food bill. Friendly and attentive (but not too attentive) staff. Definitely recommend.

10 girl friends enjoyed the Copper Blossom boozy brunch. Food, cocktails, service all excellent. Such a pretty venue and staff were lovely to us. I guess it would have been nice to have sat round one table but we were given a whole area to rearrange and make ourselves comfortable, which we did! Thankyou

I must admit I was extremely impressed by the customer service of this place. My partner had a booking cancelled a due to an issue with the booking system, this was obviously disappointing to hear however the manager had made us a booking for New Year’s Eve and footed the whole bill to make up for it! Couldn’t believe it, never had customer service like that before so we were very impressed and happy that this establishment kept their word to us. We even had a bottle of Prosecco which we didn’t need to pay for Shout out to the General manager Paul for his excellent service We will definitely return here and would be happy to spend our money!

A fantastic Sunday roast. We had the roast beef and the cuts of beef were absolute perfection. It wasnt your typical gastropub 'Sunday roast' where plate is loaded with food.....this was more quality than quantity....and for my partner (who can be hard to please when it comes to restaurants!) This was a perfect Sunday dinner. Loads of good gravy....id go back here in a heartbeat. Desert also top notch. Well done chef.

We came here for drinks and had such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Saski looked after us and she was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely. She really went above and beyond and made our time there special. The drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was spot on. We’ll definitely be back, especially for the outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Walking down the stairs to the Copper Blossom restaurant was like walking into an oasis on a cold February night in Edinburgh. The restaurant inside continues the floral theme and brought a smile to our faces. We were given a booth right away and ordered the beef dish which was so tender. My husband doesn't like mashed potatoes but that was no problem to swap for fries. The Primitivo wine went perfectly with the beef and was excellent quality. The service was excellent too, the ambience was lovely even although it was quiet. We will definitely return to this lovely spot.

This isn’t my type of place normally and I thought it mainly done drinks. But I booked it for valentine's and the food was exceptional. My and my partner have tried Michelin star restaurants before and the flavour here stood up to anywhere we have eaten. Top class. Well done to chefs and team

Lovely service and the food was great, especially the cod tacos, which we both loved. Beautifully decorated. The only criticism was that our two quirky cocktails were a bit bland and watered down. Would go back but not for the cocktails.

Went there for sunday lunch, the chicken was too dry for my taste, seemed like it was fried not roasted. The beef was very chewy, although it was cooked to medium rare so points for that. The Yorkshire pudding was very hard, almost like it was stale and no amount of gravy and sauce could save it.

Went specifically for cocktails, pretty underwhelming to be honest - £12.50 per drink which looked like decent value until we discovered the cunningly hidden MASSIVE ice cubes. Oh, and the espresso martini variant that was meant to come with a piece of (I presume decorative) shortbread floating on it actually arrived with a Mcvitie's digestive slapped on top! Staff were friendly, service was good but if it's cocktails you're after I'd struggle to recommend it.

atmosphere was gorgeous no doubt but was let down by the food and esp the dessert, the salt chilli chicken was great but other then that the steak tacos and baobun and this chocolate thing we had was really disappointing especially for the price and had to wait a long time for food
