We have dined at Dennys for many months now and since the first time we went we had Stephanie for our waitress. Stephanie has always been very courteous and attentive to our needs. She has a great sense of humor and always willing to help us with anything we need. My family and I keep going back to Dennys because we like the food and enjoy talking with Stephanie.

My hat goes out to our server Stephanie Leyva. First of all she made us feel right at home the moment we walked in by greeting us with a very warm smile. She made us feel like part of the Dennys family. Mrs. Leyva has a wonderful personality and she really has what it takes to be an awesome waitress. She's on top of her customers and making sure our plates are served hot and in a timely manner. Congratulations Stephanie and keep up the great service you provided us, and for sure will be back.

I Love this place! Me and my spouse always come during the night when it’s empty and the service is always so good. But today I went for breakfast with my inlaws and despiste how busy it was our server was so attentive and even helped us take a picture :)

Gabby, the manager her was amazing and went truly above and beyond in helping me when I had an issue with my pick up order. I was staying at a nearby hotel and only had a very limited amount of time in El paso before leaving for work out of state and I had placed a pick up order for two separate breakfast entrees and paid extra for cheese to be added to the egg for both entrees and when my boyfriend went to pick up my order and brought it back to the hotel we realized the cheese was missing on both entrees. By then it was too late cause we had to leave to head to the airport but I called to see if I can just get the portion I paid for the extra cheese refunded to my card but Gabby the manager there was so incredibly sweet and understanding and refunded me my entire order! Because of her generosity and help I will make it a point to come to this denny's the next time in El paso and I will pay it forward and give her a huge tip.

Super busy but very friendly professional staff, David our server on Saturday, 20 September 2025 was very polite, attentive and just super patient. Even after the table across from us with two children spilled food all over the floor and seats and left a table that made you cringe at what home must looks like. Kudos to the staff and their patience and adaptability.

First time here, a quick stop because wifey was craving a breakfast and coffee. Service was fast, hostess and server had great attitudes. Omelet and Skillet we got were fresh and hot off the griddle. Will definitely be back.

We are regulars and always make sure Beth is our waitress. She's awesome, friendly, and funny. Food is always good.

Stephanie Leyva is an excellent server. Friendly, attentive. and gives appropriate suggestions regarding choice on the menu. Food was tasty , hot, and all orders at our table were correct. She is the reason my family and I choose to return to this location.

Cheryl our waitress was absolutely fantastic! Her level of customer service exceeds what has become normal. On my he other hand the loud music eminating from the he kitchen along with the loud singing by the cook,using foul language was almost enough for us to leave before getting served. Guess that is why he works the late shift with no supervision, would have fired him on the he spot had I been his manager.

Bryana was an amazing server! She was super sweet and nice. She was making conversation which made us feel more welcome. Unlike Francisco which was extremely rude. I could see him clearly screaming at his workers and getting mad at them to then proceed to turn to us and act annoyed, no eye contact, and just made the whole experience unpleasant. I think bryana was the best part of us eating at Denny's.

Dine in experience here is always great. However, we are still waiting on a refund to be issued from a mobile order from the Denny’s app that we placed late December. Two of the items we preordered (both turkey dinners) were not available. Employee that handed me the order told me to get refunded through the app, but the Denny’s app has no option to do so. Contacted customer service through their phone number in January and they stated they will be forwarding the information to this restaurant, but so far no response or POS adjustment. We usually enjoy this place, but this encounter with trying to get our money back has been disappointing. Edit: it’s been two months, and still nothing, despite my attempts with customer service and Denny’s claiming I will recieve my refund promptly.

Food was ok. The scrambled eggs with cheddar were very heavy on cheese. So much it made them greasy. Bacon was under cooked and pancakes were cold and burned. First time at this location. It'll be a hard pass for the next visit.

I called 9 times to place an order and because they have AI now taking orders they don't pick up the phone, I don't want to place my order with AI and I had a question. They didn't answer so I ordered waffles which I wasn't sure about and the waffles are disgusting, it's sweet bread. I don't know how they think these waffles are eatable

Just ordered from Uber and both grandslams were garbage. I know for a fact the cooks get paid a livable wage so there's no excuse for putting out trash. Your business is only as good as the ppl you employ.

The food is getting worse and worse. I ordered crepes and they had hardly any filling, the batter was chewy and hard, and on top of that, they were poorly served. I also ordered a milkshake and they didn't have the flavor I wanted. I asked for another flavor and they didn't have that one either.

Probably one of the worse experiences I've had in El Paso. We sat almost 10 minutes before giving our drink order. The place was basically empty but still extremely slow and somewhat unprofessional service. The waitress behaved as if we disturbed her break. Spicy moon over my hammy was good. The omelet was over cooked and hashbrowns were undercooked.
