Denise just is a horrible person! I got the holiday nog shake. The shake smelled like pure clorox which I’m Allergic too! I went in there and told her. She accused me of lying saying we don’t use that and I don’t smell anything. Me and another person both smelled the Clorox! This needs to be addressed immediately with someone contacting me before I seek legal action! That is dangerous especially with me being allergic to it!

Clerk Julio was very sarcastic with my wife. Assistant manager was no help. After reading other reviews I can see this is a common problem at this location. Hopefully other locations have better service.

Very Poor Customer Service and Bad Judgment I had a very bad experience with the staff at the window. The employee refused to serve me just because the car in front thought I was trying to cut in line. Instead of asking or checking the situation, the staff assumed I was at fault and refused to help me. This is not the right way to treat customers. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and showed poor judgment.

The guy at the window said he was not helping me because I cut in line!!! He said there is a car before you!! I said "how" the car behind me is 40 feet off the line!! He then said that is where the line starts!!! Excuse me, you mean to tell me that "THE LINE START 40 FEET OFF THE LINE!! HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE" if this guy might of been courteous about it maybe i would have understand their dynamics about the 40 ft break IN THE LINE!... since when!!!! BUT HE WAS JUST RUDE AND ABNOXIOUS ABOUT IT!! Someone explain !!! Drivethru, car car myself.....40 foot gap .....car ..... seriously ...which drivethru has ever had a 40 foot gap in line and says...you cut in line!! Wish I had gotten a name but I was just thrown back!

The Manager Jackie has given rude looks multiple times and been rude. Also hearing her unprofessionalism towards employees. I also asked for bread that was missing from my food and when I asked for it they were mad they had to make it around closing time and gave it to me toasted with nothing on it and it tasted gross.

With my love for sonic and the blizzard and the way dairy queen has stuck around all these it's hard to leave a bad review for the food but on the other hand the customer service at this location and the way the workers make people feel is a different experience in itself. I felt as if they were angered to have to make orders, took my order over twenty five mins to get out without any indication of anything happening or being made. And with Julio the guy with tatttoos who I believe is the manager has little to no customer experience very rude with little to explain about the situation.. very sad due to the fact theirs only so many DQs in our town.. As a manager myself I expected more.

I'm happy to change my review but I echo what other one star reviewers have stated: Unfriendly workers at the drive thru. Got my order wrong. Dairy Queen is such an awesome company, it sucks to have some locations be great and others not so great. Worst of all, ownership is responding to the reviews but based on my experience last night (and the reviews from the past month) it seems like they don't care. Change my mind. Inspire your people. Everyone needs a job so please hold them accountable or you're making the future worse for that person and all the people with whom they do and will interact !

The service here is one of the worst I have experienced. The man at the drive thru is rude with absolutely no customer service manners. It has happened several that we have to put up with the same worker. Sadly we won't be giving our business to DQ anymore until they train their employees better.

This was my worst experience ever on a dairy queen, I ordered a choco brownie xtreme blizzard and it was soo bad that I didnt even finished it, it was lacking a lot of chocolate and just had some at the top of the ice cream, after that it was just vanilla, also it had whipped cream that I didn't even asked for and it was so empty, nothing like the other dairy queens.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THEY SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN AND I GOT FOOD POISONING! I don’t mean to be a “Karen” but I never usually write reviews unless it’s for local businesses I support. I’ve eaten here a couple times before and this time they served me raw chicken. Keep in mind I came here around 9pm and imagine all the people they served before me. All those people ate raw chicken and I’m NEVER eating here again. The manager was nice but she had said the cook didn’t set the temperature right.
