The customer service was great. Called them on a Sunday to have our pet picked up and they were there within an hour. The services for our dog were spot on and completed in a timely manner as promised.

We lost our fur baby of 15 years to cancer. He means so much to us. He's the sweetest little guy and we were blessed with 15 years with our little feline by our side. Rene and Manuel were so kind, compassionate, understanding, and strong for helping us through our emotional grief and mourning. They cared and took care of our fur baby with love and compassion. This is an amazing service with amazing people. They did such an incredible job with my little guy they came and got him same day and had him back in 4 days. They went above and beyond by giving me a lock of his hair and doing a custom paw print. That was such a sweet touch. I can’t recommend them enough!

I lost my fur baby unexpectedly and Paws in Heaven offered and amazing service. They came to pick him up and delivered him when he was ready. The staff is so friendly! When they delivered my baby I wanted to cry, not only did I received his ashes but they also gave me a little strip of his fur, a candle and a cast with his paw and his name. They are amazing, and the service was so quick! 100% recommended for your fur babies goodbye’s..

I used Paws in Heaven after our baby past away. Rene was extremely helpful and was very sensitive during our difficult time. After a few days, Manuel delivered our baby home. They were very detailed in that when they delivered her locks of hair, they included the bow she was wearing. They are so wonderful. My son's sweet German Shepherd passed away on a Saturday night at home. Needless to say, he was devastated. They were able to come for her then next day, Sunday, and were so considerate. It only took a few days to get her ashes back. We had asked if they could do a paw print for us and what they did was just beautiful. White print on black paper with her name at the bottom, framed. He will cherish it forever. Thank you!!

My previous experience was deleted.i suggested improving how you all handle things such as placing the animal in a bag in front of the family. That should be done when the family leaves. Second, family should not have to be constantly calling for updates. You all as the ones handling the animal, should reach out via email, text or call to update on what's going on. I was not given much info on when my pet would be ready the day I dropped him off. The kid at the Eastside was all smiley and looking like he was zoned out. Please train your folks to show more compassion. The kid at the Westside was very sweet as was the delivery kid. He was a young Asian guy, with very respectful kind words as he handed over my baby's ashes. I'm very grateful to you all, the package was beautiful with fur in a vial, and the paw print. I do recommend you all, but please have more compassion with us as we are dealing with a huge loss. Thank you!

After our pets passing we delivered her to their location wrapped in her favorite blanket, they asked us if we wanted her cremated with it and we said no. After a few days we contacted them just to be sure and they confirmed they would not cremate her with the blanket and we’d be getting it back. When we arrived a week later to pick us the ashes they told us she was cremated with the blanket, and argued that we said it was ok for them to do so. No, obviously we didn’t. I don’t understand how such a big mistake could’ve been made; regardless if you need your pet cremated with care and respect avoid this place!!
