The churros locos are fantastic. I came all the way from Washington to visit and that was the first place I went to.

When I work in El Centro, this place is a great refresher. The Oasis Raspado con Fruta is my favorite. They make everything as you order, so expect some wait, especially if there are people ahead of you. Currently, they are only doing drive thru, to order.

But what I ordered was the playa it was basically mango strawberry and peaches I believe on shaved ice with condensed milk. Don't knock it until you've tried it it was great! Hopefully I'll be out that way again this weekend so I can get another one.

I ordered one that had fruit, however (strawberry and mango), and was asked if I wanted to added some kind of milk to it (can't remember the name but it had leche in it) and I believe that made this magical concoction better than I was expecting. Prime location, imo, across from a water park. I will definitely go back and try other flavors. Had fries too but they weren't anything special

Raspados are good, and their hotdog combo is consistent and reasonably priced. It's not your average 7/11 hotdog either.

Great stuff and the service is fast, but the traffic will have you stuck for a while.

Great service and the raspados are delicious. Food leaves more to be desired though. Overall I’d say delicious, but stay away from the tortas.

Ordered tostilocos they we decent, still pretty good. Although I did feel like some of the curritos tasted a bit off.... but otherwise decent. I ordered their twister raspado and that did not disappoint at all. Wished I ordered a bigger size. I do recommend especially for a craving 😋

With a dispenser (mariguana) as a neighbor the smell is strong when you are trying to order

Expensive overrated and you can only order via drive through. Better options a few blocks away.

50/50 sometimes you get a raspado loaded with fruit and sometimes you get this. I ordered a large. Small from now on if I'm getting this little fruit and mostly ice.

I ordered an item that cost $3.50 based on menu pricing. When I got to the window I was given a total of $4.00. I asked for receipt and I was told “we don’t give out receipts.” I later checked my bank statement and I was actually charged $4.50. Shady business practices.

I ordered Tostitos locos and the cucumber was bad and it was noticeable that it was bad and still they added it to the Tostitos. Need to be careful with food

There's young people working. So more playing around and not paying attention to costomers. Have to wait until there done with there conversation then its costomer. Dont mind the youngsters but while theres people there they should act like adults we pay for the service.

I went to this place to get a hot dog and a raspado, and what should’ve been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare. After I received my food, I realized I hadn’t gotten my card back, so I politely asked the staff about it. The girl who attended to me said she wasn’t sure when she gave me my card but was pretty sure she had. I asked her to look for it, but she didn’t seem to care, doing only a brief search before brushing me off. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she called someone named Ernie (not sure if he’s the supervisor or owner). Here’s where things took a turn. While on the phone with him, she suddenly changed her story and told him that she was sure she had given me my card, despite having just told me moments earlier that she wasn’t sure. Hearing this, I asked her, "Why are you lying?" because she had clearly contradicted herself. Ernie overheard this and immediately went into attack mode. When I got on the phone with him, he started accusing me of disrespecting his staff without even listening to my side of the story. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, Ernie escalated it. He yelled at me to move my car, and when I refused until my card was found, he became even more aggressive. He went as far as calling me out to get out of my car and fight him! He also took pictures of my car and told me that he was going to "catch me later." This is the face of Cuchi's Raspados—someone who resorts to fist fights over a situation that could have easily been handled professionally. But I guess Ernie doesn't know what professionalism is—he only knows how to escalate with threats and aggression. And if they claim I'm lying, unfortunately for them, I have the video to prove it. My car is equipped with surveillance, and everything was caught on camera. I won’t post it unless I'm pushed to do so, but I have it ready. I’m sure there are some die-hard fans of this place who will jump to defend it. I understand that maybe they didn’t go through this themselves, but I doubt they would be defending Cuchi’s Raspados if they had experienced what I did. This whole situation could’ve been easily resolved if the staff and management had acted professionally. Instead, I was met with lies, threats, and hostility. If you value good customer service, avoid this place at all costs. Management here behaves more like street thugs than business professionals.

No flavor like I was drinking food coloring and water. For that price will never go back or recommend. Don't deserve star I gave them but had to rate.

I just ordered the carne asada fries n I get home open the box n find only 3 small squares of what appears to be so call carne asada n I'm like I paid for carne asada fries n no jalapeños n what do I find? A handful of jalapeños, no meat n like the old commercial saying goes, "dude, where's the BEEF? Paid good money for nothing. Very bad service n disappointed. No wonder I stopped going a long ti.e ago for bad service but unfortunately the raspados on 4th st was closed 😡.
