Había visitado este lugar antes fui en la tarde y me atendieron muy bien muy amables la muchacha y el joven ( pedí un panini y un smoothie y muy ricos) sin embargo quise probar los desayunos y fui en la mañana y no puedo decir nada más que pésimo servicio comenzando con que la señora me volteo los ojos al entrar y ni el saludo contesta y mi pedido tardo bastante y cuando llego estaba frío y el joven muy indiferente casi me avienta la comida, no me quedaron ganas de volver!

My green forest sandwich. No alfalfa sprouts. A slice of ham. And a lot of cheese and lettuce as filling. I'm a frequent customer and this time I'm disappointed. Literally a cheese and lettuce sandwich! It's better to say it's not available at the moment.

Terrible service from the girl who worked there today, November 25, 2025. She literally didn't even acknowledge my greeting; she just handed me my food without saying a word and continued preparing other food. It makes me never want to come back.

We really like the sandwiches at this place, but the service is terrible. It's like they're doing you a favor by serving you. The guy who seems to be the leader of the group rolls his eyes at you when you try to take something off your sandwich. I thought it was personal, and well, we're not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but after talking to other people, they all complained about the same thing. If it weren't for the bad service, we'd eat there more often. :/

The restaurant appears on Didi Food, and I've tried to order three times, and they never accept my order, or when I try to check out, they say they're already closed (it's 12 p.m.). As an aside, if they're not going to offer delivery service through Didi, it would be better to remove it from the app to avoid confusion.

This place is one of my favorites for breakfast; everything we order is always delicious. However, on our last visit, the staff didn't give me my change correctly when I paid, and they weren't very friendly. In short: excellent food, terrible customer service.

The service is TERRIBLE, the food is horrible. I ordered a spicy sandwich and it came with only two small pieces of chicken... the bread is horrible... I have nothing good to say 👎🏻 I won't go back to this place.

From the moment we arrived and saw the cracked windows and doors, I knew something was wrong. The service is terrible; it seems like the employees are doing you a favor. There was no bread and we weren't offered any other options; we had to force them to come. We also received information that the bread would arrive in three hours or more. We ordered some smoothies, and they were okay. We paid $130 for both. But we won't be back since the service left a lot to be desired.

The food at this place is generally very good, but I stopped coming here for almost a year due to their horrible customer service. Today, after a year, I decided to return and give them a try, and to my surprise, the customer service (new staff) has noticeably worsened. The employees don't greet me, before even looking at the menu, they've forced me to wait more than half an hour if I decide to order, and when I do, they don't even have enough preparation to make me three smoothies of the flavor I had chosen.
