Great staff here. I got my order from Ms Aida and she hooked it up. A 20 piece bone in fried crispy order of 15 hot honey rubs and a 5 piece of that new hot lemon flavor. Thanks Aida and Crew I Will Be Back!!!
The customer service provided by German & Neftali was so great! Super nice employees that are very caring towards customers. Food was delicious and prepared fast. Whoever trained these employees did a great job! Unlike other Wingstops, the employees here are very nice & well mannered.

It had been awhile since my niece and I had Wingstop, so we decided to treat ourselves and try some new flavors. Ruth truly elevated our visit from the moment we walked in. She made some yummy suggestions and we took her up on them. We were not disappointed. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of, and that made a huge difference in our overall experience. Customer service like that does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Ruth.

DoorDash messed up my order and Richard literally walked me through the steps and help me get the order i actually wanted. THANK YOU RICHARD!!!! Give this man a raise !!!! Just for Richard’s service, I’m going to make this my weekly wingstop!

The food was great, so flavorful. It was busy the night I ordered but they didn't give me my full order. I had to go back in for the second part of my order and by the time I got home I realized they still didn't my full order but I was not going back again.

Did an online order for pickup. Arrived after I got the notification that my order was ready and went to the pickup counter. I was never greeted, or acknowledged. Multiple employees looked at me and never said a word. I watched them talk to other customers around me about their orders but never once a word to me. I had to wave someone down twice to get my order handed to me. So apologies or anything for standing there for 5 minutes waiting, watching my food just sit there. No wonder this location has to do BOGO specials. It's the only way to get customers in as their service is so awful. I'll find another location to give my money to.
My partner and I come to this location a lot, but the food is always cold when we order online and pick up, so we decided to order in store to hopefully get a warmer meal. We were told to wait 15-20 minutes, so after that time frame had passed and we hadn’t been called, we asked if the order was ready. It turns out it had been sitting on the counter and they did not call our name out, so the food was cold once again. I heard them calling other names out, so I guess ours was missed. Nevertheless, it was a frustrating experience because we waited a while just to have the same result we would’ve had if we ordered online and picked up at our convenience. The employees are usually nice, this was just an unfortunate experience.

They were the saving grace of my visit crispy, saucy, and delicious They were hitting all the right notes crispy, flavorful, and worth the hype…. But then came the fries. Oh, the fries. They weren’t just undercooked; they were practically still potatoes auditioning for the fryer. Limp, soggy, and sad, these fries made me question my life choices. They were so bad, I didn’t even hate eat them, they went straight into the trash, no ceremony. I don’t know if the fryer went on strike, but these things were next level soggy. Like, ‘should I wring these out or call FEMA?’ soggy I get it, though. The staff looked like they were running on fumes, juggling orders like a bad circus act. Props to them for trying their best, but these fries basically went from the box straight to the trash. I feel bad knocking them too hard. Respect to them for powering through, but at the same time… y’all, fries deserve love too! Final verdict? A solid three stars. Come for the wings, but maybe skip the fries unless you like them with a side of disappointment. The wings will bring me back, but unless the fries start living up to their potential, I’m skipping them like a gym day.

While we were waiting the guys preparing the food were running a machine that hit the wall once every 30 seconds. It was loud and hard and since we were sitting on that way it was not making it easy to relax. The food was alright. We got the all in combo with hot and Korean Q and boneless wings were lemon pepper and Habanero mango. But the Voodoo fries!!!!! The were the best part.

The fries were so salty and the boneless wings didn’t even have chicken in them and very hard to eat and ordered another side of ranch did not come with the order. Very disappointing and I called to make a pick up order I called about 12 times no answer.
Ordered online; order was wrong so I wasted delivery fee and tip. I waited over 45 minutes to get my correction. 6 cooks and I kept hearing wrong orders come and go. Completely disorganized kitchen. Poor cashier (Alexa) was stuck handling all customer service like a champ. She’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

This is ridiculous. I ordered in store. Waited 25mins for my order and since I was in a rush I left with the bag and when I got home it was the wrong order. I called and they said they had 3 people with the same name and it was a mix up. So when I got back to the restaurant. They tried to give me the order that was sitting there for 40mins. I asked for a refund and the order but the manager said no cuz he can't give away "free food" but yet a worker that just got off work took the order I brought back and my order that was sitting there. Well worth about $80 worth of food and yet I couldn't get a refund for their mess up. My 2nd time at this location and both times were a horrible experience. Never again.
WORST service i’ve had in awhile. i’d leave 0 stars if i could. we waited 35 minutes for our order up until we went up to the counter to ask what was going on and they had put our order in curbside pickup so we were never called. we received our food and little to no surprise, our food was cold. i was told they were going to remake our order so i sat back down and started bagging up our first order that they said they didn’t need back but i bagged it up anyway since we didn’t want it. then they came back to our table and requested the food back. like what? we gave the food back and maybe 3 minutes later we got called to go get our food. 3 minutes only? i’m sure they asked for the food back to warm it back up rather than re making it. food was not terrible but not good. what was TERRIBLE was the service. attitude, nasty looks during the whole situation. they would also walk up to the counter to check something, look you dead in the eyes, and walk away without greeting you or asking you what you needed. terrible terrible customer service. AND the bathroom was DISGUSTING. looks like the floor hasn’t been mopped for years. truly hated my experience.
Employees here are lazy and don’t take the time to quality check the orders. I decided to give them one more chance and I was once again disappointed. I received one large ranch as my order when I had ordered for a family of three. No chicken, no fries, no drinks just a large ranch. To top it off they never answer the phone. Ridiculous
I wish I would had looked at the reviews before ordering wings from here tonight. I ordered the boneless wing deal, and it came with 20 wings with up to 4 flavors, a large fry, and dipping sauces. I chose hickory smoked bbq, garlic parmesan,Cajun, and Louisiana rub. I also ordered a 4 piece of chicken tenders in the flavor spicy Korean. For dessert, I ordered 2 brownies, and we got 2 ranch dips and 1 honey mustard. So I placed the order at 7:15pm, it said 16-21 minutes til our order is ready. We arrived at 7:31pm and didn't get our order until 7:55 pm. My husband waited the whole time in their restaurant. While it did seem busy, the restaurant was run by children. When we got home. We noticed the order was not correct. All 20 wings were all smooshed into the same container, separated by only a thin sheet of parchment paper. None of the wings were labeled, so we had no idea which flavor was which. 3 sets of the wings looked identical. This was due to the Cajun seasoning being a rub and not being advertised correctly on the website. Also, the garlic parmesan wings had zero parmesan on them. The boneless wings were extremely tiny, and several were hard as a rock and unedible. The Korean chicken tenders were decent, and the seasoned fries were decent also. We only received 1 out of the 2 brownies. I called the restaurant over and over again, and nobody would pickup, it kept saying their voice-mail was not set up. Finally, a young man answered and asked if I could hold, and I said yes. I waited a minute or 2, and a woman got on the line. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said that her manager Alan was on a break. She took down my phone number but did not ask for my name and said Alan would call me back when his break was over. I don't think I would ever go there again or recommend wingstop to anyone after this horrible experience. Even as I am writing this over an hour later, the manager Alan has not called me back.
I placed an order online to be picked up at 6pm. When I arrived at 6:03pm the girl at the counter told me they were still working on my order. At around 6:20pm I asked about my order and they asked me for my name; couldn't find my order anywhere. I logged in to the website and showed my order number and they still couldn't find it. The manager then asked for the email confirmation and and I pulled that up and showed it to him, he finally found it on the computer. Now the time it took them to make the order was short I received my order at 6:39, but I wasn't even offered an apology for the whole mishap or anything.

Most of the staff I've had interaction with have been super nice and respectful. Yes the food takes long to cook but I'm understanding of that as it is a lot of orders and sometimes only 2-3 employees. But one of the staff has the most God awful customer service. Horrible attitude. When I went to ask for something that was missing she said that I needed to stop being greedy. Which made no sense. Anyways I asked her name and she said there's no reason for you to know my name and I had to ask another employee for this rude woman's name and her name was rene idk how to spell it. She really needs an attitude check.
Mold on my cup, the employee I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive, they verbally assaulted my door dasher then claimed they couldn’t hear me on the phone. I’ve been Repeatedly calling “district manager” just to get a voicemail. Second customer service rep dismissed me with “sure.” Ive been in customer service for a decade and I’m appalled at the blatant lack of respect for me, my door dasher, health concerns and the lack of attempt to do anything to make it right so far.
Staff is quite surly. I came in for a pickup and got attitude as soon as I talked to one of the employees. By the time I left with my order, some 30 minutes later, I had developed quite an attitude myself. Took three attempts to get them to let me know how long it might be. I saw people come in, order, and leave before I had my order. When I asked about that I was told, "That's the way it works," by an angry voice. Plenty other places to get wings. These folk don't deserve your business. Their wings aren't that good.
We had been going to this location for a while. Minus a few slip ups, never had issues......went tonight had the munchies,Wanted a brownie and wings. Pulled it out of the bag and it turned to dust lol i looked at the date and it says best by May 2nd......bruh. .... its AUGUST 6TH!! Yall are tryna feed me expired food? Not today, satan. Took over 45 minutes to get my order-walked in. Door dash guys hovering at pick up counter bothering employees and they smell as well. Paid $76. For 4 meals and one meal was missing. Fries soggy. Came from Santee to El Cajon. Never again, this place sucks. Need more employees to keep up with orders.

I placed an order at 6:43 pm on April 28th I walk in at around 7 15 I waited at the register for close to 5 minutes with no assurance that they'll be right with me. I proceed to go to the window and ask if my order is ready, the worker looks at the receipts and say 5 to 10 more minutes. I proceed to wait for until 8 o clock to ask another worker and she says I'm not on shift with a sassy demeanor. I then asked the first worker and she picked up the bag that was there since I walked in. I got my food and walked out. Horrible service No attention to anything Once I started eating the food was cold.
hello Uber driver here I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and I can honestly say I absolutely hate your service when it comes to how you treat us, I stand at the pick up line, i’m waiting. I’m looking at somebody directly at them for them to acknowledge me. They don’t look at me. They don’t acknowledge me. I will have somebody to see if they can address me. They don’t look at me. They don’t want me to be helped until I finally say hey! I literally had to yell and they tell me I’m the problem… I think I am not gonna take any more orders from this place today I had one of the worst experiences. I said that I have an order for Haley and they said good for me and that just made me feel unbelievably bad
I have gone 3 times to this Wingstop location. ALL 3 times they tell me " we accidentally gave your order away" " or "someone already picked up this order earlier". I think to myself, how many times a day do you give away free food since this was 3 random times this happened within a 1 year period. This last time was the LAST. We ordered online 1 hour before and arrived 10 mins after the expected pick up time. When we show up, we asked a worker for our order and he replies " we are working on it, 5 more minutes" . While waiting I heard the staff say to 3 different customers that " someone else picked up there food". After 15 mins I asked about the food and another work tells me that someone with a similar name picked up my order and she will start my order. I was furious. I asked to a refund and drove like 3 mins away to a Epicwings. I recommend don't waste your time at this location or go to Epicwings. Manager was also very rude to customers and had unprofessional conversations with workers.
Front cashier sucks has terrible service she’s rude . Dealing with food without washing her hands . This location will continue to suck and has for years . Trash on the floor and overall dirty !! Answering phone rude doesn’t give nobody a chance to ask questions at all
Honestly the worst wingstop I've ever been too!!! Customer service is trash! No one at the register to help anyone, just trying to get a workers attention is a headache and they will just ignore you! The shift lead/Manger was the worst! Would ask for your name and just leave?! Save your money and the headache go to the Popeyes across the street or the epic wings down the block!
The staff do not know anything about the food allergies in the wings they make. I asked if the boneless wings are gluten free, one of the staff answered yes, but after I searched, I found it's not. I spoke with the manager and advised him to train his staff.
Monday, March 13 I ordered a fried corn and I went to pickup. First of all, when I called them they put me on hold for a couple of minutes and then they told me my order it’s going to be ready in 10 minutes so when I get there After a few minutes I get my order. It was so oily with one bite I couldn't finish it. Late at the night, my stomach hurt so bad. I couldn't even move off the pain and I went to the Emergency. The doctor said that stomach pain happened from something that I ate. I am very upset because I don't deserve any pain. I was always supporting the business but now I can't trust the food that you give to customers.

Called again because Uber eats was messing up, figured it would be easy to order through the app. Was DOUBLE charged through the merchant AND on Uber eats. Needless to say, my entire order was wrong… the wings STILL had feathers in them, all the fries were burnt, cold and soggy. This is so disappointing. Store manager won’t return my call, also called the store several times and nobody is answering. This is so unethical. Do NOT order from here. Go to Epic Wings instead.
I came here with my 8-year old Son, who just had two surgeries, and i had an online order, but they got it wrong and it happens! Then when i told them i did not want the order and I wanted what i ordered, this guy said to keep it and they will get the right order for me. I told them twice to take back the order, but he insisted i keep it. Then when we started eating, he came to me asking to PAY for orders what he told me to keep it!!!...He was yelling at me and scared my disability son, and telling us to leave.
Burnt buns!! How can someone burn buns and give it to a customer? Why would they not remake it if it’s burnt unless this is what you want to do to your customers. This needs to reach the management.

WAY WORSE. This location is close to us, so I've dealt with having to double-check my order every time because it is wrong. Obviously, I'd like to have it correct to begin with, but whatever. But....opening the bag today and seeing a BURNT bun. Not lightly charred but BURNT. That tells me that the employee deliberately just went ahead and sent the order through. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Also, I am looking at the lack of acknowledgment on here from the manager or any type of leadership. None of the negative reviews are addressed

Ordered 60 wings and they only gave me 1 of the tiny ranches. When I asked for more they said I had to pay out of pocket. What am I supposed to do with 1 ranch and 60 wings??? Very disappointed.

I would like to express my concern about an incident that occurred when I visited your restaurant with my family. When we tried to place our order, one of your employees, named Jason, spoke to us in a very disrespectful and insulting manner. He shouted at us and said that it was cleaning time. We tried to distance ourselves from him, but he continued to act aggressively, as if he wanted to attack us.
Worst experience ever. One of the employees, Etzl, was on her break, then went into the freezer and grabbed raw wings with her bare hands — no gloves at all. When we reported it to the staff, they asked her about it, and she said, “No, it was just fries.” That answer only made things worse — clearly trying to cover it up instead of admitting the truth. I work in quality assurance and I know what I saw. You can check the cameras to confirm. We also asked to use the bathroom and were told, “No bathroom use after 1 AM,” yet two girls were allowed in just minutes later. That’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Thankfully, one kind and professional employee stepped in and said she would personally prepare our food in a clean and proper way, which we appreciated. Still, the owner needs to investigate immediately. There are serious concerns about hygiene, accountability, and how customers are treated.

When we reported it to the staff, they asked her about it, and she said, “No, it was just fries.” That answer only made things worse — clearly trying to cover it up instead of admitting the truth. I work in quality assurance and I know what I saw. You can check the cameras to confirm. We also asked to use the bathroom and were told, “No bathroom use after 1 AM,” yet two girls were allowed in just minutes later. That’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Thankfully, one kind and professional employee stepped in and said she would personally prepare our food in a clean and proper way, which we appreciated. Still, the owner needs to investigate immediately. There are serious concerns about hygiene, accountability, and how customers are treated.
I placed an order at 6:43 pm on April 28th I walk in at around 7 15 I waited at the register for close to 5 minutes with no assurance that they'll be right with me. I proceed to go to the window and ask if my order is ready, the worker looks at the receipts and say 5 to 10 more minutes. I proceed to wait for until 8 o clock to ask another worker and she says I'm not on shift with a sassy demeanor. I then asked the first worker and she picked up the bag that was there since I walked in. I got my food and walked out. Horrible service No attention to anything Once I started eating the food was cold.
