I love every Chipotle I've gone to. The only place I'm guaranteed not to get gluten food. Get a bowl no problem. The girl behind the counter was great. She not only changed her gloves upon my request but washed her hands before a new pair. I like that she cared enough.

Great fresh food, and we didn't have to wasn't wait long even though it was busy during lunch, which we expected. We didn't expect to get our food within 5 mins of entering the place. I got a chicken burrito while my wife got the beef bowl. We were not disappointed, the food was so fresh. Chipotle definitely wins vs. any taco shop in the area that I know of as far as food quality. It cost $30 for 2 entrees and a bag of chips w/ guac, so the cost is equal to a taco shop as well. I used to think Chipotle was too expensive, but now I will be a regular.

I got a chicken Chipotle bowl it wasn't the flavor I expected but it was good enough , it was heatly i guess and I felt good after nice and light even doe I'm heavy

Food was good but they over charged for an item and when I asked about it the manager was kinda rude about it and didn't fix it. The person making the food also refused to give extra rice for the burrito even though it was only a steak and rice burrito. Going to other locations from now on.

I came in October 24 with my husband to get two burritos. The place was filthy. The food station was crusty with old food and sour cream was in the salsas and corn and onions were in the sour cream. All of the surfaces of the tables had food and smears of food. The drink station was disgusting. Like does no one clean this place is an embarrassment. If I was the owner I’d be pissed because your business is a reflection of the owner. Clearly no one holds standards anymore. Shame on you guys. Filthy and disgusting

This place has become so stingy. I got literal crumbs of chicken. Not a lot of rice. Absolutely no bell pepper.

The food was fair and the meat was tough. The servers were actually quite rude and did not have any customer service skills. A smile and a thank you would’ve been nice. All of the tables had debris on them from previous customers and the trash cans were full. The The drink dispensers, that was not the soda fountain, we’re empty. We will not be returning to this location. Management needs to step it up.

I didn’t pay for SCRAPS! I paid for food and received crap. Couldn’t even eat my food entirely because they ruined it. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE. Quesadillas order. I visited Chipotle today and had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order at 2:40 PM but didn’t receive my food until around 3:15 PM. After waiting in my car for an unusually long time, I decided to go inside to check on my order. To my surprise, I found the staff scraping the bottom of the pan, which suggested they were not adequately prepared for the volume of customers. This is particularly frustrating to see from a reputed restaurant like Chipotle. When I finally got my food, it was excessively salty. I noticed the employee making my order mess up on several details, and I had to step in to correct her while I waited. Additionally, they were out of several key ingredients that I would expect Chipotle to have readily available. Overall, my food was cold and did not match my order, leaving me very dissatisfied with my experience. I would like a refund or at least a free order to make up for this.

Whoever is making orders for delivery is horrible at their job. Both burritos were under size and One burrito was the size of a hotdog and bun and the other was cold and soggy with little meat and dripping wet with sour cream.

I'd just like a manager or someone's number to actually talk about this.

Unfortunately, the bottom of the bag failed upon delivery, causing all the contents to spill onto the floor and rug, much to our disappointment. However, we were pleased that corporate offered to replace our meals for free. Today, we decided to visit the El Cajon store directly and used our free codes from our previous experience. To our dismay, upon receiving our order, we discovered that not a single table was clean, despite it being 3:30 in the afternoon and the place being empty. Every table was littered with food remnants, making the dining experience less than desirable. Even after informing the manager, who responded curtly and only offered to clean one table, the overall cleanliness of the store remained unsatisfactory. We eventually chose to dine outside, only to find the outdoor seating area in a similarly unclean state. While we are not regular Chipotle customers, we were left questioning the appeal of the establishment, especially given the unpleasant dining environment. Additionally, the pre-prepared bags of chips we purchased seemed stale, although the guacamole was enjoyable. This feedback is provided without any expectation of compensation, simply to share our experience for your information.

i try my best not to come to this chipotle. every time i come here and the manager is here she always has an attitude and is very stingy and is rude. she is the one with the green eyes. don’t come to this chipotle go to the one in parkway plaza.

I bought a burrito on the app but for some reason I was having trouble with it accepting the free guacamole so when I got there they had my burrito made and I showed them I had free guac. And they scanned the code it took it but they said I would have to buy something. I told the I just bought a $13 burrito which by the way the steak was grissly. So instead of giving me the guac they wouldn't give it to me. Last time I go there. Burrito City is much better anyways. Thanks for the crappy burrito and customer service.

It felt like nobody knew their own menu, and instead of trying to help, they acted annoyed that I even asked. Samantha, the employee helping me, especially seemed confused about what was going on. In my experience, she didn’t seem trained at all, and her whole team felt the same way. Instead of trying to figure it out, the energy I got was rude, unprofessional, and just careless. On top of that, the place didn’t look clean, the vibe was off, and the staff’s attitude just made everything worse. It felt like no one wanted to be there or actually help a customer. Overall, between the rude service, the untrained staff, and the confusion over something simple, I’m not coming back to this location. Totally disappointing.
