Great food and even better service. Our server was Jesse L. She did a great job! Ask for her section when at Chili's. I had the boneless wings loaded, they were perfect. I also had a order of fries, they were the best I have had in years. My wife had the California turkey club, was also great. We could not eat it all, brought home for lunch. John

Love it for it being my first time there. The food was great, atmosphere was great, the over all experience was nice. The waitress was friendly and really good at her job. She was quick and very attentive to all the table she took care of that night. Will come back again to try other things on the menu. I really loved the loaded mash potatoes and the steak. The dessert was amazing as well which was a chocolate lava cake with a vanilla ice cream on top. Simple a great experience.

So far this has been the best Chili's I've been too. Even better than the one on airway. It's been only my second time coming to this one and both times I've enjoyed it. our server Candace was excellent she was very attentive and always came by to hand us refills before even finishing the one before. That is what I call good service! And the food is great especially the black bean guacamole burger which I always order. Being vegetarian this is a great choice to get to experience the food here and get that option to replace any burgers they have with a black bean patty. Also our food arrived pretty quickly and doesn't hurt that I work close by so I will be back!

This is one of our favorite restaurants and this location in particular is great! The food is very well priced for a family and is also very tasty. Their Guacamole is always on point and if you download their app, they give you a lot of free food each month, yum. The service here is fantastic for dining in too!

Chili’s needs to get an award for being the best chilies in El Paso because this is the only one that I love to come to. They always have fast service. Great drinks at bar and the food is fantastic. This is the best Chili’s in El Paso and the only one I like to go to !!!!!

Really disappointed in how the wait to be seated was. Seems like they didn't care there were people to be seated and open tables all over. Not sure if it's a competition with applebees to see how slow they can go

This was later in the day, and it was a great time. Me and my friend got together to do some catching up... so we had margaritas and we ordered a lot of food. Skyler was our server, and man, was she amazing. I love it when they come to or ask if they can clean off the table. ❤️ She did refills and cleaned off the table without being asked.... that right there will make me come back and ask for your section the next time. 😉 I apologize, I never take photos, but I am naturally a foodie by heart... so I think of photos after the fact. 🤣🤣

Had the same server as before,bher name is Diana, not Anna, she is the best server I ever had, helped me and my friends, helped my parents too last time, she works hard and is a great server through and through, I wouldn't recommend anyone else, she is top tier and makes the experience at chilis the best, I recommend her and if she ever needs a raise she deserves it, my friends think she did amazing too!!!

Danielle was out Server she was quick, efficient and very kind and even though I Know she had had a long day she still had a smile on her face to greet us. The Food was delicious my compliments vto the cook(s) at Chilli's. Wonderful teamwork! Definitely recommend! Remember to tip your servers, they work hard to make sure you enjoy your meal. On a nice evening on July 13 there was a mistake made on a chicken Wing platter I placed to pick up. We had received barbecue wings when we requested Buffalo. The manager Stephanie reassured us that she would take care of the issue, she not only fixed the issue and made us a new fresh hot platter of chicken wings she gaves us the best customer service I received in years. She did this all with a great smile on her face. She made me feel heard and valued as not only a customer as a women. I appreciate her amazing customer service and attitude. Excellent !

Been here a few times but the food this particular night was just amazingly delicious!! My husband liked his food as well. And my daughter well she filled up on her milk but enjoyed the few fries she did eat. Definitely coming back another time. And will be ordering the same thing again! Our waiter was very polite and pleasant to have. She was very busy I think due to the fact it was Christmas eve, and there was just low staff. But she seemed to handle very well. Cant recall her name she said it but I forgot it. I highly recommend the steak and shrimp fajitas or just the steak or just shrimp if that's your liking. I got a combo choice. And was very pleased.

Hadn't been to chili's in years but got invited to go on a late night. Was definitely not disappointed 🤌🏻 southwest egg rolls weren't my favorite but still good. Next time I'll try the fried mozzarella since I heard great things about it. Chicken crispers and big mouth bites with ranch were 10/10

Loved the service and attentiveness of our waiter! This was the first time my kids and I had ever tried this place and we all loved it. They had a special of 3 items for $10 witch was so perfect and so much food for the price! The waiter told us about the app and we even got free chips and salsa. We will definitely be back

So, my husband just had a procedure, and I'm disabled myself. Not knowing they have done away with curbside orders, I put in an online order to pick up on the way home. Not only did we get there way before the food was set to be picked up, but when I called the restaurant, the first person I spoke to told me they don't do curbside anymore, full stop. I told them I needed some assistance, and was put on hold. Adriana (I hope i spelled your name right!) then picked up. She immediately agreed to bring the food out, asked about my vehicle and said not to worry about it. Shortly after, she came out in person, concerned because she wasn't seeing my order. We went over the details, and realized it was because I had gotten there so early. Literally the same time I got the automated text saying it was ready, she was walking out the door to bring it to me herself. She didn't have to go through all the extra steps to make this easier on me, but she's fantastic and I'm so grateful! She could've made my day so much more difficult just by sticking to her job and minding her own business. Above and beyond, and Chili's better take care of her before a better paying job snatches her up!

Always a good place and have good service here. I am obsessed with the margarita chicken; it is one of the lower calorie choices and it definitely does not taste like that, it just has so much flavor to it. Definitely recommend if you are wanting something light enough in calories, but with enough flavor for you to forget it's low calorie.

07/11/2025 Major shout-out to Christina! She was an outstanding server with a phenomenal attitude and contagious positive energy. Too often in El Paso, dining out feels like a gamble—servers with poor attitudes still expecting a tip, making what should be an enjoyable outing feel frustrating. But Christina was the complete opposite. She brought genuine hospitality back to the table, and because of her, my family and I will absolutely be returning to this specific location. Christina made the experience memorable—and that's rare these days.

12/22/24...The food was great...very delicious. Service was good, knowing that the place was packed, the server jeremy gave us excellent service. Atmosphere is always warm and welcome. My wife accidentally left her purse there after we left and we didn't notice til almost 2 hours later. We went back and the hostess was on it! ...she had checked around and found it made sure that it everything was still intact. Please thank the evening crew that was working and we will definitely be revisiting this Chili's!

Tonight we had dinner at Chili's. I had the 3 and Me 6 oz. Sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, and a side salad. This was a real dinner. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the loaded mashed potatoes were yummy. This may have been the best steak I have had all year. The best part was that it was only $16.99. I'm coming back with some friends. I love the new menu and we had a great time. Thank you.

This is our go-to place. We visit at least 1wk. Food is always great and robust with flavor. You can't go wrong with their menu options. We recommend their juicy burger options, but all other options that we have tried are all on point. Haven't disappointed. We even stop going to Applebee's do to their food and service. Shout out to the cooks, don't get that much exposure.

How do you gauge a good burger? Juicy? Crispy? How about when it falls apart 3 bites in? That's THIS burger! I saw a post about the 'new' burgers at Chili's and figured I'd check it out - the last time I'd been was a decade ago. I was NOT disappointed. In fact, this burger beat me. A patty fell out halfway through, and after the last bite of bun I just couldn't finish. Give them a try.

Greetings. I had great service by Candice who was professional and attentive. The food was good and the place was clean. Polite staff members. Made me feel welcome. I had the Smokehouse Combo which you can choose two or three items to go with the Roasted Street Corn, Fries, and garlic toast. I chose three items. The three were the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, Half BBQ Babyback ribs, and the Crispy Chicken Crispers. The food was good too.

I'm not a picky person, but, when I have to wait or look for a waiter/waitress to get served, it becomes a problem, especially when they spend most of their time in the back laughing and joking around. Now there's nothing wrong with having conversations with fellow co-workers, but when customers are sitting and waiting on you, then that's a problem. The service eventually got better. The food was great. I had the brisket burger was pretty good. My sides were asparagus which wasn't too bad either. Don't let my experience cause you to change your decision.

Good food and drinks. Waiter wiped table, then seats, then table again with the SAME cleaning rag. Had to ask him to clean the table again as you NEVER wipe the table after wiping the seats. Food and drinks were very good.

My neighborhood Chili's has been a go to for the last 10yrs for lunch specials and dinner. Overall the service has been friendly, attentive and prompt. Chips and Salsa are my favorite. As for entrees I always find myself switching it up but I'd recommend the chicken cajun pasta, mango chicken, chicken enchilada soup. On my latest visit, 05/10/24, Jeremy was our server and did and excellent job. The restaurant was busy with mother's day and graduation celebrations even so our table and the ones near by were all being attended to well.

Overall pretty good service. Decent portion sizes. If you order a president margarita add the add shot totals put 7$ worth the beverage. The queso burger w aguacate was ok.. expecting a bigger fries portion.., but the pick3 classic Fajitas are pretty great! The sizzling shrimp chicken and steak made the meal all that better.

The food was good for the price and service was great. My only complaint was the bathrooms ( both ) smelly and dirty sticky floors. As you go into the bathroom you can see fingerprints and smudging on both sides of the doors. It’s off the freeway so stop by, you decide! David

I had 1 hour 15 min. lunch break and it took one hour to get my chicken pasta. The server was nice and the food was good. But I had to eat really fast and take the rest to go. Didn't get to enjoy the food. Next time for sure I will order ahead of time.

The food was good even though I had to eat majority of it with my fingers because I had to wait forever to ask for new silverware because mines was dirty. The coconut margarita was great. Server was awesome for the most part. I get they're understaff like crazy but it was barely any customers 😕 for it to have taken so long.

I haven’t been to Chili’s in years so I figured I would give it a chance. The food was just mediocre. I got the fajitas trio with shrimp, steak and chicken. The shrimp were incredibly small, about the size of a nickel, definitely not the kinda shrimp you want for a fajita, but seasoned and cooked well. The chicken was cooked nicely as well but completely unseasoned. The steak was also unseasoned, dry in some spots and alright in other spots. Also, as much as I don’t wanna say I found a hair that was hiding between the steak and peppers. I only ate about 1/3rd of my plate, and by the time I had noticed I was already done eating. I was out with someone and was too embarrassed to say anything since we were at the end of our meal so I kinda just took the L. It wasn’t a horrible experience, and I understand stuff like that is gonna happen sometimes, but I’ll probably not be going back anytime in the foreseeable future.

Visited the Transmountain location. It was not busy, but the had to clean a table to seat us - as a good 1/2 the restaurant was empty. We had with us my mom, who was using a walker. There was no sense of urgency. Once we were seated we were given 1 menu for the 3 of us for cleanliness practices ( they were laminated). Once we ordered it took 25 minutes for the food to come out. Food quality was average. I do not blame the wait time on the food on the server Candace, she was top notch. She kept checking on us, extra glasses of water brought to the table when we were 2/3 done. Usually lunch (especially at 1400) is a little more expeditious.

Lately they've been messing up, yesterday they completely got our steaks switched up and wrong. Wait time for them was a little long. Noticed waitress kind of avoided our booth after that. Then another time I was just asking for extra garlic butter and the girl said the kitchen was closed when they still had 30 minutes till closing. She was a little rude about it and seem bothered. One time the garlic butter tasted straight like butter and it was nasty. Other than that when they make the food right, then it's always good.

I just ordered the 5 piece honey Chipotle chicken strips with an order of chips and salsa. I arrived and parked at the to go designated spot and waited for a text saying order is ready, as confirmation email stated. But after a long wait and no text my husband went inside, where food was sitting on the counter getting cold.. Salsa container was not even halfway full. Not enough for a pack of chips .. and I ordered a side of honey Chipotle sauce and I did not get it. Chili's is not too close to my house so I didn't go back. But definitely I'll think twice before ordering again

Been a customer so we keep coming back; good or bad. Today though WIFY order the ribeye but they slip the sirloin. Wife caught it sent back and got a kick ass ribeye.

Our waiter did a great job keeping us entertained, but, it took an hour and twenty minutes for us to get one meal. It was a party of 5 so my son finished first and we all finished at different times based on how they brought up our meals and the manager didn't even come-by to see how our table was doing. I think it is the last time we're going there.

Steak is great, perfect temp. Food came late and was pretty cold. The kids pizza meals were super hard and toasted. That section in the kitchen needs to be checked on. Service waiters take too long to serve you. Heather would never bring refills we were chewing ice every time and had to keep reminding her for refills. Even took ober ten minutes for napkins. Manager was great and presented himself with excellent customer service.

Although the service here was fantastic, the morning after having dinner at this chilis made me and my significant other feel very uneasy. Went to the doctor after vomiting multiple times, uncontrollable body aches upon other symptoms to find out we now have gastroenteritis. This was the only outing we’d gone to this following week (12/8-12/14) and went straight home after. I won’t be going here for quite a while.

Had a larger group of about 10 people here. The waitress was incredibly nice, and very attentive. However, doesn’t change that our food was brought out in weird bursts. For the first plate to come took about 40 minutes, then the last plate was served after we had been there for an hour and 15 minutes. Nobody tried to make amends either.

The service today was great. However we are highly disappointed in the food. Small portioned fajitas and chicken so dry and overcooked with no seasoning for $40. We even had to order extra fajita, still dry and hard to chew. The overall price of everything was over $100. I couldn’t believe it.

Food was cold. Ordered the loaded potatoe soup and it was tasty but cold. The rest of the meal was also warm. I don't think the meal was worth the wait or the money. My kids took me out for my birthday and even their meals were cold. My daughters pasta tasted weird. Our waitresse was amazingly attentive and funny. Yesterday night my family and I (party of 6) went to this Chili's location around 7. The receptionist told us there was a 30 minute wait list even though the restaurant looked very empty. We saw parties come in and be seated immediately. We waited for an hour and then decided to go elsewhere. There was never a call back.

If I could leave no stars I would. I had an accident today 3/14 and I asked about the wait. The front lady told me it would be 45 minutes I said it was okay. She then told me I had to wait outside when there was a family waiting inside. I had told them about that then she got nervous and told me okay you can wait here. Then while waiting there was a group of 7 people who came in while I was already waiting for 25 minutes. The man asked for 7 adults and 3 kids. The front girl Randy told them give me 5 minutes to sit you down. That’s when I went to talk to the restaurant manager Jose and I explained I had been waiting for so long and they sat down people who had just came in. Randy the ones who sat them down laugh and looked at me while telling them let me sit you down. Like if they where doing it on purpose because I had asked Randy (the front attendant) I was going to wait inside. I felt discriminated really bad. When I complained to Jose the restaurant manager he said “it is what it is” we are busy. I continued to explained how Randy sat them down and he said “ugh” let me sit you down. At that point I don’t feel comfortable eating there. I asked Randy why did she sat them down and she said because there was a table. There is a table for 10 people but not a table for 3? I don’t mind waiting but don’t treat me like that and don’t discriminate me and humiliate me. Jose was very rude and unprofessional. He was working at the kitchen and you could tel that they where short. He was telling the waitress to tell guests that the waiting time was 45 minutes so they could leave. It is what it is sometimes you get to chill and manage the store and other times you got to step up and work as well when you are short. I had never experienced anything more humiliating than this. When I left Randy was laughing and I did told Jose the store manager that she’s laughing at me and he said she’s just nervous.

As much as we love chillis we won't be visiting this location again. We waited a long time about an hour after we ordered and we dint get any chips and salsa, appetizers came out after dinner was served, we had to wait a long time to get drink refills. The booster seat was filthy, I had to ask for a different one. We still paid for the appetizer even if it came after dinner and cold. We also had to wait some time to get steak sauce... I also did not appreciate being seated crammed on one side of the restaurant when there's plenty of seating. We sat next to the kitchen entrance, where all the waiters come and go except ours....... the night was a disaster 😪 😕

I was unhappy with the service my family and I received today at this location. We always eat chilies at least twice a week but due to the way the ladies in the front treated us today including the manager I will never eat at this location again. I highly advise y’all not to waste your time and money at this location and to enjoy your day and eat elsewhere or another location.

1st of all I would not recommend anyone set foot in this place, this place is the equivalent of actual dog food but that’s not the worst part, the staff here is beyond rude and have the most disgusting behavior I have ever had to bare witnesses too not only was I charged for a glass that my waiter broke when I asked to speak to a manger about it Hose he claimed he was general manager and still told me I had to pay for the glass that I hadn’t even touch at that point but then he continued to stare at my UNDERAGE daughter. Honestly just an experience I would prefer to avoid 0/10.

Been coming here for years. The food is great but the service sucks. They're in need of good waitresses. The tables fill up and the service becomes the worst. No refills etc. the food today took so long to come out and one of our plates came back out to the table a simple quesadilla came out extra extra crispy not sure if it was a waitress or cook mistake.

The steak nachos (two "chips" with meat and cheese between) plated in a circle were soggy underneath and burnt on the edges. You couldn't pick up one if you tried. The steak inside was completely flavorless. The best thing about it all was the fried mozarella. My husband didn't even get his salad and the waiter couldn't take it off the bill because we would lose the promo and the bill would get higher. He didnt offer a small discount or complimentary dessert for the mistake. He did give us free chip and dip for the wait but he was rude until it came time to pay and of course they're gonna be nice so they can get a tip.

People heads up, here at the transmountain location , dine in instead , don’t take out . Portions for take out are a steal! They charge the same amount and give you way less than what you get served if you dine in . The take out young lady was not helpful and manager didn’t give solutions to the issue.

Usually, it was a great place to eat, but today, when I showed up with my family of 5, we were told we could not sit at a table meant for 6. Instead, we were told to sit at a table of four and then told that if we wanted, we could pull another table closer for more space. First, how do they expect 5 people to sit in 4 chairs? Second, how much will I be getting discounted from my total for having to arrange my own seating accommodations. On my kids' day off from school, I chose to take them to eat at chilis on transmountian out of the many option we have. Unfortunately, it didn't work out the way we planned, and now we are sitting at Denny's down the road, and guess what? When they saw that there were 5 of us, they gave us a table that actually had 5 chairs. We go to chilis at this location at least once a week. But I guess we are going to start looking for places that are not trying to cram all their customers in a tiny section because they don't want to schedule more servers.

Order online for curbside, when it was time to pick up our order made us wait well over 15 minutes to get our food even though it was done. Had to get down to get my food. Food was cold, and just thrown into the containers. Don't understand how the staff thinks that is acceptable. Spend a pretty penny for food that should have been better than McDonald's. Very disappointing to think they treat their dine in customers at a much higher level than online orders. Management should be embarrassed by their staff!

2/6/22 @ 6pm Chili's Northeast Trans Mt. NO STARS... This Chili's took forever to sit us down, 1 hour wait after we where told 20 min, there was plenty of tables available. After 45 minutes the hostess set up the tables together and kept us waiting for another 25 minutes. After speaking up several times they kept telling us there's no tables or server's even thou I saw about 6 server's. We spoke to the Manager and the manager did absolutely nothing like she didn't care. Manager had no customer service skills. No apology. No customer service quality at this location. We where lucky we got a good server. Manager has no customer service. Needs to be retrained as well as the hostesses. They also ran out of napkins. They gave us cut off paper towels from the paper towels they use in the restroom. Horrible service, never coming to this place again. I don't recommend this Chili's location. Northeast/ Woodrow Bean/ transmountain Overall do NOT come to this Chili's location, not recommended. Go to another Chili's or Applebees.

Went there 12/19/24 with my family, after we ate we all felt sick and nauseous. When i got home i was throwing up along with none stop going to the bathroom. Its the next day and still feel horrible. Idk if its the chicken, or the kitchen just not being clean. But there is something going on for us to feel sick after eating there. We had the triple dipper.

What’s the point of letting a customer make a reservation for a graduation, and have them come early only to find out they gave your reservation away. And get told sorry it’s first come, first serve Thank you chilis for ruining my sons graduation celebration lunch! Olive Garden got us right away though! Unacceptable!

Am absolute horrible online and in person experience. I placed an online order via chilis app at 445 for pick up at 6pm. Recieved confirmation for curbside and proceeded that way. At 6pm I walked in and it was a mess with Uber and door dash drivers waiting for their pick ups. Needless to say my order was no where near ready. 35 minutes later I asked the server the status of my order and he replied, "honestly i have no idea how much longer." I spoke to the manager who was very unapologetic. I asked for a refund and she gave it back with no remorse. Thanks chilis for ruining a dinner night almost 2 hours after dinner time.

I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. Personally, I don't usually leave reviews for restaurants unless I've had a really bad experience or encountered exceptionally poor service. The hygiene standards at this place are appalling and my food was handled in a very poor manner. The men’s restroom was clogged, and water flooded all over the restroom and outside the hallway. No employees or managers were around, and when I mentioned this to manager Melissa, she told me that she already knew and that she was already there, but nobody was around. My shoes got wet, and water went inside my shoes. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, the wrong plate was brought to our table by a young lady food runner with blond hair. Restaurants normally do not serve food which was already served to another customer to the second customer because the cost of food is cheap compared to a lawsuit or a health department’s fines if they find out, but this was not that case. My server apologized and told me that he didn’t know why they did that and took it away, after my daughter had already eaten from the plate. I don't believe the food runner realized this since she only said, "sorry bro, it’s been a long day" and just walked away. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I ordered some Nash Hot Crispers and I mentioned to my server that the flavor was too overwhelming, and that I wish to request Original Chicken Crispers instead. My server just grabbed a napkin and took the tenders off my plate while he was touching everything else. Very poor way of handling customers food. At this point I lost my appetite. When I brought it to the manager Melissa attention, she barely apologized and did nothing to compensate for the incident. Manager said, "Thank you, we appreciate the feedback, I will talk to the employee" and just walk away, Unacceptable!

My daughter and I were sitted immediately ,however that where good service ceased. We were ignored for 10 minutes while other patrons came in and got immediate service. We ask another waitress if we could get some service and she just went to talk to the hostess while we still waiting for service. We got up and left. Called the manager who offered nothing except a very insincere apology for the inconvenience. We ended up picking up fast food because my blood sugar was dropping. The lack of service and poor customer service will guarantee that we will not ever return again. I will go across town before I darken the door of the Transmountain Chili’s again.

Told the waitress 2 times it was my daughter’s bday. It wasn’t busy we got there at 2pm ish so the dinner or lunch rush was not on. She forgot and when I told the busser he went and told her and she had an attitude!!! She knew we were leaving as we had trouble paying on the kiosk. Spoke to Jose the manager and he had no apologies just that the server was one of his best. Apparently not!!! I could understand if it was busy. But it wasn’t. Never again!!

We always come to this Chili’s to dine in and we have had the best service and food. Yesterday though was a different experience. We wanted to try and do the “to go” option we thought it would be the same experience. Wow we were wrong, I walked in through the entrance to find myself facing the back of someone’s back. I had greeted them with a loud hello as I had seen they were by the kitchen and thought I could be loud. I said hello twice and the girl didn’t even turn around. Once she had turned around I had noticed she was on the phone. Possibly yes taking an order but I’m sure given the proximity we were to one another I would’ve assumed she would’ve turned around and waved to me at least acknowledging she knew I was there. That felt rude to me but C’est la vie….she handed me my food without confirming what we had or made sure everything was okay or if I needed anything further. Maybe she was having a bad day because I took the food from her and said have a great day and I didn’t get a response back…driving 10 min back home we sit down to eat and was sadly disappointed on the display of the food. The Mac and cheese was very salty, the chips that I had gotten for my “reward” were stale and hard, the corn we received wasn’t even dressed like they would dress it if we were in the dining room. I felt like since this was a “to go” order they didn’t put in the effort like they would have if I was sitting there. It was disappointing and in all honesty I don’t think we will ever try the to go option again, I spent what I thought to be a good amount of money for plates of food that felt insufficient if they were served in house.

Went in with my wife and special needs child and we were treated poorly from the jump.. My son has a stroller where we carry his ventilator and vitals monitor. The hostess young man said that they could not seat us. I said really let me talk to your manager, and I stated the stroller is fitted with his machines.He said do you want to be on the wait list I said did you hear what I just told you..Then some guy named Jessie stated that they would seat us. They had us waiting and seated numerous people ahead of us.I have been trying to get a hold of corporate. This is flat out discrimination and I have contacted ADA to see what options I have...Never will we visit Chilis again...Garbage service...

So ordered online picked up and just one thing after another we got home and no silverware no condiments we ordered some mini moltens and had one small 2oz ramicken of just liquid not ice cream. I want to comment this is unacceptable, the amount even for children is not worth the price.

Requested “no pink” when asked how wanting the burgers cooked and we got them practically raw. My kids couldn’t eat them. So disappointing to spend money and receive the order like this. These were barely cooked.

Just had the worst experience ever with my family in this chilis. I had to ask for the manager because our server showed a horrible attitude after we asked for some extra condiments for our meals. She must’ve been irritated but it doesn’t mean it’s ok to take it out on the customers, and we were nice to her. She rolled her eyes and was annoyingly repeating “Is that it?, is that it? Is that it?” To my wife and my son saw it too. The manager was nice and apologized and he offered us a free desert but we just paid for our food and left. The food has also gone down in quality, the chicken strips were rubbery and the Cajun pasta was dry and bland. Not worth the money I paid, that’s the last time we go there.

Don’t you DARE stay a minute after closing out your tab. You’ll have cooks, table cleaners, and other staff harassing you. My mom and I went in and had a great time, decided to mingle for about 10 minutes to talk and such after paying and we got harassed by four different staff members, very condescendingly asking if we could clean up our table and cooks coming up to us and removing our skillets all while huffing and puffing and muttering insults under their breath. I understand the frustration this may have cause but the restaurant was far from being busy. Had never had a bad experience at this location but never going back! The staff needs group therapy! Why are y’all so angry?!

I want to start by saying we visit this location 2-3 times a month on average and the food is usually great. Tonight was not the case. I walked in to place my order and 3 or 4 people, to include Casi the manager, passively looked at me and seem to huddle and proverbially pull straws to see who would help me. When the first person came to help, she made things even more awkward. I was asked for my number, gave it to her and repeated the last 4 numbers upon her request; to which she walked off without saying anything and had her coworker, the fourth party in the original huddle with Casi the manager come to help me. This person has helped me a couple of times or more and has the same consistent customer service each time. Tonight was no different, however it was completely unnecessary for the switch. This was around 5:45 pm on December 5th, tonight. When I returned at 6pm to get my food, I checked it and asked to speak with management. Casi walked up, the same person who failed to greet or acknowledge me when he swiped his key card to run my military 🪖 discount. I showed him my order only had one ranch dressing again, though I ordered two loaded mashed potatoes and six tenders. He said ok, casually walked away and returned with 3 additional dressing packs and said is there anything else? At this time I took the opportunity to ask him, why is it so hard to treat all patrons the same? He asked what I meant, then I said, regardless of what they look like or what their complexion is. He then said okay. Confused and slightly annoyed at the response I said, ok so does the issue stop with you Casi or do I need to take it further? His response was, what do you mean? I said, okay I will help you understand what I mean. This conversation happened around 6pm right in the take out food area, if you are able to use the system to help track the truth and deal with the issue. Casi basically admitted that everyone doesn't get equal treatment. I told him half doing the job as a manager was very childish and I would seek to get him some help. I told him they might be being racist, which he never denied, then he never ensured me that it wouldn't happen again. The reason I think it's a race thing is because not only did he only understand when I said as much, the same young lady who hesitated to help me, then walk away mid transaction to get her kinder more consistent coworker to finish the transaction, ran over when another person who shared her ethnicity came in behind me and asked me to move out the way to help him while I was still trying to place my order and pay. Casi is, I hope, not the brand standard. He allows employees to cherry pick their service and do people dirty. I don't deserve it and nobody does. To people seeing this, maybe consider other dining options because they may act funny when Casi is in the lead and do you basically however at this location. I hope that's not the standard, but that's what I'm experiencing. Can you guys please get him some more training or something. Nobody should pay money to be mistreated.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the curbside pickup, multiple staff members made eye contact but no one bothered to help until we got someone’s attention who just had to be clocking out. Very poor service this evening.

Closing duties start too early Arrived at 750 pm, place was pretty full, requested a booth but had to leave. I was told I was unable to get one because the area was closed. They closed off half the restaurant 1.5 hrs (closes at 1030) before closing (pictured). I eat later in the evenings so will not even try coming back if eating later than 730pm. If you have preferred seating you will need to arrive very early or be subject to some service limitations.
