I think it's family owned, they do a really good job honestly for fast food pizza you'd never guess. Most pizza places suck if I'm being honest and theyre super expensive for literally shut pizza.

I love the personal pan pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni!! Delicious! Of course I do need 2. lol The service was kind slow, principal to make my order but it’s ok. Also should be nice some chair inside to wait the order.

Best Pizza Hut in New York City, 4.2 rating for a fast food restaurant is very high , and they are very much of that number I don’t know what it is but the personal pan pizza is crispy and the toppings and dough are always fresh , I guess because the location being in Manhattan they get first grabs on the inventory , but they stuff is always fresh and if you go to a Pizza Hut especially in the bronx you will see how different and bland it taste it just taste old and bland like they getting the expired and/or almost expired food Items but not this location always on point!

I was happy that we had a Pizza Hut move into our neighborhood. The pizza is always nice and hot and prepared the way I like it. However, today I ordered the wings which I usually like. They were a tad dry and seemed precooked. They were just so so.

I know NY has better pizza options, but the pizza here is good! Nice to change it up.

Personal pan pizza was very unappetizing. Now they doing $2 personal pan pizza every Tuesdays, which is making the place cheap. I don’t see this place lasting long.

Pizza Hut is garbage. You are in NYC (aka the pizza capital of the world) and there is good pizza three doors down. You need to question your life choices if you are living here and eating Pizza Hut.

I ordered on the app which allowed me to use a T-Mobile coupon, but when I arrived they said they could not honor it, even though I ordered it for that location. Can't even make a one time exception? Bad service and horrible app.
