Great American steak burger rarely disappoints! The most consistent taste and quality in El Paso. Service is always great but they can get really busy. I rather have a steak here rather than anywhere else.

We ate here while visiting with family in Texas. The food was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. I had a hamburger, onion rings, and a peach iced tea that rocked this world! My only complaint (and this was not a big deal) would be how dark it is inside the restaurant I have been there more than a few times over the past several years, and I haven't seen many changes in that aspect. It's a treat to eat here and everyone in our party enjoyed it.

I don't give 5-star ratings often, but Great American Steakburger certainly deserves it! For just a few dollars more than a McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder meal ($11.39), you can treat yourself to a Great American Steakburger. It's my favorite restaurant, surpassing Cattleman's at just a third of the price! I've celebrated numerous birthdays here and organized work luncheons with up to 30 people. The experience has been consistently exceptional. The Green Chili Steakburger, priced around $15.00, is unbeatable—except, perhaps, by their delicious Ribeye Steak. If you're after top-notch quality and great value, this is the place to be!

This place is always good to visit. My clients love it. After going house hunting all day, I will take them there. The food is delicious and the portions are big. Steaks, hamburgers and sandwiches are my top choices.

Meal was enjoyable. Had the beer-battered haddock and shrimp with fresh veggies. Portions were large but not sure it's worth the price paid. Service was great, very attentive to our needs and checked on us several times during our visit.

Great American Steakburger is a favorite of ours and we make sure to eat there any time we are visiting El Paso. The owners are wonderful and the waitstaff has always been great for us. Restaurant was very busy, but we were seated promptly. The food is great quality and delicious. I enjoyed the Rainbow Trout with Mashed Potatoes and White Gravy, while my husband had his go-to Beer Battered Chicken Breast Sandwich. The Pineapple Coleslaw is the BEST coleslaw ever!

Great texas vibe, staff clean up table fast, they disinfect the tables & chairs, excellent job! I feel very welcomed, and yes flavorsome dishes in big portion as well. Their fries r the must try item. Besides, they have a senior menu, very thoughtful; two private dining area if u r looking for a small private party.

Returned on 3-18-22. Had another great dining experience. Food and service was very good again. All l can say is that the staff here aims to please its customers! :-) I had not been to this location of Great American since the George Dieter location was established. The food and service was pretty good. My Compa and I came because we had a yankering for Chicken Fried Steak. When I looked at tbe online menus of both locations I was surprised that the prices were significantly different-- with this location being less expensive. Also, we discovered that they also offer a section of the menu for "Senior Portions"-- at a much lower cost. Well, that's what we ordered! I guess I'll will be a patron of this Great American Steakhouse from now on! :-)

Hands down, the BEST mesquite smoked ribeye in all of El Paso! Plus all the sides were delicious!

Got the tortilla soup with grilled chicken...it was worth getting for sure. I will be getting it again. My wife got the western steak burger which was good and I got the green Chile which I thought was even better. If I could eat there every day without blowing up like a balloon...I would.

In my opinion, best burger I've had in this city. The meat was tasty and service was excellent. This is the kind of food that is expected when paying for the prices they are asking nowadays. Our server Christine has a smile on her face the whole time.

Wow! This place has really upgraded. It went from boring, not so tasty food to our new favorite restaurant at the moment. I’m surprised, not sure when this upgraded was implemented. Food is delicious, steak cooked great, we don’t care for cauliflower but that cauliflower appetizer was unlike anything we have tried. If you’re looking for a great steakhouse, this is the place to be. Restaurant was upgraded, looks nice, and great service.

Great tasty food, friedly environment, and great staff. Their menu is heavy on steak but they offer alternative plates that are not steak, like chiken and fish. This is a good place to celebrate a loved one, as they offer reservations prior to the event to set up an area. The food does take a little while to come out because they make sure it is cook properly. Overall an excellent place to start some family traditions where this restaurant is the place to go often.

Good food but bring a full wallet! Everything is pricey but the eats are quality! The wait staff is a bit overwhelmed but management is probably trying to operate with as close to a skeleton crew as possible. They are very attentive and quick to respond. They earn their tips! The food is top notch which is why it is always crowded. Tasty, tasty! Can't go wrong no matter what you order! Bring your appetite because the servings are generous!

I had the blue cheese burger which was really good, my wife had the volcano burger which she said was good the only thing was it wasn't spicy and the sauce was only on one side of the burger, my daughter had the tortilla soup which she said was really good, my grandson had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and that one is always good and my stepson had the Cajun chicken sandwich which he was good. We ordered as appetizer the onions rings and they were awesome and delicious. Our waiter was great he did a great job attending us and keeping the non alcoholic drinks on full never empty. I will definitely come again and recommend this place good food and service.

Food was good, service was slow, even with a half filled restaurant. I got the tempiquena steakburger with onion rings and a friend got the chile relleno steakburger and we had half of each. Both tasted good but seemed lite on the seasoning. Very generous portion size for the sides, even in the kids meals.

This restaurant is located at the east side of town. They serve both steak and burger, so you can come here if you crave either one. The selection of burgers is quite good. The burger itself was tasteful. Each burger comes with steak fries. If you want to substitute the steak fries for something else, it comes at extra cost. The service was good and attentive. The downside was the seating arrangement, if you put two tables together they should have the same height. A 2 or 3 inch difference makes it uncomfortable for the group. But still, it a good place to have a burger.

The last 2 times we’ve ordered for takeout there’s been issues. Paying $20.00 for a chicken fried steak and getting a tiny portion is just ridiculous. The baked potato not even cooked through. Used to be so big it took up the entire plate. Don’t even get the sides of beans and cole slaw. Not happy!

2/5/1016 - My first visit. Went for a business lunch, was sat quickly. I ordered a Hawaiian teriyaki burger, it was big and messy but good. Good service and checked frequently. I will go back to try other menu options.

The food was freaking outstanding. The burger was cooked to perfection and the bread was soft but yet crispy, perfectly toasted. The mushrooms were also cooked perfectly. However I was given someone else's bill. But that was fixed immediately. I recommend this place with smile

Andrew was a great server and the food was excellent. The burger was cooked pretty well, the fries are 🤌 and the sodas were calibrated perfectly. If the vibes of the place weren't a tad strange the burgers had a bit more juice to them, it would definitely be a 5 star classic.

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I went for a company get-together and I got the bleu cheese burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was freaking delicious! The fries were tasty too, but nothing super special. The rolls and butter were really good. The rolls were brought out still warm! The ambiance of the place is OK. About what you'd expect for a steak place. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, but the whole staff looked like just a bunch of older teens. Someone at a table nearby was having a birthday and while a waitress brought a treat out for the person celebrating and the table began to sing, I overheard her tell another employee, "I don't get paid to sing," as she was walking away. Totally fair, but don't be saying things like that in earshot of customers. C'mon. The young boy that was the host must having been having a bad day or isn't happy working there. When I arrived and told him I was meeting a party, his body language and face said, "I don't care," because had he greeted me, he probably would have said that anyway. When someone from my table asked him if we could get our check because we didn't see our waitress around, he didn't even respond and walked away eye-rolling, only to bring the check still without saying anything. As I watched him interact with other customers arriving, he just looked pissed off the whole time. I'd return again to try more food, but hopefully I'll catch a different staff on the clock next time.

Coming here, you will have to wait and it will be chilly in here. Ordered a steak and it was well cooked. Maybe needed a slight bit more seasoning but it didn't last long on the plate. I liked the coleslaw. Combined with the pineapple gives it a nice refreshing flavor to it that makes it pop. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. My Arnold Palmer was average, it needed more sweetness. Bounced around between two waiters, the male waiter was quick but seemed annoyed as the night went on. I'm a military member and showed my id plus it was my birthday, but it was just made to be an ordinary day. The food is good and kinda high, but you will leave with a full stomach thanks to the big portions. I would come back. Second time around and the food was even better. My steak was pure awesomeness. The season and color was on point and the best steak that I've had. The coleslaw was exceptional. The only downside was the mango peach tea and the steak fries. The tea wasn't that good and had an odd aftertaste due to the mango and was lacking in peach and sweetness. The fries were just off for some reason but overall the restaurant is one of the best around.

I had half a rack of ribs and they were ok a bit on the dry side and the coleslaw wasn't that great to me. I did taste the beans they tasted like chorizo and were good but I couldn't finish them. The baked potato I had was nice and soft overall the company was what made that evening good the place was mid very much meh I wouldn't choose to come back if I had to choose a place.

Service and atmosphere were good our food not so much. Grilled chicken was dry had to put bean broth so my mom could eat it. My sis in-law had asked for well done Steak but was also Drrryyy. Due to large crowds we waited 35 minutes for our food. After asking where my mushrooms were she said she’d bring them and take off the amount for them. Check was for all the food. I let the cashier know what happened and that I don’t like waiting for complete order wile my food gets cold. A mgr came and removed amount from bill. Host sat us, but I guess didn't let server know she had a table she was sitting down on her cellphone. She came by I said no ice in my water and it was full of ice. I asked about the burgers and she said them very fast I can read I was asking if there was one that was popular and or she recommended. It took 15 minutes to get her to take our order and after she delivered the order she never came back didn't even know her name

Overall the place is okay. But. For okay food being priced for what it is not okay. For 3 people it was $120. $120! For that cost, we could have gone to a nicer restaurant in central El Paso. $11 dollars for very burnt small portion of sausage bites also by the way. Also we seemed to have several waiters and waitresses throughout our time sitting there. Everyone was cold and stone faced. At the end of the day, the place isn’t what it used to be, way more expensive and I wish I would have just gone somewhere else instead.

Moved back home after 24 years away. We went back to see if the food was as good as we remembered. It's not. Sausage tips were extremely salty. Ribeye was tough for a medium rare and the fish seemed like it came from a box. Sorry GMS, but the quality of food, does not match your prices. Very poor service today the waitress disappeared to who knows where, she only came by once while I’m in the middle of the meal. I mentioned to her that the green chili cheeseburger that I had ordered had no cheese on it. she answered with a question saying it was supposed to have cheese on it? Then disappeared and never to be seen again. Needless to say, she got no tip. It is very sad that it has come to this. I’ve been coming here over 20 years. Never had a bad experience except today. Management should really be looking into retraining checking on their employees and so on. The food is always been great specially the coleslaw I will be back and hopefully that employee is no longer there.

We went to have dinner with family. Ordered a chicken salad with tortilla soup. The soup was luke warm and did not have much flavor. The salad was large and had long strips of grilled chicken that was a bit hard to cut(probably old chicken). They have limited dressings- ranch, Caesar or raspberry vinaigrette. Up picked the raspberry vinaigrette & it had a sweet flavor but it did not go well with the salad. My family orders steak burgers & they all enjoyed them. This restaurant was one of the best steakhouses in its days (20 years ago) it seems that the owners have not invested into it. They could have improved the salad choices & soups. I will not be coming back.

Great American Steakburger is NOT Great American Steakhouse. While they do serve similar dishes, but GASB is more family style type of taste, you come here to stuff yourself up. That's it.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 20 years, but unfortunately, the last four visits have been very disappointing. The service has declined, food has been delivered cold, and the quality is nowhere near what it used to be. I don’t know what changed, but this used to be one of my favorite places — not anymore. I truly hope the owners see this and take action to bring back the standards that made this place great.

My family and I have always loved this place. The food is fantastic. Unfortunately today the service was not so good. Our blond-ish older lady waitress had an attitude and a tone- she should find a different job, and didn’t deserve any tip! Because of her, probably won’t go back for a long time.

Been coming here for over a decade for family events and truly disappointed by the service offered today. Not sure if there’s been a change in ownership or management as of lately but definitely a different rude atmosphere. Waited over 30 minutes to be seated when there were empty tables everywhere, and was met by a very aggressive and rude manager named Jordan. We did not feel valued and took our business elsewhere and will not be returning.

My mom usually loves this place. Last night what a disappointment. Claudia was our server and she was honestly the worse server we ever had! She rarely came to our table to check on us... we had to call her by name to get service several times. When it came to paying, she gave us the check and then never came for the payment. I went up to her at the register where she stood at most of the time instead of trending to her customers. She stated that the guy we were with insists that he's paying, his mother gave me her card, I had to get rude and tell her to just take the payment. Then she she wouldn't give me the card and receipts, asked me if this was my name on the card. I finally snatched the card and receipt from her hand. Luckily my friends tipped her, of course... as soon as she got her tip she never came back to the table. I would NOT have tipped her. What a shame, we have alreadys enjoyed coming to this place, I even left a 5 star review for Iliana in the past. We will now only go to the Chop House, where the food and the service is consistently excellent.

Celebrated my sister's birthday yesterday and asked to sit at the table next to the one they were going to seat us at because we didn't want to be under the fan and vent. The host was obviously bothered by this and tossed our cutlery on the table we had chosen. When the waiter showed up we got the same cold reception and about 4 tables who came in after us got their food first. We had to ask for refills because he never came to check on us. I used to eat here about 2 or 3 times a week. Now it's once or twice a year. No management presence on the floor...just employees who like talking to each other but turn off when it comes to the customer. Do better GASH....

I have been here several times 3/23/2024 worst experience ever. My food took an hour. Several customers after me were served immediately. When went to talk to management was ignored. When food was served it was cold. When complained again to manager " let me just put in the microwave " I told her " oh just reheat ? I'm entitled to fresh cook food " her answer " we're bust that's what you can expect " and walk away. Will be either speaking to regional manager or corporate. Left without eating. Horrible experience in all sense.

We came in and it was not busy. We decided to share a plate and requested no bun, cheese and jalapeños on the side. That was the last time we saw our waitress. Our original steak burger was so salty and the waitress completely disregarded our request. A different waitress brought out our plate with no cheese no jalapeños and on a bun. Even if we wanted to complain or get it fixed we never saw her again! Had to ask a different waitress for our ticket!! Honestly worst service!!!

We visited the restaurant on April 25, 2023 about 6:45 pm. We were seated quickly, young lady brought the menus over in a matter a minutes and then that was all. She came to take order at about 7 pm, 1 burger and 1 hot hog with water (nothing crazy). So we sat, and waited, waited some more and nothing. No one came by, no one asked. They were not busy, so that was not an issue. At 7:42 we walked out, simple and to the point. Over the years we have seen the service decline, prices increase but the food is good. Not sure if we will be back any time soon.

I had a terrible experience last night 3/25/25 at this restaurant. I am here from out of town visiting my elderly parents. I lived here over 10 years ago and had many fond memories of this restaurant growing up as my family and I would frequently patronage this business but that will be no more! To sum up the experience: The server Tamara brought out the wrong plate for my dad, they had to remake it. Same server brought out the wrong plate for me twice, so by the time I got the correct plate my family was done eating and my appetite spoiled. Note: Tamara never apologized for the errors and instead never returned to our table and never once did the manager come to our table to address the multiple order errors. The manager Jordan only came to us at the front with the cashier when we contested the poor service. Jordan was argumentative and very unprofessional. Instead of listening to our bad experience and acknowledging us- the customers, she instead passive aggressively blamed the customer and never offered a genuine apology for the negative experience, rather she fanned the flames. It was an offensive experience. After all this, I requested to get the contact information for the district manager so I could report this bad experience and was told by the cashier it would be the owners who are above the manager and the restaurant is the only number. So I left my name and number asking for them to call me. I’m hopeful they will call so I can share this horrible experience with hopes these business owners care enough about their customers to make note of the errors made by their staff so they can make an effort to re-train the server and manager to be professional and do better in these situations. Until that happens I highly recommend people seeking a nice restaurant: do not give this business your hard earned money. Instead find a business that cares about its customers and provides quality service.

Horrendous service , ordered a cup of chili on the side , tell me why they don’t have it on their menu and want to charge $9 for a small cup size . Then the employee decided to step in and say ,” you’re not paying for regular beans , you are at a steakhouse” . Honestly place is cheeks compared to Texas Roadhouse

Food was cold and without flavor. I had to ask for seasoning to add on to my tampiqueña steak.

Got greeted by a not so very friendly girl with tattoos on her neck. The food took about an hour to come out, and although it was fresh it wasn’t up to the hype the food costed. Our waiter was nice but I feel upset our food took forever, oddly enough four tables who had gotten there after us were eating their meals. The manager not once apologized or made contact with us for the food taking long. Great American has lower their standards and quite frankly I won’t be visiting this place again.

Not happy at all… not sure where to begin. They took over 30 just to get the order and another 45 minutes to bring out cold food. We sent some plates back for re-heating. So at the end of the day we end up spending almost 2 hours for a meal. They gave us a small discount, but that was not the point. Our server was extremely nice and we get it not his fault but when you get a person with an attitude just serving the drinks, there’s got to be something wrong with the place. Flavor of the food was good like always, that’s not the problem. This place defiantly lacks in good management and lack of employees. They should have a weekend planed out.

25 year customers. Truly depressing to see this place go downhill in such a way. It used to be a great place to eat. We have been coming back here several times eventhough the food and service was bad recently, in hopes that it would get better. One of the main female servers is rude and has horrible service. The service was slow (eventhough they had plenty of staff). The steaks flavor and quality has also decreased horribly. I do not recommend this place, and we are not planning to keep giving this place any more opportunities.

Had heard a lot of good reviews about this place and was excited to try. Upon coming in the host was amazing and very helpful. However 10-15 minutes passed and waited for a server to come and take our drinks no one came we saw several servers pass us and bring food out to tables near us still not one came to our table. We thought okay they are busy no problem we could wait a few more minutes however 10 more minutes passed and no one came. Then as we are we our deciding to leave a server approaches us and ask for drinks no apology for the wait or any greeting of any kind, okay that’s fine she may have not known we were waiting. But we let her know we were just about to leave since we had been waiting for a while. She rudely snaps at us and says “are you staying or going” and proceeds to throw the straws on the table rudely. In that moment my family and I decided to leave due to her attitude. We would have loved to stayed and tried the food there was was really no problem with the wait however her attitude and service were the reason we left. Wish I would have gotten her name to write it in here.

First off, the salad was good but very salty - and I love salt! I had to send it back because, although it was very tasty, it was just way too salty. Also, I ordered a filet well done, and it was prepared medium rare. I didn't send it back because I had already sent back the salad, and I'm fearful of food tampering (my Personal phobia). It was costly piece of meat that I couldn't enjoy.

Take out - very undercooked, flavorless despite ordering mesquite ribeye, paid $22 extra for overcooked chewy batterred shrimp (looks like they came out of a freezer bag), and I got chocolate pudding instead of gravy. The steaks were so raw I had to spit it out into a napkin. Even the rolls were hard (how do you overcook a dinner roll). Extremely disappointed since this was our big Valentine's/ Superbowl dinner. Dropped $120 for garbage. First and last time I visit a "steakburger". They offered to replace our order but it's 20 minutes away and they already ruined the mood. Getting Whataburger instead.

Ordered for takeout and the coleslaw was missing from the battered fish dish and also, the cheese and onions from the steakburger dish. Very disappointed, especially when these dishes have a higher cost than most places. Contacted the manager and she said she would credit the items missing the next time we patronized Great American Steakburger. NOT GOING BACK!!!

So, I usually get food from here ,or go eat in ,but yesterday I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Called in my order and went to pick it up after 30 min per their instructions . I still had to wait a long time ,then the 35 dollar steak wasn't fully cooked like I asked it to be. I had a stomach ache after. Maybe cause I'm not used to eating steak with some blood ,pink showing. Black stools today. I ate it because they took forever and I wa starving. Pretty upset.

Waitress not friendly at all. Ordered a Steakburger (well done) however it was served to me medium rare. Had to ask the buser to take it back to the kitchen. Waitress never came to our table not even for beverage refills. Highly disappointed with this establishment.

I have been visiting this establishment for quite sometime now.....I visited your restaurant on Saturday with My Elderly Mother and My Brother. The Gentleman who approached us was extremely friendly, he took our drink orders....The waitress, CELESTE, came to our table to take care of us but, we noticed that she didn't seem to want to care of us, her Demeanor was not friendly at all. When our food was brought out to us, we asked her for a few condiments, 15 minutes later passed and I noticed she was socializing with another server, I flagged her down, she noticed us and ran to the back, she then arrived with Only 1 item we requested....Again, we asked her for the missing item, she seemed Extremely Irritated....another waitress came and brought us what we requested!! We ran out of our beverages but, NOT once did she come to ask us for refills...She had a Nasty Disposition and Absolutely No Customer Service or People Skills!! Not once were we rude to her, on the contrary we were very Polite considering Her Horrible Attitude!! The Food was Excellent but the SERVICE was The WORST EVER!!

Got sat, asked what I wanted to drink, and got ignored completely. If the servers don't want to work, they should just say so.

Save your time and money! Order was 45 mins late, and then they told me it would take another 30 mins to get my order. I asked for a refund and to was told “well maybe you know someone who needs a job”!!! Wow!’ Now I’m in charge of their staffing issues. The front cashier staff is extremely rude and acts like you are the problem! Avoid this place at all costs unless you have a lot of time! Good luck!

Came to eat with family for a birthday party. Steaks were under cooked and the waitress did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Won't be coming back.

I had a horrible experience because they don’t accept tap pay, at the moment I wasn’t aware of it. I didn’t had my wallet with me so the manager told me that I was taking advantage of the place she didn’t offer a solution or nothing this was my first time going to this place

I ordered to go and when I sat down to eat my dinner, it was awful! The 3 burger orders came out too dry and leathery. My country fried steak, was dry and burnt as well. We were all disappointed because GASH used to be great but I think they are starting to put out bad food. 👎🏼👎🏼 I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anymore

Today after working for 17 days I finally got off. I went with my husbands family and I really wanted to go to great American Stake house not Great American stake burger but the told me here is better! And o surprise I got water beer and for 9dollars sausage who was cut in a small pieces and was half of a sausage from Walmart! But the cheap one, any way! But the best part came with the pounds of salt in our foods. my husband stake and all of the food. Was only salt and not tasty! I got translucideces pieces of chili! How disappointed ! For 15 dollars? Very very scary and scamy menu they have! Was only the name because the food was not great as the name of the restaurant! I will tried again when I don’t have high blood pressure! I don’t need more salt in my life! And I don’t want to forget! Very expensive! And Poot as the nachos that Im posting in the picture! The sadness Beens ever!!! And where is the cheese?? Judge in the picture! Very simple! VERY!!

We were at the door when they opened. The woman that opened the door didn't even say hello. No greeting at all. Super rude service. Great American needs to train their employees on proper customer relations. Hello goes a long way with people. So does "you're welcome" when someone says thank you. A steak restaurant with these prices should have that. Our waitress, Christine, who does not respond to "thank you" had the personality of a pit bull. I literally had to stand up to get her to bring the check. We were not even offered a refill on our drinks and the restaurant was not busy.

What do you think? For years my family and I have always attended this restaurant for any occasion, to us GA is apart of our family’s memories. We are celebrating my sisters upcoming bday and chose this venue in particular, the restaurant speaks for itself. Whomever is the hostess working today 09/30/2025 please take a lesson from today. My sister called to request a table for her own bday tomorrow evening and without any help from the hostess, she decided the customer service is not important. She was zero help, HIGHLY RUDE and didn’t want to accept our party and was disgraceful over the phone. I’ve seen countless large parties held at GA. As someone who grow up in the hospitality industry customer service is your selling point and you’re the face of the business. We were welcomed at another nearby restaurant. Please help improve this issue. Have a great day.

The absolute worst service I've ever had. The guy would take forever. I only got 1 refill. Took him 10 minutes to bring me extra butter. And then I see him get in his car and leave. I tell another server and she ignores what I said and just asks if I need a box.

Went to Great American on Yarborough and had the worst time spending my father’s birthday. Yes, we showed up at 7:30pm when they close at 8, however, we were specifically told when we asked if it’s to late that “no it’s fine.” From the start our server was rude , bothered that she was seated and made several comments out loud to the back that “I still has two tables” also later said aloud “their leaving,” when were just finishing up. We were never greeted, she took our order in a rush, never checked on us, my ribeye steak sandwich was scrap fat(I ate less than half of my sandwich that was the only decent part, I ate only fries)I ordered it medium and it was rare, I had to ask for refills, because she was too busy cleaning up in a hurry and turning off the tv. We literally all felt uncomfortable and rushed and didn’t feel welcomed one bit. We left the restaurant at 8:30pm showing up at 7:30pm , which means 1 hour minus the 20 minutes for our food to come out left us all eating in 40 minutes RUSHED! We weren’t thanked just asked “all together or separate”? And left the receipt. When paying in the front she was there and talking out loud infront of us asking the bus boy are you tired? We left and no thank you other than by the girl who charged us. I’m not one to complain, but I’ve been here so many times and this is by far the worst choice to spend a birthday. Not worth the price and saddens me that a birthday was not enjoyable because of our service and my meal.
